Darkvizardking69: I swear these plot bunnies keep propagating, and of course it goes back to the fate series. Though, with this it's mostly for fun but then I figured why not go full balls deep into how insane this concept is?
Granted, for fans of these series you'll know what's going to be mentioned when they happened. However, for newcomers I will at the very least put a spoiler warning towards some of the games, as the classes some of them will have as Servants ties into story elements from very late game, but will also be influenced on how I played them in the more RPG focused entries.
That said, let's have some fun with this experiment.
The Chaldean brotherhood.
Chapter 1: Arrival, a glitch in the system.
Ritsuka fuijimaru was your rather average person, having accepted a job at Chaldea definitely seemed like it would be simple, and it was at first. Though, that was before the explosion that nearly killed him and the other master candidates. Now however? One of their own was a traitor, the director was dead, and now having finished the Fuyuki singularity they now had to prep for going into the next one, having to deal with France during the hundred years war.
This leads to us seeing him in the summoning chamber within Chaldea, Sheba thrumming with power and ready for another use.
Mash stood by as she laid her shield down, making the summoning circle as Ritsuka tossed a few rainbow gems into it. The summoning started as normal, however something wasn't right.
The circle sparked, flashing an odd color as the machines monitoring it started to go haywire. What looked to be golden lightning flashed in the chamber, it causing a blinding flash that made the monitors crash.
Smoke had to be filtered out of the room, Mash and Ritsuka helping each other out of the room as Da vinci tried furiously to get the machines back in order. "Someone get me a status report! What the hell happened in there!?"
One of the few technicians still working on a monitor looked to their screen. "The summoning had started as normal, but something interfered. I'm getting a reading of a Servant inside the chamber but not one from our history."
Da Vinci scowled as she thought of the implications. "Alright, I'm going in there, if the Servant is hostile I'm one of the few we have. Get Cu on standby."
She grabbed her staff, heading straight for the summoning chamber as a figure stepped out. The appearance of a hood covering their face sent a ripple down Da Vinci's spine, a memory that belonged to her yet didn't.
The figure turned to face her, the hood blue with the rest of the outfit having gold embroidery along it. "Apologies mademoiselle, I'm not entirely sure how I got here. The only thing I remember was fighting someone, but then I ended up here."
Da vinci relaxed a bit. "That's alright, you're in what's called Chaldea, a security organization created to defend humanity. I'm Leonardo Da vinci, Caster class Servant, who are you?"
The figure pulled their hood down, revealing a young man with brown hair tied back in a ponytail with a ribbon securing it. "My name is Arno Dorian, and I suppose I was given the class of Archer, odd considering my profession."
Da vinci started to glance him over, noting the use of a pistol as well as the bracers, a sword at his side that gleamed gold. A closer look at the bracers seemed to trigger a memory, speaking to a man in white robes about fixing a broken blade. "Well you certainly caused quite a commotion with you being summoned, we're working on seeing what your records are but if you're really not from our history that may be difficult. Let's introduce you to the one who summoned you in the meantime. Your entrance did drive them out of the room."
Arno grimaced at the notion. "Well, I suppose there are worse first impressions."
"Considering their first day here was accented with a bombing, I don't disagree with you."
He followed her to what looked to be the command room, a quick flash of eagle vision sent a pulse around the room, letting him see that each of the individuals around the room were blue, but the ones in the center, including Da Vinci, someone who looked to be an orange haired doctor that was fretting over two teens, all seemed gold, showing they were important.
He approached quietly, catching some of the conversation. "We're still trying to figure out what had caused the glitch in the system, but right now what matters is that you two are okay."
"Do we know what kind of Servant was summoned?"
"From his own mouth he claims to be an Archer, but once we see his saint graph we'll have a more concrete answer."
"You know I'm just as confused as you all." Arno couldn't help but smirk to see them jump at the sound of his voice. "I'm not sure how I got here either, but if this organization is meant to help safeguard humanity, then I can work with you all."
He put his hand out to shake. "Arno Dorian, member of the French brotherhood of Assassins."
Ritsuka smiled as he shook the man's hand. "Ritsuka Fujimaru, one of the last Masters of Chaldea. It'll be good to work with you. And a bit ironic since our first mission together will be in the French countryside. Maybe you could help show us around?"
"Unless it's the revolution age I don't know how."
Da vinci was looking over the monitors, the scan of Arno's saint graph becoming clearer. "Leave that to us, though from the reading we've been getting the singularity in question is taking place during the hundred years war, just after the death of Joan of Arc."
Arno placed a hand over his heart. "A shame, I wish I could get the chance to meet her."
One of the technicians looked surprised at their screen. "What the hell is this saint graph!? Independent action B, sure that's typical for an Archer, but he has presence concealment and it's at B!? How!?"
Arno stepped over to the monitor curiously. "I suppose my training with the order still comes up from time to time. Perks of the job?"
Da Vinci looked to the screen, her eyes narrowing at the odd display. "There are some servants who have class skills not belonging to their class, and if mister Dorian is as skilled an assassin as he says we'll see for ourselves. If we're going to work on the Sheba system we should give him a chance to get used to Chaldea and it's facilities."
Mash nodded in agreement. "Senpai and I can show him around, maybe show the simulation chamber to get a read on his combat prowess?"
"That's not a bad idea, let's give the new guy a trial." Romani seemed a bit excited, Mash leading the way to the simulator as she stepped inside.
"Perhaps human targets to start off with? Though I doubt it will stay that way." Arno couldn't help but crack a joke, Ritsuka sharing the smile.
"Oh, you're not wrong there. You should probably expect anything to happen. That's what we should all be aware of."
"Sound advice master, shall we get started?"
Da Vinci was manning the controls, starting the simulator as what looked like a horde of soldiers. "They aren't real but real enough for you to show us your stuff. So don't be afraid to go a little nuts."
Arno watched as the soldiers looked towards him, spears and bows in hands for some of them. "Well, that might end up being fun, I hope you're ready." He drew out the pepperbox, the click of the hammer being pulled back as the soldiers charged.
The cameras rolled as Arno started to move, his pistol firing in rapid succession, six shots ringing out in moments, his sword drawn in the other hand as it sparked, a flash of golden light as he slashed through the soldiers. As the first group was dispatched, he placed his weapons away as what looked like a large gun appeared in his hands.
It was a large piece, what looked like a fusion of a mortar cannon made into a rifle and an ax blade acting as bayonet. He had a grin on his face as he fired on a new group, a large blast wiping out the newly formed line.
As he placed the gun back, a voice of one of the remaining technicians came over the speaker. "What in the hell was that!?"
"It's called the guillotine gun, a bit of French technology at the end of the revolution. The power of a mortar cannon and yet the sharpness of an ax. Best of both worlds." Arno couldn't help but smile as he looked to the weapon, the time of the dead kings incident resurging in his mind.
"And I'm going to assume that's not your Noble Phantasm? If so, what is?" Da Vinci was still rather confused about all this, but it would be best to try and figure it out now before sending them in through the coffins.
"A noble what?"
Mash nodded as she smiled kindly. "A Noble Phantasm, it's what defines a heroic spirit, it could be an act that made them a legend, or an object that they are most known for."
"You mean like a sword technique that would give away a samurai's identity?"
Ritsuka nodded in confirmation. "That's right, in a normal holy grail war, it's something of a last resort for a couple reasons, one of which is it would give away a servant's identity as this what weakness they may have, but is also very taxing on their mana."
"I see, well, if we're talking about something that most defines me as a legend, it would be this." He drew the golden sword at his hip, the blade looking otherworldly as it gleamed in the light. "The sword of Eden, this damned thing cost me more than I would ever hope to get back. To be holding it even now feels bittersweet." Even now after so many years, he had to hold back tears when thinking of the woman he lost in the fight against Germaine.
Ritsuka patted his shoulder kindly. "I imagine that's quite a story, though I'd hate to ask but Da Vinci will likely want to see it in action." He pointed to a large golem that was being formed in the simulation. But to Arno's eyes, it looked like that cursed man that took everything away.
"I would advise stepping back master, from what I recall of this sword, it's power is rather explosive."
Ritsuka and Mash quickly stepped back, seeing the sword start to spark. Arno on the other hand heard a voice, the image of ghostly arms belonging to a certain woman wrapping around his chest as he thrust the sword forward. A bolt of golden lightning erupted from the sword, piercing the golem and shocking every person that was watching.
Da vinci tried to speak, flashes of memories of a man holding a golden orb flooding her mind as she whispered to herself. "So that's what he meant when saying a piece of eden was dangerous."
Romani looked at her curiously. "Da Vinci? Are you okay? Your nose is bleeding."
She checked her nose by touching it, her gloved hand indeed having blood on her fingers. "It's fine, I don't know what's going on but at the very least we can classify his Noble Phantasm as at least anti-unit. It's seemingly straight forward, but maybe we should have them rest before the operation, show him to his room." She turned on a heel, leaving the room as she went to clean herself up.
Romani watched her leave, his eyes narrowing in suspicion before he looked to one of the technicians. "Alright, so, is the reading on his saint graph finished?"
One at the monitor nodded, the image showing Arno standing on a rooftop overlooking what looked to be Paris in the time of their revolution. The border was gold, four stars shining above it.
"It is sir, quite honestly as strange as this is, it's still showing the signal of an Archer servant."
Romani sighed as he glanced at the door Da Vinci left through. "We need to look over the Sheba system, see if there will be any more glitches and if we'll get anyone else from Arno's version of history. I want it checked top to bottom is that understood?"
A chorus of "Yes sir!" Came from the different technicians, some scrambling to head to the summoning chamber to inspect now that the smoke aired out.
Romani took a last look at the monitor, whispering to himself. "What is happening? Is this the doing of some other force?' He watches as Ritsuka and Mash are conversing with Arno, Mash looking excited to meet another Servant. 'I just hope whatever is coming, that these blades will help humanity survive. With team A out of commission, we may need all the help we can get."

Darkvizardking69: And with that, we close the first chapter of our story, and the start of something strange and new. How will this change some events? How will some interactions occur later on?
Now I know people that will ask, but yes, ALL playable MC will be involved, assassins and templars alike. They will come when it's time for the singularity/lostbelt that they are native to or will be most adept for. And because I will not hide what their classes are, here is the list of who is in what class, of course this is for all classes in fgo. Some may have potential for one or more, and there are of course classes that will not fit anyone, that being Caster. Granted, we have upcoming games that will add to the list. That will be adjusted as we go. Perhaps Hexe or whatever the final product ends up being will give us something akin to a Caster if the setting is anything to go by.
Saber: Haytham Kenway
Archer: Arno Dorian. Shay Cormac. Connor Kenway. Nikolai Orelov.
Lancer: Eivor Varinsdottor. Kassandra of Sparta.
Caster:
Assassin: Altair Ibn-La'Ahad. Ezio Auditore. Evie Frye. Shao Jun. Arbaaz Mir. Desmond Miles.
Rider: Edward Kenway.
Berserker: Jacob Frye. Jack the ripper.
Avenger:
Bayek of Siwa. Amunet.
Ruler:
Moon Cancer:
Foreigner:
Pretender: Basim. Aveline.
Granted this list is imperfect, and the class will center around what they do most. Example, Edward is a pirate and like Drake his ship the Jackdaw will be part of his Noble Phantasm. If anyone has any ideas on this I'm more than willing to hear it out in the reviews. And before anyone asks, some of course may act as pseudo servants due to Isu connections. But that's for another time. I hope to see you all again soon, as to quote a skeleton, this is going to be very, very, interesting.
