Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of the Cold Fire. Enjoy the 2000-word chapter. I don't own Frozen; Disney and a few others do.

(Arendelle.)

There were a few more ships in the rest of the feet before she started to think of what the next move was. She understood Ignis was another large kingdom.

She had also started to research this when it came down to it.

Still? She was rather weird when it happened to be it. there was interesting when it weirded out. She was aware of the fact there was possibly awareness when it came down to it. She was also going to be happy if they reached something.

There was a small clack of boots as a ramp extended from the lead galleon. She knew that Arendelle had only a handful of these types of ships. She watched a platoon clad in crimson and black uniforms. They seemed more flexible than the few soldiers that Arendelle had. Their uniforms seemed to have a phoenix on their hats when she managed to stare at them now. It made her interested in how they had been trained when she studied them. She watched as the soldiers started to spread out while she frowned and crossed her arms. Her soldiers were ready if a battle did break out.

She watched more soldiers at the second before she frowned to herself. She slowly started to march down towards the ship as she risked a glance while she tapped her fingers on her arms. She was interested as she looked at the flag of the warship that was docked at her harbor.

It was a big crimson flag that seemed to carry a similar flame emblem on it with said phoenix. She was also curious about how their military had been able to expand so rapidly to this extent. Perhaps their king who she had heard her call the meeting and had sent her a letter that explained more of this meeting. She wanted more to be able to expand her borders with others at the second. She looked at the diplomatic crimson stripes which also showed this was the flagship of his fleet. It showed as much as of now that they had plenty of resources and soldiers as she had heard him mention. It helped there were dozens of soldiers within her military.

'I can see the claims they had a well-prepared army like Arendelle's wasn't a lie. There must be a half dozen frigates in that direction.' Elsa heard as she closed her eyes.

Still? There were few signs of that happening more than anything. She didn't want to war with another kingdom after the incident at the end of the day. There was plenty of work to do if this had a good ending. The more hope she placed into her plans for this. The more she wondered if they had any real sort of issues.

There was a clanking of metal as someone started to emerge from beyond the rows of soldiers. It was metal, one that seemed to echo slightly before the voice joined it.

"Is there someone here who bears the crown of Arendelle?" It asked before she frowned to herself.

The voice was distinctively male. While she wore a blue and white flowing dress? The figure seemed to be clad in black and crimson metallic armor. It was as nice as her own dressed in sweeping wing-like protrusions along with it. It also featured a soft similarly adorned cloak and she saw what looked like an engraved sword on his hip.

"Queen Elsa?" The voice asked with a raised eyebrow. "I am Pyram Beckett, King of Ignis. I apologize for the problems my men may have caused." Pyram said while he bowed.

"Well, I'll add that to the deals." Elsa snared to which the two royals shared a laugh. "It's fine. This isn't the first time Arendelle has had visitors." Elsa said while the king nodded before crossing his arms.

"I've heard." Pyram stated while he sighed. "Trust me. I'm not a pathetic coward. It was surprising to see a note come from one of my messengers. I apologize as well for the fact my siblings aren't all here. My brother wants to finalize the supplies aboard the ships… Even if I mentioned how the deal wasn't at all finalized." Pyram stated while he frowned.

She stared at the soldiers behind him. None of them made any real effort to act and it all seemed as if they wished to follow Pyram's orders. She stared at the king who seemed to have something… Familiar about him which she hadn't noticed.

"Do you wish to wait for him to appear?" Pyram questioned with a tilted head. "He will appear sooner or later. He did wish to go inside, yet he had no real problem with coming later. I'll be entirely honest. We're both a little terrified of this. Ignis isn't the type to get people to come that often, not that we don't try and come to get people to come." Pyram said before he frowned and seemed to clasp his arms with annoyance before he did something he wasn't to regret.

Still? The sheer fact that he had more time to handle this was a boon he wished to savor. The fact of the matter was entirely based on the annoyance of how he hadn't the time to plan this meeting better. Their ships had tried to come as fast as possible, so they set a good example. It honestly seemed as if they were damned to be screwed at the end of the day. They had far too much on the line for anything to be ruined between their two sides.

Then again? This was a meeting they had practiced as much as they were allowed. They had business to handle, and it was best if they handled it as properly as one of their stations was expected to. A lot more on their plates.

"Come," Elsa said while she slowly started to beckon him forward. "And it isn't as if Arendelle is open all the time either. Not everyone seems to be open to peace." Elsa said to which Pyram frowned.

"Power doesn't make someone a monster. Those people want an excuse to do what they want." Pyram said while he frowned and placed his helmet atop his head. "If they expected to do that with no side effects? Then their fools that don't see you as a leader. There have been people who seem that way about me when it comes down to it. It won't exactly be hard to see the worst in someone." Pyram said while he seemed to stare down at the ground.

Pyram was aware of the fact there were thousands of different topics in his mind. He wasn't one to point out the flaws in this plan. Pyram simply glanced at Elsa while he drummed his hands on his hips before he prepared before he glanced at how she was far more prepared for this as of now.

He needed to beat this fear in his mind. It was eating him more and more. He was prepared for the meeting as much as he was possible. He folded his hands behind his back and started to roll his eyes. This meeting was to be something if he was, to be honest.

"I kind of regret making a scene," Pyram said while he walked alongside Elsa. "Then again? I can't imagine you or me being easy to hide, titles and such." Pyram said as they continued their path.

"It isn't easy to hide showing up when you're the ruler of an entire kingdom, is it?" Elsa questioned to which the King of Ignis laughed.

"No, but I would prefer everyone not be up in arms and terrified. I'm aware of what power looks like to people and how dangerous it is in the wrong hands." Pyram said before shaking his head. "It isn't easy to rule, is it? There's been… Trials with my leadership in Ignis, not even I think I'll be the best king. It doesn't help how I was crowned. You heard that in the letter I believe." Pyram said to which Elsa nodded.

"Some of it," Elsa said as Pyram hummed. "You'd be forgiven if I'm not as nice," Elsa said to which Pyram shrugged.

"The last time someone came here they tried to kill you if someone showed up with a fleet to Ignis? I'd be a little on edge as well." Pyram said while he crossed his arms. "Still? I have power if you want my honest opinion. I have too much power too soon. I don't feel like seizing more right now considering the fact I'd be throwing countless lives away to get it." Pyram said as he crossed his arms.

"Mmm," Elsa said as she stared at the armored king. "That's not heavy? I know Ignis makes armor, but I didn't imagine the king wore it." Elsa said to which Pyram shrugged.

"It's the same as wearing 'royal clothes' back home. It's something my father wore at one point; the only difference is that it's changed a bit." Pyram said before he rolled his eyes. "Also? People do try to kill me, you know. Better to have something arrows don't go through. It's also not as heavy as you'd think." Pyram said before he glanced over his shoulder.

There was a single longboat in the water which made the Ignis soldiers start to turn. Pyram took a deep breath which seemed to make the air warmer than it was before.

"Late as usual," Pyram said with amusement coating his tone. "Did you wish to wait or discuss this more? They don't all show up at the same time. Trust me, I'm aware." Pyram said while he rolled his eyes to himself.

Elsa watched as a group of the Ignis soldiers started to converge on the boat which made Pyram aware that it was his siblings. Why they had decided to show up late was beyond him, but he hoped that it didn't at all sour the mood or bother anyone besides him. He turned to Elsa a moment later as he rested his hands on his hips. Part of him wondered if Elsa could tell how both amused, he was and yet how annoyed he was by this.

Perhaps not if he was, to be honest. His armor made it near impossible to read him if it wasn't for body language. Not that he entirely minded if he was, to be honest. The fact that his siblings made part of his job harder was worth a laugh, but he still worried about being able to make a good first impression.

Still? They were family and Pyram wished only to keep them safe and unharmed from the rest of the world.

"We should wait and go when everyone shows up if they come, yes?" Elsa questioned to which Pyram nodded.

"If you're alright with it. My family can be… Well, my family. If you think me trying to be the uptight but just ruler is interesting? You haven't seen anything." Pyram said while he scratched at the back of his neck.

The two royals watched as their respective soldiers started to snap to attention in ways that made them a little amused under their royal masks. It didn't show as easily as someone would have expected them to be if both were honest.

"This will be a while, I apologize. They almost always seem to be on edge when we go somewhere." Pyram said as he started to crack his knuckles.
