It's about timeeeeee!
Chapter 2!
Gonna be honest, everything i had to do before i got the free time took longer than i thought it would. But It's done now, thank goodness.
Okay! Enough of that. Let Chapter 2 FINALLY! Commence!
Chapter 2 - Destinyland!
It's been a few weeks. I'd go to more of those "events", I'd see those 2 again, and this time we would actually play instead of the first time, where it was a really beautiful girl and a boy who stands out for the wrong reason talking about cats, while the blonde boy was taking an unusually long time to get food, but I digress.
But this time, today was going to be different. If anyone were watching me right about now from the moment I was born, I think they would know in an instant that I was slightly... perce? precept? perceptive? Yeah! That's right! Perceptive! Anyway, what I mean is that I could actually just see hidden intentions that people would have.
In this case, their and my parents wanted us to make friends.
And in an even weirder turn of events, I don't mind!
A lot of times, I'd normally be the kid in the sandbox alone in the playground near our house, a loner, if that's what people call it. So, having a friend really meant something to me, not to mention two! And I think they like me too! I think...
The girl that I talked about cats with, had come to visit my house numerous times, after learning that I had a cat. I don't know why she's so desperate to see a cat though. This cat right here, doesnt like me all that much. In fact, it likes my little sister Komachi more... I had introduced her to Komachi very briefly after she asked me about her.
Wait, when did I get so off track?!
Ah, looks like we're here!
That monologue lasted way longer than supposed to, but it pretty much acted like a fast travel to get my mind off a painfully boring car ride until we made it here, so that's cool.
I step out of the car and gaze at the entrance sign with wonder, I've heard so much about this place, but never thought I could actually get to go here!
Destinyland!
There's so much in there! But, wait, where are the-?
"Apologies, I came very late." A voice from behind me speaks out.
I already knew she was going to be here, but, very late? Seriously?
I turn around, and as expected, Yukinoshita Yukino is standing in front of me.
"Very late? More like as soon as I arrived! Some very late that must be." I call her out.
She ignores me. Ha! Guess she couldn't come up with a good reply to that!
A few seconds later, another limo pulls up, with Hayato and his family too.
We go through the entrance and I'm already mindblown. There's so many things here! All the mascots, the rides, the-
I get a tug on my sleeve. I turn to my right and see Yukinoshita staring at a panda. Ah right! Pan-san's here too! No wonder Yukino was so excited to come here. I was kinda worried though, maybe Yukino would go rabid on that panda, hehe, she loved Pan-san a lot. I visited her house a few times and she introduced me to Pan-san and then we just couldn't stop watching until I had to leave.
We go to the Centre Square i think it was called? We go there, because our families wants to take some pictures. We were already having our pictures taken because Yukino and Hayato's families were so damn popular! Not to mention mine too, But we're a little less popular.
At this point, I think me and Hayato know which ride we're gonna go on first.
Pan-san's! I don't remember it's name!
I decide, hey why not crack a joke while I'm here.
"Yukino-chan, you might wanna stop bouncing, you might shoot up into the sky like a rocket." I joke
She completely ignores me again! I think she's TOO excited for this.
Our families all have Priority passes for all the rides, so we managed to get onto the ride early. And, Oh my, Yukino would NOT stop smiling throughout the ride. Me, Hayato, and Yukino were all sitting in the same seat before the ride took off, and I was thankful that the seat belts were there to hold her down, otherwise she might have jumped off.
I'm not gonna lie though, the ride was really cool! I think i wanted to go again 5 more times!
Though, when we got off, Yukino was really happy, to the point where she started laying on the floor, saying she wouldn't move if her dad didnt buy the entire amusement park. Me and Hayato laughed, HARD, as Yukino was still on the ground, pouting, saying that she wouldn't move at all repeatedly. Me and Hayato, had to convince her that if we bought out Destinyland, no one else would get to enjoy Pan-san, and her pout disappeared after. Some people were recording it though, so I don't know what's going to happen on that front.
There was this one ride, which was so fast, that Yukino had to latch on to me and Hayato, just screaming. Though, It was scary, It just wasn't THAT scary. She had to vomit later though.
The next ride was slow like the Pan-san ride, but it was like a water journey in a deep icy blue cave. It was breathtaking, literally. We stayed silent for most of this just admiring it. That was until the big drop that came a minute later. I never screamed so loud my entire life! The drop was huge!
I was worn out, somehow Hayato was seemingly happy with it. Yukino however, was shook. I think this was a very scary experience for her. We had to console her while walking back to where our parents were.
Now it was time for the parade! We waited so long for this! We had VIP seats and everything to watch the parade! Though, I have to say, it was way more disappointing than I thought it would be. Halfway throught I just got bored. It was really just big balloons of the Destinyland mascots and people walking in a line holding them together while MORE people in the line were just doing random things like juggling. My parents and Yukino and Hayato really hyped this up but this is uhhh overrated? Yeah, overrated.
I lean over to Yukino who, by the way, is watching this thing with rapt attention.
"This is kinda boring." I say, knowing it will spark a trigger in her.
"You just don't know how to appreciate good things, Hachiman. I would believe you if you said that you like things everyone doesn't like just because you want to stand out." She monologues, instantly defending her dearest Destinyland like a mama bear defending its cub. That was cute.
"Maybe, but at least I'm not the one who decided to lay on the floor pouting." I say with a smug grin.
"I don't see what's so funny. I think that that was just fine to do." She replies, not knowing what embarrassment was.
"Yeah, sure, but when you grow older, and I remind you of this. You better not be embarrassed." I'm definitely gonna do that when we grow older.
She doesn't reply, colors blasting in the reflection of her eyes. The fireworks have begun. At least that's cool!
Yukino definitely enjoyed today. That smile hasn't worn off since we started going around the place. Hayato seemed to enjoy the place too, They're talking happily.
I think this was nice. An outing with families and stuff. Those two though, they've been talking for a while until the parade, only the rides really stopped them.
Oh well, they are friends. They get along like 10 people who play the same game or sport.
Our families call us to take one last picture before we leave. Staring into the camera, I think,
I had a really fun day today!
A/N: Done! There we go! Idk what has happened to my writing as it looks WAY more different than before. Maybe it's cuz im using Notepad now lol.
Anyway, yes, they've grown comfortable enough to refer to each other by their first names which at this point in time is natural. It feels good to be back! I dont know how this chapter managed to wear out my brain, but it did. But, it still feels nice to be writing again.
Anyway, that's all from me! This is Isuckatnaming, leaving to just chill ig. or just contemplate my very existence. or sleep. or all of them. Cya!
