Hi Guys,

Here we are another chapter for you, I know twice in one day! What is happening?

Well I'm doing a bulk edit and upload so that might explain somethings!

As always enjoy, and let me know what you think, but for now let's get back to the story.

Week 2 rehearsals started again the following Monday, and Hermione could feel the pressure had amped up, the looming elimination increasing nerves between the contestants. After an uneventful Sunday, where she may or may not have been texting her dance partner almost constantly, she was ready to begin her first Latin dance when she rolled into rehearsals on Monday morning.

"Morning" She said, as she greeted her partner, dropping her things and joining him in the centre of the floor to start stretching.

"Good Morning" He smiled at her, as they shook out their muscles, getting ready for the day ahead of them. "So, Salsa time. We're dancing to 'Ooh Ah, Just a Little Bit' by Gina G, and we're due on 'It Takes Two' on Thursday" He told her, once they'd moved to standing face to face, and she nodded at him in response.

"This is all hips, isn't it?" She asked, suddenly looking unsure.

"Yes, and we're not going to work on the correct technique for that, as well as getting the correct bounce and rhythm for this" He told her, she took his hand, and he led her to the back corner of the room.

They began working on it, and on the Wednesday, they finally had what was the beginning to look like a routine and not just disjointed movements and she could feel herself settling into the rhythm of the music and the routine.

"You need to be sassy, and sexy, this is a party dance" He said.

'Not that she needs much help with that second part' He thought to himself.

The end of the day rolled round on the Wednesday, and she set to work taking off her Latin shoes from her sore feet, the soles and joints looking red and painful. Grabbing her trainers and slipping them on, she grabbed her bag, fishing around for her car keys.

"Good job today" He told her, grabbing her in a one armed side hug, kissing her forehead. She smiled and the two left the rehearsal room together, flicking off the lights behind them.

"What are you up to tonight then?" Hermione asked, as the two strolled through the corridors to the main foyer.

"Scorpius is doing a school play in a few weeks, and he has some lines to learn, so I'll be helping him with that". He said, a small air of trepidation in his voice.

"That's so cute, you know I've had to learn a fair amount of lines in my time too" She laughed as they exited the main building and entered the car park.

"Hmmm, I never knew". He said, his voice dripping in sarcasm, and she laughed. "Seriously though, if you have any ideas on how to get a 4-year-old to memorise paragraphs let me know".

"I would just say, take it line by line, go through the lines while reading them to him, and then after a while read the lead in line and see how much he remembers, besides he doesn't need to be word perfect, the only people that are going to know if he gets the line wrong are you and the 30 other kids and teachers at his school in the play, as long as he get the general gist of the line, I think you'll be ok" She offered, helpfully to him.

"Oh, wise one, teach me your ways". He laughed.

"Well if he's still struggling after tonight, let me know, maybe I can help" She said, blushing when she realised the implications of what she'd said. She'd essentialy expressed interest in meeting his son, and invited herself to his home.

"I'll bare that in mind." He said, oblivious to her inner turmoil. "So big day tomorrow, we're going to piece the whole routine together from the start to the finish, run it until its ingrained, and then head to the 'It Takes Two' studios"

"Sounds good" She said, as they approached her car. "This is me, I'll see you in the morning I guess"

"Yes, you will" He said, "Be prepared for exasperated texts from depending on how tonight goes, I'm going to need all the luck I can get"

"I will" She said, hugging him briefly, enjoying the feel of his arms around her. Blushing again as he brushed his lips across her cheek. "See you tomorrow, goodnight."

She waved slightly, as she opened her car door, stepping inside and dropped her bag on the seat next to her. Putting her keys in the ignition, she waved as she pulled away, spotting Draco in his car as she pulled out of her parking spot and out of the car park.

Thursday morning was hell, she felt like she'd forgotten everything she was supposed to have learnt, and despite excessive encouragement from Draco that she was doing fine, he brain kept bugging her, fogging her judgement and making her question her own abilities.

"What's going on?" He asked, after she'd stopped dancing for the 4th time that morning. "You've got the steps and you're doing well, and then you just stop".

"I don't know, it just feels wrong." She said, dropping to the floor, him following suit and sitting beside her. "I don't know if I'm just too in my head, but it just feels like I haven't learned anything at all this week, like all the hard work of the last 3 days is gone"

"A lot of that could be the transition from Ballroom to Latin, but you've been doing really well. Trust me, I'd tell you if you were shit" He told her laughing, before he reached towards her and grabbed her hands.

"I just feel like a fool" She said, a frustrated tear escaping down her cheek, a quick hand coming up to swipe it away. Draco quickly grasped her face, his thumbs rubbing the side of her face comfortingly.

"You are literally brilliant, I know you can do this" He said, moving his hands to grab her again and giving them a squeeze. "You know you can do this, deep down you do, once we've had that one full run through, trust me, you'll feel it." He said, squeezing her hands.

She nodded lightly, feeling silly all of a sudden, another tear escaping her eyes. "Ok, let's go again, I'll try to push through it"

He nodded, standing up, and she allowed him to pull her up, his hand quickly wiping away the escaped tear before moving towards where his phone was plugged into a stereo, and selecting their music.

They began dancing, and she pushed through her feelings of wanting to stop, ending the routine with her leg hitched over his hip and staring at the front where the cameras would be in the studio.

"There! See?" He said, as they moved again, her leg coming to rest back on the floor.

"Yes" She agreed, a small smile creeping on to her face.

"Remember to get those hips moving, just like we practised, and we're in for a good one on Saturday night". He told her.

"Ok"

They ran the routine again, and after a short lunch break, where they'd goofed around, laughing, and joking and maybe sitting a little too closely. He'd shown her some hilarious pictures of his son after he'd been given bubble-gum by Draco's mother, and she'd shared some of the crazy videos she'd captured of her cat.

Afterwards, they'd run the routine all afternoon, tweaking things as they went, feeling where the music led them and creating little moments in their dance for some fun connection between them.

"What do you say we get out of here?" He asked her eventually. "We're due at the studio for 'It Takes Two' soon."

"Sounds good" She agreed, Draco moving to the stereo to get his phone, and Hermione headed for her bag, slipping off her Latin shoes, she put her trainers back on, putting the shoes in her dancing bag, along with her water bottle, and grabbed her car keys from the depths of the material.

"I thought we could drive together, save taking two cars, then we can come back here and grab the other car" He said, and Hermione nodded.

"Yours or mine?"

"Let's go with mine, I've been in yours, it's time I repaid the favour" He said, and she laughed shaking her head, and she slipped her car keys back into her bag, allowing Draco to take her hand as they headed out of the door, turning the lights off as they left.

Settling into the passenger seat of his car, she made note of how clean it was considering it regularly transported a child. She'd at least expected a couple of stray wrappers and crayons strewn about, but was pleasantly surprised he wasn't using his son as an excuse for keeping poor standards.

"Off we go." He said, pulling out of the car park.

"How did it go with Scorpius' lines last night? You never actually said if he got them memorised, and I'm an invested party in this now."

"Oh, he got one lot done, but the other one, we're not having much luck, maybe you should give it a try?" He said, almost casually, as if he wasn't asking her to essentially meet his son. Hermione was touched that he already wanted to include her, especially with something as important in his life as his son.

"Yeah, I might have a few tricks up my sleeves." She answered, laughing lightly.

"That'd be great, maybe Sunday?" He asked, and she nodded.

"Sounds good" She agreed as they pulled into the car park at the SDS studio, going in a different direction than normal when they arrived in the reception area.

Getting into the lift, he grabbed her hand, and Hermione wondered whether he actually recognised this was what he was doing, or whether it was just a sub-conscious move now, considering they were getting more and more comfortable with one another. The doors opened, and Draco led her into a large dressing room, where she dropped her bag, and found a little rack in the middle of the room.

It was packed with mountains of clothing, all in her dress sizes. About half-way up the rack, a name tag read 'Draco', and she guessed these were outfit options for him.

About 5 minutes after they'd arrived, a woman popped into the room, she introduced herself as Megan, and told Hermione to follow her to hair and make-up.

Megan sat her in a chair, and Hermione watched as the woman pulled a pair of hair straighteners from a drawer, before plugging them in and starting the arduous task of straightening Hermione's hair. Hermione always marvelled at how long her hair was when it was straight, the curls masking heir true length, the bottom touching her waist.

Megan then set to work at pulling the newly straightened locks into a sleek high ponytail not unlike the one she had been sporting at the weekend. About 15 minutes later, she was ushered by Megan into the next chair along, and another woman began work on her face, putting a light layer of make-up on her and dusting her lips with colour before allowing Hermione to retreat to the safety of her and Draco's joint dressing room.

The clock in there ticked steadily, ready 5.30, and Hermione noticed that in her absence, Draco had changed into some dress trousers and a light blue shirt, which he had rolled up the sleeves on.

She smiled brightly as she turned to her, and she moved to the rack, looking over her own potential options.

"Draco? Come with me" Megan said, as she came back into the dressing room again, and Draco followed her, but not before flashing a smirk at Hermione, one that reeked of 'He's so hot, you're so lucky'.

Surveying the rack, she eventually chose a cream blouse, blue jeans, and some brown heeled boots. Slipping into the clothing carefully, so she didn't disturb either her hair or make-up, she was just zipping her boots up when Draco returned, hair only slightly more gelled, and a face looking slightly more tanned than it had before.

"Megan said once you're ready, we can head to the green room" Draco told her, as Hermione stood.

"Ok, no problem" Hermione said, as she checked her phone before putting it back in her bag and dropping said bag onto the floor.

"Oh, and it's a costume night tonight." He said, and upon seeing a confused look on her face continued. "Georgina is here, and she's going to be showing some sketches and first designs at some costumes for Saturday, and yours is going to be on one of the mannequins, Jenny will call you forward, and you remove a blue cloth, and Georgina will go over the design, each element that we've discussed and then ask you what you think, she might mention some of the alterations that may be made to it before Saturday night"

"Oh, I get it" She said, as the pair left the dressing room, her hand resting in Draco's yet again, as was becoming normal.

"Even I don't know what it looks like yet, but we'll find out later won't we, I had to give a brief to Georgina on Monday, but that's about as much insight as I have."

Entering the green room, they sat on a large sofa, Maria and Tom and Zachary and Ola, were also in there, as the other guests for that evening.

Hermione sat back against the sofa, and felt Draco's arms encircle her shoulders, and she smiled. Something about him holding her like he was made her feel safe and protected. Protected from what she didn't know but she wasn't about to start questioning her own emotions when she had 10 minutes until they went live.

Hermione listened as the opening theme began, and she grabbed Draco's hand with her right hand, smoothing her thumb over his knuckles.

The host appeared on the screen not long after that.

"Hello, you lovely people and welcome to another 'It Takes Two', I'm Jenny Beale, and let me tell you we have a full show for you tonight. We'll be catching up with Gregory Daniels over in choreography corner, and the lovely Georgina Hamilton is here showing us the costumes for Saturday's show. Also, tonight we have 3 lovely couples waiting in the green room." The camera in there began to pan around. "We have the handsome as ever Zachary Bell and Ola, we have the cutest partnership ever on the Strictly dance floor, Maria and Tom, and we have last week's highest scorers, Hermione and Draco. That's all coming up later, but first…"

Hermione tuned out after that, and instead returned to playing with the knuckles on Draco's hand, and vaguely followed the course of the show on the screen in the green room.

One by one the other couples left the room, leaving her and Draco alone.

"You good?" Draco asked.

"Yeah, I'm good" She smiled at him, turning her head to look at him before bringing her attention back to his hand.

"Hermione? Draco?" They heard a voice, and a woman wearing a headset popped her head around the door. "You're wanted on set now".

Standing up, Draco grabbed her hand, and they followed the crew member onto the set, stopping behind a camera which was set up ready to film the costume segment.

"Welcome Georgina Hamilton everybody" Jenny said, and the room cheered. "It's good to see you again, I've missed this".

"Me too Jen" Georgina said, smiling at the host as she stood opposite her.

"So shall we get on to looking at this week's costumes?" Jenny asked, and Georgina nodded.

"Ok, so first we have this sketch of Angelina's dress, now she and Peter are doing an American Smooth Viennese Waltz, can you explain your design?"

"Ah yes, so she's doing this big old Hollywood number, so we decided on a classic 20's/30's look for her, with the big feathers and the shimmers from the jewels" Georgina indicated to the screen, as she pointed out the elements. "We went with a monochrome look, and decided to keep the dress fairly simple and elegant, we wanted to do a period typical empire waistline and went with a proper ballroom skirt fringed with feathers, the hem line may get a bit longer before Saturday, Angelina's lovely and tall so we want to make sure her skirt isn't too short, but not too long obviously, it won't do to have her tripping over her trim"

"I love it, moving on to Phoebe and Michael, they're performing a Jive on Saturday night" Jenny said, as a new sketch appeared on the screen between her and Georgina. "This looks gorgeous".

"Yes, she and Michael are doing a 50's inspired Jive, so we decided on a nice rockabilly dress style, we thought pink would suit the theme of their dance, and we're obviously going to bedazzle the heck out of it, we thought this big print was key to the design too, something that really captures their theme" Georgina said, indicating to the dress. "I think we'll probably stick at a knee length, but we'll see how her movement is when we do fittings tomorrow".

"So, moving on the mannequins, first up we have this vision in orange" Jenny said.

"This is Tanya's dress for Saturday, she and Matthew are dancing a Salsa, we've kept the length pretty short, this might come down a bit depending on how Tanya feels, and we decided on fringing for extra movement, and this should look great on everyone's screens on Saturday night" Georgina said.

"And finally, we have the 1st mystery costume of the series, and to unveil it, please welcome Hermione Granger everybody!" Jenny said, and Hermione let go of Draco's hand walking into shot. "Now you and Draco are performing a Salsa, and we're all very excited to see what you'll be wearing".

Hermione smiled, wondering what was lying beneath the cloth, she had no idea what Draco and Georgina had discussed.

"We stuck very closely to the brief Draco gave us on Monday, and from there we built a costume we think just oozes a Salsa party" Georgina said. "Hermione do you want to do the honours?"

Hermione nodded, extending her hand to grab the blue shiny fabric hiding her costume. Pulling off the cloth, a silver shimmering, and highly fringed dress was revealed underneath, the bodice covered in numerous gemstones.

"I love it" Jenny said.

"Draco wanted a Salsa queen, so we stuck very closely with that, we thought she'd really pop in this silver and we thought it would really fit their nineties vibe, and the feathers on the bustle should make those hips look fantastic. We decided on a halter top, and then just went nuts with the bedazzling. I can't see much changing between now and Saturday night, there may be a few hem adjustments, but besides that I think this is pretty much your dress Hermione" Georgina said.

"It's gorgeous" Hermione said, as she looked over the costume. "You sure it's for me?"

The group laughed. Hermione was then closed out of shot, and she returned to Draco's side as Jenny and Georgina finished their segment.

"You're going to look amazing in that" Draco whispered in her ear, and she smiled up at him.

"It's very short" She said, turning her head to him and raising her eyebrow.

Draco just smirked, before turning his attention back to what was happening on set.

Jenny introduced them and after a quick VT played, the cameras turned to them, and they danced up to the bedazzled sofas.

"Hello, my lovelies, welcome to the show" Jenny said, as Hermione and Draco sat on the sofa opposite her, Hermione sat nearest the big TV monitor in the middle, Draco sat beside her, his arm draped across the back of the couch, his hand on her shoulder, a reassuring weight to remind her she could do this.

"Thanks for having us" Hermione said.

"So, we've just seen your dress for your Salsa this week, how has it been going in training?"

"Well, the Salsa is definitely very different to the Tango, and I had a mini meltdown today, but Draco, good as he is, helped me through it, and now I just hope it goes well on Saturday night" Hermione replied.

"Hermione's been doing really well with adapting to a different style this week, and yes we had a slight flap this morning, but she's going to do absolutely brilliantly" Draco said.

"Now last week, you were top of the leader board, does that put pressure on for this week?" Jenny asked the pair.

"Oh yes, so much, because you don't want to be the couple that slips backwards, and you certainly don't want to go from being at the top of the leader board to the bottom" Hermione said.

"Yeah, there's definitely a pressure to keep on going, and improve week after week, but some dances are just easier to grasp than others, but I'm confident, I believe in her and we'll just have to see what Saturday night brings".

"And finally, I've been talking to Seamus and Angelina about this, you all went to school together, and all three of you were in the top part of the leader board last week, where on earth is this school and how do I get in?" Jenny joked.

"I know, I think it has less to do with the school though and more to do with our individual talents, Angie has to be quick on her feet with Tennis, and Seamus is used to being tackled by 150 pound men, so Lindsey is like half that, though from what Seamus has been saying, she's 10 times scarier" Hermione laughed. "And for me, I had to do some basic steps with my time on stage, and so that gives you a basic grasp of rhythms."

"Thank you, Hermione and Draco everybody!" Jenny said, turning to the camera and addressing the audience at home, before the cameras cut, and she and Draco exited the studio.

Still dressed in their outfits from the show, they grabbed her bag and headed out to the car park once again, Draco's hand holding hers once more.

Pulling back up to their rehearsal studio, Hermione jumped out of his car, giving him a brief hug, before she pulled out her own car keys, and got into the vehicle, tomorrow would bring the chaos of camera blocking and costume fittings, and Hermione made the vow to sleep well that night.

The morning of the live show, Hermione found herself restless, the ever-looming presence of an elimination had her nerves on edge, no one wanted to be the first one out of the competition, and Hermione felt she'd be letting Draco down big style if they were the first ones to leave.

As noon rolled around, Hermione jumped in the shower, her body sweaty from a run to calm her nerves, and dressed casually, before grabbing everything she needed and leaving the house. The drive to the studio was relatively uneventful, and she'd been surprised to see the car park practically full when she pulled up to the SDS studio.

Grabbing her bag, she locked her car and headed in, smiling at the receptionist who simply nodded at her, and headed for the green room. Inside she found Angelina, who was talking on her phone, the woman shooting her a quick smile as Hermione entered the room. Dropping her belongings on the floor, she pulled her phone from within one of the pockets, and her face lightened as she saw a text from Draco.

Your costumes ready, you should see it! WOW! - D

Smiling to herself, and with a quick wave to Angelina, she left the room, headed for the costume department to see what all the fuss was about with Draco.

Entering the room, she was met by the sight of many costume crew members, running around the room, a spray of glitter and sequins everywhere she looked. To her left she could see Hannah getting sewn into her dress, and on her right, she could see Tom being sewn into a very bright pair of yellow trousers. Taking a seat, she watched the chaos unfold before her.

"Hermione" She heard, and turned to the door to see Draco, a takeaway cup in hand, stood in the doorway, his hair in a quiff.

"Hey." She said, as the man came to sit beside her.

"I see you got my text?" He smirked.

"Yes, and now I'm intrigued, it can't be that different from what we saw yesterday." She said.

"Oh, just wait, I may have had a quiet word with Georgina whilst you changed" Draco said. A puzzled look crossed Hermione's face.

"Hermione!" Georgina greeted, coming toward the pair, "Come on, let's get you into your dress, if you need to like, 'go' before the show, just let me know and we'll get you out as quick as we can" Georgina said. Hermione nodded.

Georgina then turned, and Hermione stood, following her, flashing a puzzled smile to Draco as she left. Going into one of the changing booths, she stepped out of her clothes, discarding her bra, and not too seconds later, she saw Georgina's hand coming through the part in the curtains, the silver dress in hand.

Climbing into it, she noticed one major difference between how the dress had been the day before and how it was now. Now instead of a solid bodice, there were cut outs on her side, coming over her waist and hips, some draping beading hanging there.

'That cheeky son of a-' Her thoughts disturbed by Georgina.

"Hermione, you in it?" Georgina asked.

"Yes, one second." Folding her clothes, and delaying the inevitable reveal, she exited the booth.

"Oh, look at you" Georgina said, smiling encouragingly at her.

"Thanks" Hermione said, as the woman began to sew her into the costume.

Georgina mumbled aimlessly to Hermione, her just nodding in response and making light noises of affirmation.

"Here we are, why don't you go and have a look in the mirror?" Georgina said, and nervously Hermione made her way to the full-length mirror at the front of the room.

Hermione wasn't sure she'd ever felt this comfortable in her own skin, but now, standing her, her legs bare, and reaching for days and more skin on show than she'd normally feel comfortable with, she was feeling pretty confident.

"Look at you" She heard from behind her, turning to find her partner, grey trouser clad and beaming at her.

"I have to say, those trousers really suit you" She laughed, turning to him. Allowing Georgina to slip a dressing gown over her shoulders, Hermione smiled thankfully, pulling it closed, before sitting and waiting for Draco.

Once he was done, she went to retrieve her belongings, slipping into a pair of slippers, her sports socks still on, and she had to laugh at how she must have looked, more suited for bed than a dance show, but the dress beneath screamed party. Like a present waiting to be unwrapped.

Grabbing Draco's hand, something which neither of them seemed to think too much about, now more of subconscious move than anything, and headed for the green room, dropping off her clothes in her bag, before retrieving her phone from her leggings pocket, slipping it into the pocket of her dressing gown, and heading for hair and make-up.

The room was its usual chaos, and she and Draco migrated towards Angie and Peter, both of them sat in make-up chairs, Peter's face being toned up with foundation, and Angelina's being painted in soft hues keeping tied in with the old Hollywood theme of her dance.

"Hey guys" Hermione said, standing behind the chairs.

"Hey 'Mione" Angelina greeted, a soft smile on her lips as Vikki worked above her.

"Hey Hermione, I'll be with you in a second" Vikki said, and Hermione nodded at the woman.

"No rush" Hermione said, Draco's hand still holding hers, though neither of them seemed to notice, the other pair, however, did, raising eyebrows at each other when neither Hermione nor Draco were looking.

"How did it go in costume?" Peter asked.

"Well apparently, grey trousers are my thing" Draco laughed. "And Hermione is hiding beneath all those clothes".

Blushing slightly, Hermione shot him a look.

'How can he say that so casually, when it literally sets my whole body on fire' Hermione thought.

"Oh, I don't doubt it, she's a dark horse this one" Angelina said, indicating to her friend with a flick of her eyes.

"Guys, stop it" Hermione said, her face growing warm.

"Ok, that's you done Angie" Vikki said, and the girl departed the chair, Hermione slipping into it. "Let's get you sorted."

Vikki set to work on her face, the small conversation continuing between her, Draco, Peter, Angie, and Vikki, as the woman plastered her face in various products.

45 minutes and many products later, Hermione was done, and looking in the mirror she smiled, her eyes had been coated in various shades of grey and silver, false lashes and her own eyelashes coated in thick black mascara, her lips bright pink and vibrant, a faint blush and shimmer on her cheeks.

"Hermione I'm ready for you now" Hermione heard Francine say from behind her, and smiling she nodded, heading for the woman in question.

Letting her hair down from the hastily tied bun she'd put it in after her shower, she sat in the chair and watched as Francine decided what to do with it.

Keeping her natural curls, which as Francine said, actually fitted the dance, she set to work on braiding sections and fixing them in place.

A fierier look was what greeted her when Francine had completed her look, she looked like a party queen, and part of her was loving it.

"I like this Latin look for you 'Mione" Seamus said, as he entered the room, the girl just standing up once more.

"Thanks, Seamus, the traditional look really suits you!" She replied, eying her friend up and down in his tuxedo.

Thanking Francine, she left the room, heading to get some food before the show in an hour.

Walking into the tent serving as craft services, she smiled upon finding Draco in there.

"Hey partner." She said.

"Look at you" Draco replied. "You're going to knock people's socks off with just the way you look tonight, never mind your excellent dancing". He said, and she sat with him on one of the sofas dotted around.

"Thank you." She said, feeling her face become warm once more.

"So, are you still ok for helping me with Scorp tomorrow?" Draco asked.

"Of course, I know where you live after all" She joked, him laughing lightly.

"Thank you, he's seems genuinely nervous about this" Draco told her.

"He seems to have slept better last night though" Hermione said, noting her partners lack of sleep deprivation.

"Oh, he did, thankfully, another night of him wriggling and I was considering putting a dead lock on my bedroom door".

"We both know you wouldn't do that; your whole life is dance and that little boy"

"I know, but it's nice to dream" Hermione laughed at that.

They chatted for 45 minutes, before the decided to return their robes, and headed to the green room to grab their dance shoes.

"You really do look phenomenal Hermione" Draco told her, as the woman sat in a chair strapping her Latin dance shoes to her feet.

"Thank you, and I mean it, grey trousers really work for you, and I like this". She said, indicting to where his shirt, bedazzled with silver, was open in a large V.

"Well thank you" Hermione blushed slightly but hid it by fastening her other shoe. "You ready?" Draco asked her, Hermione nodding as she safely deposited her phone in her bag once more.

Standing, she waited for Draco who put his phone away to, grabbing her hand as he passed, the two of them exited the room, and headed for the large group circle once more.

Standing there, it finally dawned on Hermione, one of these couple's wouldn't be here next week, hell she might not be here next week, and she resolved to love every second she had out on that floor.

"Go out, and leave everything on the dance floor, good luck everyone" Tom said, placing his hand in the centre of the circle, them all following suit in what she assumed was a weekly ritual.

Smiling as they all separated, she found Draco's arm wrapped securely around her, his hand cold against her bare skin.

The theme music blasted once more, and the group got into lines on the stairs, Hermione and Draco standing about mid mid-way up this time.

"Welcome to Strictly Dancing Stars, and our first round of elimination" Tina said, once the hosts had been introduced.

"We have 15 nervous celebrities backstage hoping to wow us once again with some more fabulous routines." Olivia said.

"Now, the judges scores from last week have been carried over to this week, and these will be combined with this week's scores and your votes to decide who goes through to next week's movie week extravaganza" Tina continued.

"But before we meet them, let's meet the fearsome foursome who will be scoring our couples" Olivia said.

"It's time to meet…" Tina paused.

"Our Judges." They said together.

"Martin Thomas" Olivia said.

"Selina Valentine" Tina continued.

"Zoe Chalmers"

"And Tim Lisetsky"

"Our judges everybody!" Olivia said.

"Now there's only one thing left to do and that's meet our…" Tina paused.

"Strictly Stars!" The two moving off the floor as the lines began moving.

"Ex-Cricketer, Jason Whitman and his partner, Aliona Kopilova"

"Soap Opera Star, Tanya Gutierrez and her partner, Matthew Parkinson"

"Footballer, Zachary Bell and his partner, Ola Aksana"

"Singer, Phoebe Stevens and her partner, Michael Peace"

"TV Doctor, Diana McCall and her partner, Liam McKay"

"Ireland Rugby Captain, Seamus Finnegan and his partner, Lindsey Thompson"

"Children's TV Personality, Hannah Reid and her partner, Vincent Alamore"

Hermione and Draco emerged at the top of the stairs, Draco's hand securely around her, as he waved with his opposite hand, her mirroring him.

"Author and Stage Actress, Hermione Granger and her partner, Draco Malfoy"

Descending the stairs, Hermione looked briefly at Draco who smiled at her. Reaching their mark, his arms encircled her, the two bopping gently to the beat of the intro music being played.

"Boyband Star, Nicholas Marshall and his partner, Karen Lewis"

"TV News Anchor, Anna Cole and her partner, Anthony Baker"

"TV Presenter, Simon Lake and his partner, Michelle Norris"

"Gymnast, Maria Adamson and her partner, Tom Malloy"

"Olympic Gold Medallist, Daniel Hulmes and his partner, Rachel Evans"

"Tennis Star and Wimbledon Champion, Angelina Johnson and her partner, Peter Fletcher"

"And finally, Actor and Singer, Charlie Walsh and his partner, Witney Larson"

Waiting and dancing to the music, as Charlie came down the stairs, she felt secure in Draco's embrace, and they finished with a flourish as the music ended.

"There they are, now last week Hermione and Draco topped our leader board with a score of 32, and Anna and Anthony were last, but your votes could change everything." Tina said.

"Yes, and remember phone lines won't open until the end of the show, so don't vote yet" Olivia said.

"Now, dancing first tonight is Maria Adamson and her partner, Tom Malloy, they're dancing a sexy Salsa this week, let's see how they got on in training" Tina said, and the couples left the floor as the VT rolled, Draco once again leading her up to the sky box, where he let his arms encircle her once more, his head resting on top of hers every now and then.

They were dancing last that night, and Hermione felt the show drag, as she watched every couple dance before her.

Finally, they were led from the sky box, Draco's hand in hers as they headed for last minute touch ups, before standing on the stars ready to be introduced by Tina.

"Now our final couple this evening, were our highest scorers last week, its Hermione Granger and her partner Draco Malfoy, now the shift from ballroom to Latin is never easy, but Draco's had some interesting techniques to help Hermione prepare for their sizzling Samba" Tina said, and the pair waved at the camera.

The VT rolled, and Draco led them down the stairs, both of them getting into their correct places.

"Dancing the Salsa to 'Ooh Ah, Just a Little Bit' by the Gina G, Hermione Granger and her partner, Draco Malfoy".

They danced it the tightest they ever had, every step she felt on fire, and the sexiest she had ever felt in her life.

They ended with her front flush to his, her leg hitched over his hip, instead of facing the front like they had practiced, their eyes were lock passionately. Draco broke their passionate gaze and pressed a kiss to her forehead as they stood once more, being ushered over to Tina.

"Wasn't that a fantastic way to round out the show everyone?" Tina asked. "You were on fire out there, and stunning to".

"I felt it!" Hermione said, regaining her breath after their fast-paced Salsa. Draco's arm snaking around her waist, his fingers playing with the beads on her waist.

"Aww bless you, shall we see what the judges thought? Let's start with you Martin".

"I thought you could have done with a bit more bounce in places, and your footwork needs some tidying my darling, but for a week two performance that was very good".

"Selina"

"Well, you were just on fire weren't you, you seemed completely in control, teasing your man, and there was a sizzling chemistry, I couldn't take my eyes off you, all I will say is try not to throw those beautiful lines with your arms away, make sure to finish it off, and then you're looking at top marks."

"High praise, Zoe"

"Well, well, well, not only is she a graceful charmer in the ballroom, she's a sizzling Latin princess too, I would say I agree with Martin about some of the footwork, but like he said, its week two and I am thoroughly impressed".

"And Tim"

"Someone get a fire extinguisher we need to put that fire out, your hips just never stopped, I would go as far as to say that's the best hip action we've ever had in a Salsa on this show! Well done!"

"The judges seemed to have enjoyed it, let's see how that translates into scores, head on up to Olivia" Tina said, Draco grabbing her hand, pulling her away from the group. "Hermione and Draco!"

Running up the stairs, Hermione could hear the cheering coming from up there. Smiling widely as they walked over to Olivia.

"They all said, you were on fire, how are you feeling?" Olivia asked.

"Well, we worked really hard on the sizzle so, it's nice to know it paid off!" Hermione said, Draco coming to stand beside her once more, his hand around her waist once more, fingers drawing patterns on the exposed skin.

"You seemed to be having the time of your life out there, let's see how the judges thought you did, the scores are in"

"Martin Thomas"

"8"

"Selina Valentine"

"9"

Draco screamed a 'yes' to her, at that, and Hermione felt dazed, a 9 in week two? That was just the best feeling.

"Zoe Chalmers"

"8"

"Tim Lisetsky"

"8"

"That is the highest score of the night, and the series so far, with 33, that gives them a combined total of 65" Olivia said, "Congratulations, now if Hermione and Draco are your favourites, be sure to vote for them when the lines open in just a few minutes. Now that all our couples have danced, there's only one thing left to do…"

Hermione smiled, Draco's arms back around her, his chin resting on her shoulder, wide smiles both gracing their faces.

"The lines are now - OPEN!" Olivia announced, going over all the terms and conditions, the group around her dancing wildly, Hermione and Draco jumping up and down together.

"If you need some help deciding who to vote for, here's a recap of all tonight's performances as well as last weeks performances with those all-important numbers you need to call" Olivia said, and the recap played, the group traipsing down the stairs to their marks on the floor for the end of the show.

Draco and Hermione fell into the all familiar position, his chin on her shoulder as they waited for the end of the video and the hosts to begin talking once more.

"You were incredible, honestly, sexy and fierce, just wow" He whispered into her ear, pecking her cheek as he stood up straight behind her.

She blushed slightly, a warm feeling in her stomach, as the camera turned back onto the hosts.

"What a fantastic night of competition we had this evening" Tina said.

"Join us tomorrow night at 7.45, when our professionals will give us another amazing group dance, and we'll say goodbye to one of our couples" Olivia continued.

"I know, it's a sad, voting lines remain open for another 45 minutes, so make sure to get your votes in to save your favourites, and for now all that's left to say is…." Tina said.

"Keeeep Dancing!" They said together, Draco spinning her to face him, and rocking them gentling.

The outro played, and they all slowly left the floor, the results show being prepared, and now all Hermione could do was cross her fingers and hope for the best.

So there it is. Let me know what you thought!
