Peter sat down at the bus stop across from the Amity Park museum and looked at nothing he didn't know what to do now
He just didn't know
Across the street an alarm went off at the museum
Peter stood up without even thinking and he went ghost he could mope later someone could be in trouble he flew off across the street and towards the museum
Flying into the museum Peter looked around for any sign of the thief he kept flying until he found the thief in the ancient egypt wing he was a little taller then Peter wearing silvery grey armor over a black body suit a silver helmet with a green oval shaped visor
He was flying with a some small gold statue of a bird headed person
The second Iron Phantom unlike the original Iron Phantom Dash Baxter
This Iron Phantom was a lot more competent as a supervillain having stolen the armor he was wearing from a secret bunker belonging to the disgraced Colonel Stryker and using it for his own purposes
But what else would you expect from the son of Red X
The one villain that the Titans were never able to catch
"Hold it right there Phantom" Peter said firing a ghost ray towards Iron Phantom bringing up the arm without the little statue an energy shield covered his arm blocking his ghost ray "shouldn't you be in school kid" Iron Phantom asked with an electronically disguised voice
Peter growled thinking about what he saw at the school flying at Iron Phantom using his mutant powers to turn his fist indestructible his fist glowed becoming a metallic black color he threw a punch at the Iron Phantom
Iron Phantom dropped down Peters punch going right above his head he flew back bending his hands down two twin barreled blasters popped out of the bracers around his lower arms
He fired green blast after green blast Peter dove down deflecting the blasts with his indestructible arm with his other hand he fired another ghost blast hitting Iron Phantom knocking him into the floor he was barely on his feet in time to roll out of the way of Peter diving down and hitting the floor with a punch leaving a small crater in the floor
"Wow someone seems ticked" the Iron Phantom commented "what happened your girlfriend dump you"
Peter growled thinking about what happened earlier today "none of your business "
he turned and flew at Iron Phantom again throwing another punch then followed it up with a kick aimed at his smug helmeted face Iron Phantom dodged the punch then grabbed Peters leg pushing him back into a dispaly of egyptian jewelry
"Wow seriously I was just guessing" Iron Phantom said shaking his head pocketing the statue he took in a compartment in his armor
Peter stood up ready to keep fighting Iron Phantom shook his head sighing
"Well this has been fun but I've got things to do people to see stuff to steal you understand right" Iron Phantom said giving Peter a mocking salute he was about to fly off when Peter flew at him as Iron Phantom reached for a flash bomb Peter grabbed onto him as the armored thief dropped the flash bomb red and green flashed across Peters vision
When his vision cleared he was in an alleyway by a dumpster he felt queasy and his head was pounding like Dumpty Humpty were having a reunion concert and the venue was between his ears
And there was no sign of Iron Phantom
Great what else could go wrong today
Holding onto his head he stumbled out of the alley looking around looking confused trying to figure out where he was
It looked like Amity Park but he didn't recognize the street he was on
Where was he
"Oh my aching head" Iron Phantom said rubbing his head it felt like he'd gotten hit by a truck the Iron Phantom activated his invisibility system and flew up into the sky landing on a rooftop looking around it looked like he was still in Amity Park but how the heck did he get to wherever here was
"Gideon" Iron Phantom called on the AI installed in the armor "are you there"
"I'm here captain" Gideons lovely voice rang through the speakers of his helmet happy to hear her voice
"And boy am I glad you are can you tell me what happened" he asked "the last thing I remember was fighting Specter in the Amity Park museum"
"As I recall you were grappling with Specter then you appeared here after a strange energy surge hit the both of you" Gideon told him
A strange energy surge that was odd he doubted it was from Specter and he didn't have his team with him
Even if they were there that wouldn't tell him what happened since none of them could teleport people away "sir there appears to be a citywide network that didn't exist monents ago"
"Can you access it"
"Affirmative give me a moment to bypass the security"
Iron Phantom nodded a moment later Gideon got through the encryptions turns out it was some kind of ghost detection system not too surprising that Amity Park would have something like this no what was weirder was what Gideon found by using the ghost detection network to access the city mainframe things weren't making sense
Street cams were in different places and so were the police stations at the museum there was no record of the museum being broken into today or any other time this week
Something was off very very off
'Where am I' Iron Phantom thought wondering where he was and how he had gotten here
The man in the white suit held his hand observing the red portal he tapped his earpiece "sir this is Michael phase one is successful the Fenton boy and the Iron Phanntom have been sent away and the asset has been deployed to eliminate them" he reported closing the red portal by squeezing his hand shut
"CJ can you hang back for a second" his teacher slash godmother Kitty Pryde Fenton asked after him english class all the while CJ was wondering if he had dine something wrong
"Something I can help you with Professor" CJ asked
"Can you tell me where Peter is because I seriously doubt it would take him this long to hide a birthday present" she asked sounding annoyed and worried CJ frowned not knowing what she was talking about
"Birthday present Professor" he asked confused
"Yes the one you asked Peter to hide from Kate" Kitty told him CJ shook his head
"Professor I haven't seen Peter since yesterday at training and I didn't ask him to hide any present from Kate" CJ said now he was the one sounding worried
'Where are you Peter and why didn't you want your mom to know where you were going' CJ thought worried
Well the good news was Peter thought his head was no longer pounding like an army of bongo drums
The bad news was he was pretty sure he had ended up on an alternate earth
He figured it out pretty quick when invisibly he went to his house and found a different family living there
Peters first instinct was to use the emergency cosmic beacon built into his phone to go back home to Earth Seven but when he tried it didn't do anything great he couldn't call home and he got stranded in a different universe
His parents were going to ground him until Madge and Logan were grandparents for this
'It's no big all I have to do is find the doppelgänger of uncle Tuck assuming he wasn't evil or not good with technology in this world and he can fix it I can go home no problems' Peter thought trying to think of where was the best place to find his uncle checking the time it was around three o clock that was usually when Uncle Tuck took his lunch break
'If the uncle tuck of this world is a creature of habit like mine is he's either having lunch at home or the Nasty Burger ' Peter thought flying off towards the Nasty Burger first hoping to find the doppelgänger of his dads best friend and fast
And that's the chapter as you may or may not have guessed Peter the new Iron Phantom and the 'asset' have all been transported to a parallel earth
Now in the next chapter is going to be a wild ride
