Chapter 276

Hiccups POV:

It's been six weeks since we got back from vacation and in that time not much has happened other than us settling back into our regular lives which now included my dad leaving me in charge of the village for a day once a week to help me gain more experience as chief. I learnt a few more things about being a chief and had to say I enjoyed most days since with the help of Toothless, things always went by fast with the only things that take time were handling disputes between the people and official ceremonies. Because of this, I only had to work for half the day while the rest of that time was left for me to do whatever I want which was mostly spent coming up with ideas on how to improve Berk or my island.

One improvement I'd made was reinforcing the whispering death tunnels from my days in hiding by lining the walls entirely with gronkle iron to make them safer incase the village needed to be evacuated without the fear of cave-ins. I also used them to enlarge the dragon stables since they needed to be enlarged since more people were getting their own dragons and they needed a place to keep them besides their own houses. Thankfully I'd been working on a design for a new stable that would double as a hanger and dragon care area where a lot of dragons would be able to live and where we'd be able to let them fly out from. My dad gave his seal of approval when he saw the designs and construction began a day later with my whispering deaths digging out the dent in the cliffside and week later it was complete. Everyone loved it since it had everything needed such as food storage, custom stables, a runway for dragons to take off of which could also be pulled in incase of storms and a lot more. (AN: Picture the stables from the films.)

Besides that, I'd decided to get back to my forging roots and created a few new items for the golden dragon armory and aside that I'd also gotten to work on some automaton designs I'd put on hold with everything that's happened. Once the designs were completed, I'd finally got around to making them and I am happy to say that each of the prototypes worked perfectly and I was able to make a few new ones that I put to work and they've each come in handy.

To Begin with there is the 'Turtle Carriers' which were automatons shaped like large turtles with their bodies and shell made of diamond steel mixed with depths sapphire, peer stones for eyes, a life stone in their heads and the tops of their shells being made of flexible glass mixed with gronkle iron to strengthen it. Now their shells were hollow and lined alpaca fur on the inside making it extra soft with pillows lining the edges making it perfect for its purpose which is to act as a carrier for Xiu in the pool. The way it works is I put Xiu in it and the glass top comes down and locks it tight before it either swims around the surface of the water or dives below for her to enjoy the ride. When I first showed it to the girls, they looked as if I'd lost my mind until I demonstrated it with a fake baby for over an hour in the pool and I made it look like fun and safe for Xiu. After that the girls were still hesitant but allowed me to test it on Xiu and made it clear she wasn't allowed to go beneath the water so she would remain on the surface. As expected, Xiu adored it and was giggling as I sent her around the pool within the turtle's shell and when my wives allowed her to go below the surface but barely, she adored it. My wives allowed it to be used in the pool since they'd be able to have fun with Xiu and take her on small dives since she seemed to have fun beneath the waters.

When my dad found out about this automaton, he wasn't too big on his infant granddaughter being put into it, especially how it'd be able to sink below the water. After I demonstrated it though he figured it could be used for evacuating sinking ships during storms since tidal classes weren't easy to fly during those storms. He had me make another one but made it big enough to hold up to five people in the shell with the sides of the shell being lined with a circle shaped bench, a small crate in the middle with medical and food supplies while the glass top opens four ways. We did a test run on this with a few of the fishermen and after testing it six times, it was not only proven to be perfectly safe and effective with a few of the Vikings who tested them asking if they could take another ride beneath the waves.

Along with that I'd also built a few automatons I'd named 'Mining Moles' which as the name says, are mole shaped automatons that are used for mining but not just for jewels. These automatons are only a little bigger than my head and have bodies made from gronkle iron mixed with diamond steel, life stoned in their fore heads and peerstones mixed with some luminescent crystals I have. I'd also given them claws made from the same material as their bodies but the middle claw could be extended and then be pulled back and forth so it could use a serrated edge to act as a saw. The reason for these moles is they can dig into the walls of the volcano where my diamond mine was without risking any cave-ins and check for any lava flows or gas pockets without endangering my dragons. Along with this I built them to also harvest plant roots for medicines and other such things for Gothi and the other healers of Berk who need them for their work. The way they store the gems and roots they've gathered is they open a pouch like that of a kangaroo and drop the items within and they'll be stored within their bodies which could then be opened fully so the items could be removed.

Now I was in the Egyptian desert, sitting in the gazebo while looking at the waters of the Oasis while stroking Nylene's head with her body on one side and her head coming around my back with her head then resting on my lap. As she did this I watched as Saichi lay on the floor in front of me, soaking in the sun as it came down on him, warming both the floor and his body which I'm guessing he enjoyed if how he was purring was anything to go by. I leaned back and enjoyed the suns warmth against my face and found myself slowly letting all the tension leave my body beneath the heat of the sun while thinking back to all the good times I had in Egypt. The more I thought about it the more I realized it'd been a long time since I'd last been there to see Cleopatra and the other friends I'd made there, and the kids had only been there once before. The more I thought about it the more I figured it'd be good since it'd be nice to see Cleopatra again, see how the city has changed, expose the kids to the culture a bit more, help them with their evasion skills by avoiding some of the nobles who come after them, increase their resistance to the desert heat and more. With this in mind I sat up, gently pushing Nylene off my lap as I said.

"Sorry girl, need to go talk with my wives about another possible trip and this one's to your homeland." Her head perked up at this making me chuckle. "Don't worry, if we do end up going, we'll be sure to bring you with us." She growled and nodded before I made my way out of the gazebo and down the path leading back to the house.

Nightfall

I was lying in bed with my wives while going over today's events and I had to say it had been a pretty normal day for me with the exception of meeting with my wives to discuss the possibility of visiting Egypt. They all agreed saying that it'd be nice to see Alexandria and that it'd be good for the kids to get the chance to enjoy a little more of what this world had to offer. They did make it clear though that the kids were always to be guarded since it would be like in Arabia with kidnapping attempts on both them and Xiu. I was in full agreement with this since there were some bad people in Alexandria who knew the riches and items I was in possession of and would stop at nothing to claim them for themselves. We'd decided to leave in a week since that would give us time to plan things out, get everything in order and pack what we'd be taking so we'd be ready to leave and hopefully this trip wouldn't be like when we went to Arabia when I had to save Aamin from bandits and Toothless was turned into a puppet by Sultan Khalid. For this trip to Egypt, I was looking forward to a nice quiet trip in which I'd be able to see some old friends, take in the culture and share some new experiences with my family.

3 weeks later

It's been two weeks since we came to Alexandria and those weeks have mostly been pretty quiet with my family just taking in the new culture and city. When we'd first come though we went straight to the palace to greet Cleopatra since it would be disrespectful to put off greeting the queen who is also an old friend of mine. She was surprised when I told her how far Brant and Chara had come in their training since we last visited after I defeated the Pharaohs serpent (AN: Chapter 219) and even more surprised when I presented Xiu to her since she had no idea me and Blanca could have a child. Still though she told us that she found Xiu to be precious and could tell she'd grow into a strong young women but was curious to know if she'd be a snake guardian like Blanca but we told her we wouldn't know until she was older.

After that, she'd begun questioning me about all that had happened with me since our last meeting followed by asking me to demonstrate what my new weapons and items were capable of. Then much to my surprise she requested a demonstration of Brant and Chara's skill against two of her guards with a promise that the guards would be ordered to go easy on them. The thing is it wasn't the kids I was worried about and this was proven correct when the two guards were easily defeated by the kids who at the time were using a regular spear and twin daggers. I don't think I've seen Cleopatra so shocked in all the time I've known her than when she witnessed the end of the fight with my kids being the victors. She then had a feast thrown in our honor with various delicacies of her land which I always found delicious as did my family and then we were allowed to leave so I could show my family around the city. I did have Amr following within the shadows though since there were a few people giving my wives and kids looks that I did not like one bit.

Following that, our days were spent enjoying all the city had to offer from the stalls to the people, but I'd be lying if I said there weren't a few issues. There were numerous kidnapping attempts on the kids when we were out in the city, but the kids took down their would-be kidnappers before the guards took them away and then there were the attempts to kidnap Xiu at the house. Those kidnappers attempt to kidnap my youngest were foiled by Amr, Nylene and of course Zhang Young before we handed them over to the guards, but they weren't happy to have their quiet nights ruined by the need to pick up the crooks so I'd always tip them with some gold.

Now though, I was lying in bed with my wives and enjoying the peace of the night, but I couldn't shake the feeling that something big was coming for me to deal with. I sighed and shook my head while mentally telling myself that I was just being paranoid as usual, and nothing was going to happen that would need me to solve it outside of a fight within my family. With this in mind I took one last breath to calm my nerves and relax my muscles before joining my wives in the peacefulness of slumber.

Outskirts of Alexandria

Nobodies POV:

The lone figure of a man dressed in baggy clothes fit for the desert and a brown burlap sack in his grip rushed through the various alleyways before looking around and smiling when he saw no one. With that done he opened the bag and smiled at the assortment of stolen items from a temple he'd just broken into before his eyes landed on a strange palm sized tablet made from white marble. This tablet was something that he'd discovered in a canopic jar which he accidentally knocked over and took it since he figured it might be worth something to the right buyer. He lifted the tablet up and began examining it before the words that were written in a long-forgotten tongue and watched in surprise when it changed into a form of writing that he could understand. Figuring that it was some sort of trick that was used to spook thieves and deter them from stealing it and read out loud.

"Speak my name and obtain limitless power! Gorag, magi sopeco argora mahimu Zahur!"

Once the words were read the words on the tablet turned back to normal and the thief put things back into his satchel and made his way out of the alleyway. As he left though, he began to feel a little dizzy and began to wobble a bit before accidentally bumped into a passing man, holding an amphora of water who turned to complain to the thief but the moment his eyes landed on the figure, he dropped the amphora and screamed in terror. The man ran in fear as the thief looked on in confusion before looking down at the broken amphora and gasped in shock when he saw his reflection within the water for staring back at him was figure whose skin was as black as night and the only thing to show it was a face were the two eyes that had no whites or pupils, only glowing green eyes that stared right back at him. It was then he felt an immense pain rake through his body, making him drop to his knees in agony before a few passing city guards took notice of him and walked over as one of them asked.

"Is something wrong?" The guard placed a hand on the thief's shoulder only for the thief to throw his arm back, tossing the guard back fifteen feet while the other god stared in shock and horror as he asked.

"Who are you?" The thief stood up right and said in a deep voice that chilled all who heard it to the bone.

"I am" The thief ripped his robes off to reveal that the human was no more and in his place was a creature whose lower body was made entirely of thick, black tentacles, two arms with one having a three fingered hand while the other had a fan axe shaped end, an old grey and ratty hood covering its head and shoulders, glowing green eyes and pink tentacles beneath them which covered his mouth. "ZAHUR!"

His voice echoed across the city as the creature now known as Zahur took to the skies and flew towards the palace where Cleopatra had just been awoken by the feeling that something was wrong in her city. Zahur came to land in the palace garden that was placed in the center of the palace where he pulled out the tablet before crushing it into dust, chuckling as he did so before he began chanting in an ancient forgotten tongue that was not of this world. A thin twirling wall of green smoke surrounded the entire palace, with a few gaps opening so what was within it could be seen by those outside of it and gaining the attention of all who looked at the palace. The guards were all quick to react and ran to find the one man who they felt could help them in this situation, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third.

1 hour later

Hiccups POV:

I was standing in front of the green mist that had circled the palace and was busy examining it since although it was mist, it was harder than any metal I'd ever seen and had spent the last hour trying to break through it. Honestly, I'd used every weapon at my disposal, all my prosthetics weapons, Toothless' plasma blast, Amr's flames, I even called in Adal and his pups before having them blast it and got nothing. It was then a voice from besides me asked.

"I take it that you have yet to figure out how to break in." I turned to Asim.

"This stuff is definitely magic but it's not like any kind I've ever encountered before." I looked down at my prosthetic. "Not even the weapons given to me by the gods can break through it." I then looked back at the wall. "I'm not going to give up though, Cleopatra and the others within are counting on us." I sighed. "Ra, if you're listening than please at least give me an idea on where I can find the answers to this problem."

It was then I noticed the symbol on my prosthetic that represented the blessing of the Egyptian gods glowed and images filled my head of a long path from Alexandria, across the desert, the pyramids, the sphynx until I came to a sphynx that was only half the size of the great one. I didn't know how but I just knew the answer to what was going on was within the sphynx, but I didn't know what was within it since I couldn't see within. I shook my head clearing my vision and knew if I wanted to get through this magical wall, I'd need to find a way into that pyramid and see what was within it. I sighed and turned to Asim as I said.

"Asim, if the vision I just saw is true than the answer to breaking this barrier is hidden in somewhere in the desert so I'm going to need to leave now but in the meantime, keep all civilians away from this barrier since we don't know what might happen while I'm gone." He nodded.

"Good luck my friend." I nodded in thanks before mounting Toothless and taking off into the sky.

Cleopatras Palace

The interior of the palace had been greatly changed since the demon Zahur had set up his barrier with the halls becoming black walled labyrinths lit with green torches, statues of horrific creatures lining the walls, rivers of flaming black oil lining many paths and where the garden once stood was a labyrinth of bridges going up and down, all leading to a large circle shaped platform at the bottom. At the front of this platform was Zahur who held his hands up high and chanted in the same ancient tongue in a deep voice that would send a shiver up the spine of even the bravest man. On the pathways above were the palace inhabitants who were looking down at him and wondering what he was doing after trying multiple ways to find a way out, only for each of them to be blocked off somehow. Cleopatra stood at the edge with four guards on either side of her keeping watch over their queen as she examined Zahur and asked.

"What are you doing demon?"

It was then Zahur raised his arms and screamed so loudly it would put a banshee to shame before a blazing green pillar burst from the middle of the platform taking up most of it. When the flames died, there was a pit in the middle of what used to be the platform but now it looked more like a crater that seemed to be completely bottomless. It was then shadow like creatures that resembled large manta rays with bat like wings, two long tentacles coming out from beneath them, ant like pincer mouths, six tentacle legs and large white eye flew out of the pit. They immediately targeted the people with one flying ahead of the others and right at one of the palace servants who immediately tried to run when he realized he was the target of the creature. Sadly, he was not fast enough, and the creature pounced on him, pinning him to the ground, covering him like a blanket, seeping into his body while slowly taking on human shape and standing up. It was then the shadows tore off like material to expose a creature that did not resemble the human he once was and instead a creature that looked like a human who had the life and water drained right out of his body with milky white eyes and bandages wrapped around his arms, legs and torso. Soon the other palace inhabitants fell to the same fate but not a single one of the creatures they'd become looked the same nor would they be easy to look at for anyone. Zahur looked around and chuckled as he said.

"This is only the beginning!"

1 hour later

With Hiccup and Toothless

Hiccups POV:

We'd been flying over the desert for an hour now, flying down the path that the gods had shown me through the vision and so far, we'd flown past the great pyramids and the sphynx. Now though, I could feel that we were getting closer to the pyramid I saw in my vision and it was then I saw something shine in the distance and using my eagle eye, I could see it was the sphynx and had Toothless speed full force ahead towards it so we could see how it can get us through that barrier so we could deal with whatever's within it. We came to land in front of it before I dismounted Toothless and said.

"Careful Toothless, we don't know what could be waiting for us around this pyramid."

We walked around the sphynx and found nothing, but it was then the part of the sphynx between the legs and below the head glowed white and I signaled Toothless to stay on guard before we walked towards the light and walked into it. When the light died, I found myself in a room that looked a bit like a trophy room since there were pedestals with broken items, vicious looking weapons, heads of defeated monsters on the walls, shelves with various items and at the back looking over it all was a golden throne with eagle headed arm rests and wings spread out on the back rest. It was then Toothless jumped as he growled at a figure in the shadows while I got into my fighting stance as I said.

"Come out now or we'll force you out." A figure walked out to reveal a women in white robes with a golden belt and her shoulder length hair brushed back to expose her ankh shaped ear rings. "Who are you?"

"I am the one who should be asking you that as it is not often someone is able to enter the home of me and my husband, but if you must know my name, it is Zaya." She then saw my golden arm since my coat was in its vest form. "Judging by the marking on your golden arm it would appear you have been blessed by the gods of not only this land but others as well." I nodded as I lowered my stance and signaled Toothless to stand down but keep his guard up since this was her home.

"I get around a lot but how do you know about the blessings?"

"My husband has the one belonging to the gods of this Egypt which brings us to the question of what you and your dragon are doing here Hiccup Haddock." I raised an eyebrow.

"You know who we are?" She nodded.

"Despite how isolated my home is, I do keep up on the goings on of the land." I nodded.

"The reason I'm here is because of a vision I received from the gods when I couldn't break through some sort of magical barrier that's been set up around the royal palace of Alexandria." She nodded. "The only clue is the name of the creature who set it up."

"And what is the name of the one who created the barrier?"

"From what I've been told, the name of the one responsible is Zahur." I saw her eyes widen.

"I'm guessing you've heard the name." She nodded.

"He was once a sorcerer whose desire to master the ancient magics lead him down a dark path until nothing of the mortal man he once was remained and only black magic given a form existed with a desire to enslave all of Egypt and then the world, but my husband captured him in a magic tablet three centuries ago."

"Sounds to me like I'm going to need your husbands help." It was then a voice from behind me said.

"I'm afraid that is something you shall not receive."

Both Toothless and I jumped and turned to find a tall man standing behind me and to describe him is yikes since he gave off an aura of strength and was clearly not someone I wanted to mess with. He was wearing long baggy white robes with gold lining, a golden necklace with a golden ankh that rested on his chest, a shaved head and those Egyptian tatoo's around his eyes. I raised an eyebrow and said.

"I'm guessing you're the champion of the gods who defeated Zahur."

"My name is Bek and I was a champion of the gods but not anymore, nor can I help you defeat Zahur." I raised an eyebrow.

"Why not exactly?" He sighed and turned back to the dark corridor he came from.

"Come with me."

I nodded and signaled Toothless to follow before we followed him down the corridor, being completely engulfed in darkness until we came to stand on a circle shaped platform. For a few seconds there was nothing and then the place lit up with countless stars with a few of them shooting by with Toothless trying to catch one that flew by us. I turned to Bek who had turned to face me as he said.

"Hiccup, for over fifty years I dedicated my life to protecting this land and the world from evil beings but as time went on, I realized there was no point in doing so."

"What do you mean?"

"I dedicated my life to keeping the forces of evil at bay, but no matter how many foes I defeated, it was never enough as more would come and there would be times when the ones I already defeated returned."

"So just because they kept coming, you gave up?"

"Hiccup, you and I are the same, beings who are able to ascend above the war between good and evil and ascend to a place in the heavens among the stars."

"But what about the innocent lives that Zahur is threatening." He shook his head.

"I'm sorry!" I glared at him.

"No, you're not and we are not the same since I never stop fighting to protect the innocent no matter how bad things look or how long it's been." I turned around and made my way out of the room, finding myself outside the sphynx once more but as we walked away a voice cried out.

"STOP!" We both turned to find Zaya rushing up to us. "Do you truly intend to face Zahur?" I nodded.

"I'll do whatever it takes to stop him if he's as bad as your reactions tell me." She took my hand in hers with my palm facing up.

"My magic would be no match for his, but I can at least offer you this." She placed a coin sized golden ankh pendant in my hand. "It isn't much, but it shall at least allow you to break through the barrier around the palace for a few seconds." I nodded and put the pendant away.

"Thankyou!" With the pendant in hand, I mounted Toothless and took off.

Nobodies POV:

Zaya made her way back into the sphynx, walking past her husband who was now sitting in the throne with his fingers intertwined in front of his mouth as he said.

"You just sent him and his dragon to their doom."

"Maybe but I had to do something to help them."

"Why?"

"Because he reminds me of you when we were young, and you were a young champion who would never allow the forces of darkness to harm an innocent if you could help it." She then walked off while Bek turned to look at the mark on his arm that symbol that granted him the blessings of the gods he had served for so long and began to think back on his conversation with Hiccup.

1 and a half hours later

Hiccups POV:

We'd sped back to Alexandria as fast as we could since we now had something that would allow me us to break through the barrier and as soon as we got back, we flew straight to the palace. I'd quickly placed the pendant against the barrier, opening a hole in it and we flew right into it and into the palace but as soon as we entered I realized how different the palace had become since we'd walked right into a labyrinth with various twists, turns and traps which is why I had Toothless activate his armor. This brings us to now, with me and Toothless being chased by a group of weird flying shadow like creatures who were hot on our tail but with Toothless' ability to use sound to see, we were able to keep ahead of them which we had been doing for the past half-hour. It was then we flew into a large chamber, filled with bridges and platforms all around with what looked to be mummies wondering around on them. It was then I noticed a figure on a throne and knew he had to be the one behind all this since the description fit and who else would be sitting on a throne in the nightmare of a place. I glared at him and said.

"Alpha mode now bud." He growled and nodded as he glowed blue before I turned him down into a dive bomb while ordering. "Toothless, alpha mode, multiple plasma blast!"

He growled and let out four blasts at the creature who looked up at us as they struck before he was covered in a cloud of smoke but when it cleared he was still there on his throne unharmed. I wasn't surprised by this since Toothless' plasma blasts are never a match for powerful dark magic, even with the power of his armor. I watched as he stood up from his throne as he chuckled and said.

"Impressive, for a beast, but it cannot harm me." I growled and looked back at the floating creatures that had gotten closer to us before I released my rotating blade and launched them back at them and smiled when they turned to dust as I turned back to their master.

"Toothless' blasts might not affect you but if my weapons kill your minions then it'll definitely affect you."

"And should you kill me then the ones who my minions have taken over shall perish, as will the one whose body I have claimed." I growled, knowing I couldn't sacrifice those innocent people including Cleopatra. "There is a way you could save them!" I raised an eyebrow as he raised his arm towards us. "Come join me and I shall grant you unimaginable power." I glared at him.

"I've already heard this offer before from a lot of dark forces I've faced over the years and if there's one thing I've learnt it's to never trust the words of a demon." He glared at us.

"Then you shall perish with the rest of this world." Before I could reply, a voice echoed through the room.

"Not if I have anything to say about it."

We all looked up as the ceiling was shattered as a figure that was wearing golden armor that covered his body that had a shining diamond like ankh in the center, golden wings spread out from his back, gold covering his head with it dripping down between his eyes and covering his mouth. I recognized him immediately as Bek and I'm guessing Zahur knew him to as he said.

"Bek, I thought you'd given up the fight against those like me." I could tell he was smirking beneath the mask.

"The fire within my heart has been reignited." He held his hands above each other before a glowing ball formed between them and took the form of a palm sized tablet.

"The tablet that you used to imprison me?" He roared. "I DESTROYED IT!"

"What has been created can never be uncreated." He then began chanting in a language I didn't understand as the tablet began to glow.

"NO!" Zahur swung his axe hand at them sending out a wave of green energy at Bek, so fast that he didn't get the chance to dodge and it threw him into the wall where one of those shadow creatures restraining him as the tablet fell.

"HICCUP, GRAB THE TABLET!" I immediately steered Toothless towards the tablet that was falling towards the pit and grabbed it as it was about to enter smiling until I noticed flames coming out of the depths of the pit.

"TOOTHLESS!" He got the warning and quickly got away of the pit, barely avoiding the pillar of green flames before I heard Bek continue his chant as the tablet began glowing again while we began dodging Zahur's blasts before the tablet stopped glowing.

"HICCUP, HOLD IT AT ZAHUR AND HIS FORCES AND THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER SHALL BE FREED WHILE ZAHUR AND HIS MINIONS SHALL BE IMPRISONED WITHIN IT!" I nodded as Zahur flew up from his throne towards the hole in the ceiling.

"DO YOU TRULY THINK I SHALL ALLOW YOU TO IMPRISON ME AGAIN?"

He made a bee line for the hole but we flew right at him and slammed into his body, forcing him down to the ground and pinning him to it before I held the tablet towards him. I watched in shock as the creature seemed to fly off and into a tablet like a sheet, leaving a very confused and scared man pinned beneath Toothless. I smiled as I looked around at the various creatures who were now glaring at me but I smirked at them as I said.

"Come on bud, let's clean up that demons mess." He growled and we began swooping down towards Zahur's slaves on the bridges and like their master, the forms slipped right off the victims leaving their confused human victims behind who watched in wonder as the two freed the other victims.

1 hour later

It's been an hour since we began cleaning things up and since then I'd freed all the slaves and given the tablet to Bek who used it to absorb the remaining magic which turned the palace into a nightmare. Now we were on the roof of the palace with me and Toothless standing across from Bek with a smile on my face and the tablet within Bek's hand as I asked.

"So, what made you come out of retirement?" He smiled.

"You did, you reminded me that just because the forces of evil never stopped no matter how many I defeated, it didn't mean that I never made a difference." I smiled.

"I'm glad you realized that and came to help, but what's going to happen to the tablet Zahur's trapped in?"

"This time, it shall remain with me in my sphynx where nobody shall ever touch it again and ensure Zahur never returns again." I smiled.

"That's a smart choice and the sooner the better."

"Till next we meet my friend." I nodded as he turned around but looked back. "And Hiccup, thank you for saving the man who I once was and the one my wife fell in love with." He then took off into the night sky and smiled as his figure disappeared into the darkness before turning to Toothless.

"Well bud, now that that's taken care of we better go explain to everyone what's happened." He growled and rolled his eyes before taking off into the sky. "Hold on, where do you think your going?" He just continued to fly as I rolled my eyes and muttered. "Cowardly reptile!" I sighed and made my way down into the palace so I could begin explaining everything to its very confused inhabitants.

AN: Another chapter done and I hope you all enjoyed it since it was not easy to come up with but got the idea from the old 'Superman animated series' episode 'The hand of fate'. Still wasn't easy to come up with so I hope you'll review kindly and have a nice day and if you have any ideas for gifts than let me know since coming up with gifts is harder than new ideas and those aren't easy to come up with. Till next time have a nice day and review.
