8-Bit Ch. 13

TIME JUMP 1 WEEK

Looking around the house, Savvy couldn't help but scrunch her nose, taking a moment to breathe she found Roxy who had flopped over in her bed. "You're lucky I love you." Wiping the sweat off her brow, she quickly got back to vacuuming the living room, because as much as she enjoyed keeping her home clean, she also wanted to kick her feet up and just read.

As she went to move to the bedroom, a light knock at the door stopped her in her tracks. Glancing over at Roxy, she could see that she had perked up but wasn't looking like she was ready to murder someone, taking that as a sign that it wasn't going to be an issue, she made her way over to the peephole, gasping at the sight.

Yanking the door open, Savvy launched herself into his arms, wrapping hers around his waist, "I'm so glad that you're OK." Feeling hot tears running down her face, Savvy couldn't help but feel relief when she felt his arms wrapped around her shoulders.

Aaron held her tightly, from the moment he saw her as she swung open the door he felt a wave of different emotions, joy, guilt, anger, but mostly relief. "I'm so sorry, Savanah." His voice cracked. Holding her tightly, Aaron enjoyed the feeling of reconnecting with his friend.

Turning her head towards his, she could see the guilt swimming in his deep brown eyes, "You do not have anything to be sorry for." Stepping back, Savvy could see his nerves, "Would you like to come in?"

Without letting her go, Aaron let her lead him into her home, his eyes finding a very big dog sitting at the entryway, his eyes looking towards Savvy wanting to see if he had anything to worry about.

Glancing up, Savvy could see the tension in his shoulders, "Roxy, here." Figuring that it was best to introduce her to Aaron, if anything to show him that she was a well-trained dog. "Hotch, this is Luke's first girl, Roxy." Giving him a smile, "He got her about a year or so after his discharge from the Rangers."

Crouching down, Aaron could see that she was very well behaved, but he was sure that if Savanah or Luke gave her commands, that would change drastically. "She's beautiful." Moving to stand, Aaron found her watching him, taking a seat at the island, he could see that she was watching him. Her eyes were filled with worry, chuckling a bit, "Savanah, you were the one that was kidnapped, drugged and hospitalized I should be the one that is worried about you."

Savvy just shrugged her shoulders, "Don't worry, Emily already has me scheduled to speak with a therapist in the coming weeks." Pouring him a coffee, Savvy took a seat next to him, "I can accept what has happened, what I've been through." Fiddling with the top of her cup, Savvy knew that he was watching her, just like a profiler always looking for answers, "I'm pretty good at accepting the things around me, so, please don't worry too much, OK?"

Aaron placed his hand on hers, "I can see that." Sighing, she was a lot like Spencer, perhaps it was them having a high IQ that helped them move on or accept their situations a lot easier than the average person. "Promise me one thing, if you ever find yourself struggling, call me." Even though he wasn't going to be coming back to the BAU, he wanted to make sure that his friend was taking care of herself.

"I promise, I will." Knowing that, unlike most people, Aaron had two life changing experiences with two separate killers, one that attacked his wife, and Peter Lewis that once attacked him. Not wanting to dwell on that now, instead she wanted to talk about Jack. "Is Jack at school?" she asked him. It was an educated guess, given that it was 10:30 in the morning on a Wednesday.

"Yeah, he couldn't wait to get back to his old friends. Not that I blame him." Hell, this was the first time in a while that Jack was excited about school and even homework.

Snorting a bit, "I'm sure." Exhaling slowly, Savvy enjoyed sipping on her coffee, her eyes finding his deep brown ones watching her, "You planning on coming back to the BAU?" Not really meaning to blurt it out like that.

Shaking his head, "No. I've cleared it with the directors, got my full pension too." Sipping his drink, Aaron couldn't help but smirk at her, "I'll be working with the Federal D.A's office, so still doing what I can to put the bad guys in jail, just not so many crazy hours or missing any more of Jack's life." That was the most important thing, make sure he was there to help his son become the man he needed to be all while giving him the space to figure out who he was.

Smiling wide, Savvy couldn't help but laugh a bit, "So, you're still going to be wearing your suits to work? And here I thought that you were going to try for something less stuffy." she teased. But there wasn't any other job she could imagine him doing.

Rolling his eyes a bit, "You're hilarious. While I was in WITSEC, I was a high school history teacher, so, jeans and polos."

Covering her mouth, Savvy did what she could to keep from laughing, but she was failing. Turning her head so that she could try to regain her composure, she took a few breaths and found him smiling. "I'm sorry. It's almost too hard to imagine." Clearing her throat, "Would you and Jack like to come over for dinner this weekend?" She asked him. As soon as she asked, Savvy couldn't help but enjoy the image of a big family dinner in her home.

Nodding, "You know what, yeah, I think he'd like that." Taking a quick moment, "Do you think that my SIL would be able to join us?" Jessica was an amazing person, she never really spent time with his team, but given everything that she's done to help him with Jack, and now welcoming them into her home while they readjust, it was important for him to really show that she was appreciated.

Savvy didn't even hesitate, "Of course! I'll invite the team, make sure that Will brings the boys, so Jack has someone to play with." Taking a glance around the house, while it wasn't as big as Rossi's, there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

For the next few hours, they sat together talking, from his transition from agent to lawyer, to deeply personal things about his love life, or lack thereof. "After all this time, I'm not even sure I should really bother, I come with a lot of baggage." From a murdered ex-wife by one serial killer to being stalked by another, he was a damaged man.

Leaning back against the couch cushion, Savvy could feel her heart constricting at his words. "Aaron, everyone has some form of baggage." Taking a bite of her cucumber sandwich, chuckling a bit as she watched him take a bite. "You're smart, kind, attractive, and you're an amazing dad. I think that once you're settled in your new job, and Jack is feeling more secure, it is something that you could at least entertain." Wiping her mouth, Savvy could see his surprise, "What?" she asked him.

Aaron stared at her, a little surprised that she would say he's attractive. "I'm attractive, huh?" his voice light and teasing.

Rolling her eyes, "I may be head over heels in love with Luke, but I'm not blind." Savvy could see him smiling, "You know, perhaps now that you're no longer dealing with the worst of society, you might smile more, makes you more approachable."

Raising his eyebrow at her, "I wasn't approachable before?" He asked her. A little curious about her opinion, while Luke was the last one that joined the team, Savanah was the one that was the most expressive.

Savvy could see he wasn't upset just a little curious. "At work, there was a clear line of boss to employee, which made it hard to get to know you. But, outside of work, the few times that we've went to a dinner or anything, you were a lot more relaxed. That is the side you need to let out just a wee bit more."

"I guess I will take that under advisement." Checking his watch, he knew that it was time to start heading out, Jack was getting out of school in about an hour. "Savanah, thank you for today, but I need to get Jack."

Moving to stand, Savvy led him out towards the front door, as she opened it, she gave him a soft hug, "I'm glad you're both home and safe." Stepping back, snorting as he patted her head, "So, 7:30 Saturday?"

Aaron could see the excitement in her green eyes, it was in that moment, he knew how lucky Luke was, and he prayed that the man didn't do anything to screw it up. "That would be perfect," glancing down at the dog that was sitting just next to her owner, "and I'm sure that Jack will enjoy playing with Roxy." Chuckling as the dog yipped.

Looking up at him, Savvy couldn't help but smile, "Yeah, I'm sure Roxy would enjoy that." With a final goodbye, she watched until he reached his car and drove off. Glancing down at Roxy, "Thank you for being a good girl, but now we get to tell your dad that I may have invited 14 people to the house." Chuckling a bit as she barked, "That's not helpful." Shutting the door, Savvy reached for her phone, sending out a mass text to the team, and more importantly sending one to her parents, hoping that they would want to meet her team as well.

Hearing his phone, Luke glanced down, smiling at her text, he looked up towards the rest of the team his eyes finding each one of them smiling at him. "Guess we're having dinner on Saturday." He said, not that he really minded. He knew that it was important for her to have her family and friends around, and if he was being honest with himself, he liked the idea of having a big family.

Tara chuckled, "I've had her food, so you can definitely count me in." Glancing over at Stephen, who looked excited, "Going to bring Monica and the kids?" Hoping that he would bring his family.

With his phone in his hand, Stephen gave her a nod, "Already sending her the info." Turning towards Luke, a little curious about how he was feeling about the whole thing, but he could see the look of contentment on his face. "How do you feel about us invading your space?" he asked him.

Luke shrugged, "I'm good with it." Looking over at Rossi, "She's going to make sure that she can keep up with you." Knowing that their impromptu family dinner at his house was the first time he realized that this was the life she wanted.

Sipping his scotch, "If anyone could, it would be my Red." Crossing his legs, Rossi got comfortable, he could see that Luke was completely on board with the dinner, which was a good thing, because that was who she was.

Emily snorted, "Your Red? When did you get a claim over her? You already have Reid as a son, she's mine." While she adored Reid with all her heart, the way she felt about Savvy was like a little sister.

JJ couldn't help but laugh, turning her head towards Reid, who had pink cheeks, "Well, at least you get to keep one of them." she teased.

"Shut up." Pushing her shoulder, "I'm just glad that we are finally coming together, doing things again." Between Mr. Scratch targeting the BAU, him going to jail, and Hotch having to go into hiding until they caught him. Now that everything was finally getting back to normal, he was looking forward to more family outings. With the unconventional life he lived with his mom, family dinners, or any kind of outing that they did together that meant the world to him.

Laying her head on his shoulder, JJ couldn't help but agree, "Yeah. Any down time we can get to spend with our families, work or otherwise it is too fucking precious to squander." Pulling out her phone, sending Savvy her response once that one sent, she sent another to Will, chuckling a bit at his response.

Luke could see JJ laughing, "What'd she say?" a little curious about her response.

Turning her eyes towards him, JJ winked at him, "Not Savvy, Will. He's calling her right now to coordinate helping her prepare." Just saying that made her heart beat a little bit faster. Will was a beautiful man, inside and out, and while he would be more than able to handle himself in any given situation, she loved his calm and caring nature.

Emily chuckled a bit, "Are you sure he doesn't have any brothers?" To her will was the perfect combo, was a cop at heart but so secure in his masculinity that he didn't care that JJ pursued her career and he was the primary caregiver to their children.

Shaking her head, "No, but perhaps we can talk about cloning, he's almost the perfect man." She was a very lucky woman, and while their marriage wasn't perfect, she had a real partner in life.

"Hey!" Tossing a Cheeto at her, "I'm not so bad." Luke said, his voice teasing.

Rolling her eyes, JJ couldn't help but snort, "Well, do you have any brothers?" she asked him. Perhaps he could set up Emily with someone good.

Leaning back, Luke shook his head, "No, my mom wanted more kids, but for some reason they never did." Turning towards Emily, "I do, however have several cousins that I think you would like." Turning towards Tara, "Got some for you too." Giving her a wink.

Snorting a bit, Tara couldn't help but chuckle, "Thanks, really, but I'm not ready for anything too serious. Right now, I'm trying to focus on healing, after all that bullshit with Doug, I need to figure out what I need to have a fulfilling relationship with myself then I'll worry about having one with others." Between her ex, and how Peter Lewis rocked her family, there was a lot of healing that needed to be done.

"Sounds good," leaning over Luke lightly touched her shoulder, "If and when you're ready, I know plenty of decent men." The first person that came to mind was Phil, he was a strong man, worked within the FBI, so he knew that the hours can be crazy. Taking a quick second to think about it, that would be a good match, Phil always liked a strong and smart woman and Tara fit that bill.

Rossi took a moment to really look around the cabin, everyone was finally coming to grips with the last couple of months, and while some of it was still painful, mostly because Savvy was hurt. There was a lot of emotional healing that was happening, and that was a good sign that his friends were in a good place. Sipping on his Scotch, Rossi leaned back, his eyes on Luke, smirking a bit when he watched as he typed up a storm with a stupid grin on his face.

Turning his eyes towards Emily, "I give it another month or two before he pops the question." He whispered.

Emily looked up from the files in her hand, slowly letting her eyes find Luke, chuckling as she saw that huge smile on his face. "Oh yeah. I wouldn't take that bet on." Looking over at Dave, "By Christmas the latest." Seeing him inhale deeply, "What? Don't approve?" she said, her voice teasing.

Dave waved his hand, "No, nothing like that, just makes me wonder, if I ever looked that content with my ex's." Taking a second to really think about it, he was certain that with Krystal even for their brief marriage he looked like that.

Patting his hand, "I mean you were married about 10x, so I'm sure at least once you did." Laughing a bit when he flicked her off. "Dave, I know you, I'm sure that in the beginning you loved them deeply." Emily knew that the BAU always came first for him, especially when he was a younger agent, but perhaps now if he did meet someone, he would figure out how to balance his work life with his professional one.

Closing his eyes, she wasn't wrong, he loved them very much, but he always put his job before them, that's what led to all his divorces, his inability to balance his crazy work schedule and being a husband. That was one thing he would like to go back to and change, but that wasn't possible, but maybe sometime in the future when he met someone, he'd be able to finally manage both. However, he wasn't looking for anything right now, and he wasn't sure that he would want to risk it again. Closing his eyes, figured that since they had a few more hours of flying before they landed, he would get some rest, "You should rest too." He said, hoping that Emily would attempt to.

Leaning back, Emily pulled the blanket over herself, "I think I will." Closing her eyes, doing what she could to let her mind shut down, the only thing that she seemed to focus on was the mountain of paperwork that would be waiting there on her desk.

Luke found Reid moving to sit in the seat across from him, slipping his phone back into his pocket he turned his attention to the young doctor. "What's running through that head of yours?" he asked him.

Reid crossed his leg, his eyes focusing on the man in front of him, by all accounts Luke was a great guy and while he liked him a lot, he couldn't help but be a little jealous of his relationship with Savvy. Perhaps if things were a little different, they could have been a good match, he did enjoy having someone that could keep up with him on a mental level. However, it was clear, that what could have been no longer an option, moving some of his hair out of his face, Reid gave him a small smile.

"A million different things, but if I'm being honest, mostly about your intentions with Savvy." Seeing his face fall a bit. "People like us, we don't love easily, not that we don't want to, but it's hard sometimes to connect." Or perhaps that was his issues not Savvy's. "Just promise me, you'll do your best not to hurt her." Not that he really thought he would, but a small part of him needed to protect her as best that he could.

Rubbing his beard, Luke could see that Reid was in his very awkward way trying to protect her, while he was a little pissed that he had the balls to even question him about his dove, but he could respect the hell out of him for doing so. "Reid, I love her more than my own life." Glancing around the jet, Luke could see that everyone was dozing off. "When I take to NY in a couple months for Christmas, I'm going to ask her to marry my dumbass." Realizing that Spencer was the first person he really said that to. "Which is not common knowledge." He said, hoping that he would keep it under wraps.

Blinking rapidly, Reid couldn't believe that he was ready to head down that road with her, but what the hell did he know about having a healthy relationship, the one woman he even came close to feeling anything for was taken from him. Looking up, he could see that Luke was staring at him, it took another moment, but he quickly realized that he didn't respond. "Sorry, just a little stunned."

Giving him a smile, "Congratulations. Truly." Looking over his shoulder, his eyes settled on JJ, a little frown touched his lips, she his first real crush, but she only saw him as a little brother. Turning his attention back to Luke, "So, I guess the visit with the family went well." He said, figuring that was the reason why he was preparing himself to propose.

Luke could see his friend was truly happy for him, leaning back he couldn't help but snort, "Yeah. My abuela gave me her blessings and her ring." Closing his eyes at the memory of her placing it in his hand, grateful that she understood that Savanah was the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. "And my parents, they loved her, my dad even teased that she was far too good for me. Not that he's wrong." Knowing that while he wasn't a bad guy or anything like that, Savanah was out of his league on many levels.

Chuckling a bit, Reid couldn't help but be happy for him, perhaps one day, he would find someone that he could connect with the way Savvy did. Hell, she was the reason he still had hope, because they were so much alike when it came to the way their brains processed the world around them and if she could it stood to reason so could he. "It's good that your family saw who she was, I'm sure it makes it easier knowing you have their support." Sitting a little deeper in his seat, doing what he could to relax, "I guess we should try to get some rest."

Leaning back into his chair, Luke couldn't help but watch Spencer, it was clear to anyone with a set of eyes he was seeing some of the parallels between his life and Savanah's, and if he had to make a guess, he was wondering why she was able to secure a relationship while he continued to struggle. Clearing his throat, "My family means everything to me but I'm glad that they love her almost as much as I do." Settling in, Luke knew that they had a couple more hours in the air, as he closed his eyes the only thing that he could think of was his dove and being able to crawl into bed with her once he got to her place.

Time Jump 3 Days (Saturday)

Luke watched as Savvy held several different dresses to herself in the mirror, smirking as she struggled to determine which would look better on. Leaning against the walk-in closet entry, he couldn't help but let his eyes graze over her body, his cock twitching at the sight of her standing around in nothing but her bra and panties. Licking his lips, he was so fucking tempted to pick her up and toss her on the bed but with a quick glance at his watch he knew that people would start making their way over soon, and he never rushed when he was deep inside of her.

"Mi paloma, if you want my opinion, I would choose the that red dress, it makes your eyes glow." His voice dropping low. It was a little surprising for him to constantly be in a state of arousal when he was near her. But it was more than that, his heart craved her tenderness, his mind loved hearing her words, and his body craved hers.

Smiling at the sound of his voice, Savvy turned her head ever so slightly, her eyes taking in his outfit. From his cream-colored shirt to his dark wash jeans, even in something so simple he looked fantastic. "You look nice." She said as she slipped on the red dress, figuring that if he liked it on her, it was good enough. "Can you zip me?" she asked him. Still frustrated that even with the 3D cast, she was still limited to the mobility of her wrist.

Groaning a bit as he stepped closer to her, hissing as he felt the heat of her skin coming off her. Taking ahold of the zipper, Luke leaned forward licking the shell of her ear, "After everyone leaves, I'm going to bend you over that fucking couch." With a quick nip, he swatted her ass and made his way out into the living room, because he knew that if he stayed in such an enclosed space with her, he'd lift her up and fuck her against the wall until she came screaming around his dick.

Biting her lip as he walked out of the bedroom, Savvy clenched her thighs together as she felt her pussy starting to pulse, taking a deep breath, she steadied herself and slipped on her flip flops. As she stepped out of her room, Savvy found Luke pulling out the all the food and setting up the buffet table. "You didn't have to do this alone." She said, making her way towards the kitchen.

Putting the last of the tray on the warmer, Luke pulled her into his arms, placing a small kiss on her neck, "I know." Running his nose up her neck, "But you prepared all this food, it was the least I can do to help out baby." Licking the side of her neck, his arms wrapping around her waist, slowly making his way down her front and gripping the hem of her dress. As he started to lift it higher the sound of the door knocking and Roxy yipping, "Saved by the bell my dove." Grinding his cock against her ass, chuckling as he heard her inhale, stepping back Luke turned on his heel heading towards the front door.

Sitting around the table, Savvy couldn't keep the smile off her face, her eyes taking in the people that were sitting with her, from her parents to the entire team, the kids that were old enough sitting outside on the back porch playing with a very happy Roxy. Leaning back against his chest, Savvy sighing as she felt his fingers playing with the baby hairs on the back of her neck, her eyes finding Aaron laughing with Dave, just seeing him smile brought one to her face.

Turning her attention towards her mom, blushing when she found her raising her eyebrows at her, rolling her eyes, she found her dad having an in-depth conversation with Reid, chuckling as she watched him focus on keeping up. The best part of the whole thing was knowing that her dad would ask a million questions, because that was what he did with her when she started going past his knowledge of something. Tilting her head, Savvy knew that he would never be 100% on board with her doing this job, he was willing to give her the support she needed and that was more than enough for her.

Megan loved all her co-workers, she could see that they really did love each other, and it was a family. It helped settle a lot of her concerns for her baby girl, she knew that Savvy was built a little different than her and Jeff, but as she looked around the table, it was clear she found a home with people very similar to herself. Glancing down the table, her eyes found Aaron, her former boss, even after everything that he and his son had to go through to escape this Peter Lewis, the man still had a huge smile on his face.

Turning her attention back to her daughter, just the sight of her face told her everything that she needed to know, she was happy with her life, her job, and of course Luke. Reaching over to pat her hand, Megan chuckled as Savvy jumped. "Did you learn to make this from his grandma?" she asked, her eyes taking in the authentic food that she put on.

Savvy looked around the table, between the mofongo, empanadas, roasted pork shoulders, and a bunch of rice, she couldn't help but smile at all the food. She knew that Jacinta and Alma would be proud of all the work that she put into preparing this meal, hell she was too. "From his mom too."

Feeling her face fall, Megan couldn't help but feel a little guilty for not teaching her anything about their own family recipes. Doing her best not to bring down the party, "Perhaps I can come by and teach you some of your grandma Mia's recipes." Hoping that it wasn't too late for them to bond of something so simple.

Smiling wide, Savvy couldn't help but nod, "I'd love that. Really." Feeling Luke lightly touch the top of her thighs, doing what she could not to blush while she was talking to her mom. Gripping his fingers, Savvy could see that her dad was watching them, giving him a small wave, her eyes found her mom smirking at her. "Yes?"

Megan moved to stand her eyes finding her daughter watching, "Nothing Savs, nothing." Picking up a bunch of plates, her eyes found her husband moving to stand, smiling as the rest of the team started to grab some stuff to help them clean up. Seeing Savvy moving to stand, Megan gave her a stern look, "You young lady sit your butt down. You put on a beautiful dinner; we can clean up." Pointing to the chair, smirking a bit as Luke put her down and stood up. "He on the other hand this man can help." Winking at him as she walked into the house.

Plopping herself down in the chair, Savvy turned to see the kids laying in the grass their eyes seemed to be focused on the sky above them. Making her way to where they were, she smoothed down her dress and took a seat next to little Michael, pulling him close to her chest, enjoying how he snuggled into her chest.

Luke watched as she found herself lying on the ground in the middle of all the kids, even the older ones seemed to congregate around her, pulling out his phone he quickly snapped a picture.

Jeff watched as Luke watched his daughter, making his way over to the man, figuring now was the time to talk. Tapping his shoulder, "You got a minute?" he asked the man.

Glancing around the kitchen, everything was pretty much done, Savvy cleaned as she went a long, the only that was needed was to start the dishwasher which he could do before they headed off to bed. "Yeah." Wiping his hands, Luke found himself following him out the front porch. Watching the man take a seat on the rocker, Luke followed suit and sat on the porch swing, taking a moment to observe the man it was clear that Jeff had a few things on his mind.

"Sir?" Doing what he could to keep himself from assuming the worst. Straightening his spine, Luke inhaled slowly not wanting to show his nerves too much.

Leaning back, Jeff kept his eyes on the young man pleased with himself to see that he was a little nervous, he'd be lying if it didn't make him feel a bit better. Crossing his leg, "You seem like a great young man, and it's clear my little girl loves you, but what are your intentions here? Because she wants a whole life, and I'm not going to stand by and watch a man waste her time." As much as he liked the man, it was his job to do what he could to protect his baby, no matter how old she was.

Smirking, he wondered when he had a little girl if he would always be this protective of her, but after a moment he knew that he would do everything he could to protect his kids. "Sir, I want to marry her, have a family with her." Pulling the ring out of his pocket, he placed it in his hand, "I was going to pull you aside before you left to ask for your blessings." As those words left his mouth, Luke could feel his heart pounding in his chest, if her dad or mom didn't approve of their relationship, he wasn't sure how to proceed.

Jeff looked at the ring in his hand, carefully picking it up so that he could take a closer look, smiling a bit as he took in the simplicity of it. "This a family heirloom?" he asked him.

Swallowing some spit, Luke nodded, "Yes sir. It was my abuela's engagement ring." Smoothing down his beard, Luke found himself staring into his blue eyes, a little annoyed that he couldn't read him. "Sir, I love Savanah more than my next breath. Please, do I have your blessings to propose to her?" he asked, doing everything he could to keep his voice from shaking.

Extending his hand, Jeff smirked as Luke placed his hand in his, "Luke," pausing for a moment, reaching over to pat his shoulder, "Yes, you have my blessing." Smirking a bit at his face, pleased to see that his opinion on the matter meant something to him.

Exhaling the breath that he was holding; Luke swore he could finally breathe again. "Thank you, sir." Leaning back, Luke looked into the house, his eyes finding everyone rounding themselves up to leave, "I guess I need to get back inside." Indicating towards the window.

Standing up, Jeff extended his hand, "I guess that would be the polite thing to do." Opening the door, he followed Luke into his daughter's house, knowing that sooner rather than later, he was going to be hearing her tell him all about how he popped the question. Watching as Luke immediately went to her side told him everything that he needed to know about the man, he loved her, respected her and didn't expect her to his maid, and that made the idea of her growing up a little more bearable.

Stepping into the living room, Savvy couldn't be happier with how the evening turned out, between spending some quality time with her parents, they finally got to meet her team, and with how both seemed to respond, she hoped that her dad would finally see why she loved her job. Shaking her head clear, her eyes finding Luke sitting on the couch, Roxy curled up in the corner on her bed, chuckling at the sight, Savvy made her way over wanting to relax next to him.

Plopping down next to him, Savvy leaned her head on his shoulders, "Thank you for doing this with me." Knowing that while he enjoyed having people around, he really did like his quiet time.

Wrapping his arm around her shoulder, Luke pulled her closer to his chest, placing a small kiss on her temple, "Mi paloma, you never have to thank me, I enjoyed tonight." While their alone time was precious to him, he knew that having family and friends around from time to time meant the world to her. Glancing down he could see that she was starting to doze off, chuckling a bit, Luke lifted her up into his arms, and made the way towards her room.

Savvy wrapped her arms around his neck, enjoying how he held her close, "You know I love you." She murmured into his neck.

Looking into her pale eyes, Luke placed a small kiss on her lips, "I love you too." Placing her on the bed, he quickly stripped down to his boxers, climbing in behind her, he pulled her onto his chest. "Get some rest my love." His fingers lightly stroking her spine but frowning a bit as she moved to grab something off her nightstand. "Baby, what are you doing?" he asked her.

Placing the key on his chest, "Would you move in with me?" she asked, doing everything she could to keep her voice level.

Lifting the key to his face, Luke couldn't help but smile, without missing a beat, he wrapped his arms around her, holding the key with this other hand, Luke slammed his lips into hers. Groaning as he felt her tongue stroke his, gripping her a little tighter, he pulled her as close as he could. Pulling back, he rested his head on hers, "Woman, I thought you never ask."
