The sun shone brightly against the dark green grass as she walked along the lush foliage. Her black dress flowed gently around her slender figure in an elegant manner, its intricate design contrasting beautifully against the pure white of her skin. Her long chestnut hair fell gracefully down her back in waves, a few strands falling into her eyes. She titled her head, allowing a stray strand of her silky hair to fall onto her smooth face. She smiled softly at her reflection in the small pond near her, admiring how beautiful she looked despite her body having gone through so much strain. In a blink of an eye, the cool, peaceful blue waters, turned red as blood dripped from her lips, staining the water below her. She gasped and shook her head sightly, clearing the image from her head before smiling. She looked back up into the blue sky, seeing the dame bright rays reflected back at her. They illuminated a lone tree at the edge of the pond, making a path to her destination. She walked towards the tree with light, confident steps, feeling the cool air brush against her arms. When she reached the end of the path, she stopped just shy of the large pine, gazing upwards with awe at the towering size of the ancient tree. The sunlight reflecting off the bark caused ripples to form across the lake, giving the trees an otherworldly and appearance. As a child growing up, Sienna thought there couldn't possibly be anything more majestic than nature itself. Now, however, all she could think about was all that time she's spent locked inside by her father, Almon. Inside her, she understood why her father had done what he did, it was for her own protection. Her power was unstable back then, a little far-off than it was today. However, a part of her felt some resentment for him, she was forced to miss out on so many things, and sometimes she found herself hating him for it.
This place felt like home...
With another small smile, Sienna began walking through the dense wood. She held onto the branch closest to the tree trunk and swung herself up effortlessly as if she weighted no more than a feather. She moved with such ease you'd think it was effortless merely walking. Her long chestnut locks bellowed around her as she passed by each tree, causing the leaves to rustle and dance in tune to her slow movements. The wind carried her voice to the topmost branches of the tallest tree, the song becoming softer as the song bird joined the chorus in harmony. Sienna gazed upward as she continued walking, her bare toes taking note of the stretchy grass between them. Through the woods with peace settling around her heart. Her thoughts drifted away as she sang along to the bird's choirs. ''You're singing so loud, but its so pretty!'' Her melodic voice echoed throughout the forest, drawing even more birds towards her direction. ''It's so beautiful here, I really wish Seiya could see it.'' she said, Soon, all the birds had joined in the choir, causing the woods to fill with music, which slowly faded as Sienna's song ended and the birds settled down one by one. As soon as they did, a woman appeared out of nowhere, startling her momentarily, causing her to jump in the air with a sharp gasp. She landed on the forest floor, making a small noise that would sound like an elephant dying from pain if any animal were to be listening closely to their conversation. Her eyes widened at seeing that, but the rest of her face remained composed and calm. She was wearing a simple dress made of dark, rich colors and adorned with intricate designs, holding a large fan in her hands, as if were nothing more than an accessory.
''My deepest apologies, my queen. I should have alerted you that I was here, before just coming out of the bush like that.'' she smiled.
''No, no, it's fine,'' Sienna replied, smiling. ''You just surprised me is all.''
''Yes, well perhaps you should not stay alone in the woods, even in broad daylight. It's dangerous. I'd prefer if you'd at least let you guards accompany you.''
''My guards?'' Wait a second? Did you just call me ''my queen?'' Sienna asked, eyes full of confusion. ''Wait a second? Who are you? I thought I was here by myself? I mean, where ever here is?'' Sienna stammered.
''My queen are you alright? You're acting quite funny right now?''
''Patrica have you located her yet?'' Spoke a familiar, yet comforting voice.
''Yeah, she's over here, hurry you tail up, Seiya!'' shouted the girl with the fan. Her name being Patrica.
''Seiya?'' Sienna whispered just as a young boy, around the age of seventeen to eighteen, with short brown hair and warm brown eyes appeared in her sights. He was wearing bright silver armor, and in his hand she could see a long, thin, spear, however the top wasn't like any normal top she'd seen on a spear before. This one looked more like a wand, or something capable of holding magic. The wand had an odd glowing green gem on its tip a gem that matched the ones she spotted out on his chest-plate. ''I don't understand what's going on here.'' Sienna said softly, her eyes never relenting away from the girl and the guy who looked an awfully lot like Seiya. The tip on the wand had an odd glowing green gem, a gem that seemed to match the ones on his chest plate perfectly. ''This...this is impossible...''
''You are Sienna, aren't you?'' The Seiya lookalike asked, looking directly into her eyes.
''Uh, yeah, yes I am.'' Sienna agreed, looking him up and down. ''But who are you? You look and sound an awful lot like my friend, you even have his name? But your not him. My Seiya isn't my personal guard, he's my friend.''
''Actually I am a prince.'' He suggested gently.
''Wait?! You're a prince?!'' Sienna said in awe.
''Sure am.'' The boy confirmed, giving her a small wink as he returned his stare, staring at her now with a loving smile. ''Anyways, what are you doing all the way out here? Why didn't you tell me you were going to be visiting? I'd have made sure you got a proper welcome.'' He inquired curiously. ''To be honest, I'm not sure exactly where I am.'' She answered sheepishly, blushing furiously. ''Oh well I can tell you that. You're standing in the forest behind my palace.'' The prince said. ''Like I said, if I'd known you were going to be dropping in for a visit, I would have come to greet you first, instead of having my guards do it.'' he said referring to Patrica, the lady holding the fan. Were all guards like this? Allowed to dress in fancy clothing? And instead of carrying weapons they were allowed to carry a fan with them? Who would that harm? Sienna thought. ''She's one of your guards? How come she's not wearing a uniform or carrying a weapon?''
''To answer your question about my guards and their attire, let me shed some light on the matter. In certain cases, guards may indeed dress in fancy clothing rather than traditional uniforms. This can be a deliberate choice made by those in positions of power, such as myself, to create a certain image or atmosphere. The idea is to blend functionality with elegance and make sure security appear more approachable and less intimidating. As for her fan, fans instead of a weapon, it not uncommon for guards to have alternative tools at their disposal. Though it may not look like much, fans can serve multiple purposes beyond just keeping cool on warm days. They can be used as signals or even in self-defense objects when necessary. However it is important to note that the primary duty of any guard is to protect and ensure the safety of those they are assigned to safeguard. So while their appearance may deviate from what you expected, rest assured that they are trained professionals who take their responsibilities seriously. I hope this carries things for you, your highness. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with during your royal visit.''
''Um, thank you?'' Sienna said, uncertainty behind her voice. ''Your beautiful highness, Sienna, rest assured that I am here to provide assistance and support through our your royal visit in my palace. Whether its addressing any concerns or helping you with any requests you may have, please don't hesitate to let me know. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.'' The lookalike Sieya said. Sienna couldn't help but feel a mix of enchantment and bewilderment as she gazed into the captivating eyes of the lookalike Seiya. His radiant smile only grew more alluring with each passing moment, leaving her spellbound. Yet, amid this memorizing encounter, one thing was abundantly clear to her - she was not in familiar territory. This was not her home nor her reality. The realization struck her like a bolt of lighting, she must have stumbled upon an alternate dimension or parallel universe. In this intriguing realm, Sienna found herself playing the role of a queen while Seiya embodied the persona of a prince from another mystical realm, altogether. As for the enigmatic guard accompanying them, Sienna couldn't shake off the suspicion that there might be more to their connection then meres the eye. Was that Seiya's long lost sister, Patrica, she was talking to? The girl with the fan? The very sibling who had been operating in secrecy for years under Vander Scar's command? The thought ignited curiosity within Sienna's mind, fueling her desire to uncover the truth behind these perplexing knew she shouldn't be so calm, but she couldn't help but to be. This was extraordinary. When was the last time she'd been on a journey filled with so many twists and turns?
''Shall we head back to my palace?'' The handsome doppelganger Seiya asked, extending his hand. Sienna couldn't help but feel a flutter in her chest as she gazed into his captivating eyes. She knew she needed to come up with a better nickname for him in that moment, ''the lookalike Seiya'' was a bit of a mouthful, so for now, she settled upon ''Pegasus'' that being the first name she'd heard refereed to him when her father had told him the Pegasus knight had been located, and was headed to the mansion. Sienna stepped back to reality, as she took Pegasus's hand, returning his charming smile.''Absolutely,'' Sienna replied, her heart racing with anticipation. However as she walked, she couldn't help but be drawn to Patrica lips, watching as she delicately licked away a small droplet of blood. The thrill of the moment was almost too much to bear, and Sienna felt a rush of excitement coursing through her veins, completely ignoring the blood. She knew this was a moment she would never get back, and she was going to savor every second of it. With a coy smile, she leaned in close, eager to explore the depths of this newfound realm.
