Roman Torchwick and Neopolitan were partners in crime, but if it was one thing they hated, it was working for Cinder Fall. Neo and Roman had no choice but to help her in her evil plan to take down Beacon Academy. Roman had promised Neo that they would leave to Vacuo after Beacon fell and live a quiet life there. But for now, he had to move his shipment containers full of dust to a new location.
Roman: come on! Come on! These dust containers aren't gonna load themselves!
The henchmen were slow, but efficient and there were a lot of them as well. Suddenly, a hole was blown up at the side of a wall, revealing a mysterious masked person.
?: Surrender now and will you be left unharmed.
Roman: Can a man move his dust shipment containers in peace for 1 day… well what are you waiting for get him!
The man made quick work of Roman's goons and was making his way to Roman. The man's weapons were two blades that could connect and form one double blade. Comparing that to Roman's cane gun, the blades would come out on top any day of the week.
Roman: well, it was fun, but I have a plane to catch… so… Neo, would you mind taking care of out guest please.
Suddenly, a girl with pink and brown hair jumped down and landed a hit on the man, knocking him backwards. The girl's weapon was a parasol with a blade hidden inside. The man knew this since it wasn't the first time he had seen a hush. (Neo's weapon is called a hush)
Roman had managed to get away as Neo was fighting the man. As Neo tried tried to land another hit, the man shattered into glass and had vanished. Neo was left shocked to see someone else with the same semblance as her. None the less, she jumped on Romans ship and flew off.

Roman: what a fight that was, I almost didn't make it out!
Neo and Roman had made it back to their house and were resting after their encounter with the man.
Roman: something wrong Neo?
Neo: that man… had the same… semblance as me.
Roman had no idea what to say. He had only seen one person with Neo's semblance, which was Neo herself. He never had thought who else had that same semblance of overreactive imagination.
Roman: well who cares, the good news is that Cinder's plan ends tomorrow! Then, we will be free to do whatever we want!
Neo: I guess…
Roman turned on the tv to watch the tournament to see who was fighting today. Yang Xiao Long and Mercury Black, this was part of Cinder's plan.

Neo and Roman were on top of an Atlas airship in a sky full of Grimm. Both were fighting Ruby Rose, a kid who was always interrupting Roman's evil schemes. Neo had knocked her down and was about to deliver the final blow. Ruby however had opened Neo's umbrella sending her flying away, as Neo flew she saw Roman and Ruby arguing until.
Neo: ROMAN!
She screamed at the top of her lungs, Roman was eaten by a Griffon and Neo had just lost her only friend, the only person who understood her, the only person she had loved. The only thing she had, was now gone.
As Neo floated down, tear after tear rushed down her face, she had just lost everything she had.
