The story starts off with Jade holding her baby, Tori making breakfast for her friends and the boys watching a basketball game
"Shoot the ball number 8!" Beck yelled
The game is seen on screen as player number 8 throws it but misses
"Boo!" Robbie yelled
"Basketball sure has changed a lot." Sinjin says
"High school basketball and real life basketball aren't the same thing." Trina said
"She's right. It's different in the real world." Jade says
Soon Cat walks in with a letter in her hands
"Hey did you get the mail?" Robbie asked
"Yeah but you guys you might want to see this." Cat says
"What do you have there?" Tori asked
"It looks like a letter." Robbie replied
"It's not just any letter. Read this." Cat said and opens it
"Dear Victoria Harris, Andrew Harris, Jade Oliver, Caterina Shapiro, Robert Shapiro, Beck Oliver, Trina Van Cleef and Sinjin Van Cleef, as victims to her crimes, you all have to attend Mrs. Lee's courthouse to discuss whether or not she should stay in jail." Tori reads
"They're letting that bitch out of jail?" Jade asked
"Does that mean her daughter is getting out of jail too?" Trina asked
"And why did she use our full names?" Robbie asked
"It doesn't matter because they aren't getting out of jail." André replied
"When's the courthouse date?" Sinjin asked
"It says tomorrow at 8AM." Tori replied
"Ew who gets up at 8?" Cat asked
"Right." Trina replied
"She better not pull any tricks." Beck said
"And if she does, I'll hit her in places that shouldn't be hit." Jade says
"So who's going to watch your baby?" Tori asked
"I'll drop her off at my mom when we head out." Beck replied
The next day the gang walks up to the courthouse
"Ugh why do we have to be here so early?!" Cat asked
"Let's just get this over with." Tori says
They walk inside the courthouse and into the courtroom
"How much do you want to bet Mrs. Lee won't be here?" Jade asked
Mrs. Lee turns around
"I'm right here you bitch!" Mrs. Lee yelled
"Mrs. Lee. You're looking well." Tori says
"Shut it cheekbones!" Mrs. Lee said
The judge who happens to be Helen from Drake & Josh appears
"Take your seats people! I ain't got all day!" Helen yelled
"Hi Helen." Cat said
"What are you doing here?" Robbie asked
"Well clearly I'm here for the case of that lady right there. Now take your seats!" Helen replied and walks away
"Wow first she was a manager at the theater in San Diego, then became our principal, hosted a show in New York and now she is a judge." Beck said
"She's full of surprises." André says
Flip scene where Helen is in the judge seat and Mrs. Lee is on stand
"State your name and business." Helen says
"My name is Amy Lee and I am here to testify those people against my daughter Daisy." Mrs. Lee replied as her daughter is sitting in front of the stage
"You assholes are going down!" Daisy yelled
"Bring it on bitch!" Trina yelled
"No cussing in court! Daisy would you like to explain why you're here?" Helen asked
"Yes your honor. Cheekbones and goth freak over there thought it was real funny hanging me from the ceiling during their play." Daisy replied
"You were ruining my play!" Jade yelled
"Hush up!" Helen yelled
"Do you know how long I was up there?!" Daisy asked
"It was only 6 hours." Jade replies
"Then later on you got us arrested!" Mrs. Lee says
"Yeah because you kidnapped them and she framed Beck and Jade and got them arrested!" Sinjin yelled
"You got no proof!" Mrs. Lee said
"Do you have any more people you like to bring up?" Helen asked
"Yes I do. I like to call my dear friend Hope Quincy to the stage." Mrs. Lee replied as Hope appears with the audience cheering
"What's she doing here?!" Tori and André asked
"Isn't that your ex-girlfriend?" Cat asked
"The one who has a rich father?" Robbie asks
"Who's very famous?" Trina asks
"And got you those things you hate wearing?" Beck asked
"Yes please don't remind me." André said
"Thanks for having me here Mrs. Lee." Hope said
"Not a problem. Explain your case." Mrs. Lee said
"Gladly. Tori Vega and André Harris have always been scumbags. André didn't like the things I bought him, he used me to get to my dad who couldn't be here since he had plans. They even ruined my birthday at Nozu." Hope said
"That was the 2012 earthquake!" Tori yelled
"Shut up!" Hope yelled
"Bitch." Tori says
"You're the one who was being sassy, rude and bossy." André said
"I think they should be locked up for life!" Hope yelled
"Okay that's good enough Hope. You can leave now." Mrs. Lee said
"Call me when this is all over." Hope says
Hope leaves the courthouse but not after she yeets something at Tori
"My dad is a cop!" Tori yelled
"Fuck off!" Hope yelled and leaves
"Are you not going to do something?" Trina asked
"Yes. Stop interrupting the courthouse!" Helen replied
"Who made her the judge?" Robbie asked
"I heard that Samberg lookalike!" Helen yelled
"I'M NOT ANDY SAMBERG!" Robbie yelled
"Don't make me throw your ass out!" Helen says
"Tone it down dude." Jade said
"Yeah, buddy calm down." Beck says
"We shall take a short recess. We will be back after these messages." Helen said as part one comes to an end
