Chapter 1: Storytime and Rescues
Capsule Corp, Early Morning
Harry landed on his bum, cursing slightly before standing up and brushed down his trousers and looked around him. The large windows were open letting in the early morning sun, and the whole area he could see was nice and clean. He heard footsteps from behind him and turned to see a lavender haired man rubbing his eyes.
"Harry?" he said, blinking once and smiling, "yep, you look like Jamie, but you have Lils' eyes." He told him and Harry realised who this was.
"Trunks?" he said questionably. "Hello Harry, it's been a long time since I have seen you. I am so sorry about Sirius." He said as he pulled Harry into a bone-crushing hug.
"Trunks, let the young man go, he needs to breathe love." A voice behind him said and when he had taken a needed breath he turned and recognised the other man. Trunks walked over and kissed his husband before walking over to Harry's trunk.
Harry could hear what his uncle would be saying in the back of his head Harry heard Vernon say, these freaks should not be around other people, who know what germs they could spread. He shook his head and greeted the man with a soft "Hello Goten." When he was asking to follow the two, he checked his wand was still inside his jumper before following them.
Harry watched amazed as Trunks picked up Harry's Trunk easily and smiled cheerfully. "come on, the kids will be up and having breakfast." Harry checked that his wand was still inside his jumper before following them.
After walking down a few corridors, they entered a kitchen, which was brightly lit. He looked around and saw many people looking at him, including Daichi and Kali, who were a year younger in Gryffindor and a quite Slytherin in his year called Kai, she was not part of Malfoy's gang, but she was a Slytherin, which meant she was evil.
Harry shook his head in as to dislodge the thought that would be what Ron would say and he's not here. He frowned when he thought about his so-called best friend who listened to the headmaster, rather than his best friend.
He was pulled from his musing when he heard the older of the two blue-haired women calling his name. he flushed and muttered, "Sorry, I was a million miles away."
She smiled at him and said, "Don't worry about it, I wool-gather as well at times." She paused and took a sip of coffee before continuing. "As you may recognise me, my name is Bulma Briefs, and I am the Japanese Minister and Trunks' mom. Harry was shocked, Poor women, having to deal with an incompetent fool like Fudge.
The man with dark flame-like hair and a widow's peak was smirking and nodded making Harry think he could read his mind. Bulma introduced the smirking man. "The baka that is leaning on the wall is my husband Vegeta."
The man nodded and Bulma went on, "you have met my son and son-in-law, your godfathers and these are my grandchildren Ayame and Daichi, who is going into 5th year, and my Stepdaughter Kaiwari, who is a Slytherin in your year.
Harry nodded and smiled at Ayame and Daichi who were familiar to her. He looked at Kai and she smiled at him. "You don't hang around with Malfoy and his gang?" she nodded. "Malfoy and his friends are Idiots, and I don't have time for idiots."
Bulma smiled at her stepdaughter then said, "This is Marron, her mom and dad are Krillin and 18 who you will meet later. The little boy is her son Eichi" A blond woman smiled and waved in before whipping the drool of the face of the baby on her lap.
Harry nodded and Bulma continued, "My daughter Bulla, her husband, Ubuu, their children Buu, who is in Ravenclaw third year, and Kaede who is going to her first year." She took another sip of her coffee then
continued.
"This is Gohan, his wife Videl, Gohan's mum Chichi, Gohan's daughter Pan and her husband Danji and their children Rini and Lee. Rini is starting Hogwarts this September and Lee are starting next year."
Kai took over when Bulma gave a nod. "Harry the story I am going to tell you is weird and unbelievable, and you may not believe me, but we'll be showing you memories of it. The story is about a species called the Saiyans. The Saiyans were a naturally aggressive warrior race who came to the Tsufuru homeworld of Planet Tsufuru, seeking refuge from the destruction of their original homeworld.
One night during a battle with the Tsufuru during what would last battle for the planet, the full moon appeared turning the Saiyans into Oozaru, or Great giant apes.
They defeated the Tsufuru, taking the planet and the technology as their own. The Saiyans leader, Vegeta, who lead the Saiyans to victory was crowned king and the planet was, renamed Vegetasei."
Years later King Vegeta and the Saiyan people were forced to serve Frieza, a powerful galactic dictator who later destroyed Vegetasei because worried that the Saiyans were getting too strong, with the destruction of the planet, there were only four living Saiyans, Prince Vegeta, Kakarott, Nappa and Raditz."
She took a drink from a glass of milk then continued, "Kakarott had been sent off-planet by his parents just before Vegetasei was destroyed to conquer a small planet called earth.
The infant Kakarott landed on Earth and was found by an old man named Gohan. He raised Goku, who was always biting and scratching until one day he bumped his head and from then on was a gentle little boy."
She continued with how Goku met Bulma who had been searching for the Dragonballs. How he met his other friends and his wife chichi, fighting Piccolo, finding out that Raditz was his brother, dying after battling Raditz, training to face the Vegeta and Nappa Fighting Vegeta and the Nappa. The battle of Namak, defeating Frieza, the cell games, Majin Buu.
Trunks took over "When I was about 9 or 10 The God of Destruction Beerus made the prophesizes of a Super Saiyan God and goes looking to look for him. He battles a few times with Goku land Vegeta and losing. He leaves to return to his sleep."
"Unknown to us at the time Freiza's men Sorbet and the rest of the Third Stellar Region are trying to find Dragons Balls and failing. Their empire starts to crumble by the day, so they set out to revive Frieza. After Frieza was revived, he knows and wants to seek revenge on Goku and trains for four months."
Gohan took over this time, "Dad and Vegeta combat Frieza in his Golden form using Super Saiyan Blue. Frieza destroys the Earth as a last-ditch effort to escape the wrath of Vegeta, however, Whis, Beerus, Goku and a few others survive.
Whis altered time and sent Goku three minutes into the past to finish off Frieza before he could destroy the Earth. I went back and started training with Piccolo to get back in fighting shape, so I can protect my loved ones, and dad and Vegeta resume their training.
Vegeta spoke up, "Kakarott and mine's training was interrupted AGAIN! This time by Champa and Vados. We find out that there are twelve universes in all, and we are from Universe Seven, and Champa is the God of Destruction of Universe 6."
"Champa and Beerus arranged a Tournament of Destroyers. This meant that If Champa won, he would get to swap the Earth of Universe 7 with the extinct Earth of his universe. If Beerus won, he would obtain the six Super Dragon Balls that had been collected by Champa in secret." Vegeta continued
Team Universe 7 won after Goku surrenders in his final match with Hit, stating that he wants to fight him in full power, prompting Hit to intentionally eliminate himself against the useless Monaka in the final match.
Champa was pissed and was going to take his anger out on the candidates from his universe when Zeno, who is the king of gods and says he wants to set up a tournament of power of his own. He left and Beerus utilizes the Super Dragon Balls to resurrect Universe 6's planet Earth along with its inhabitants.
Trunks took over the story, "We then had to deal with my future counterpart who had come after a threat known as Goku Black destroyed millions of people including his mother.
When Future Zamasu was driven to a corner, Goku Black decided to utilize their contingency plan, and they fused to become Fused Zamasu.
Goku and Vegeta use Supreme Kai's Potara earrings to fuse and they became Vegito, and they battled, however, due to a time limit and the physical constraints caused by the Potara Fusion, Goku and Vegeta defused. In the end, they did win the battle and that timeline was deleted by Zeno after he was summoned by Goku
Trunks continued by talking about the Tournament of Power, at the World of Void for the tournament, how Freiza took the place of Buu, who had fallen asleep. And how they won thanks to 18s brother 17, who wished for all the deleted universe to be brought back.
Goten explains about Goku getting turned into a little boy again when Emperor Pilaf accidentally wished it to use the Black Star Dragon Balls. Then Baby a Tsufuru who was seeking vengeance for the demise of his technologically advanced race at the hands of the Saiyans. How he came to earth and took over their families one at a time until he gets to his main target, which is Vegeta.
"Goku, Pan and Trunks had gotten the Black Star Dragonballs and give them to Dende for safekeeping. unaware that Dende and Mr Popo were under Baby's control." He rubbed the back of his head sheepishly and said, "We attacked him, and he was he is forced to retaliate after Pan is knocked unconscious.
He told them about Buu sacrificing himself to save Uub, getting defeated even in Super Saiyan 3. And then becoming a Super Saiyan 4. Finally defeating Baby. While that was going on the Kai's had come up with a way to free everyone under Bebi control.
A new problem had popped up, the second wish on the Black Star Dragon Balls was used, which caused the countdown to Earth's destruction to speed up, it was Vegeta comes up with a plan to move everyone from Earth to Planet Plant and with a little help of his family, friends and the Kais they manage to off the entire population of Earth.
However, Piccolo sacrificed himself when the planet died, he contacted Gohan via Telepathy to tell him how proud he is of him and that the Black Star Dragon Balls must be destroyed for the safety of Earth.
Gohan begged Piccolo to try and reconsider but Piccolo reminded him that sometimes the best decision is not the easiest one to make. Grand Elder Moori then uses the Namekian Dragon Balls to wish back the Earth, allowing everyone to return home.
One year after the defeat of Baby, Goku is competing in the World Martial Arts Tournament's junior division as a result of him looking like a child. Meanwhile in Hell, Dr Myuu is met by Dr Gero. Seeing that the one thing both have in common the fact that Goku is their sworn enemy, they team up to exact their vengeance.
They devise a plan to build a new Android 17 and then contact the existing one still residing on Earth. The two androids open a rift to Earth between hell, allowing all the past villains to escape and cause mass chaos in the city.
Pan this time explained how Trunks was attacked by 17, which ended up with him collapsing, and Trunks explains that he was on his way to Goku's when Android 17 attacked him, destroying his vehicle. He managed to save himself and his limousine driver, but Android 17 left a message in the form of an ultimatum that Goku must go to Hell immediately or the Earth will be taken over by all the escaping villains from Hell.
"Mayhem insured and Grandpa Goku goes to Hell all alone, and once he was there, he meets up with the two mad scientists and their newly designed Android. However, they escaped through the portal and it closes behind them, sealing Grandpa in Hell. Unfortunately, it got worse, two of Goku's most powerful and deadliest enemies from the past, Frieza and Cell, had been waiting in Hell to exact their vengeance on Goku."
"Krillin was killed by Android 19 when he is confronted by him and 18, as
Goku's battle against Frieza and Cell starts, and he defeats them easy, but they regenerate and inform Goku that they are immortal in Hell and that nothing can kill them, but Goku can still die."
"Anyway, we defeated Android 19, and used the Dragonballs but what we didn't know was that the overuse of the Dragon Balls over so many years has caused a build-up of negative energy to accumulate within them and disrupt their balance. The stress of using the Dragon Balls yet again caused the negative energy to at last erupt all at once and coalesce into a dragon of darkness."
This dragon swallowed the Dragonballs and divided their incredible power and splits off into seven separate entities. These Shadow Dragons, each in possession of a Dragon Ball, promptly scatter across the earth and cause a haze of negative energy to envelop the atmosphere, leaving us to think over what we should do."
Pan took over, "We met up and defeat the first dragon, The portly, pollution-spewing Haze Shenron. The second dragon we met was Rage Shenron and we defeated him, the true challenge started when we met with Nuova Shenron, who was the master of fire. Grandpa was losing when his arm is frozen solid. Nuova's brother, Eis Shenron appeared and demanded to team up to defeated Grandpa."
"Nuova Shenron refused, since he believed that there is no honour in such ruthless combat, and for that Eis Shenron takes matters into his own hands as he beats down his brother then goes and fights grandpa one-on-one. He manages to beat Goku down by using underhanded tactics and his freezing abilities too but when he tells Nuova to finish Goku off, Nuova unfreezes grandpa instead. Grandpa was enraged and Eis Shenron surrenders and begs for his life-only to use one more attack that leaves Goku completely blind.
Grandpa was still too much for Eis Shenron to handle, destroying him with Dragon Fist. Nuova Shenron offers grandpa an antidote for his blindness, only to be killed instantly by Syn Shenron, the dragon who carried the one-star Dragonball.
Despite this, though both being in Super Saiyan 4 the ultimate Shadow Dragon is far too strong for the weakened Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta and Grandpa, which left one option…. Fusion."
"Their attempts are interrupted at every turn, as Omega Shenron is determined to stop the return of Gogeta. Vegeta and Grandpa finally found find the chance to fuse after using the Afterimage Technique to throw Omega off their trail, but the fusion failed to work as the fight against the One-Star Dragon had left Grandpa too weak to fuse, and one final attempt reverted him to his child form."
"Omega Shenron descended on dad to strike the last blow when Nuova Shenron emerged from dad's forehead, purified by dad's positive energy," Gohan added and trunks and Goten nodded and continued from Pan.
Vegeta and dad, manage to trick Omega into an unguarded moment, allowing Nuova to use his Nova Sphere, but Omega evaded the blow by possessing Nuova's body, destroying him and reabsorbing the final Dragon Ball in the process.
Then Vegeta's energy ran out and he reverted to his normal state. Both Saiyans are powerless against Omega Shenron, who renewed his assault. Goku had thought to have been killed but he had been gathering energy for the spirit bomb. Dad knew that it would not be enough to stop him, so he contacted King Kai with a request.
While Omega unleashed blast after blast at dad, the four Kais telepathically called on everyone in the universe to give their energy to Goku. The result of that is a Universal Spirit Bomb that was too massive for any evil to stand against it, and with nothing more to do, dad hurls his attack at Omega. With a final scream of rage and fear, the ultimate Shadow Dragon was completely obliterated which restored the Dragon Balls to their normal state.
Vegeta then spoke, "With all seven Shadow Dragons defeated, Shenron himself appeared, much our confusion as nobody summoned him as we would usually do.
Shenron healed Kakarott of his wounds and explained that the Dragon Balls were never intended to be used as frequently as they had and now that the Dragon Balls have suffered an overload of negative energy, the Eternal Dragon tells them that he must separate himself from Earth for 100 years to prevent the Dragon Balls from becoming corrupted again.
Kakarott requests that the earth be restored because of the many battles that we have had, Earth and her people, have been forced to deal with the costs of battles that were never theirs to join in the first place. Shenron grants this wish but asked Goku to come with him as was not powerful enough to grant the wish by himself without there being negative effects. Kakarott entrusted me with the defence of the Earth and told me to look after both our families before they left Goku told his family that they will meet again."
He looked at Pan and smirked, "Pan found Goku's clothes as everyone was leaving." He smiled a rare smile at Pan and asked, "Do you remember what I told you Pan?" she smiled at him and said, "Yes, you told me to keep them dear to me forever and I have."
Kai spoke up, "Unknown to papa, the time they had fused had left a little surprise that no-one knew about…. Me. I was born 8 months later, and the rest is history."
Lunchtime, Capsule Corp
By the time, they were finished it was mid-afternoon, so they decided to get lunch allowing Harry to digest everything. By the time everyone had finished,
Trunks turned to Harry, "Harry, would you tell us about your life please." Harry hesitated for a moment, then spoke. "As you know I was born to James and Lily Potter…"
He told them what life was like at the Dursleys, how for the first 10 years of his life he lived in the cupboard under the stairs and the danger that he had to go through since he started Hogwarts. He ended it with the prophecy that Dumbledore had given him after the battle of the department of mysteries.
"The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches… Born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies… and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not...and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives..." (Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix)
Goten had fled the room, the Saiyan in the room could smell his tears. Trunks stood and silently left the room to follow him. Bulma looked over and saw that Harry was tired. They had forgotten that it had been close to midnight in England when Harry had left.
"Harry, before anything else happens, I want Bulla to have a look at you, and make sure there are no serious issues. It's important but you have a choice." Harry smiled at Bulma and said, "Thank you Bulma, I will do it." She smiled and said, "good, I want you to know that you will always have a choice, none of my family will do anything behind your back unless it is needed." He nods. "Thanks, Bulma." He says before trying to hide a yawn.
"OK Harry, I think it's time for bed, you need your rest. When you wake up and have something to eat, I will call Bulla and she can have a look at you." She quickly shuffled Harry off to his new bedroom he could get some sleep.
Once they were gone, Vegeta turned to Gohan, and said, "Gohan will you get his education up to standard and teach him Japanese, so we don't have to keep using translation charms.
At that point Trunks and Goten returned, "Hey dad, where is Harry?" Trunks asked and Vegeta said, "your mother put him to bed, he was exhausted emotionally and physically." Goten nodded, and Vegeta turned to him and asked, "Are you okay Goten?" and Goten said, "I am angry at Dumbledore and the Dursleys and worried about his overall health."
Vegeta nodded and said, your mom has asked Bulla to look at him and I have Gohan to look after his education with help from Chichi, but Trunks, I want you and Goten to teach Harry how to fly and show him basic ki blasts. Pan, I want you and Bulla to go and ring everyone here ASAP. Daichi and Kali I want you to go to Dende and tell him that we will need to use the Chamber of spirit and time."
Kai gave her father a look, "Papa, you are going to train him?" Kai as the twins left and Bulla followed Bulma to check on Harry. Only Vegeta, Kai, Goten and Trunks remained. She looked at her father and he smirked at her. "Contrary to what Bulma thinks, I'm not stupid, what do you think of the prophecy that Harry told us, Kai?"
Kai pulled a face and said, "Basically that Harry has to put his life on the line, and defeat Voldie because it is either him, or the dark Lord, but dad, what is the 'the power the dark lord knows not! Do we have enough time to train him before we return to Hogwarts for the new year?
Vegeta pulled his daughter into a hug and said, "I don't know that Kai, Harry is family now Kai, your brother is Harry's godfather, and this means we have to help him with this Voldemort problem."
Goten was going to add something when there was a scream that echoed through the whole complex. Goten, Trunks, Vegeta and Kai ran to the source and were shocked at the scene. Harry was lying on the bed with Bulma and Bulla trying to hold him down. There was blood flowing from the scar on his forehead and his back taunt like a bow. Trunks and Goten went over to help hold him down, and Kai went over and placed a hand on Harry's forehead before growling. Before she could be stopped by her parent and brother's, she placed a finger on her forehead and disappeared.
Harry's Vision
Death Eaters were swarming the room and around the Dark Lord – all of them were watching the action in the ring of jeering men. The dark Lord was cackling at what was happening to the people who had defied him by not joining him.
He could see a man hanging from a meat hook, McNair was happily skinning him alive, and the scream of the man had stopped a long time ago when his throat was cut by the savage man. Nearby, his wife was being raped, she was bleeding from wounds inflicted on her, while in the corner, and the couple's teenage daughter was being forced to watch, screaming at them to stop.
Voldemort motioned for some Deatheaters to bring the girl. He hissed and said, "Well Miss Parkinson, have you decided to join me, or will you suffer as your parents did.
"I will never join you, you half-blood bastard." She screamed, and was backhanded for her trouble, falling to the floor with a thump. Voldemort started to say the spell for the Cruciatus when the door banged open the dead bodies of the guards.
The female raised both hands and screamed, "HELLFIRE" which sent a blast of fire that not only burn the people in its path but the carpet. She disappeared as the rest of the building when up in flames.
END Vision
The last thing Harry heard was Voldemort scream of rage and anger before he found himself back in his own body. Harry arched one more time before crashing back down the pillow trying to take deep gulping breaths. He leaned over the bed as someone conjured a bucket and rubbed his back, as he was sick.
Bulma and Vegeta glanced at each other and they moved next door to see Kai laying Pansy on the bed before she moved off and grabbed a wet cloth from the bathroom, cleaning off the dirt from the girl's face, Bulla went over to help her little sister.
Vegeta pulled Kai out of the room and asked, "What did you do Kai? You could have gotten hurt. She turned and said, "One of my classmates was in trouble, and I went in and rescued her!
Papa, what was to do, leave her there to die? Now if you excuse me Pansy needs me." She turned to go back into the room, but she then turned and said, "Papa, Harry needs Occlumency lessons, so could can you ask Bulma about that please."
Before Vegeta could say anything else, she walked in and shut the door. He could hear her sobs even with the door closed. Walking next door, he sat down next to Harry's bed, and watched the young man asleep, wondering if they could help the newest member of the family meet this new problem head-on.
Somewhere in the air between The Lookout and Capsule Corp
Daichi and Ayame had started talking as they headed to The Lookout, they were more Gryffindor than Slytherin generally, but when it came to pranking, they were pure Slytherin taking after Trunks.
"We need to prank Dumbledore," Ayame told her brother, and he found himself agreeing with her twin. "The way he treated Harry was terrible, and from the sounds of it he should have been raised with us, by our dad and papa."
"So, what should we do to the Manipulative old coot?" she questioned. The two of them went quiet as they thought about it. "ok, so I have one?" what about the emperor's new clothes prank?" Daichi asked and Ayame smirked,
"Yeah we have that one. I was thinking a potion that has his beard change colour everything he lies."
"What about if he mentions Harry in any form, it's replaced with the braying of a jackass," Ayame commented and Daichi laughed. "What about Make his robes boring and plain black or grey instead of gaudy like they always are."
The two battered ideas around until they reached the tower and as they landed, they saw Mr Popo waiting for them. "Dende is waiting for you."
"Thank you, Mr Popo, they went into the inner part of the sanctum where Dende was waiting. "Hello Ayame, Daichi how is the new member of the family doing. "He was okay when we left. We have a request from our grandpa Vegeta, he had asked if we could use the Hyperbolic Time Chamber?" Dende nodded and said, "Of course tell him he had my full support." They nod and turn to leave and said, "Ayame, Daichi, I have a prank for you, so watch out for it when you go back to school."
