Welcome one and all to chapter 13 the start of 3rd year before i continue I will mention this year is not ruined by a time traveling character
our story continues with Harry, Draco, Miles and Sirius on borad the recently refurbished into a vigilante group headquarters SS Blue Ribbon just above the mid Atlantic ridge.
"are you sure you're up for freeing her?" Sirius said
"yes I know what she's like more then most so I think i would be able to keep her under control and it's not like she can escape to land within time for her not to die due to elements dehydration or starving." Miles replayed.
"How do you know her more then most according to you telling of the timeline she died at Hogwarts before you were born" Sirius said.
"No she didn't if she did i wouldn't be here with you she the black side of my family she is my mother and although it took her a long time she did regain her mind"
"oh could you 2 please stop" Harry said "we are getting lestrange out of prison and going with miles's idea the less allies for voldemort the better remember it was by vote that i was put in charge of the group so shut up and get ready for the plan we are doing it tonight"
and later that night the team break into askaban wher they tried to be stealth but because inky mileshad any need to use stealth and remembers they get caught by the guards and a fight breaks out miles was smart and use a weapon that magic can't stop an old world war 2 M1 Garand but after downing 8 guards he did a rookie mistake with that gun and got this thump trapped and broken in the bolt while reloading.
meanwhile sirius was using magic to stun because he still doesn't know better then to just disable permanently then just knock out and so he gets knocked out the fight as well.
Harry and Draco on seeing that the 2 "grownups" where combat incapable had decided fuck underage magic rules and yhen used their wands to fling grenades towards the remaining guards and that enddwd the battle of askaban of 1993 with 34 guards dead 14 injured and only 2 uninjured but stuned.
"need help there hoatzin?" Draco asked moles using his nickname for operations that they don't want their identity known
"yes i do Dragon and are we going to leave Starman stuned?"
"oh yeah him let's get you out and then get the target before the dememtors come"
after reviving Sirius and getting Miles's broken thumb out of his gun and a healing spell used the group found Bellatrix's cell and unlock it.
"has our master been reborn are we finally free" she asked.
"no you old master hasn't as you can tell from us all wearing plague doctor masks we are not the so called eaters of death or whatever fhe fuck they are called no we are here and one of my friends wants to get to know his mother again" Harry said then stuned her.
a couple of days later and progress on making the most insane death eater somewhat sane again is going as expected slow and painfully Bellatrix turns out to be really strong for an inmate in a prison for 13 years and is spending most of her time in denial that she is the mother to a time traveler helping to defeat her master.
"Miles your idea isn't working you said to me it would be easy quick!" Harry said in the 1st class dining room at the captain's on the blue ribbon
"for how long it took her in the future it will be quick as it took her until the COVID lockdowns of the 2020's for her to fully regain her mind but woth my knowledge of the future and what worked and didn't work i believe she would be back to pre Voldemort levels of sanity by 2001 at latest besides your about to be spending the ret of your holiday in diaigon ally"
"Why is that so you can fuck Draco without me being in the way"
"No that won't happen first Draco is to young second I will still be here" Sirius added
"no what it is for whatever reason the fates have decided regardless of any action that happens an event will lead you staying there."
just then crashing noises are heard and the ships shakes violently
"what was that" harry asks looking at miles
"don't look at me it's Draco's turn on the helm"
"Oh hey guys i made it to dinner" Draco said entering the room
"what about the helm why did it sound like we ran aground?"
"Oh don't worry i left one of those your alien creatures that like to try and hug our faces at the helm he seemed to know what he was doing"
"YOU LET A FACEHUGGER STEAR THE SHIP DAMNIT DRACO WE ONLY JUST FINISHED UNPACKING EVERYTHING NOW WE GOT TO MOVE IT ALL BACK TO THE FACTORY." Miles finely take a breath "AND ALSO WE JUST GOT THIS OUT OF A SHIPYARD NOW WE HAVE TO GO BACK" miles starts rushing towards draco so Sirius comes to hold miles in place
"calm down miles it's not going to help you being like this Harry pack a bag for you and draco you both are staying in diagon ally i will join as padfoot after i sort miles out go quickly before he explodes in anger again.
hogwarts 1999
thia time we rejoin the 1999 group with harry and theo trying to fix the problem with the projector
"author why is it always with some sort of point of a time skip when you jojn us again i was just about to sneak off home, anyway it was during that trip that the Weasley's would meet me in diagon ally and we found out a mistake we made during the first battle of askaban we had knock open another cell by mistake the the thermite we used to unlock Bellatrix's and released the worse non Voldemort related criminal in the prison and worse off he was heading for Hogwarts apparently"
"and so we came to a point where miles's time travel knowledge would be useless as he changed events enough that an unprecedented result would come out of our actions" theo added.
"and so 3rd year was going to be interesting but that can be saved for another day any questions"
"harry boy you got this all wrong you blew up your uncle's sister to end up there and it's Sirius that caused 3rd he escaped"
"you forgot old man rest of the world bar this country knows Sirius is innocent by this point everyone thought Sirius was a problem as he was also seen but the other guy was."
ok that's it for this chapter as I have ideas for the other fanfic i started but needed to get another chapter here out 3rd year next chapter
