SCREAMS were heard throughout the halls of a hotel with the sight of smashed wooden furniture. Some pieces of furniture were piercing the bodies' hearts on the hall floor though not all had wood in their hearts. Among some of the bodies appeared the severed heads that were cleanly cut off.
In one of the rooms that appeared to be an office, the unique scene of a young man who appeared to be in his teens holding a man by his neck, but in the boy's other hand was a hilt of a sword piercing the man's gut. The boy's face held a look of boredom as he was twisting the grip while the man with the sword in his gut was grunting in pain.
"This would be over if you could tell me what I want to know." The young man's voice matched his expression as if he were simply doing a menial task. His frame of slight broad shoulders, 6'2" in height. A head of light brown hair with chocolate-colored eyes.
The man didn't say anything to the mystery boy as he continued to struggle free from his grip. Though seeing, as the vampire continued not to talk, the boy chose a more direct approach for better results. He let go of the hilt of the sword not before pushing it further into the man's gut to make sure he stayed in place and walked towards one of the bodies with a stake in it.
"All I want to know is where he is or where he is going." The emotionless tone of voice from the boy had made the man flinch as he looked at the boy pulling a stake from a corpse and then slowly walking back towards him.
"If I tell you I'm a dead man, he will kill me." Finally, the man chose to speak up though while coughing up some blood due to the unfortunate situation he is stuck in. The only response he got to what he said was a slight look of annoyance and a stake pointing at his heart.
The young man sighed and then slowly walked forward to the man. Once, the stake touched the man's chest and aimed where the heart was the boy stopped. When the vampire looked into the kid's eyes, fear of the unknown started to erupt when he saw the iris of the eyes equate to that of two rubies.
"What are you?" The Vampire quivered at the realization of his death being imminent and, at first, just thought he and his subordinates had somehow earned the ire of an older vampire. Now it appeared that whoever this thing was a supernatural not known to others. The boy took in the question deciding whether he should answer though it didnt take long for him to reach the answer as he just smiled and then spoke.
"Now, why would I ruin the surprise, and why would I even tell a dead man." The boy's ruby eyes had shone a brighter crimson. Mystically they seemed to capture the vampire's full attention to the now red-eyed boy.
"Ok, now tell me where Klaus Mikaelson is?"
The once again chocolate-eyed boy stood across the street from the inferno that was once a high-end hotel. Looking at his facial expression, the signs of irritation were present as his hand went through his messy medium-length hair in frustration.
"You overdid it again, Nathan." To the side of the boy, whose name is now known to be Nathan, stood a girl with a stature of 5'2" along with hazel eyes that went well with her brown hair.
"I know, Aria," Nathan lightly spoke as he turned to look into Aria's eyes. "You could've just compelled them from the start, and now look what happened." She had spoken in an exasperated tone while looking back at the fire.
"I'm still figuring things out with my new body, and I need to know everything about it as I did before the change; I'd rather be used to it at the earliest." Nathan followed Aria's petite frame when she started walking away. A comfortable silence stayed between the two as Nathan grabbed her hand while walking and silently caressed it as if to comfort her.
"You know I could just do this on my own you dont need to help me, Nate." Nathan stopped walking, making Aria stop as well. Nathan looked up at the night sky while sighing and then, after a minute, looked at Aria. "I promised myself that you are not going to be alone, just like I was before the coven brought me in; we are in this together; your vengeance is my vengeance."
"Didnt you tell me before vengeance is fools game?" Aria slightly smirked at Nathan while he returned it. "Guess we are a couple of fools then."
Aria brought him into a hug showing their difference in stature as her head reached his chin. While they stayed hugging for a couple of moments, they separated. Afterward, Aria turned her head, exposing her neck to Nathan, and softly said.
"Drink." Nathan moved his mouth towards her neck and appeared fangs that bit softly into her. Nathan carefully feasted while missing the aroused glint in Arias eyes.
