A.J.D.C (Azaka Juvenile Detention Center)
As the sky greeted the sun with its yellow sun rays, the head of the A.J.D.C., Tyeko Azaka, made his way to the building where he would help troubled kids deal with the problems and choices they have made in their lives.
"Good Morning.", greeted one guard to Azaka.
Azaka slightly pulled his hat down to show gratitude back to the guard. As he walked into the building, he made his way to his office and sat everything down for the day; and immediately started doing the paperwork for today.
As he continued writing, a female voice walked into the room grabbing his attention.
"Well, isn't it a beautiful morning, right, sir?"
When he looked up, his assistant, Rachel Wells, entered the room, taking her seat next to the manager of the detention center.
"Yeah, I suppose you're right.''
"So, who're the lucky people coming here today?" Azaka asked sarcastically.
"I don't know… let me check today's list."
As she grabbed the clipboard that held the list of names for today, she flipped through the sheets of paper to see if there were any unfamiliar names on the list. As she continued flipping, she saw a name that was all too familiar, the name that had been into trouble the second it stepped foot in the world, the name with no remorse.
She adjusted her glasses to make sure that the name wasn't a mirage or just a mistake, but unlucky her, the name on the paper was permanent.
All she could do was grip the clipboard tightly, and tremble in fear, while sweat dripped down her face, slowly.
"Hey, Wells, what's wrong?" Azaka asked.
He got up from his seat seeking no response from her and made his way towards her. "What's got you like this?", he said as he grabbed the clipboard from her sweaty palms.
As he looked where she had led the name to be on the clipboard, his eyes widened. Out of all the people they have brought in, this one had to be the worst. He went by many names: The Blue-Eyed Thief, The Duplicitous Lord, and The Dreaded Abysmal.
The name was Jaylen Barrett.
