Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Harry Potter. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Harry Potter is written by British author J. K. Rowling as a book series and aired as movies by Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Within the meeting room Motoki graciously let Demande and his friends use, no one was speaking. Dumbledore looked forlorn at the chair that Demande was seated at. He felt that he was entitled to sit at the head of said table while Demande sat elsewhere. The Weasleys were to the right of Dumbledore, with the exception of Bill and Charlie who were being close to Sirius and Remus on the left. Severus was behind Dumbledore, glaring at Demande and his former students. Demande, on the other hand, did not speak at all. He was waiting for his solicitor before he began to negotiate with Dumbledore. With Pluto at his side, he knew what to somewhat expect from Dumbledore and some of his company's reactions. His friends, on the other hand, stayed silent because they didn't know how to address what was actually happening. When the silence was getting a bit much, Dumbledore was the first to finally break said silence. "Now, then," started Dumbledore but was interrupted.

"Gomen," said Motoki through the door after knocking, "Demo, Kageno-san, the person you requested to be in this meeting is here."

"Arigatō, Furahata," said Demande, "Please let her in."

"Hai," said Motoki.

"Now just wait a moment," said a crossed red-haired woman, "This is a private conversation!"

Demande didn't even talk back to the woman as the door opened to reveal Motoki leading in a woman. This woman had purplish black hair tied into a loose ponytail and icy blue eyes. Wearing the standard professional solicitor's outfit, she bowed slightly to Motoki before walking towards one Demande Kageno. Demande's friends were still silent as this woman came over to their mutual friend. Demande, on his part, rose up from his seat and bowed slightly. "Nagashima-san," said Demande.

"Kon'nichiwa, Kageno-san," said the woman with respect, "I have been briefed slightly by our shared benefactor about the situation, and I will try to help out as much as I can."

"That's all I can ask of you, Nagashima-san," said Demande, "However, we should introduce ourselves, even though they have not introduced themselves as well."

"Ah," said the woman who nodded to Demande with acknowledgement before turning to the group, "Hajimemashite (Nice to meet you). My name is Nagashima Celestine, Kageno-san's solicitor and lawyer."

"Nice to meet you as well," said Dumbledore, "Though, I am sure your services will not be needed."

"Sir," said Celestine with a frosted smile, "I do not work for you, but for Kageno-san here. If he says that I am needed in this meeting, then I will stay."

Dumbledore looked calm on the outside, but on the inside, he was seething. He didn't know the personality of this new person. He also couldn't get a clear reading from this Demande that claims to be Harry's older brother. Nothing was going correctly since Harry was brought to this side of the pond. Grumbling about plans being derailed inwardly, Dumbledore tuned back to the meeting just to hear Celestine add something else to her comment. "And, it is rude to NOT introduce yourselves before demanding that I step out of this room," said Celestine before muttering under her breath, "Even though I will not obey said demand."

"Gomen about that," said Remus sheepishly, "I am Lupin Remus. Next to me are Black Sirius, Weasley William, and Weasley Charlie."

"Bill, please," said Bill, "The rest of the redheads on the other side are our family members. The older woman is our mum, Weasley Molly. Next to her is our dad, Weasley Arthur. Then, we have our other siblings from oldest to youngest: Weasley Fred and George, Weasley Ronald, and Weasley Ginerva."

"It's Ginny/Ron," muttered Ron and Ginny who didn't like their full names being given ever.

"And," said Dumbledore with a smile, "I am Albus Dumbledore, the Headmaster of Hogwarts. Behind me is Severus Snape, our esteemed Hogwarts Potions Professor."

"Your first names are Dumbledore and Snape," questioned Celestine.

"No, you silly woman," growled out Severus, "The Headmaster's name is Albus and mine is Severus!"

Celestine glared at Severus fiercely for that comment. Demande could tell that what Severus said would also jeopardize whatever Dumbledore was planning within said meeting. With nothing left to do, Demande finally piped up by introducing himself to the group. He was surprised for his four friends to also introduce themselves, even though this doesn't really have anything to do with them. He was glad his friends were in here to see just how manipulative Dumbledore could be, if given the chance. Demande wondered what his dear little brother was doing, but he quickly mentally shook that thought away as he prepared to deal with the current so-called enemies in front of him. "Now that introductions are out of the way," said Celestine as she proceeded to take a notebook out of her bag, "Demande, please kindly tell me why you have called me here."

"I just thought you would need to be here," said Demande, "Especially when this woman insinuated a kidnapping upon my otōto to go to another country."

"I have not done such a thing," said Molly with a glare.

"Madam," said Demande, "You quote unquote said to me about having a talk about my otōto going to this Hogwarts place when in fact, he is already in a perfectly good school."

"Ah, hai," said Celestine as she flipped to a page in her notebook, "I remember you giving me copies of one Kageno Harī, nicknamed Saphir, being accepted to Mahōtokoro School of Magic at age seven."

"Seven," questioned a surprised Arthur.

"Hai," said Demande, "Unlike Hogwarts, Mahōtokoro accepts magicals at the start of showing accidental magic for the first time. They, however, waited for otōto to grow up some since otōto has been showing accidental magic since he was but a baby."

Arthur looked very surprised by that and wondered what level Harry's magic was. Dumbledore was seething silently. If Harry was trained in his magic since seven, he probably was past the level of his age peers. Remus, Sirius, Bill, and Charlie glanced briefly at each other in surprise. That was one thing that the others never told them when they were planning together. Though, their plan WAS derailed ever since Sirius spoke about a plan differently than the one they came up with. Remus even mentally noted to himself to drag Sirius to a mind healer, despite Sirius kicking and screaming about not going. Mentally pinning that thought for later, Remus tuned back to hear Dumbledore's response. "That is good," said Dumbledore, "However, we have been trying to reach Harry…"

"Saphir," interrupted Demande, "He doesn't even go by his first name anymore. He pulls out papers from his own bag and giving it to Celestine. I forgot to hand those to you about Saphir changing his name permanently. Now, he goes by Kageno Saphir instead."

"I see," said Celestine, "I'll process these as soon as possible."

"As I was saying," said Dumbledore who was trying not to be enraged by the disrespect he was given, "We were trying to reach Saphir to invite him to Hogwarts since he was eleven."

"Why would you even be trying to invite a Japanese citizen to a magical school so far from his home," questioned Celestine.

"My dear girl," said Dumbledore, "Didn't you know?"

"Know what," questioned Celestine.

"Why," said Dumbledore with a smile, "Kageno Saphir is indeed our Savior, Harry Potter!"

Demande twitched an eyebrow at what Dumbledore said. Of course, Celestine was aware of Saphir being adopted in THIS lifetime. Demande was also aware that Pluto had told Celestine about what transpired in their past lives. No, Demande wasn't worried about Celestine being aware of everything. He, however, was twitching when Dumbledore actually proclaimed his otōto a savior and revealed his now extinct name before he was adopted. He glanced to his side to see that Oliver, Adrian, Terence, and Cedric were in shock. Oliver and Cedric had their jaws dropped comically when they heard the news while Adrian and Terence had their eyes wide through their Slytherin apathetic masks. Looking to Dumbledore's brood, Demande could see Severus sneering even harder than ever before. He could also see Ginny's eyes light up with awe and fangirling lovestruckness. He could also see Molly's eyes holding some glint of greed. Demande unconsciously clenched his fist at that Molly's glint and Ginny's fangirling eyes before tuning into Dumbledore once more. "And so," said Dumbledore, "As per his birth parents' wishes, Saphir has to go to Hogwarts."

"As his birth parents' wishes," questioned Celestine.

"Of course, madam," said Dumbledore, "It is his birth parents' wishes."

"Hm," hummed Celestine, "Can you please prove this?"

"I'm sorry," questioned Dumbledore.

"Can you please prove that it is actually his birth parents' wishes," questioned Celestine, "Because if not, then Saphir is quite fine on where he goes to learn about his magic. As per the International Confederation of Wizards, or ICW for short, each wizard or witch will need to go to a magic school to learn to control his or her magic before said magic becomes uncontrollable. It does not, however, state which magic school he or she goes to. It does not state that he or she will be obliged to go to a magic school within his or her birth country."

Demande was feeling elated that Celestine was here. With her here, he didn't have to actually do anything, especially talk to a Headmaster that thought he was the next Merlin. He, however, could tell that Adrian, Terence, Oliver, and Cedric will want to talk to him about how Harry Potter became to be Kageno Saphir. He was just glad that his friends were quiet and still supporting him, even with this big reveal. Technically, being Harry Potter was Saphir's secret, and as his older brother, Demande would keep his otōto's secret. Mentally shaking his head, he was surprised to hear Molly's voice. "What about Demande kidnapping Harry from his relatives' house," demanded Molly, "We all know that Albus is Harry's magical guardian!"

"Demande," questioned Celestine.

"I have not kidnapped Saphir," said Demande before lying, "I found him as a baby in a dumpster while my parents and I were on vacation in England. We were surprised to see him on November 1st, 1981 in said dumpster. Seeing that this was a baby, my parents and I took him to the hospital to be checked over. There, we found no lasting damage besides the beginnings of frostbite. The hospital, of course, followed procedure and tried to find his relatives, only for no one to claim him. My parents extended our stay for a few more weeks while Saphir stayed at the hospital for some time to heal from the frostbite. Since no one claimed him within the 72 hrs of being found, my parents filed for adoption and Saphir became my otōto."

"As for magical guardian," picked up Celestine as she copied some papers and handed it over to the other side, "Demande, being magical within the Kageno family, was considered Saphir's magical guardian while said parents are the non-magical ones. The file, which was conducted by the Goblins through the Inheritance Test, also states that Sirius Black and Albus Dumbledore relinquished their guardianship of Harry Potter on October 31st, 1981."

"That's absurd," exclaimed Dumbledore.

"It isn't," said Celestine, "If you handed Saphir off from one person to another. Have you both done that on that night?"

"I," started Sirius with a frown, "I know that I handed Harry off to Hagrid upon Albus' orders, even if I didn't want to."

"I have not handed Harry away from me," said Dumbledore with a frown of his own.

"Are you sure," questioned Demande with a glare, "What about finding my otōto in a dumpster? Where were YOU when I found him there?"

"Magic is a strange thing," said Celestine, "Even if it is unwilling, Magic sees what you do, including leaving a baby to another through different means as a way to relinquish your guardianship over said baby."

Sirius frowned more about Celestine's statement. Sure, he gave Harry to Hagrid, but did that mean he gave up his rites as Harry's magical guardian? He was also sure that by Albus leaving Harry on Petunia's doorstep that Halloween night, Albus also gave his rites up as well. Sirius looked at Albus to see fury within his twinkling eyes. He knew that Albus would not be able to spin things back to his side of the board, especially when this powerful solicitor/lawyer was in the meeting. He could also see Molly looking frantic at the possibility of Harry… no… Saphir coming to Hogwarts. Turning back to the meeting, he was surprised Albus was still going on about James and Lily's wishes. "Be as that may," said Dumbledore, "Shouldn't we let Harry…"

"Saphir," corrected Celestine with a frown.

"…Decide," continued Dumbledore as though no one interrupted him, "I am sure the lad is quite curious about his birth parents."

"He isn't," answered Demande.

"I beg your pardon," said Dumbledore.

"Saphir isn't curious about his birth parents," said Demande.

"I am sure that you don't know for certain," said Molly with a condescending tone.

"I am sure," said Demande, "I have asked him multiple times if he would like to know about his birth parents. Saphir has told me multiple times that he was enjoying his life in Japan. Due to the Inheritance Test, he also knows that his birth parents are dead. With that knowledge, he told me that his birth parents would have wanted him happy and healthy, and if it is with my family that he gets that, then he is content with not knowing about his birth parents. He is his own person after all."

'More like a spoiled brat, I'm sure,' thought Severus with a sneer.

"Though, I am curious," said Demande, "If my otōto were convinced to go to Hogwarts, what would he be learning there?"

"Well," said Dumbledore, "Hogwarts is the best magical school there is. He would be learning in the core classes, which includes Potions with our dear Professor Snape. There would also be Transfiguration with Professor Minerva McGonagall, Charms with Professor Filius Flitwick, Herbology with Professor Pomona Sprout, History of Magic with Professor Cuthbert Binns, and Defense Against The Dark Arts."

"Electives," questioned Demande who noticed that no Professor name was given for Defense.

"There is Muggle Studies with Professor Charity Burbage, Care of Magical Creatures with Rubeus Hagrid, Divination with Professor Sybill Trelawney, Arithmancy with Professor Septima Vector, Ancient Runes with Professor Bathsheda Babbling, and Astronomy with Professor Aurora Sinistra," said a proud Dumbledore.

"Muggle Studies," questioned an offended Celestine.

"It's where students learn about the Muggle World of course," said Dumbledore.

Demande and Celestine looked at each other in mild disgust. They knew that Europe would always call non-magicals as Muggle, but they knew for a fact that the term they used for the non-magicals were very offensive. Demande could also see how Dumbledore thought that Hogwarts was top tier, but he knew for a fact that according to the ICW's school statistics, Hogwarts was amongst the lower tier. Yet, Demande was not going to announce that fact to someone like Dumbledore. Instead he said, "Even though your… school is one of the best, I am still keeping my otōto in Mahōtokoro. Besides, I believe that his magical learning is much more advanced than the teens his age."

"But, his parents…," said Dumbledore once more.

"…Are again, not in the factor decision being made," intercepted Celestine.

"I see," said Dumbledore with fake sadness, "I thought that when we have found Harry, he would be excited to learn more about his birth parents at the school they attended for their magical education. I am sure if he were here, he would agree to learn about his birth parents at Hogwarts."

"Yeah," piped up Ron, "Then, he and I can be best of friends like it should have been!"

"Same here," said an excited Ginny.

"Why are these children saying this," questioned Celestine suspiciously.

"Why wouldn't they say it," said Molly, "They were looking forward in being his friend, especially since they are near or the same age as Harry!"

"I'm sure," said a sarcastic Demande underneath his breath.

"Be as it may, you lot do not have a stand on Saphir's magical education decision," said Celestine, "That decision will always fall to Kageno Demande-san. As he already stated, Demande-san will not be sending Saphir-san to Hogwarts."

"But," started Sirius who was silenced by an elbow from Remus.

"This case is closed," said Celestine, "And if I hear anything about Saphir-san being distressed by pressure from you to transfer schools, I'm sure that you will be receiving a lawsuit for harassment."

"I will tell Saphir-otōto about his options on that," said Demande.

Celestine nodded her head as she gathered the copies that were passed out about guardianship and schooling from before. She placed the copies within her bag and stood up. Nodding to Demande, Celestine bowed before exiting the room. Demande stretched from his seat. He really didn't have to do anything with his best lawyer and solicitor coming into the room. He could hear Dumbledore try once more to convince him about sending Saphir away, but he wouldn't hear any of it as he motioned for his friends to follow him out. "Please leave Saphir and I alone, Dumbledore-san," said Demande, "My decision on this is final."

"But," started Dumbledore but was ignored.

"So, you guys," said Demande as he ignored Dumbledore calling him back, "Let's go to my house. We'll have more privacy to talk there."

"You better explain, Kageno," said Adrian.

"I will," said Demande.

AN: えーっと... It's been a while with this fanfic. φ(..)I know that many of you wanted an update on this fanfic, but to be truthful… I kind of stepped away from writing for a while. I had no motivation to write multi-chapters. (o_ _)o I've also been busy with my work. They have been adding more things for me to do, so motivation to write chapters became less and less. ~(_。)\ Though, to be fair, I DID write HIATUS on the summaries of my multi-chapter fanfic stories that I am still working on. It's not my fault you guys ignore that part of the summary! ヾ(゚д゚)ノ゛Anyways! I tried my best with a one-sided argument between Demande's solicitor/lawyer and Dumbledore about Saphir going to Hogwarts. I'm sure that this is not really what you expected, but this is what I have written. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Celestine's name comes from the game Tears of Themis since I'm not very creative about her. ( ̄ω ̄;) Also! The 72 hours thing is a true fact about abandoned babies/children. There are laws that state that. ( ̄ω ̄) So! I hope you like this chapter and see ya whenever I get motivated to write. φ(..;) |−・;)
