This chapter is all over the place and was really hard to write. I've been struggling for weeks but in the end I thought "Fuck it... The show must go on." I hope you guys like the chapter and please forgive me if I butched some of it.
Ysmault loomed in the distance, as Gohan approached from the vast emptiness of space, it's desolate and fiery landscape stretching as far as the eye could see. The red haze of rage that blanketed the planet seemed to call out to him – a siren's song beckoning him home.
It had been some time since last he set foot on this world. Months of searching, traversing the galaxy in hopes of finding a way home. The time was also spent seeking respite from the anger that consumed him, a way to safely remove the red ring still eluded him. He had heard stories of a new lantern corps that represented hope, but he had yet to find them.
Gohan had hoped to never return to Ysmault, but the task that lay ahead of him could not be accomplished alone. Earth was known to be home to one of the most powerful teams in the universe.
Standing on the precipice of the red planet, he could feel the magnetic pull in his very soul, urging him forward.
He descended from the heavens, his ring pulsating with fiery intensity. The atmosphere crackled with raw energy, mirroring the fury that coursed through his veins. The air, heavy with a scent of smoldering ash, carried a sense of anticipation.
As he set foot on the scorched ground, memories of his time with the Red Lanterns flooded his mind. He had shared moments with these Lanterns, forged bonds, gave and gained respect, but he had done much work in hopes of controlling his rage and, just being here made him want to to get lost in it once more. The atmosphere of Ysmault seemed to whisper to him, a devil on the shoulder encouraging him to embrace it's power.
As he ventured deeper into the heart of Ysmault, He encountered some of his fellow Lanterns. They moved with purpose, their eyes ablaze with unyielding anger and determination. Some glanced his way and nodded, acknowledging his return, while others continued their solemn rituals. There were a few new faces but the two he was looking for were not among them.
In the heart of Red Lantern Headquarters, He arrived at the war room. Several Lanterns, including Attrocitus, were engaged in planning their battles. The Red Lanterns had been searching for months, yet they had made little progress in their search for the Yellow Lantern leader.
Sinestro had been escaping them ever since they first set out to find him. The frustration was starting to set in. The Yellow Lanterns were to be the first corp to fall to the power or Ysmault, but so long as Sinestro lived, the Yellow Lanterns would keep rebuilding.
Gohan stepped inside, a hushed silence fell over his comrades. Attrocitus, his crimson skin radiating with an inner fire, regarded him with a mixture of anger and curiosity. The Red leader had come to rely on the Saiyan before he left.
"You have some nerve coming back here." The venom in his words emphasized by his tone.
"Why is that?" asked Gohan.
"You know why" the Red leader scoffed " you have forsaken our mission. Abandoned our fight."
"Your, mission" replied Gohan "Of which I've already won you half of the Galaxy. What more do you want from me? Should I wrap the Galaxy in a red bow? I've done enough."
Attrocitus scoffed, "Why do you come back? Didn't find the answers you were looking for?"
"There are more immediate matters to deal with. I've fought for your cause. Now I need your help in fighting for mine." Gohan turned his gaze to the other Lanterns. He knew he would have to bargain for their help after having left Ysmault in he way that he did.
"Make your case." the leader growled.
It took a while to convince the Reds to assist him. Gohan laid out his arguments before the group, who were at first not very receptive. What did they care if the Earth was in danger? It was just another planet in the endless galaxy. It was Bleez who relented. In the months past, the two had formed some form of a friendship. The other Lanterns respected her greatly, they would have followed her lead to the ends of the universe if she'd asked. So they stood by her in her decision to stand by him. Others were happy to have another fight. Some refused, but in the end it was settled, the Reds would fight.
"Any leads on Sinestro?" Gohan turned to Bleez.
"No. None of them have talked. Some have chosen to die rather than say a word." She replied "Say what you want about Sinestro, he's men are loyal. That or they just don't know where he is. Either way those prisoners are useless to us."
"We execute them in the morning" said Attrocitus.
"No." Gohan said. "I may have a better use for them."
Later, the air felt malevolent as Gohan and Bleez approached the hidden entrance to the prison. Inside the mountain, the prison was a built during the time of the Empire of Tears, a galactic empire ruled by demons who's names had long been forgotten.
"So, these Androids are the same Androides who destroyed your world?" Bleeze asked.
"Yes, and for some reason the heroes of Earth are harboring them."
"What will you do? You don't mean to fight the Justice League? The Kryptonian alone could take out an army."
She observed his solemn expression.
"You do?"
"If the Justice League decide to stand in my way then I have no choice. Earth has some powerful people, I could feel them from the outer atmosphere when I was there. If they all fight as one, I won't be able to take them on. That's why I need your help, to distract them while I find the Androids."
Descending into the depths, they arrived at the large chamber which housed the Yellow Lantern prisoners taken in the various battles of the past few months. They had been stripped of their rings and interrogated for information. None of them had spoken.
"What do you have in mind for these scum anyway?" Bleeze asked.
"To give them a chance." Gohan's eyes scanned the captive Yellow Lanterns, his heart heavy with the realization of their plight. He could feel their suffering, their lost potential. He knew they probably deserved their fate, but that didn't make seeing them any easier.
A spark of defiance flickered in the eyes of the fresher prisoners, those who had not been here long, but most of them were too exhausted to care about the two Red Lantern who has just arrived. Others were afraid, thinking it was the time for their execution. Fear was in the air.
"You are prisoners of Ysmault," Gohan began. The chamber fell silent, his voice echoed throughout the mountain. "This is the price you pay for murder and plunder."
Gohan observed their expressions. They had no bargaining power. This was likely their last day.
"You've all received a power beyond measure," He continued "which you chose to selfishly abuse. You used your rings to tyrannize innocent people and unleash terror upon all those worlds. You've done despicable things, and when the sun rises, you will be executed."
Everyone was listening.
"You don't have to die." said Gohan, scanning the room. "You could choose to live. If you fight for me."
The prisoners listened on, they knew there would be a catch.
"If you agree to fight under my command, you can help me save a planet. You could come with me and be forces for good." no one seemed convinced. Some turned away.
"Or you could stay here and see what Attrocitus has in store for you." this got their attention.
Gohan raised his hands revealing two handfuls of yellow rings. The prisoners stood, was there a way out of this after all? They could feel their rings calling to them.
"Before you accept, I need you to listen very carefully." his eyes scanned the face of each prisoner, burning their features into his memory. He needed to see their expressions as they listened. He needed each one to know his words were true. "If you betray me," Those close to him jump back the air cracked with electricity. A display of power He felt necessary to make his point. "I will bathe the star-ways in your blood."
The yellow rings began to glow.
The core members of the Justice League gathered in the expansive meeting room of the Watchtower. Bathed in the soft glow of holographic displays, the heroes sat in a semi-circle around a massive round table, their stern expressions reflecting the gravity of the situation. At the center of the assembly sat Batman, the tactical leader of the League.
The Dark Knight's eye's scanned the room, taking in the faces of his comrades. Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, Black Canary and Cyborg, each one a symbol of power and determination. On the screen before them was Aquaman, Black Lightning, Nightwing and various lesser known heros.
"What do we know about this Red Lantern?" Batman asked, turning to the Green Lantern, Hal Jordan.
"Not much to go on. Just stories. They say his strong. Supposedly Kryptonian level strength and a range of other abilities. Energy based attacks" Hal replied.
"Do we know where he gets his power from?"
"We don't."
"When we spoke, He mentioned that he's half human." said Superman. "It could be that his abilities come from his species."
"He's from the same world as the two Androids. Have they said anything about him?" the Dark Knight asked. A question meant for Green Lantern and Black Canary.
"Yeah, he's the one who almost killed 18. Dug his arm through her midsection, so I don't think his strength is exaggerated" said Canary.
"If he what he says is true, they tormented his world. He was it's last defender. He'll be difficult to reason with." Batman remarked.
"It's what they were programmed to do." Dinah responded. "Maybe if we explain..."
"Regardless, He seems intent" Green Lantern began "And I don't think he's gonna stop until he finds them. We'll have to subdue him."
On the screen, Aquaman spoke. "What business is this of ours? We let the three make their own accords. Sort this out between themselves. Why should we interfere?"
"He'll kill them Arthur! He almost did once before." Dinah snapped.
"I don't understand why we didn't just talk to the guy when he was here. Explain the situation." said Cyborg. "Surely he would've been reasonable."
Hal could feel Superman's eyes watching him. The Man of Steel was not happy.
"I think we might be able to" the Man of Steel said. "He doesn't strike me as unreasonable. If we could explain to him that it wasn't their fault. Give him the full story, we might avoid a fight."
"You think he'll go for that?" asked Batman.
"We have to try." replied Superman.
"We have to make a decision" said Wonder Woman. "We need to act as one. All of us on the same page."
"We'll make preparations for both scenarios." Batman said.
The conversation went on for the better part of an hour. At some point Aquaman dropped off. "Let me know what you decide. I will fight alongside you but Atlantis won't fight unless the battle comes to the oceans" the Atlantean king said before heading off to attend to matters of the sea.
After much discussion, the decision was made to try and engage with the Red Lantern. The League would not give up the Androids, nor would they be the first to act in aggression. They hoped Gohan would see reason but would prepare for a possible fight.
"What of the other Red Lanterns?" Batman asked. "If he comes, will he bring the Red Lanterns with him?" The League didn't want a fight with the Red Lanterns and hardly anyone in the universe thought that a fight with the Justice league was a good idea.
"I'm not sure." said Hal "Intel has him inactive for the past few months. The Reds have been fighting their battles without him. I don't know where he's been or if he's even still with them. But if I know the Red Lanterns, they'll take any excuse to pick a fight."
"How many are there?"
"I doubt they have enough to call themselves an army. Last I checked, maybe twenty Lanterns."
"Twenty Lanterns with power rings could do a hell of a lot of damage." said Cyborg.
"We don't have enough Leaguers who can fight in space. We'll have to bring the fight to the surface" Batman said.
The heroes continued, ideas clashed and fused, a symphony of voices merging into a single purpose.
Nightwing didn't say much during the discussion. The Titans leader sat in front of the large holographic display, the dimly lit surroundings casting deep shadows on his face. His fingers flew across the keyboard as he concluded his meeting with the Justice League. The display flickered off, leaving behind an empty void.
Closing his eyes for a brief moment, he let out a tired sigh. The weight of responsibility and the gravity of the discussion still hung heavy in the air around him. In the end, the choice of whether to tell 17 and 18 was left in his hands.
The Twins were a part of the Titans Roster, ready to be called upon at any moment. If they were going to fight an army of Red Lanterns, no one would be quite as useful as those two powerhouses.
He was concerned about 18. She had not been doing well since her full consciousness was set free. The Android had been unable to sleep, tormented by the faces of the ghosts of her past. Victim's to Gerro's madness. She spent her nights flying around the city looking for anyone to save. Unable to eat, unable to sleep, unable to escape her thoughts when the night came. Dick was afraid that this would push her past the edge.
He leaned back in his chair, a mix of wariness and determination etched on his face. The burden of leadership was a heavy on the shoulders. Sometimes he resented it. Running a hand through his hair, he reflected on the decisions made during the meeting. The plans, the strategies, the risks – it all swirled in his mind. Taking a deep breath, Nightwing searched his contacts, he needed to make a few calls. It had been a while since the full force of the Titans needed to assemble.
The Earth's outer atmosphere shimmered with an otherworldly glow as a legion of Red Lanterns emerged from the depths of space. The arrival was heralded by an ominous red haze that enveloped the celestial stage, casting an eerie hue upon the stars.
The cosmic Justice league had assembled, those with the ability to freely move about the void of space, their unwavering determination etched upon their faces.
They waited to meet the enemy beyond the atmosphere while the terrestrial members waited in the Watch Tower, ready to be zeta beamed at a moments notice. If the situation escalated, the battle would have to take place on land as the Justice League just didn't have enough space capable members.
Superman, his cape billowing in the vacuum, positioned himself at the forefront, his gaze fixed on the incoming horde. Behind him were his cousin Kara, three Green Lanterns of Earth - Hal Jordan, Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz, the Lord of Order known as Dr Fate and the Martian Manhunter. From here they would try and negotiate for a peaceful solution.
What left the heroes unsettled, was the presence of Sinestro Corps members, there were more Yellow Lanterns than there were Reds, seemingly ready to fight alongside them. The orchestra tor of this potential attack, the Red Lantern known as Gohan, was nowhere to be seen.
The Red Lantern Bleez floated towards the group. Hal Jordan moved forward to meet her, the Green Lantern extending his green aura to form a synthetic air filled bubble for the parties to converse.
"Jordan" Bleez greeted. Hal nodded in return.
"We don't want to fight you" Superman began, his voice calm but filled with an underlying sense of urgency. "Where is Gohan, if we could talk to him, we could resolve this peacefully."
"Will you give up the Androids?" Bleez asked.
"That's not going to happen" Superman began "but if he would only hear us out he'd understand."
"There will be no talking, Kryptonian. We're here to collect two Androids and I don't see them anywhere."
"Bleez just listen to us. You and I have fought alongside each other before." Hal Jordan began. "Those Androids aren't what he thinks they are. They're innocent. They were taken as kids by a madman and programmed to do his bidding. They didn't choose any of it. Surely you can understand..."
"There are no deals to be made Jordan. Our interests may have aligned in the past but now they do not. We do not bargain. We do not relent. We came here to save your planet and serve justice, and we'll serve it now." She raised her hand in signal to the others. With incredible speed, they shot off in various directions, all headed for different corners of the Earth. The battle with the Red lanterns was about to begin.
The Lanterns descended upon Earth with a vengeance that shook the very foundations of the planet. Their crimson and amber auras seethed with rage and fear, illuminating the darkness of space like molten embers. Scattering off in various directions across Earth, there was no way to stop all of them. Not even for the Man of Steel with his great speed and strength could reach them all.
"Shit!" Hal said. "Bleez please don't do this!"
The Red Lantern descended towards earth slowly. A challenge for Hal to make the first move.
Within the watch tower command center, the heroes of the Justice league gathered around the central console, their eyes fixed on the array of blinking lights that represented destination across the globe. The fight had started.
"Listen up" Batman intoned. "You know your mission, you know your teams. These Lanterns are dangerous. If you're not a heavy hitter, do not engage alone. They're splitting up. They mean to spread us thin, but we have no choice but to follow. Watch each others back. Roll out. Diana, Shazam you two are on your own."
Everyone acknowledged their orders.
As groups, the heroes approached the zeta tube. Batman keyed in the chosen co ordinates. The central chamber buzzed with a growing resonance. The air charged with anticipation. With a brilliant flash, the Zeta Beam technology activated, and one by one, each team vanished into shimmering tendrils of light, leaving behind only the echo of their determination.
"Dick" the Dark Knight spoke into his comm, "I'm sending you co ordinates. Dispatch the Titans. Four teams. It's begun."
The city scape stretched beneath the vast expanse of the blue sky, the reflecting glass forming a mosaic of humanity's endeavor. But amid-st the serenity, a storm was brewing. Two Yellow Lanterns streaked through the sky.
As their malevolent intentions seemed poised to descend upon the city's heart, a crack of thunder and a burst of light heralded the arrival of Shazam. The young hero's lightning-clad form streaked through the sky, his cape fluttering behind him like a banner of hope.
"That's far enough!" Shazam's voice carried the weight of authority and determination as he confronted the Yellow Lanterns. His eyes blazed with righteous indignation, the emblem on his chest glowing with the might of the gods.
One of the lanterns, a hulking brute with an aura of malevolence, lunged at him with a fury unconstrained. "You think you can stop us?" The hard light fist landed with a seismic thud. His eyes glowed with an eerie yellow light, and his clawed hands crackled with energy. Shazam felt an involuntary shudder, the tendrils of fear attempting to creep into his thoughts, but he shook it off.
The Lantern attempted to strike once more but the hero's reflexes were quick as lightning, his muscles reacting with the speed of Hermes. He dodged the Lanterns attacks with ease, his fist cracking with power, ready to strike but unsure as to what level of strength would overdo it.
"You're outmatched, hero" the second Lantern hissed, his voice a sinister whisper that carried a venomous promise. "Fear is your weakness, and we are the masters of it."
The hero chuckled. The second Lantern attacked. The clash was a blur of motion and energy as fist met construct with resounding force. The hero spoke as he fought, his tone conveying his confidence. "I don't want to fight you. If I did, you'd be out cold right now."
The Lantern snarled, his attacks intensifying yet not having any effect on the hero. Shazam's jaw clenched, his resolve deepening. His fist ignited with the magic that flowed through his veins, and he swung with a force of a crashing storm, The Lantern deflected the blow with an energy shield, the impact shattering the shield while creating shock waves that shattered nearby windows.
Before Shazam could press his advantage, the other Lantern started firing energy blasts towards the city. With the speed of thunder, he intercepted the blasts, they weren't very powerful. But they succeeded in distracting the hero.
The two Lanterns sped off of in different directions, and the hero had to make the choice of which one to pursue. This was not good.
"We've located one of the earthlings you warned us about," one of the Lanterns spoke into his ring. "We're keeping him occupied."
The atmosphere hung in a delicate balance as Hal Jordan locked eyes with his formidable adversary, Bleez. They floated at the edge of the atmosphere where the velvety blackness of space met the vibrant hues of the planet below.
Bleez radiated an aura of fiery red and orange. Her wings beat with a rhythmic intensity that seemed to match the furious tempo of her heart. Her eyes blazed like twin suns, reflecting the turbulent inferno within her.
Hal's ring glowed brilliantly on his finger, it's power surging through him like a river of pure will.
"You can't win this fight Bleez," Hal called out, his voice calm yet firm. "You're fighting the Justice League."
Bleez's laughter echoed like a haunting melody as she lunched forward, her claws slashing through the vacuum of space. Her speed was formidable, and Hal barely managed to construct his shield in time, the impact shattering his construct.
"Your words are empty, Green Lantern", Bleez snarled, her wings propelling her through the void with a terrifying grace. "We both know you're counting on the power of the Kryptonian to win this fight."
Hals eyes blazed as he countered with a beam of focused energy, the emerald light slicing through the darkness. Bleez twisted and turned, avoiding the blast with an uncanny agility that spoke of years of combat experience. She countered with a barrage of fireballs, each one blazing like a miniature star.
The battle raged on, a dance of power and skill that defied the lack of solid ground beneath their feet. Hal's constructs wove intricate patterns in the air, each one a testament to his mastery over his ring's capabilities. Bleez's attacks were fierce and unrelenting, her rage fueling the intensity of her assault.
As they clashed, the very fabric of space seemed to respond to their duel. Stars shimmered, planets shifted, and cosmic forces swirled in response to the immense power of the two rings. It was a battle that transcended the physical, a clash of ideologies as much as abilities.
"The Justice League is more than just Superman." Hal called out between bursts of energy. "There's no winning this fight for you. But yes, with Superman, you don't stand a chance." the fight had taken them down into the earths upper atmosphere.
Distracted, the Red Lanterns onslaught momentarily faltered. In that fleeting moment, Hal seized the opportunity. He expanded a construct, wrapping Bleez in a cocoon of emerald light. It pulsed with an undeniable warmth, a beacon of hope amid-st the maelstrom.
"Give up Bleez."
The Red Lantern chuckled as she struggled to break free. "You think we'd come here fighting if we didn't have an answer for your Kryptonian?" The chuckling became raucous laughter.
"Just what the hell are you planning?"
The Red Lantern kept laughing as she broke free from the green construct.
Back in the watch tower, Batman was observing the many battles taking place. Thus far, no casualties had been reported. The Justice League and Titans were doing a stellar job of defending Earth, yet something felt off.
The two heaviest hitters of the League, Wonder Woman and Shazam, had been dispatched to the furthest reaches of the Earth. Batman's thinking was that the two would make quick work of any Lanterns they encountered, they would work their way to towards each other assisting the groups located in the center. This way, the Leagues forces would thicken as they made their way to the center.
"Shazam, report. I'd expected you to be moving on to the next fight by now." The Dark Knight spoke.
"Bats, somethings up. This isn't a fight. It's a game of tag." Shazam replied. The hero reported his account of the ongoing battle as the Dark Knight watched the screens displaying everyone's locations.
The Dark Knight began to think.
Starfire, her eyes shimmering like galaxies, soared above the chaos with fiery trails in her wake. Her energy bolts clashed with the hard light constructs of the Red Lantern she was fighting, creating bursts of other worldly radiance. The air was intense as her determination to protect her world fueled her every move. The two aliens were locked in deadly battle, the Red Lantern seemingly at an advantage.
On a nearby rooftop, Nightwing moved with an agility that was the culmination of years of training. His acrobatics were poetry in motion, each flip and spin a calculated step to dismantle the fear engendered constructs. He shattered the yellow barriers with unyielding determination and kinetic energy upgrades to his batons. Upgrades made specifically for this battle by his ally known as Steel.
A few blocks away, amid-st the swirling clash of energies, the battlefield crackled with tension. Natasha Irons, clad in her mighty Steel armor, stood as a bastion of unwavering strength. Her visor glowed with determination as she faced a trio of Yellow Lanterns, the malevolent auras casting an eerie glow over the scene.
The Lanterns moved in a synchronized dance of fear-fueled power. Constructs of nightmarish beasts snarled and lunged, their claws poised to rend Steel's defenses. But Natasha held her ground, her armored gauntlets clenching the handle of her mighty sledge, a weapon imbued with her legacy and her own indomitable spirit.
The first Lantern lunged with a monstrous serpent formed from the rings twisted energy, it's jaws snapping hungrily. Swift as a falcon, the hammer moved with graceful brutality. The impact resonated like a clap of thunder, the shock waves of power rippling through the air. The illusion shattered and the Lantern staggered back.
The second Lantern unleashed a barrage of energy blasts, each seeking to burn the hero with its scorching heat. Steel's armor hummed with kinetic energy as she leaped and twisted, avoiding the blasts. With a war cry that echoed defiance, she swung the hammer in a sweeping arc, the weapon glowing with an inner radiance. The Lantern manifested a shield in time but the blow struck true, pulverizing the construct in a burst of light and fragments. The shield did little to dampen the impact. The sound of crushing bone, then the Lantern fell toward the ground bellow.
A feral roar echoed through the city, a sound the Titans knew to be the triumphant cry of Beast Boy. It had been a long time since the Titans had gathered all at once, and even longer since the team had done battle together. Their bonds of friendship made them strong, and the experience gained over countless battles throughout the years made them near unstoppable. This was no ordinary Titans team. These were all battle hardened heroes.
Not far from them was Android 18 who had barely had any trouble taking out two Red Lanterns. She was known for making quick work of her enemies. In fact there weren't much people on earth who could stand against her in battle. Part of her was hopeful for a challenge.
The Hero's had made quick work of their enemies. Orders were to restrain the defeated Lanterns and move to the next battle making their way towards the various teams of the Justice League. The team gathered on the rooftop of a mid sized building awaiting the US army to remove the subdued Lanterns.
"Man I missed this." Beast boy remarked, setting down a fallen Yellow Lantern. "You should've seen me go. I turned into a hawk, flew above him then turned into a …"
"Hold up," Dick interrupted. "we have company" He gestured to a lone Red Lantern hovering towards the group.
One of the Yellow Lanterns chuckled.
The Lantern approached slowly and confidently, unaware that he was about to face some of the most capable Heroes of Earth.
Android 18 was unsure if what she was seeing was real, or it was her mind torturing her with yet another vision. She knew the face of the Red Lantern approaching. How could she forget? The memories began to flood her mind. "It can't be."
"I'll take care of it" Steel said jumping into action.
Nightwing began to protest but the armored heroine had already launched herself forward, her form a blur of motion.
The hammer gleamed with a righteous fervor as she swung the formidable weapon in an arc of destructive intent. The air itself seemed to tremble in anticipation of the impact. The metallic clang echoed through the city, the impact sending shock waves throughout.
The air crackled with tension when the hammer came to an earth shaking halt, caught on impact. Steel's eyes widened in disbelief. She attempted to pull the hammer back for a second swing but it wouldn't move. The Lantern's hand held the it's head, his fingers an unyielding vice. Try as she might, the hammer wouldn't move an inch.
18 was frozen, a dear caught in headlights.
The Lantern swung his arm sending both Steel and her hammer flying at breakneck speeds. The Titans sprang into action.
Beastboy shifted his form into a rhino, charging full speed at the unknown foe. The green rhino was stopped dead in it's tracks, it's horn caught with a single hand. Starfire rised into the air charging a blast but was interrupted as a the enormousness green rhino came flying towards her. Beastboy barely managed to shift into a lighter form before knocking the wind out of her.
Nightwing stood his ground, ready for battle, but the Lantern walked right past him.
"I've turned this entire planet upside down to find you." The Lantern said, walking towards 18, who seemed to be in a trance. "Before I make you pay for everything you've done, you're going to tell me... Where's the other Android?"
