Izuku hummed to himself before closing the tab on a simple project of his. "Do you believe that he will buy it?" Shockwave inquired. "Not fully, but I just need it to be convincing enough to get his attention." Izuku replied. "I fail to see how antagonizing them on will help with your goals?" Shockwave countered. "It might not, but it does give me a decent fall back plan if all else fails." Izuku said before his attention was grabbed by a notification.

Without even looking Izuku opened it and glanced over the information.

Then he paused.

"Soundwave, is this true?" he asked his other A.I. companion. "Indeed it is, the Entiers have begun their own army project. Specimens 003-1 through 30, otherwise known as the Juniors project." Soundwave answered. Izuku skimmed over the file one more time before nodding. "Did you acquire this?" he asked. "Negative, Entier Sec forward information on the project to myself in order to keep you informed. We can expect further updates on the project as time progresses." Soundwave answered. "Well, color me impressed, it does seem to be rather viable, so long as we have enough Bio material to create more of them." Izuku commented.

"If I may add, the behavior of the Entiers has become rather... strange." Shockwave said. "Strange as in malfunctioning, or strange as in slightly different?" Izuku inquired. "Different, levels of efficiency has begun to differ between machines." Soundwave said. "Including the fact that they have hidden an actual project from you, they have been conversing between themselves and other machines in the facilities at times." Shockwave chimed in. Izuku cupped his chin, memories of the strange behavior that Teddy had been exhibiting at times.

He smiled for a second, then let out a small chuckle. "Just make sure that they can complete projects on time, anything else to report?" he asked, changing the subject. "The newly acquired A.I. has been fully wiped and is ready to serve. It has already been updated on the state of the world and has begun working on projects." Shockwave informed him. "Let me see him?" Izuku asked. "Understood." Shockwave responded before the screen in front of him shifted.

"Starscream reporting for duty, I have already found some projects that may interest you Sire." The cleansed A.I. spoke with the same tone as it had before. Izuku chose to ignore it, instead looking over the four newly provided projects. The first three were simple things; mild improvements on the various machines on the facility, the means to improve the base's reactor by five percent, and a new form of antibiotic that could be made with some of the equipment in the lab.

The fourth though, was most interesting. Codenamed "Darwin's Solution", it proposed a means to stabilize the human biology to better adapt them to Quirks. A solution to one fo the largest problems in today's society, the ever growing power of Quirks and the biological detriments they cause. The project would be intense, requiring large amounts of resources and a fully dedicated team to make it work. "Soundwave, Shockwave, Starscream." Izuku muttered.

The three A.I. all converged, awaiting their next command. "Shockwave I want to have the factories create ten more Entiers, have the current group split into two groups. Have one group continue work on the Juniors project while the other begins work on the "Darwin's Solution". Have the new Entiers split between the two groups." Izuku paused as Shockwave glowed. "Soundwave, begin administering the improvements to the facilities and have a section of the bio division set up to begin work on the project, the more resources for it the better." Izuku instructed as the two afformentioned A.I. left. "Starscream, get started on the project as soon as the other two have finished with setup." he said before taking a breath.

"Yes sire." Starscream replied before leaving. Izuku leaned back in his chair, a small smile appearing on his face. "Things are moving forward, faster than expected." he muttered.

Cell looked down at the strange concoction left for him. One of the Entiers had rolled in, given him the simple instruction to consume the contents in the mug, then left. Not far from him Miss Nagant was watching, taking note of the smell eminating from the mug.

"Well, I've drank worse." was all Cell muttered before downing the while thing in a second. He felt nothing at first, waiting for his body to finish processing the new material. "How'd it taste?" Nagant asked from the side. "Like iron and rotten pork." Cell replied before his eyes jutted open.

For a single moment he felt as though his entire body was falling apart. As though every cell and nanomachine in his body was trying to separate from everything arpund it.

Then nothing.

The feeling of destruction disappeared, replaces with the monotony that he was used to. "What the hell?" Cell muttered before flexing his arm. A deep pressure suddenly struck everything around it, as though an oppresive aura was forcing everything down. It felt right, as though this was the way it was meant to be.

Miss Nagant had already left, fleeing the room out of fear of the destructive power that he might have unleashed. Slowly he took a breath and channeled this feeling through his arm. Suddenly a bright light flew from the limb and struck the near by wall. A large scorch mark quickly making itseld known on the point of contact.

He felt stronger, as though everything he had done before had led up to this point. Like a missing piece of a puzzle finally being put in place. He could feel every individual cell in his body, even feel every piece of genetic material that made up each individual cell.

This was his ultimate power, and it can only go higher.

Nedzu had to let out a sigh as he finished sending the message to the Midoriyas. Part of him didn't want to do this, part of him hated doing this, but it was necessary. With Toshinori's health begining to fail and the near total loss of One for All they were almost entirely out of options for fighting All For One, short of dropping a nuke on him or other such devasting measures.

He had to maintain a certain level of respect though, but the Midoriyas had to know what happened to their son. He doesn't know if they told Eri, or if they were ever going to tell her, but he had to take action.

Even if said action meant risking a young girl with a powerful Quirk appearing on All For One's radar. He had to heal Toshinori, and it seemed that only Eri has the power to do so.

If her parents would even think of allowing her to be involved in this. All he could do was wait for the reply, and hope that he could send Toshinori to I-Island as soon as possible.

His musings were cur short as Delta appeared on a holo projector. "Sir, a message has been sent from an unknown channel, it is short and of poor quality, but you may need to see it." Delta informed him. Nedzu gave the A.I. a look before openig the message. "How did you recieve it?" Nedzu inquired. "I picked it up from an external cloud that was meant for Midoriya." Delta answered. "Meant for Midoriya?" Nedzu asked. "Indeed, it appears to be a short message from an unknown source." Delta said.

"Unknown Source, meant for Midoriya." Nedzu mused before starting the message. At first it was nothing but static, then he saw the face if Izuku Midoriya. He looked fairly healthy, if somewhat tired and unkempt. "Nedzu, I don't know how long I have. The Mechanist is using me to help further his projects. I am unharmed, but I fear what he wishes to use these new machines for. Tell Mom, Dad, and Eri that I'm sorry for lying to them." Midoriya seemed to pause as static began to over take the message. "I need to cut this before he catches on." was all Midoriya said before the message ended.

Nedzu stood there for a second, slowly taking a sip of his tea before resting it on a nearby coster. He took a deep breath before slamming a paw on the table. "Just great, at least he's unharmed." he muttered. His mind and Quirk already running, remembering details from the message, be if the reflection in Midoriya's eyes or the walls in the background.

"Delta, replay the message, I need more details." Nedzu instructed as the A.I. complied.

"So, this is the breakthrough you wished to show me." Izuku said as Miss Nagant stood behind him. Cell just smirked, placing his hands on his hips before pointing at a target on the range. Quickly he flattened his hand so that his palm was pointed at the target and let loose his new power. A projectile of energy was fired, quickly flying towards said target before missing by a few feet.

"Its...Still a work in progress." Cell said as Miss Nagant shook her head. Izuku just ran a hand over his face for a second. "Tsutsumi, would you be willing to train Cell to ain?" was all he said. "Yes, but it may take some time." Miss Nagant replied while looking out at the target and the scorch mark several feet away from it. "Just do it as quick as you can." Izuku said before turning to leave.

"That's all, I have a major breakthrough and that's it?" Cell asked half insulted. "Your breakthrough has come with a delay, consider yourself lucky that we currently have time to deal with this delay." Izuku shot back, not even looking at him. Cell grumbled before looking over at Miss Nagant. "So, we start now?" he asked. Miss Nagant said nothing, her eyes simply looking at the missed shot. "Hello?" Cell asked.

Miss Nagant suddenly turned to face him. "We start now, neither of us are leaving this room until you can hit a target blindfolded." Miss Nagant said before pulling out the small blaster Master had given her. "Any particular hint to give?" Cell asked. "Try channeling it through your fingers, see how well that goes." she instructed. Cell sighed for a second before pointing at the target and focusing.

The beam flew and pierced the wall left of the target. He could hear Miss Nagant take a deep breath before sighing. "At least it's closer to the target." She commented dryly. "Don't nag me, I've had this for only an hour." Cell retorted.

Izuku looked at the figures growing in the various tubes. Each were submerged in a specialized liquid, an improved version of the concoction Cell had been submerged in while he was grown. There were somewhat short, and had different coloration than Cell himself, but other than that they just looked like smaller versions of him.

One of the Entiers drove behind him, shrill beeping leaving its form as three new Entiers followed behind it. "How strong will they be?" Izuku inquired. One of the other Entiers let out a series of whirs before Soundwave appeared. "Due to limitations, the Juniors will come out weaker than Cell's Imperfect Form." Soundwave answered. "That's fine, Cell's Imperfect Form could potentially hold his own against All Might, I don't need an army of weak All Mights." Izuku commented as he took a closer look at one of the Juniors.

"Will they be capable of making the same break through as Cell?" he asked. The same Entier let out a long beep as Izuku looked at Soundwave to translate. "Negative, the breakthrough Serum was custom made for Cell himself. Its unsure if the Juniors would be strong enough to be capable of utilizing it." Soundwave translated. "Good, I don't want holes being blasted into the lab's walls." Izuku said. The Entier made another noise, a garbled mash of static and dial up. "With our current resources we can produce up to fifty of these Juniors, further production would require more bio material." Soundwave translate once more. "Understood, let's leave it at fifty for now, if the situation calls for it then we can organize an Armored Squadron or two to requisition some more bio material." Izuku said.

He took one last look at the Junior in the tube before turning to leave the section fo the lab. "Shockwave, what's the progress on our latest endeavor?" he asked. "Lab specialization is at ninety percent completion." Soundwave answered. "Let's get going, here's to hoping it works." Izuku commented.

Re-Destro slid a hand over his brow as he looked down at the bound form of Giran. "So, how are you finding our accommodations, Giran?" he asked. "Oh, just fine, could do without the cuffs." Giran retorted sarcastically. "Ah, you know we can't do that. Non Members of the MLA aren't supposed to know of the MLA, much less try to sell information on it as well." Re-Destro said calmly as he took a seat across from him.

"So, how do you like your steak?" Re-Destro asked. Giran didn't answer, just glaring at the man. "You understand why we had to do this? We can't risk everything going up in flames because of a info hungry broker. Such leaks could easily get to the wrong side, you understand?" Re-Destro admonished with the attitude of a disappointed mother. Giran just chuckled for a second, though Re-Destro didn't wasn't bothered.

"You do know my friends will take exception to this? And you know who my friends are?" Giran said. "Oh, I know Giran. The League of Villains, alongside All For One and the numerous escaped villains from Tartarus. Only one of which is a threat to us." Re-Destro said. Giran raised a brow at this. "Ah, you remember a small group, only a small time gang of criminals, one of the many who you sold the information recovered from the empty base of the Shie Hisaki?" Re-Destro said calmly.

Giran stood still for a moment, his eyes widening as a robotic server arrived with two plates of steak. "So, let us eat for now. something big is coming, and it will decide the fate of Japan." Re-Destro said before he began cutting into his steak.
