Chapter 11: Toad no more!
Kakashi jumped to the highest tree that was in his sight before using his sharingan to find Sasuke chakra. He looked in a direction where he found a rain cloud and noticed that's where Sasuke may be.
"Hinata! Use your byakugan and see if Sasukes over there." Said Kakashi pointing to the direction. She nodded before activating her dojutsu.
"I can see strong chakra over a wide scope. About Ten kilometers ahead. But also for some reason the forest is burning." Said Hinata.
"Amaterasu." Thought Kakashi.
"That's it! Everyone follow me." Said Kashi leading the way.
-At the location of Sasuke-
"You're late." Said Tobi.
"I cannot move as fast as you." Replied Zetsu.
"So what would we do now?" Asked Zetsu.
"We take Itachi body, but we leave Sasuke's." Said Tobi picking up Itachi body.
"Why not kill Sasuke right now?" Asked Zetsu.
"He's apart of the plan I have set for someone else." Replied Tobi.
"As in someone else do you mean Naruto?" Asked Zetsu.
"Yes, Nagato is slowly dieing due the illness he holds that's not curable. He also killed Jiraiya who was the legendary sanin who was also Naruto's master. Once Naruto finds out he will definitely hunt down Nagato and most likely beat him." Said Tobi.
"Are you sure Naruto can win." Asked Zetsu.
"When you was spying on Naruto and his group you said you over heard him talking about sage training. Then he must be training as we speak right now. From what I can calculate Naruto is stronger or equal to Jiraiya in sage mode. Once Naruto learns sage mode, with the curse seal and the Kyuubi chakra he will most likely win." Explain Tobi.
"Then whats next? What happens next?" Asked Zetsu.
"Once Naruto is exhausted we knock him unconscious, before telling him the truth about his clan, his clan home that was destroyed by Kumo, Iwa and Suna. And was left for dead by the leaf. We will also tell him that konoha sent Jiraiya to his death knowing he couldn't beat Nagato. Then lastly we will tell him about his parents something the leaf never told to him." Explained Tobi who plans was falling in line so perfectly.
"And you will use his hatred to take out the hokage, and hopefully destroy the other villages." Said Zetsu who wasn't asking but stating.
"Yes, now let's go." Said Tobi as he left in a vortex and Zetsu sunk into the ground.
5 minutes later.
"What is this!?" Ask Sakura as the group was running towards Sasuke direction only to stop due to the black flames.
"This is Itachi jutsu, The amaterasu, the black flames that continues to burn until it completely burns it's victim." Said Kakshi.
"Earth style: Earth splinter!" Called out Yamato as his used a jutsu to uplift the black flames before it split letting the group in.
"Please proceed." Said Yamato as the group ran in. They quickly found Sasuke body that was heavenly wounded but didn't find Itachi's.
"What happened here? What could've caused all of this?" Asked Kiba looking at the destruction.
"The battle between two Uchiha's." Said Kakashi as he picked up Sasuke body.
"Where's Itachi at? I thought he was dead." Asked Shino.
"The Akatsuki most likely took his body, just glad they left Sasuke alone." Said Kakashi.
"So what now?" Asked Sakura.
"We go home. We all used up too much chakra and we have a injured comrade, the mission is over we report to the hokage." Said Kakashi in a depressed tone as they failed to find Naruto.
The group slowly let the things that happened today sink in as they returned home.
-One week later-
In Konoha.
Sasuke laid in his bed, a pillow across his face. It been a week since his fight with Itachi and he was slowly mourning the death of Itachi. Even tho Itachi was his enemy he was still the last member of his clan besides him. All his could do is think about the happy memories he shared with his family before they was killed.
Sense Itachi was dead he would've fulfilled fifty percent of his goal. His goal was to kill Itachi and revive his clan. Now his remaining goals was to find Naruto and Revive his clan. On the mission he was informed that they failed to bring back Naruto. He also started to think as if he never went to fight Itachi maybe he could've brought back Naruto.
But it was rare to even fight or find Itachi. This was perfect but also worse Timing. Besides they said it was a mask man who delayed them from finding Naruto and the guy was able to phase through any attacks.
But one of the hardest news he heard this week was the passing of Jiraiya. Him and Jiraiya wasn't the best of best but he was still his sensei and one of the closets people to him. He heard he was killed by the Akatsuki leader.
He wonder how strong was the Akatsuki leader if he was able to kill Jiraiya with such ease. He knew Itachi was strong but he would bet even Itachi wouldn't beat the leader himself.
He also discovered that he had awoken the Mangekyo Sharigan but didn't tell anyone as of now. And he also realized the curse seal was gone. Itachi must've had removed it but he couldn't wrap his head around why he would do such a thing. He could only thank Itachi for doing so.
Tired of be alone with his thoughts he got out of bed before showering and eating. He left his house before taking a walk down the streets of Konoha. Nothing was particularly on his mind as of now. He didn't want to hang with his friends he didn't want to do any missions. He just wanted to walk and catch some fresh air.
He thought walking outside would help him but it only made it worse. All he would hear was whispers of Jiraiya and Itachi death.
"News spread pretty quick dose it?" Thought Sasuke.
-Somewhere else in a village-
In a small village walked Naruto Uzumaki. He had just returned from his sage training mastering sage mode. He returned with a much different look. His hair was no longer spiky but long straight hair. He had his hair up in a bun with a back pack on his back. He had even grew some facial hair on his face but it wasn't really noticeable unless you was in his face.
He wore a all black long-sleeved shirt with armor gloves. He wore black pants that stop that his ankle wearing black combat clothes. To say he looked like a incredible ninja would be a understatement.
As he walked around he heard whispers that he couldn't catch until he used chakra into his ears to increase the volume around him. What he heard made his eyes widened in shock and anger. He even stop in the middle of the street to progress his thoughts causing people to bump into him.
"Hey watch it!" Yelled a civilian.
Naruto slowly started walking as he heard the whispers continue.
"Pervy sage is dead? And was killed by the Akatsuki leader?" Thought Naruto in shock. He also heard Itachi was dead also but he didn't really care. This just motivated him to kill the Akatsuki leader even more.
Continuing his treck down the streets of the village his mood became a lot more sour. He would slowly mourn his Dead Sensei why he looked for the Akatsuki leader. He also needed to find his team. When he was brought back to the real world he was sent into a random location, for all he know he could be in kumo.
While walking he heard noises coming from a nearby alley way which caused him to stop. He turned to see Two grown man beating on a hopeless brown hair girl. All he could do was watch, not stepping in to help.
"It's what the brat gets for stealing from us." Said one of the man who continued to beat down on the hopeless girl.
"Yeah he's right, shouldn't had been stealing in the first place." Thought Naruto as he continued his treck down the empty street.
Soon something just clicked in him causing him to turn back around and drop his bag on the ground gaining the two guys attention.
"Huh? You want something you punk? You want to help this kid?" Asked one of the man.
Naruto slowly un sheathed his katana before slowly walking up to the two man.
One of the man grabbed out a knife before charging naruto. Naruto shook his head, it was like bringing a knife to a gun fight.
With a single flick naruto slash the guy chest open. The guy stumble over before falling on the cold ground.
The remaining guy who was beating on the girl took a few steps back until he noticed his back hit a wall.
"Close your eyes." Said Naruto in a calm tone to the girl.
She closed her eyes as she slowly cried.
With one quick slash naruto slashed the guy throat open.
Sheathing his Katana naruto walked over to the little girl before moving her hands that was blocking her vision.
"Are you okay?" Asked Naruto to only receive a tight hug instead of a reply. Naruto took a look at the girl attire and saw that she was basically wearing rags.
"She must be cold, tired and hungry and may want a nice hot bath." Thought naruto as removed the girl grip from him.
"What's your name?" Asked Naruto.
"It's Araya." Said the now revealed Araya.
"Where's your parents?" Asked Naruto.
The girl eyes became puffy as she started to cry.
Naruto frown as he knew what this meant. She was just like him. A orphan who had to steal to try and live.
"Get on my back." Said naruto crouching low enough for her to get on his back.
She jumped on his back before wrapping her arms around him.
"Are you hungry Araya?" Asked Naruto to not give a response. He felt her on his shoulder and guess she was just sleep.
Without hand signs he mad 1 shadow clone before sending him off to buy some clothes for the girl. He was planning on taking her someone to eat, maybe like camping. "Yeah she would totally like that." Thought naruto as he carried the sleeping girl towards a nearby forest. He sat the girl on the ground before rolling two logs near the girl, before making a camp fire.
Sitting down his backpack he opened it to reveal a sleeping bag. He rolled out the sleeping bag before laying down Araya in the bag. He walked to a Nearby lake before fishing for food. He caught a quite a lot knowing Araya was hungry. As he walked back to the camp he cleaned the fish before placing it over the camp fire.
He wasn't going wake her up as he wanted to sit and be alone with his thoughts. Jiraiya Death still hurted him. Even tho he hated Konoha Jiraiya was one of the few he didn't hate, but cherish. Jiraiya was like a father figure to him.
They trained together, slept in the same room, ate together and did a lot together. Now Naruto could actually say he was all alone.
Even tho he had his team, Hebi they wasn't close to him like Jiraiya and Iruka. He heard small footsteps coming towards him but he didn't turn around because he wasn't worry.
"Naruto-Kun." Said a shy voice girl.
"Hinata." Said Naruto eating his fish.
"You came to capture me and take me back?" Asked Naruto who knew he was right.
"Naruto-kun... I-I...We." Hinata couldn't get her words out due to her being shy standing here not even 20 feet away from her crush.
"Who's with you?" Asked Naruto.
"It's um... Me, Kiba, Shino and captain Yamato." Stuttered out Hinata.
"A tracking team, must be looking for something that can track me down." Thought Naruto.
"You not going really try and take me back aren't you Hinata?" Asked Naruto, his back still facing her.
"I-I mean, I would Love to have you around again." Said Hinata truthfully with a blush on his face.
"Take a seat." Said Naruto who put another fish on a stick before putting it over the fire.
Hinata slowly walked over to a separate log before taking a seat. She saw the little girl asleep and thought of the worse situation possible.
"Y-You D-Didn't Hurt her did you?" Asked Hinata who was refuring to the little girl who was asleep.
"No, and that's all you need to know." Replied Naruto kicking the net of fish towards Hinata feet.
"I caught enough, you can eat a few." Said Naruto. Hinats grabbed a stick of the ground before putting the fish on the stick and hovering it over the fire.
"Can I ask you something?" Asked Hinats making eye contact with Naruto.
"Why did you leave?" Asked Hinata who surprisingly didn't blush, faint or look away.
"That's right, none of you guys know the reason why I left, but I will explain it to you. Imagine being criticize, shun and hated for stuff you didn't do? Just let that sink in. Getting beat by the villagers on a daily basics for something you have no control of nor did I know of. I gave them everything, I protected them if It won't for me gaara would've killed hundreds. But what do I get? Criticize, and belittle again and have all my credit given to some selfish stuck up uchiha!" Yelled Naruto who was getting angrier and Angrier by the second.
"If it wasn't for me, The village precious Uchiha would've been off somewhere either dead, Or taken over by orochimaru. If it wasn't for me being born that night, you all would've been dead! I gave them everything and they spat right in my face. No matter what I did they opinions don't change, Konoha is hell and don't deserve to be on this planet something built by GOD himself. Those disgusting pigs just roaming freely on GOD'S green earth just make me sick!" Growled out Naruto who finished his rent and reasoning for leaving.
Hinata shakily ate her fish not wanting to commit on anything in fright of her well being.
"Hinata, I think you should go. My mask of sanity is about to slip and it's something I can't control." Said Naruto turning towards Hinata with a serious expression which was scary enough to make Hinata stand and back up.
"Just go Hinata." Said Naruto who stared at the fire. Suddenly 3 figures jump out the trees standing protective around Hinata. This was Team 8 with Yamato.
"How did you guys?" Asked Hinata who was shocked to see her team.
"I always have a insect on you guys clothes to also warn me if yall in trouble." Said Shino as the insect flew off Hinata jacket and landed on shino finger.
"Alright Naruto, it's time for you to come back!" Yelled Kiba.
"You know what confuse me the most? Is why would you guys go this far for a rouge shinobi? I hold no alliance to Konoha I even left the head protector in my room." Said Naruto slowly standing up.
His mask of sanity was slipping. He tried so Hard to put up a calm mask but after finding out about Jiraiya death it was slowly slipping.
He just needed something or someone to take his anger out on. And team 8 would be the best example of this.
"You are not put in the Bingo book which means you're a missing ninja who belongs to Konoha, now please come Naruto your friends miss you." Said Yamato trying to convince Naruto to come back.
Naruto tightened his fist. He didn't belong to anyone.
He dashed in Yamato face before slamming his knee in Yamato stomach sending him flying into a tree. He was soon attacked by Kiba and Akamaru.
He easily blocked Kiba attacks, it was nothing. He grabbed Kiba arm before flipping him over his shoulder before slamming his feet on Kiba chest while still pulling on his arm. It caused a small crater under Kiba due to the force and impact of Naruto attack. He went to slam his feet on Kiba again but Kiba body switch with a log.
Turning around he was cut on the face by Kiba claws. He jumped in the air putting his arms around him in defense as Kiba continued attack.
He would admit Kiba was fast. Grabbing both of Kibas arms he slammed his head into Kiba head, stunning Kiba for those few seconds. While still in the air naruto slammed his knee into Kiba stomach making him spit out blood. He soon wrapped him self around Kiba before the Two started to spin as they started descending towards the ground.
Shino eyes widened as he got flash backs from lee vs gaara in the chunin exams.
"Earth style: sinking mud!" Yelled Yamato softing the floor for Kiba. He panted and removed a sweat drop off his head as he saw Kiba was okay.
Naruto rolled across the ground before standing up. "I remember you now, you that wood user I must get rid of you." Spat naruto creating a Rasengan with one hand and running towards Yamato.
Yamato was ready to done until four clones out of ground grabbed Yamato causing him to be stuck in place.
Running towards Yamato naruto thrusted his rasengan into Yamato Gut. He continued to ram the rasengan into Yamato trying to break as many bones as possible or even kill him. While drilling the rasengan into Yamato it was a poof of smoke and naruto eyes widened seeing his clone taking the rasengan. He immediately stopped the attack as the clone poof out of existence.
"Just like the bell test with Kakashi, I fell for it for the second time." Thought Naruto in anger. In his thoughts he didn't even realize shino was running towards him.
Shino sent a flying heel kick towards Naruto neck hopefully knocking him unconscious. Naruto skitted across the ground as he was sent towards a tree. He stood up as him and team 8 with Yamato stared down with the expectation of Hinata who was hiding behind a tree.
While staring the team down, Naruto noticed something off. Akamaru was missing. Turning his head he saw Akamaru flying towards him and biting him on the arm.
Naruto growled out in frustration as he punched Akamaru in the head hard enough it knocked the dog on the ground.
Kiba eyes widened before he gritted his teeth in anger at seeing his partner get rag doll.
He ran towards naruto on all fours aiming to knock Naruto out with the hardest punch he ever thrown. Naruto nearly dodge the attack causing Kiba to punch the tree and Crack it. As Kiba arm was still out stretch he did a high heel kick, kicking Kiba in the arm breaking Kiba arm with the intensity of the kick.
Kiba cried out in pain as he dropped to one knee holding his broken arm and looked towards Naruto. He kicked Kiba in the face knocking Kiba to the ground and sending a tooth flying.
"You let your guard down." Spat Naruto.
"Or maybe you let your guard down." Said Shino behind Naruto hitting him in the side of the head causing naruto to stumble. Naruto shook the blurriness out of his eyes before looking up and seeing a swarm of insects attacking him trying to drain his chakra.
"Oh he want to play that game huh?" Thought Naruto before releasing Kyuubi chakra into the air instantly killing off the insects Shocking Shino.
Naruto appearing behind Shino before slamming his knee hard into the back of Shino head. He continued slamming his knee in the back of Shino head basically knocking him unconscious. Before shino can fall on the ground Naruto appeared below Shino kicking him high into the air.
He soon appeared in shino face slamming a rasengan into shino stomach. Shino was now unconscious as he slowly fell towards the ground. Appearing next to the side of Shino Naruto created another Rasengan before ramming it into Shino stomach as he was sent crashing towards the ground Half dead.
If it wasn't for Shino insects he would've been dead. Instead he was laying in the dirt unconscious who needed serious medical attention.
"That was too far!' Yelled Yamato who jumped out the tree attacking Naruto.
"Nothing is never too far when in a fight all is fear game." Spat back Naruto as he rammed his leg into Yamato nuts. Causing Yamato to fall to his knees in pain.
Naruto jumped back as he took out a windmill Shuriken before tossing it at Yamato hoping to take off his head.
Being a former anbu leader Yamato stood up and created hand signs making a tree to block the attack even tho the tree got split in half.
"Is he from the senju clan like granny Tsunade?" Thought Naruto who was still astonished at seeing wood style.
Naruto landed on the ground a good distance from Yamato. Naruto smirked, it was time to bring out the big guns.
Doing hand signs naruto shot out a huge fire dragon. "Fire style: Fire Dragon!" Yelled Naruto as the dragon was sent towards Yamato who didn't know what to do. "Yes now do what you have to do it's your only option." Thought Naruto with a smirk on his face.
"Now it's impossible to dodge!" Laughed Naruto as he created clones that launched him into the air. Forming in his hand was a jutsu that was familiar to a lot of people. It was the famous Jutsu from his former Sensei. He learned how to do it by finding out it was basically the rasengan but with lightning chakra added to it.
"Now you're mine!" Laughed out Naruto before ramming a chidori into Yamato chest causing the Yamato eyes widened in shock and horror after receiving a chidori. He closed his eyes, as he slowly fell towards the ground slowly dieing. He was lucky Naruto didn't stab him in the heart and missed a vital point but if he didn't he would need to seek medical attention or he would die due to blood lost.
Naruto landed on the ground with a grin on his face and removed the blood off his hands by swing his hand and throwing it on Kiba face who was on his knees in shock and horror. He was frozen due to pure shock.
He felt something bite him in the back of leg and looked to see it was Akamaru. Naruto growled out in anger before picking up Akamaru. When seeing Naruto pick up Akamaru Kiba was no longer in the state of shock but was worried for his friend.
"Let him go, let Akamaru go!" Yelled Kiba who was afraid of what Naruto would do.
Naruto looked at the puppy in his hands before his gripped tighten causing Akamaru to whimper.
"You won't be biting me anymore." Said Naruto as he snapped two of Akamarus legs before he dropped the puppy and kicked it towards a nearby tree unconscious.
He looked at Kiba who was crying and most importantly angry.
"You bastard! I will kill you!" Yelled Kiba as he ran towards Naruto.
"Fang over Fang." Yelled Kiba, as this was his first Time doing it without Akamaru but he was too angry to care.
Naruto cocked back his fist waiting for Kiba to attack him. His arm was covered in Kyuubi chakra. He was planning on knocking Kiba out for a week or maybe even give him serious brain damage killing him.
Timing it perfectly he punch Kiba on the top of his head super hard. Kiba face landed in the dirt. Kiba was eating dirt, Literally as he was unconscious or maybe even dead.
He scanned the area for Hinata. The remaining member of team 8. He searched for Hinata before looking behind a tree and seeing Hinata crying.
"Please don't hurt me Naruto-kun." Cried Hinata who was shaking.
Naruto looked at the crying girl before remembering this was Hinata. A quite, Kind loving girl. She was never mean towards him and never showed him any ill intent. She even gave him that cream after his fight with Kiba in the Chuni exams to heal his injuries.
"Why didn't you fight with your team? You basically let them get killed." Asked Naruto.
"B-Because I can't fight you Naruto-kun I just can't." Cried out Hinata.
"Let me guess you don't like hurting people." Asked Naruto.
Hinata shook her head negative, it was quite the opposite, she had even killed before.
"No, I just can't you mean a lot to me and I just can't." Said Hinata looking into Naruto eyes.
"What are you trying to say?" Asked Naruto.
"Was she just about to confess right now? Was she about to to confess her feelings towards Naruto the boy she truly loved while having a mid life crisis?" Thought Hinata.
"Naruto, I-I Lo." She couldn't do it she was choking on her words.
"Just spit it out!" Yelled Naruto who was getting frustrated.
"I love you!" Yelled Hinata trying her hardest to hide her blush and embarrassment. It was a lose it all or gain it all situation. If naruto was to reject her feelings which was most likely she would probably kill herself. But if he would understand and accept her feelings she wouldn't know what to do."
Naruto eyes widened in shock. "You love me?" Questioned Naruto who was shocked, confused and didn't belive her.
Hinata nodded her head, "I also wanted to be with you ever since that day you saved my from those bullies. You became a inspiration for me to grow stronger." Explained Hinata.
Naruto got flash backs to that day when he saved Hinata from those bullies.
"That was like 11 years ago and you still hold those feelings?" Asked Naruto.
"Yes. But it's okay if you don't accept my feelings towards you." Said Hinata who was lying to herself it was not okay if Naruto rejected her.
Naruto thought of the situation he was in. Hinata was a loyal member of the leaf, he could get her to steal the forbidden scroll for him. She could try and get closer to hokage and learn about the scroll location. Because he knew they placed the scroll somewhere else, they will be dumb not to.
"Hinata, I need to know something, do you really really love me?" Asked Naruto who Gained a nod from Hinata.
"How far are you willing to go to prove that?" Asked Naruto.
"Anything!" Said Hinata grabbing Naruto shirt and staring him in the eye before letting go and looking away.
"You know I'm a rouge Ninja, are you willing to go rouge just to be with me?" Asked Naruto.
"Anything for you." Said Hinata.
Naruto grabbed hinata face before pressing his forehead against hers.
"Will you do something for me that will make me very very very happy? I need you to steal something for me. It's called the forbidden scroll of seals. I stole it once as a kid but I know they moved the location somewhere else. I need you to get me that scroll." Said Naruto whispering into Hinata ear making her shiver.
"Yeah, yeah I will do it if that means I can be with you." Said Hinata not caring about the outcome or becoming a rouge Ninja to be with Naruto.
"I will come with you but I will be disguise. But first we need to take your friends back to konoha and get them to the hospital. It will be suspicious to go back with you the only one not injured. So cut your self or something to make it seem like you was fighting. But don't hurt yourself too bad that you aren't able to make it back to Konoha." Said Naruto.
"Oh and when you leave I will follow a hour later, can't make it look suspicious coming into the village disguise with you so hurry and go." Said Naruto walking back over to the camp fire.
"Finally I can learn some new Jutsus." Thought Naruto who looked at the sleeping figure of Araya. "To think she slept through all of that is a bad thing." Thought Naruto.
Author notes: chapter complete and it didn't take a week. I made my original fight scene. Just to show how strong Naruto is while progressing the story and developing characters. Until Next time by everyone!!
