Now this is a shot in the dark for this crossover just to see how people react to this also this will be a self-insert kind of sort I'll try not to make this a Gary Stu or Mary Sue kind of thing at least that is what I hope to do anyway! "Hmm? What is this?" Kars thought in his usually wear as he looks around the realm he happened upon when he was done with his adventure with Jorge Joestar. He began to wonder around the 37 known universe's thinking on what to do after he defeated Dio he happened upon this realm. While Kars was looking upon the stars on the purple sky an Unknown Being was watching Kars and was reaching out towards him…

…Pulled out his blades and attacked the unknown assailant, jumping away from the Unknown Assailant barring his blades at them. Taking a good look on the Unknown a tall male white skinned being with white clothes gold accessories that spell "Dio" and long blond hair smiling sinisterly at Kars.
"Oh Hoh! A Pillar Man here? In my Realm? Such Audacity! But what should I expect from a race that couldn't succeed where I have!" said the Unknown Male as Kars was studying him closely.
"Who is this being? He looks like Dio but something feels different about this one?" Kars thought as The other Dio pulled out What seemed to be the「The World」but the Stand had a white and gold color scheme black sclera white irises where some of the hearts were are now D's, on its chin was once a heart now a circle, it look like that it was about to activated its infamous time stop ability right there and now so Kars Summoned his Stand「The World Ultimate」with it's signature wide helmet with a "k" on its chin the tension was high for them then the both of them…
"「The World Over Heaven time has been stopped」!"
"「The World Ultimate time has been stopped」!"
ドドドドドドドドドドドドドドドドドドドド.
…activated their Stand's ability stopping time and they dashed at each other each one exchanging blows with Stand, blade and fist.
*Dogon! Shing! Slice! Bang! Shink!*
Each blow is bigger than the last for Kars and Dio as they exchange fists and blades.
"Hmm this Dio feels different from the others I've faced. A tactical retreat is in order!" Kars thought as he used「The World Ultimate」superior Speed and Precision to knock back「The World Over Heaven」with a chop to the throat and slice from Kars at the other Dio's arm forcing the Stand to receded into Dio as his Time Stop ability stopped.
"Oh!? Your「The World」is more powerful than mine huh Kars? But does it also have the ability I acquired from 「Heaven!」" The other Dio boasted as his「The World」began to charge up for his second ability Kars feeling a sense of danger arise from the other Dio's.「The World」Kars quickly receded 「The World Ultimate」, quickly summoning a Stand that could get him out of this situation that could end him.
"「Ultimate D4C!」" summoning a purple and blue humanoid Stand a superior version of Funny Valentine's Stand with its curved Beatle horns and spiked neck.
「Ultimate D4C」began to open a portal to a random universe and it grabbed Kars and pulled him into the portal just in time for「The World Over Heaven」to finished powering up and it puts it two hands together as a white light began to engulf the dimension!

37th universe, 2022 January 27, Texas: Dallas, Speedwagon foundation: dormitories for residential Special Power Users, Task Force Squad #3 dormitories.
"Zzzz. Zzzz. Zzzz." Was the sound a occupant on a bed in a dark room with bits of sunshine shining through curtain's, two bookcases lined against the wall each of them was filled to the brim with Manga's; gaming magazines, books in general, a desk on top of it a laptop with a sketch book on the side, next to the bed was a nightstand sitting on top of it was glasses; tissue box, a lamp, also a phone, with a electric alarm clock, a bathroom with toothpaste and toothbrush paired together, it was a small bathroom only filled with a sink; toilet and shower.
*Beep! Beep! Beep!*
Rang the electric alarm in the room notifying that it is morning even though the Occupant wanted to sleep in more.
"*Yawn* another day of excitement, man! Hopefully someone made breakfast." Said the Occupant smacking his lips and rubbing the sand out of his eyesight he got up and walked to the bathroom to do his daily routine.
*Knock! Knock! Knock!*
" Josue! You up yet? We have got to go to the supervisor today! Breakfast ends in one hour!" yelled another Occupant of the apartment
"Alright I'm going I'm already up! Yelled Josue from the bathroom as he closed the door to get clean up.
Living room.
"Hahh!" Josue let out a content sigh bordering on moan as he drank his coffee and ate breakfast which consisted of cinnamon toast and scrambled eggs, with him still in his pajamas a plain black t-shirt with long blue camo pajama pants.
"You almost slept in again Josue Rios!" Said the Squad leader Daven Nardlilli as he was eating a bowl of cereal with a small bowl of fruit salad on the side, his pajamas was a red t-shirt with the words 'Stone Killer' and long black pajama bottoms.
"Well can't really blame him Squad 2 was being loud last night! Probably made him lose sleep." Said the Squad's front liner Rene Revanche he was reading a newspaper while drinking coffee and snacking on some buttered toast on the side, with a plain black t-shirt with blue pajama shorts.
" Yeah! Most of us lost sleep, squad 2 had their video game day that too! It also sounds like someone lost badly that night too!" Said Dion Meyers as he was laughing while eating cereal with juice on the side, wearing a yellow t-shirt with the words ' Game Master' on it paired with long black camo pajama bottoms.
"Meow."
"Oh sorry Dragon! You can't come to this meeting you're still off missions because of your job here remember!" Daven said to the grey and white cat.
"Meow! Hiss!" Said Dragon as he turned around all huffy and pouty going back to his own personal small room.
"Well that is going to be a bitch to deal with when we come back! Okay let's wrap this up people, get dressed, wake up, and be prepared!" Said Daven in a military voice as the rest of them finished their breakfast and went to their rooms to get out of their Pajamas and into their uniforms.
Speedwagon foundation Operations/Briefing room.
The Operations/Briefing Room of Speedwagon Foundation was a busy room information going in and out, plans to stop Dio and others that were a threat were drawn everywhere!
"Okay people settled down everyone! Now I have news there has been a discovery of a thirty-eighth universe! Unfortunately our enemy has already found this discovery and has already got a head start of conquering this Universe!" explained a SW Foundation member that was in charge of the briefing!
"Your assignments today are retrieval, information gathering and threat assessment!" Said the SW Foundation member!
"Team One! You are in charge of the threat assessment of this new universe to see if there is anything we should deal with! Team Two you are in charge of information! Look into this world's history and see if there are any stand users that could help us in the fight! Team Three your retrieval mission is on some of the denizens of this universe that were taken by Steely Dan and an unknown person be careful!" Said the SW Foundation member as other members gave out pamphlets on their mission for the teams!
"This isn't going to be good!" Daven said already feeling the pain that the mission is going to have.
"Man I hate Steely Dan, he is a pain to deal with!" Said Dion already knows that Steely Dan will be a pain to deal with given his Stand ability and Shrinking experience!
"Let's just go!" Said Rene just wanting to get done and relax!
"*Haah* Did I fill up Dragon's food bowl today?" Thought Josue as he had faith in his team and was worried over that he was forgetting something!

When he found out his true origins and species through another Rock Human and when the Rock Human told him the origin and the birth of Rock Humans and the tradition of female Rock Humans he despised his mother for leaving him to alone at birth, he found out the true mission for Rock Humans to replace Humans he refused to follow the way of Rock Humans, when Kars found him during a fight that went bad and with him seriously injured Kars healed him and told him of his mission, Daven joined Kars cause to protect Humanity.
