October was the month that Maxie was born, she wasn't really expecting much from Johnny because he was already giving her the only thing she'd ever dreamed of... someone to come home to every night. Even as a child that's all she'd wanted and she finally had someone who loved her without reason, Johnny loved her completely. When she woke up that morning she heard cursing from the kitchen, followed by a laugh.

"Lulu, why are you so bad at this?" Johnny chuckled, what were they doing so early? Maxie had no problem because she knew they were friends now, hell Lulu was married and pregnant but Maxie's curiosity was piqued.

"If you know so much why don't you do this?" Lulu snapped at him, most likely rolling her eyes. Maxie emerged from the bedroom to see Lulu leaning over a cake trying to decorate it but, the roses came out sloppy.

"I'm sorry I snapped, I just can't cook to save my life. Or bake. It's just frustrating, I should have called Olivia. I guess we're just shit out of luck...I'm honestly not sure why you called me." Lulu confesses, still trying to fix the roses.

"I know you care about Maxie, that's why. You would have come anyway because that's who you are. You drop everything for Maxie, I knew you'd want to help even if you're complaining. Not everything has to be perfect, Maxie will understand." Johnny says, patting her shoulder.

"I can't believe you two baked me a cake, it actually doesn't look horrible. I've seen worse. You two are the most important people in my life, it means the world that you two did this for me." Maxie was overcome with emotion, she couldn't help but smile.

"You've done enough, sit down. I can try to fix it." Johnny looks at Lulu who was leaning against the fridge.

"You have no idea how much my feet hurt...with my luck I'll have twins. I'm only three months along and everything hurts." Lulu complained, wobbling over to the couch and sitting down.

"I can't wait to meet my God child or children. How's Dante been about the news?" Maxie plopped down on the couch beside her best friend.

"Dante's so excited, when I get home from work he massages my feet and waits on me hand and foot. I'm thinking of baby names, I know what I want to name the baby if I have a girl." Lulu smiles thinking about how great Dante had been ever since they'd found out she was pregnant. Johnny joined them on the couch, listening to Lulu.

"What's the name?" Johnny asked.

"Bridget." She answers with a proud smile.

"I like that. Thank you for coming over for my birthday, you're my best friend and I love you." Maxie reached over to hug Lulu, Lulu immediately returned the hug.

"I wouldn't miss your birthday, Maxie. I love you, too." Lulu reached into her purse revealing a small grey box, she handed it to Maxie.

"You got me a present?" Maxie gasped opening the box, to find a silver bracelet with diamonds and opal's all around the bracelet.

"Of course, I didn't know what to get you. I hope you like it." Lulu smiled.

"Like it? I love it!" Maxie gasped in shock because Lulu acted like she knew everything fifty percent of the time.

"Now, it's time for my gift." Johnny smirked, handing her a bag. Maxie lifted up a black clutch and a necklace with an Opal in the center.

"Baby, oh my God!" Maxie gave him a long kiss.

"My old ass needs a nap! You crazy kids have fun. Happy birthday, Max." Lulu sighed, pulling herself up to stand.

"You have to eat cake!" Maxie argued.

"Fine, but I won't like it." Lulu mutters, going to the kitchen and sitting down at the counter. Johnny cut the three of them a slice of cake, after that Lulu left their apartment no doubt to take a nap.

"Happy birthday baby." Johnny leaned down for a kiss.

"It's the best birthday, because I get to celebrate it married to my favorite person." Maxie smirks, returning his kiss.
