A world with quirks means its people are going to be rather quirky. Whether heroes, villains, or somewhere in-between, every BnHA character deserves to have their story told. These are but tiny 100-word snippets of their lives, told one a day, every day, in 2023. Newest chapter: Deidoro's name contains the kanji for alcohol. He's trying to make the rest of his body follow suit.

244. Deidoro Sakaki

A.N. — September is the most empty month for canon birthdays, so I'll be relying on the (dubious) canon timeline here to fill in the gaps. That means half of the Eight Bullets are slotting in here, including one to kick off the month. I decided to start with the most interesting quirk of the four members I have left.

244. Deidoro Sakaki

Deidoro's metabolism kept him skinny. It did nothing for his level of sobriety. Perhaps if he ate with the same voracity with which he drank, he'd stop looking starved.

His quirk was called Sloshed — not because it required alcohol to function, but for causing those under its sway to lose their balance. That fact didn't prevent Deidoro from frequently imbibing. His propensity for quaffing booze during battle, he'd found, was a potent distraction to his opponents. Fighting while blitzed also dulled Deidoro's pain and induced euphoria. Nothing killed his buzz faster than having to drink through his mandatory mask, though.
