Finals

A/N- Yep, he is overshadowed but so is all of Class 1-B, fun characters why I picked Ace to be in that class. Go a different route to make things different. Also in the manga he is very important. Have to admit there is a small part of me tempted to do a what if Koichi was in Class 1-A type story though.

The anticipation in the arena was palpable as Ace and Shoto stood in the entrance, a stark contrast in their demeanor. Ace, the underdog, approached the fight with a sense of excitement, not knowing much about his opponent. Shoto, on the other hand, remained stoic and focused, determined to claim victory.

The crowd's energy was infectious, with cheers and roars echoing through the arena. While few people knew Ace, his status as the underdog made him an easy favorite to support. Class 1-B, in particular, was exceptionally loud in rallying behind their champion. As Ace walked towards the arena, he tossed his hat to Itsuka, a symbol of trust and camaraderie.

"Keep it safe for me," he said, flashing her a confident smile before stepping into the arena.

On the opposite side, Shoto was ready to bring this fight to a swift conclusion. He had observed Ace's previous battle with Bakugo and knew that the clash between their quirks would be a pivotal moment. Ice countered fire, and fire countered ice, but Shoto knew that this battle would require more than just their elemental powers.

As they entered the arena, the crowd erupted in cheers. This was a battle between the best of rival classes, and the excitement was electrifying.

Ace and Shoto locked eyes, the tension between them thick. Without a word, they understood the stakes. The battle began with a sudden movement from Shoto, his hand poised to unleash a massive wave of ice. Ace's instincts kicked in, and in an instant, he executed a move he had remembered from a distant, desperate battle in his previous life.

"Dai Enkai: Entei!" Ace declared as he unleashed his fiery counter. The arena was instantly filled with the spectacle of fire and ice clashing in a monumental struggle. It was as if two elemental titans were locked in an intense battle, their powers canceling each other out in a brilliant display.

The crowd watched in awe as the two opposing forces pressed against each other. But Ace had more than just brute strength in his arsenal. He swiftly maneuvered, his movements a blur as he zigzagged, making himself an elusive target that Shoto struggled to predict. When a second wall of ice threatened to encase him, Ace employed his Hiken, a powerful technique that cleared his path by melting the ice.

With agility and precision, Ace closed the distance between himself and Shoto. The flames roared around him as he launched a calculated offensive, aiming to catch his opponent off guard. In this elemental battle of fire and ice, it was clear that both fighters were giving their all, determined to claim victory in this fierce showdown.

Ace closed the distance between himself and Shoto, a palpable tension hanging in the air. As the massive third ice attack came hurtling towards him, he acted on instinct, swiftly channeling his fiery power into another Hiken just in the nick of time. The explosion of flames clashed with Shoto's ice, creating a spectacular display of power and determination.

As the two combatants engaged in close combat, Ace could feel the arena's atmosphere charged with anticipation. He believed he could secure a victory here. With a swift block, he intercepted one of Shoto's punches and retaliated with a flurry of his own strikes. It was a relentless exchange of blows, a combination of blocks, kicks, and punches. Ace had no fear of being in close quarters, and his tactics were straightforward but effective.

In the middle of the arena, a brawl ensued, with both fighters giving it their all. There were no flashy moves or complex techniques, just an all-out brawl where raw skill and determination took center stage. Ace utilized his agility and precision to quickly gain the upper hand over Shoto.

With a well-timed spinning kick to Shoto's chest, Ace sent him hurtling into the arena's wall. Shoto was a formidable opponent, but in close-range combat, Ace had the advantage. As Shoto crashed against the wall, the crowd watched in awe.

Ace stood in the center of the arena, victorious. He raised his hand triumphantly, a broad smile on his face as he basked in the cheers and applause of the audience. He had proven himself as the champion of the entire festival, and his performance was a testament to his skill, determination, and the unyielding spirit that had carried him to victory.

Ace extended a hand to help Shoto up, showing sportsmanship and camaraderie despite the intense battle they had just fought. Shoto accepted the gesture, a nod of mutual respect passing between them.

Soon, Ace was informed that he would be receiving a winner's medal, a tangible symbol of his triumph in the sports festival. He couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment and pride as he climbed to the top of the podium, taking his place as the champion.

Looking out at the cheering crowd, Ace felt a rush of gratitude and excitement. He collected his hat from Itsuka, who occupied the third-place spot on the podium, and placed it firmly on his head. This moment was a culmination of his efforts and a stepping stone toward his goals as a hero-in-training.

As the award ceremony continued, Ace received his winner's medal with a smile, the emblem of his achievement shining brightly in the stadium lights. The applause from the crowd was thunderous, and he couldn't help but feel a swell of pride for representing Class 1-B in such a spectacular fashion.

After all the medals had been distributed and the festivities had commenced, Ace was approached by a reporter who wanted to interview the newly crowned champion. He agreed, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness as the reporter thrust a microphone toward him.

The reporter began with the basics, asking Ace about his thoughts on winning and how he felt competing against students from Class 1-A. Ace answered with humility and respect, acknowledging the talents of his classmates and competitors from the other class.

When questioned about his quirk and his remarkable display of fire manipulation during the final match, Ace gave a modest response. "I'm still learning about my quirk and its potential," he admitted. "But today, I wanted to show that Class 1-B has some exceptional heroes-in-training too."

The interview concluded with Ace expressing gratitude to his friends and fellow students who had supported him throughout the competition. With the interview behind him, Ace joined the celebratory atmosphere, enjoying the festivities and relishing the camaraderie that came with being a champion.

The night of celebration for Class 1-B was filled with laughter, cheers, and an overwhelming sense of pride. They had reason to celebrate, with Ace clinching the top spot and Itsuka securing third place. It was a remarkable achievement for their class, and they reveled in the recognition they received from their peers and teachers.

Ace basked in the camaraderie of his classmates, taking time to chat with friends like Itsuka, Tetsutetsu, Neito, and Reiko. They shared stories of their matches, exchanged playful banter, and offered hearty congratulations. The bonds among Class 1-B grew stronger with each passing moment, and Ace couldn't have been happier to be a part of it.

As the festivities continued, Ace couldn't help but reflect on the new rivals he had gained from Class 1-A. He knew that Deku, Shoto, Bakugo, and the others would be working tirelessly to challenge him in the future. It was a healthy competition that would push him to become an even better hero-in-training.

Amid the laughter and cheers, Ace made a silent promise to himself. He would continue to train, learn, and grow. The sports festival victory was a significant milestone, but it was only the beginning of his journey to become a great hero.
