Teasing
Nodding her head along with the rhythm and tapping her shoe against the floor, Yang closed her eyes as her hip swayed lightly. Her feet gently slid to the left then to the right, following an invisible pattern. An earbud occupied one of her ears.
"I burn….hm hm~!"
Her lip moved, making voiceless sound as if she was singing. Some students passed by, she waved at them and continued to dance in her own world. The hallway at this time was always deserted, she didn't have to worry about getting interrupted. A couple of back steps, another left, two steps ahead and a swing of her arm.

Yang stopped when she heard that sound. The classroom door opened. Music turned off, she put away the earbud, fixed her hair, crossed her arms and leaned on the wall, waiting for a crowd of students to leave the classroom. The Leader subject was taught here. And she was looking forward to meet a certain someone who was assigned to this class.
The wave of people came out lessened, eventually stopped. Lilacs scanned around. No sight of the tall, dorky blonde. He wasn't done, it seemed. Her hand reached up to a few strands of her hair and played with it as she continued to wait.
A moment later, she peeked in. He was still in there, discussing something with Ruby and her Mom. It became a routine at the end of every sessions. A grin formed on her face when Summer picked up the documents and began to leave with the others. They finished, now she just had to pick the right moment to ambush.
"Gotcha!"
The moment Jaune walked out, she snatched his hand, firmly held it. Her target startled, his head sharply snapped to her. Sapphires widened in shock.
"Yang!?"
"Sup!" She gave him a smile full of teeth.
"Hi sweetie."
"Hi Mom!" She greeted back.
"Hi Yang!" Ruby said cheerfully.
"Hey sis!" She replied with equal enthusiasm. "Don't mind me cause I'm gonna borrow him for a whole day.
"Help yourself."
Jaune's jaw dropped at Ruby's instant respond.
"W-Wait! What about the group project!? The deadline is tomorrow!"
"Nah!" Ruby chuckled. "The last part of the essay is easy, I can handle it. You go with my sister."
"But-!"
She pulled him to her side. Her arm wrapped around his as she dragged him away. She heard Summer said something about don't be too hard on Jaune. Well, sorry Mom, no promises.
"Now now, come with me, Vomit Boy. You know we're been planning on spending some qualities time in the training ground."
"Ca-Can we do this some other time?"
"I say nope." She popped the p. "The wait goes on long enough. We do this starting today."
She felt his hand trembled slightly. Hints of hesitation and nervous were clearly visible in his eyes. He was a bit shaken with how things turned out.
"Relax. It's not like I'm going to eat you alive." Yang poked his cheeks, getting his attention. "But if you want to, we can find another place. It's gonna be bumpy and filled with non-stop thrilling experience."
"Somehow that gives me more anxiety than I anticipated." Jaune rolled his eyes.
"Why worries about it. The hottest girl at Beacon is holding your hand!"
Both looked down at the sight that attracted countless gazes across the hall. Jaune flustered, trying to free himself while she intentionally squeezed his hand tighter. It would be a lie if she said she didn't feel the burn on her cheeks.
"In my defense, you are teasing me."
"And I'll never stop doing it." She gave him a wink. "I know you like it too."
"Well, I don't hate it. But you could at least give me a head up."
"Pfft! Where's the fun in that. I tease you whenever I want."
Groan!
Jaune gave up, he could never argue against Yang. Her social skills were beyond his level.
As he realized she was walking ahead of him, Jaune adjusted his pace to match hers. Never mind about the curious stares directed at them, he squeezed back her hand.
Then they loosened.
Then they entwined.
When she stole a glance at his face, he turned away. She almost slipped out a giggle because of how red his ears became. Oh boy, this sure made her heart pounding really hard. Yang enjoyed this so much!
