Thank you to whoever read the last chapter. This week isn't going well because for my internet went out yesterday because of an outage and I don't know when it'll be fixed. I'm updating on my phone. I made Alexis Sara's friend/ roommate cause they're aren' t a lot of girl characters in Yu-Gi-Oh. Anyway, I own Sara but I don't own any of Kazuki Takahashi, Toei, Shueisha, Konami, etc. own the rest of the characters.

When Serenity and Sara arrived at the bus stop, people were saying goodbye to their kids. Hugging and kissing them, Serenity turned to Sara. "Well, I guess this is it." She said, smiling sadly. "Yeah," Sara muttered begrudgingly. "Wait, Wait!" A voice called out. Both women turned toward Solomon Muto as he emerged from the crowd when he reached Sara and Serenity. "Gramps, I thought we said goodbye last night," Sara said, surprised to see him. Grandpa nodded. "Yes, we did, but I didn't give you this." He said, holding out something in his hand. Sara saw a deck. "I thought we hadn't finished it yet." She stated knowingly. Grandpa smirked smugly. "I finished it so I could give it to you before you left." He said, happy to see the surprised look on his granddaughter's face. Sara smiled brightly. "Thank you so much!" She exclaimed before hugging him. After letting go, Sara put the deck in the other holster of her belt. "I guess that's everything." She observed knowingly. Serenity turned and looked at her niece. "You got everything?" She asked. Sara nodded surely. "Are you sure?" She asked purposefully. Sara groaned. "Yes, Auntie, we did the 'Do you have everything' check before we left the house." She complained. Serenity rolled her eyes. "Don't blame me if you don't have something." She declared knowingly. Sara smiled sadly. "I love you." She told her aunt. Serenity smiled knowingly. "I love you, too. Have fun." She encouraged her before she hugged her. Releasing the hug, Sara grabbed her luggage. "Goodbye. I love you both." She waved as they waved back before she boarded the bus.

As she stepped on the bus, People chattering overflowed Sara's eardrums. Sara noticed most seats were occupied as she walked down the aisle. It wasn't until she was almost back. "You can sit here if you want." A feminine voice piped up. Sar turned to her right and saw a girl her age with dark blonde hair and hazel eyes. "Sure. I'm Sara Wheeler." She introduced herself. Alexis raised her brow. "As in Knight Joey Wheeler?" She assumed. Sara smiled awkwardly, "Yeah, I'm his niece." She said half truthfully. It was true, her aunt did adopt her when she was ten, so it was technically not a lie. Her companion grinned at her, "That's so cool!" She exclaimed. Sara grimaced at the statement. "Not really. I've never met him." She lied through her teeth. The doors shut, and they were off. Sara looked back. "Goodbye," she whispered as the crowd got smaller and the bus got farther away. "First time away from home?" Alexis guessed correctly. Sara turned toward Alexis and nodded. "Never really left Domino besides a few day trips to the beach." She admitted. Alexis nodded. "You'll do great." She assured the girl. "Thanks," Sara said shyly. "So, are you excited?" Alexis asked, changing the subject.

Alexis and Sara talked about everything and nothing while the bus moved closer to the bridge that would bring them to their destination. "Hey, we're almost at the island!" someone shouted. Everyone plastered themselves to the windows, gawking at the view. The island was as beautiful as it was green. There were miles of Forest all around the crystal clear lake that shone in the spring sunlight. The bus moved towards the road, and the site of the lake disappeared. "Woah," Several people said. When the bus got closer to the city, The city was more massive than anything the people on the bus had ever seen. The structure of the metropolis looked like a several-layered cake. Each layer is a little smaller than the last, but each was important. The first two were where the citizens of Atlantis lived and went to work, and the third had two castles, one in white marble on the right and the one on the left in red brick, several acres of land around while four buildings surrounded the castle. They reach the top and park in the courtyard. "Welcome to Leviathan." The driver said, opening the bus doors. Everyone grabbed their luggage and piled out of the bus. "Welcome, everyone." A rough voice bellowed out.

Everyone turned to see a tall man with blonde hair raised and pointed upwards with sideburns down the side of his face wearing a nice suit in front of the castle. "I'm Rafael. I'm the principal here at Leviathan." He introduced himself. "Before we tour the school or assign rooms, here are the rules. 1. Dinner is at 7:00, and curfew is at 9:00. No exceptions. After that, I don't care what you do after you're in your rooms. 2. No fighting, period. If you do, you will get detention. 3. No PDAs in the halls. You'll get detention, and we don't want anyone getting pregnant. 4. No cheating on any schoolwork because if you do, there will be an investigation and detention. 5. Don't leave campus without permission from me or one of the teachers. 6. During your visits to the mainland, listen and stay with your chaperone. Follow these rules, and everything will be alright." He listed. Everyone nodded. "Alright. The second to fourth is the student dorms while the first is for teachers, and there are several acres to enjoy and a stable behind the castle." He explained simply. "Anyway, I'll let you get settled in. Mr. Kaiba will give you your room assignments." He dismissed them.

The students went to the four buildings, where a tall black-haired man was waiting. "Hello, I'm Mokuba Kaiba. I'm the literature teacher at Leviathan." He began. Sara froze at the name. "Kaiba? I guess he's related to Seto." She thought before returning her attention to him. "In my hand are your room assignments, which also have the keys, so pass the papers around." He announced as he passed them back. When Sara got her paper, she turned to Alexis. "Which room did you get?" She questioned curiously. Alexis showed Sara hers. "Cool, we have the same room!" She cheered. Mokuba looked at everyone. "Now that you have your room assignments. Go and check them out," he said. The students dispersed in different directions.

Sara and Alexis went to the third building and climbed the stairs to the third floor. "3B, 3C, and Ah-ha! 3D." Alexis murmured before using the key to unlock the door. They walked in. There were two twin beds against the wall on opposite sides of the room, two desks at the end of the beds, facing the wall. A closet and a dresser are in the lower corner of the room. And a bathroom next to one of the desks. "I call the bed closest to the bathroom!" Sara called out as she put her suitcases and duffle bag on the bed. Alexis looked at her, confused. "What! why?" She wondered. "I take long showers, so I'd rather have easy access to the bathroom." She explained. Alexis shrugged at that. "To each their own." She said before putting her stuff on her bed. Sara looked at the clock that read 6:50. "I'm starving. Let's get some food." She suggested as she grabbed her keys.

After dinner, both girls went to their room, unpacked a little, then decided to get ready for bed. "So, ready for tomorrow?" She asked while brushing her teeth. Sara nodded as she put on an oversized T-shirt. "Yes, a little nervous, though." She said before she went into the bathroom. Alexis finished brushing her teeth and spit into the sink. "Understandable." She stated before leaving the room. "Don't forget to shut off the light." She called out. After Sara brushed her teeth, she took out her contacts, put them back, turned off the light, climbed into bed, and drifted to sleep.

Sara opened her eyes and saw the sun was just starting to rise. "Perfect." She thought happily. She grabbed her clothes and scampered to the bathroom. After finishing her routine, she exited the bathroom to see Alexis yawning and stretching. "Wow, I'm surprised you are up early." She commented, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. "First-day jitters." She replied truthfully. Alexis nodded while she got dressed. After they finished, They grabbed their keys and backpacks and left. When they got there, the cafeteria wasn't overcrowded, and they got their food. "Do you know which knight will teach us this year?" A voice asked, curiously out loud behind Sara. Sara furrowed her brows together. "What does that mean?" she asked Alexis. Alexis looked at her, shocked. "You don't know." She asked, surprised. Sara looked at her, confused. "What don't I know?" She wondered. Alexis smirked. "So every year, a couple of Dartz's Knights volunteer to teach here." She explained. Sara smiled. "Cool, when do we find out which ones?" She asked somewhat excitedly. Alexis smiled mysteriously. "We won't find out til class." She informed her. A man with black hair tied in a ponytail stood on one of the tables. The man whistles, cutting through the chatter. " Now that we've eaten. I have your schedules for the year, so come over in an orderly fashion and get them." He announced loudly.

People rushed over to him, waiting to get their schedules. The line moved quickly as gave the timetables out. When Sara and Alexis got theirs, they compared them. "It looks like we have most of the same classes." Alexis noticed, seeing that she had Japanese two instead of Japanese one. She had a couple of different teachers. " Let's finish breakfast and get to our first class," Sara suggested. They quickly finished breakfast and headed out.

When they got to the gym, it was almost time for class. "Yes! We made it." Sara cheered happily. Several students were standing around when someone came out of the office in front of the room, a very familiar person to Sara. His face was more filled out, with worry lines on his forehead. He was older, but it was him, her father, Joey Wheeler. Sara felt numb. Her dad is her teacher. "Are you ok?" Alexis whispered beside her. She robotically nodded. "Yeah." She murmured unconvincingly. Alexis gave her the side-eye but dropped it. "Alright, as you probably know, I'm Joey Wheeler. I'm your P.E. teacher this year." He announced to the crowd. Whispers filled the room. "Oh, my god!" "I didn't think he'd be here." "He's so hot!" That last one made her stomach churn. "Before we get started, do you have any questions?" He wondered. Multiple hands shot up. "Questions that DON'T revolve around why I ran away?" He reiterated. The hands went down immediately. "Ok, when I call your name, say here." He instructed. "Alexis Rhodes." "Here." She answered. The list went on and on.

While Joey went down the list of students one by one, Sara felt her heart quicken until he saw one name. "Sara Wheeler." He breathed out. Sara slowly raised her hand. "Here." She responded quickly. Joey stared at the teenage girl, trying to pinpoint where he'd seen her before. She had hair like his own, eyes as green as the forest, and wasn't tall, only coming at 5 '1". yet she looked familiar. As someone coughed, Joey snapped himself out of his thoughts. "That's all of you." He said, " Now, let's start by stretching." He instructed as he started stretching his arms. The students followed Joey's lead in doing several exercises. "OK, now that we've stretched. Now we're going to some jumping jacks." He said. Throughout the lesson, Joey kept an eye on Sara. He was sure he'd seen her somewhere. "It isn't like she's my baby… Right?" He thought, trying not to hope. They locked gazes for a second before they looked away. He tried to focus on something else, but he couldn't. Joey kept noticing her. Sara felt her father's gaze on her. "Please don't connect the dots." She pleaded silently. After a few more exercises, Joey stopped doing them. "OK, it's almost time for the next class. I want you to do the stretches we did over the weekend." He announced. The students groaned at that. "It's not hard to do it in the field behind the castle. Hell, do some laps while you're at it." He suggested before the bell sounded, signaling the end of class.

Students scampered out of the gym. Desperate to make it to their next class. Joey saw Sara gather her stuff, and Joey couldn't stop himself. "Ms. Wheeler?" He called out as she was walking out the door. Sara turned towards him. "Yes, Mr. Wheeler?" She wondered. "Have we met before?" He asked curiously. Sara quickly shook her head. "I'm sorry, but we haven't." She lied, guilt bubbling up in her stomach. A shadow of disappointment passed in Joey's eyes before he nodded. "Oh, go ahead, you're gonna be late for your next class." He shooed her away. Sara nodded, "See you later." She said before she walked out. "Too bad, I guess I was wrong." He thought dejectedly. The sounds of students talking snapped Joey to reality as students filed in for his next class.

The rest of the classes went relatively quickly, at least for Sara. In English, they were to start reading Pride and Prejudice, which she had to read the first three chapters by Monday. In Social studies, they began to identify different regions of Japan. In geometry, her teacher, . showed the class the equation on how to find the area of a triangle and gave them a worksheet for homework. Her language class was about the same as it was last year. In Chemistry, they started to memorize the periodic table and had a worksheet based on how far they got. All in all, Everything was calm until the last class.

Sara entered her last class, sat at one of the front desks, and looked around. "Where's the teacher?" She asked curiously. "He's running late." A voice answered behind her. She nodded appreciatively at the person behind her. "Thank you." She thanked them before turning around. A moment later, a familiar head of tri-colored hair entered the room. "Luck just isn't on my side today, is it?" She thought sardonically. She saw her Papa walk to the front of the room. Yami cleared his throat loudly. "Hello, I'm Mister Muto. I'm your world history teacher for the year." He introduced himself, sounding bored. "When I call your name, say here." He announced. He went through each name, not paying much attention until he saw a particular W name. Yami couldn't believe his eyes. "Sara Wheeler." He called out, staring at a certain girl. "Here." She responded. Yami went over and grabbed a pile of textbooks. "Okay. Grab one of these and open it to page 1." He instructed. People went and got their books, one by one. "We're going to read out loud. When I call your name, you'll read out loud, and then we'll rotate around the room." He instructed. Her Papa might be more discrete, but that doesn't mean she hadn't felt his gaze on her the whole time. "Ms. Wheeler?" Yami called out. "The battle of Atlantis almost destroyed the city along with the residents. King Dartz and his orichalcos soldiers defeated his father, King Ironheart, and sealed the legendary dragons. And the world returned to a peaceful time." She read from the book. Yami nodded at her. "Good. Ms. Rhodes, it's your turn again." He said. They went through the roster one more time before the end of class.

"Alright, for homework, read pages 30-40 in the textbook, and we'll talk about it in class on Monday," Yami said while the class groaned. "Don't groan, could've made you read two chapters." He stated knowingly. "Thank god, this was the last class." Sara thought, gathered her things, and bolted out of the room. Yami raised an eyebrow. "What was that?" He wondered to himself. Sara Wheeler. He couldn't believe that there was another Wheeler at Leviathan. How was she related to Joey? To Yami's knowledge, Joey didn't have any siblings, so why was there a girl with his last name who looked similar to him? It could be a coincidence, but his gut told him it wasn't. Sara left in a hurry, but why? Yami could think of many reasons. Why she left so quickly, he didn't know, but Yami had a feeling he'd need to keep an eye on her. "Another Wheeler… God, help me." He prayed, knowing somehow she'd do something to get under his skin, like Joey.

Sara struggled to rein in emotions as she walked toward her dorm. Sara felt her throat burn while she held back tears once she reached her room, quickly went in, and shut the door, finally letting the tears go. Through bleary eyes, Sara fumbled a little while unzipping the black duffle bag, grabbed the walkie, went into the bathroom, shut the door, and locked it. She turned the walkie to the frequency for her and her aunt. "Aunt Serenity? Are you there?" She whispered. "Yes, I'm here." She responded. Sara slid down to the floor as tears continued to run down her face. "Aunt Serenity, they're here." She croaked out. "Sweetheart, who's there?" She inquired. Sara sniffled as tears went down her face. "Dad and Papa. They're at school as teachers." She revealed. There was silence on the other line. "I don't know what to say." She said, speechless. Sara gasped for breath. "Neither do I." She admitted.

Both her fathers were at school. Is this a bad thing? Maybe, maybe not. "Sara, are you there?" Serenity asked. Sara wiped her face. "I am." She assured her aunt. "So what are you gonna do?" Her aunt asked. Sara sighed heavily. "I guess let things play out?" She stated in the form of a question. "Let things play out? Sara, need I remind you you're not just there for school?" She reminded her pointedly. Sara winced that her aunt was right. She had a mission. The thing was, she didn't know when the mission would start. "I know, but right now, until the mission starts, I need to deal with both of my fathers being my teachers." She declared firmly. "That is very mature of you." Serenity commented. "Thanks. I don't feel great emotionally, though." She said honestly. A few moments pass. "Is he ok?" Serenity asked, referring to Joey. "He seemed good. I don't know because I barely talked to him." She explained. "What'd he say?" Serenity wondered. "He asked if we had met before, and I lied." She stated. Serenity winced sympathetically, knowing that hurt. "I'm sorry." She apologized. "It's alright." She said calmly. "Why's that?" Her aunt inquired. "I decided that I need to get to know him, both of them before I tell them." She stated simply. Serenity sighed. "Sara, be careful. With both under the orichalcos, you don't know how they'll act." She warned. "I know I need to take the risk, though." She said knowingly. Serenity sighed, knowing she couldn't change Sara's mind. "Be careful." She cautioned again. "I will. I promise." She said sincerely. "I'll talk to you later," Serenity said knowingly. Sara smiled a little. "Of course. Bye, Aunt Serenity." She farewelled before switching off the walkie.

"Sara! Are you in there?" Alexis called out from outside. Sara sniffled before she stood up, went over, and washed off her tear-stained face. "I'm here." She squeaked out. "Are you ok?" She inquired worriedly. Sara ran a hand through her hair."Yes, no, I don't know." She exclaimed, trying to get through her mixed emotions. "Was it seeing your uncle?" She inquired. Sara swallowed. "Some of it." She confirmed knowingly. "What else?" Her friend wondered. "Seeing my other father for the first time." She thought deliberately in her head. Sara blew out a puff of air. "I guess leaving home hit me harder than I realized." She said, trying to convince her friend as much as herself. "Talking to a door isn't fun. Can you come out, please?" Alexis asked nicely. Sara unlocked the door and opened it. "Emotional overload sucks." She sniffled. Alexis nodded sympathetically. "It does. But hey, how about some ice cream? I think they have some in the cafeteria." She suggested. The emotional exhaustion hit Sara at that moment. "I feel kinda tired, though." She said, holding back a yawn. Alexis looked disappointed but waved it off, "That's ok. We could just…" She tried to suggest it. Sara shook her head. "Don't stop on my account. Go! Have fun, socialize, and have a scoop of ice cream for me." She insisted with a smile. Alexis sighed, seeing that Sara wasn't backing down. "Alright, but come get me if you need anything." She said as she grabbed her key. Sara nodded. "I promise." She said as Alexis left and she shut the door.

Sara thought that doing the mission along with her coursework would be stressful. But doing those plus getting to know both her fathers without telling them she's their daughter? That's ultra stressful. She knows it'll be difficult, but she needs to try. She hid her face in her hands."Oh, shit, I'm so screwed." She realized, dismayed. After gathering herself, she went over and sat down at her desk and started her homework.
