He had stayed behind. For now, he was tasked with making sure Tazuna's family wasn't hurt in anyway. He didn't say much which made Tsunami uncomfortable, the boy was usually very talkative, cracking a joke or simply making small talk with almost everyone in the house except for Inari, he hated Inari.

Naruto simply sat at the dinner table and waited, saying nothing, his hands had been placed on the table and they hadn't moved, she thought he was a bit strange before. Always smiling, what's there to smile about all the time?, but she would've preferred that smile to the expression he held now, two blue voids and a face so devoid of any human emotion that just looking made her want to leave.

She accidentally stepped on creaky floorboard, this sudden action made Naruto's head snap up and to the doorway. Her foot hadn't even touched the floorboard all the way, the sudden action made Tsunami slip back behind the wall. "Can I tell you a story." Naruto said, there was only answer. Yes.

"When I was I believe eleven years old there was a woman who ran a small clothing store near my house. I believe she was a yamanaka, of course I might be remembering incorrectly, it might've been a flower shop I don't know." Naruto said, "She wasn't very kind to me...no one was, but back then they hated me...couldn't stand the sight of me...but what could they do?, they knew what would happen if they as so much laid a hand on me."

He went silent for about thirty seconds before continuing, "that shopkeeper, one day, she insulted me. Usually I would've let it go...but not that day, I wasn't very interested in letting her walk. So that night I cornered her and her son in an old house near the gates...I made sure it was quiet."

"Did you kill them?."

"of course."

"Why?."

"I don't know. Sport I guess."

An odd silence filled the house for a minute or so. "I should've killed more of them that night, I could've. But I didn't, I thought I was getting. Aiko and her family, and then two years later that boy Shin. It was during my...meeting with him that my revelation came to me. Like a speeding, diamond bullet, I must kill them, incinerate them. No man woman or child will be spared the sword." Naruto said slowly. Standing up and walking to the doorway, "Well excuse me...I must be going, it's been quite sometime since my team has been back."

Naruto flashed a thin smile that quickly vanished as the door opened, "Yeah we'll only need one. I say we take woman, the kid will probably talk your ear off."

Naruto looked back to Tsunami and pointed to the stairs, he didn't need to say much but she understood immediately. He slowly walked back into the kitchen and grabbed a knife. This would be quick.

As soon as the first man walked into view he went into action. Pushing the man's hand up and pushing the blade into his liver before slamming him into the wall, pulling the knife out one more time before digging it back in.

The second man awkwardly drew his blade and brought it up, Naruto quickly just slamming his fist into the man's wrist and knocking the sword out of his hand. The man grabbed the much smaller blade tucked into the purple sash around his waist, attempting to stab Naruto in his the lower abdomen and watching in shock as the blade only went in a few centimeters before snapping. He tried again and again but continued to fail.

Naruto wrapped the man's hair around his fingers, staring at the man for a second before slamming his head into the finial of the staircase, before tossing him aside.

The other man pulled the kitchen knife out and feebly raised it up before letting out a scream as Naruto slammed his foot onto his wrist.

Naruto grabbed him by the back of the neck, dragging him up the stairs to the second floor, he paused a moment before he slammed the man's head into the wooden post that marked the end of the stairway. Doing it once more and watching as the post snapped. The man let out a scream before Naruto slammed his neck into the broken post. Doing it again and again until the only sound that could be heard was a quiet exhale that stopped soon.

The other man stared at Naruto, his face obscured by a long shadow. He looked towards the door, nothing stood between him and that door, nothing.

Naruto slowly walked down the stairs, his footsteps echoing through the staircase. The man dragged himself along the floor, still disoriented from the impact of having his head slammed into a wooden sphere. He had known guys like Naruto, they made sure the job was done, by any means necessary. He let out a groan as he stood up, bumping into the wall and dragging himself along it.

The door was closer now, only two or three feet. He smiled and picked up the pace, his hope was suddenly shattered when Naruto placed his hands on the man's head, he stared into the hollow blue circles that one would call eyes and finally realized. He had never even left the floor.

Tsunami backed away from the door as she heard a scream that could only be described as otherworldly. Soon the only sound she heard was the door opening and her own breathing.

Kakashi stared at Sasuke, dead, or that's what Sakura had said to him between sobs. Now it was just him and Sakura against Haku and Zabuza, and situation that could only be described as unwinnable. Zabuza smirked under the bandages around his face, "Seems like you've hit a dead end copycat. I'll give you one more chance to give up the bridge builder before I split you in half and take him by force."

Kakashi shook his head. "My answer is still no."

"please reconsider. W--"

"don't bother Haku."

The sound of footsteps made everyone perk up. "Well then. I didn't think I'd be running into you three times." Naruto said, "can't say I'm very pleased to see you though. Considering how much of a pain in my ass you've been."

Haku immediately grabbed a few needles and threw them at Naruto. The needles seemed to get within a few inches of Naruto before a concentrated wave of chakra knocked them out of the air, "Needles and water...you two are really nothing special." He said, the taunting voice making Zabuza frown, "Stupid brat." He muttered.

"Haku deal with this fool."

Haku nodded and charged, Naruto stood stoically and watched him. When compared to someone like Kakashi or even Zabuza to Naruto, Haku was quite slow. Not to mention his use of foresight made Haku's movements all the more predictable. "Six,eight, ten...fifteen needles."

Naruto quickly grabbed a Kunai easily deflected the needles, moving his head to avoid any that got loose. "Too slow."

Haku frowned. Grabbing a few more needles and throwing them. Watching with annoyance as Naruto easily evaded them, more needles, more empty space.

Naruto intercepted the charging Haku, delivering a swift backhand that left the young man's face completely numb. He got up again, another backhand.

He brought his hands up in an x formation as he stood up, blocking a punch from Naruto that made his bones rattle. "No more righteous nonsense to spew?." Naruto asked as his punches increased, pushing Haku against the railing.

"these punches aren't chakra infused...so fast, what the hell is he--"

Haku buckled as Naruto planted his fist into his abdomen, coughing violently as he fell. Naruto knelt and extended his hand, "can I show you something?."

Haku stared at the hand. Taking note of the numerous scars on the palm, "come on. Don't be shy." Naruto said as he forcefully grabbed his hand, a grip so tight that Haku knew there would be no point in resisting. "Chakra is such an interesting thing. I always wondered why no one used raw chakra...control it. All of it, down to the very way it flows. My friend calls it chakra harmonics, I think the name is a bit funny and awkward sounding when I was naming a few of my Jutsu."

He tightened his grip and watched as Haku squirmed. "Of course I only have a total of four justu...creating jutsu with nothing but chakra is a task that is very, very, difficult. Some may call it impossible."

he slowly picked Haku up, lifting him a few feet. "All of them revolve around forces. Or well a certain force, a repulsive force one concentrated and the other...not so concentrated."

Haku couldn't hear him very well. Maybe it was the roar of chakra or maybe he was to busy trying to get away, but all he knew was that he was no longer touching the ground and a massive pain had erupted across his body.

Naruto ran along the ground, watching as Haku flew overhead. Haku crashed into the ground, skipped across the ground received a kick from a clone that Naruto had summoned. "I won't be able to hit him. The only choice I have is my mirrors." Haku thought as he coughed silently. Removing his crumbling mask and sighing.

Naruto loomed over Haku and brought up his needle. "Your attacks won't hurt me at all. If my muscles were that of a normal human then sure these little needles would've gone straight into me but my muscles are as thick as a rock. These things will go in a few centimeters before falling out."

Haku frowned, "No--"

"I'm not Sasuke, I'm not like any opponent you've faced in the past...now let me show you my ultimate technique."

"CHAKRA RESONANCE: FLESH AND STEEL."

A genjutsu. Well, that's how Haku would've described had it not been for the feeling it felt real, a long stone walkway with a single blue eye staring at him. Nothing but black behind him and to the sides.

"where am I?."

"A chakra field. An environment constructed by my chakra...unstable, it's taking everything I have to keep it up and running. Not to mention the massive drain on my chakra...the most basic explanation is, a physical genjutsu."

"Now. Let's get down to business."
