Hello to everyone. Yes, I am returning on writing a Harry Potter fanfic. It's been like... well a very long time.

This one is an answer to a story idea by Waroyer : about Harry having the dna and magic of every creature, relic or elements he came across up to the first encounter with a dementor in the Hogwarts Express.

Warning : A.U from the start : 1) fem/harry ( called Jessica )

2) Ron isn't the third of the golden trio, that place is for Dean Thomas. Ron is just a housemate

3) Jessica dislikes the Weasley twins for their pranks and Percy for his stuck-up attitude but she is like a cool big sister to Ginny

4 ) No Dumbledore Bashing ( but he will get called out on his mistakes )

5 ) She has more friends in the other houses

6 ) Harem pairing

7 ) proactive McGonagall

Jessica Potter sat in the compartment with her two best friends, Hermione Granger and Dean Thomas, and the new teacher of Defense Against the Dark Arts, Remus Lupin, who was still asleep.

The summer had been pretty terrible. She had been forced to do her homework in secret; Aunt Marge had come and been her usual horrible self, insulting her parents, resulting in Jess losing her temper and inflating her like a balloon. Fortunately, the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, had been surprisingly lenient on her.

Jessie spent the last weeks of summer at the Leaky Cauldron, where she learned of the escape of Azkaban inmate, Sirius Black. The bartender, Tom, revealed to Jessica that Black was the right-hand man of Voldemort and had most likely escaped to finish what his master had started.

But Jess was also thinking about what had happened earlier; they had arrived at King's Cross Station at the same time as the Weasley family, and Mr. Weasley had taken her aside and made her swear not to go looking for Sirius Black, but hadn't explained why he wanted Jess to stay away from him. She promised for the sake of Ginny, who she had grown close to after the Chamber of Secrets incident, that he wouldn't disobey him.

Just then, the train brutally slowed down.

" What happened ? We can't be at Hogwarts now, right ? " Dean asked

" Maybe it's just a breakdown. " Hermione responded, not sounding very convinced by her own explanation

Jessica then opened the door and looked in the corridor. Other students did the same as her but then the train brutally stopped and they were all thrown back into their compartment, with the doors closing.

The three then felt something in their very beings, as if any happiness had been sucked out of them. The water from the rain on the windowpane froze.

"I think something is coming aboard," said Jessica.

Just then, all the lights went out. Then a shadowy figure appeared outside the compartment. It hovered above the floor, nearly touching the ceiling. It wore a dark hooded cloak. It extended a hand and opened the door without touching it.

It then entered the compartment, revealing its hand to be skeletal and decrepit, with bits of rotten skin hanging from it.

The three friends were petrified by terror at the sight of such a monster and felt its gaze upon them, despite not being able to see its eyes. Hedwig and Crookshanks turned away from it, then it focused on Jess and inhaled.

Jess felt something being torn from her, and also felt something within herself, something very familiar that had accompanied her throughout her entire childhood.

What Jessica, like everyone else, didn't know was that her mother, Lily Potter, went further than anyone could imagine to protect her daughter : That halloween night, she invoked Mother Magic herself and begged her to protect her daughter, and Lily would be hers to do as she pleased.

Touched by such love from a mother for her child, Mother Magic accepted and increased Lily's own protection. But for this to work, Lily would have to pay a very heavy price; upon her death, her soul would never be allowed to go into the afterlife, she would remain trapped on earth forever.

But Lily was willing to pay any price to allow her daughter to live, so she accepted Mother Magic's terms.

When Voldemort arrived, he murdered Lily and attempted to kill Jessica ; however, Lily's sacrifice protected her. The dark lord's body was destroyed by a powerful curse. A fragment of Voldemort's soul attached itself to Jess, who was then taken in by her hostile relatives, the Dursley family.

Yet, even in the midst of such adversity, Jessie's own magic and the enduring protection left by her mother, all bolstered by Mother Magic, played a crucial role in keeping her safe and alive. It was a remarkable testament to the resilience of her magical abilities and the unyielding love that had shaped her destiny.

To sustain herself and combat the influence of the Horcrux, Jessie's magic adapted in a remarkable way. It tapped into the latent energy of the surrounding environment, absorbing all available magical essence to fuel its own existence. Every gust of wind, every whisper of the trees, every glimmer of the moonlight became a wellspring of power that sustained Jess during her time with the Dursleys.

This adaptation allowed her to endure the oppressive atmosphere and neglect he faced at Privet Drive. It provided her with a lifeline, an unyielding source of energy that replenished her spirit and fortified her magical core. It was this unique ability, this symbiotic relationship between Jessica's magic and the world around her, that ensured her survival against seemingly insurmountable odds.

Over the years, Jessie's magical resilience grew, subtly intertwined with the essence of her surroundings. It became a silent alliance with nature, an unspoken understanding that kept her anchored to the magical realm, even in the mundane existence imposed upon her. It was a testament to her inherent strength and the indomitable spirit that would guide her on this extraordinary journey.

As the time drew near for Jessica's entrance into the wizarding world, the culmination of her pre-Hogwarts experiences would set the stage for the remarkable path she was destined to tread. The magical energy she had absorbed, the interplay between her own magic and the world around her, had granted her a resilience and adaptability that would prove invaluable in the trials and tribulations to come.

Little did she know that her time at the Dursley's was just the beginning—a prologue to a grand adventure that would shape the fate of the wizarding world. The metamorphosis of Jessica Potter, both in body and spirit, would herald the arrival of a remarkable witch—one whose strength, compassion, and unwavering determination would inspire generations to come.

Jessie's magic remembered all those heartwarming sensations when she was alone at Privet Drive.

It also remembered those never ceased at Hogwarts.

Year 1:

The sun's warm rays caressed Jessie's skin as she relished his newfound freedom away from the Dursleys' oppressive grasp. The vast lake shimmered invitingly, and without a second thought, she dove into the cool embrace of the water.

Unbeknownst to her, a guardian had long resided beneath the depths, drawing strength from the castle's ancient magic. It was the giant squid, a majestic creature that had watched over Hogwarts since its establishment. Sensing Jessica's arrival, the squid swiftly moved to her aid as she struggled against the currents. With a gentle yet powerful grip, the squid pulled her to safety, its tentacles leaving behind a few small teeth that found their way into Jessica's body, along with traces of its own lifeblood.

During the encounter with the troll, Jess didn't emerge unscathed; she was left bleeding, and the blood from the troll entered her wound when she attempted to retrieve her wand.

Meanwhile, within the walls of Hogwarts, a dragon egg patiently awaited the moment of its hatching. When the time finally arrived, a burst of draconic energy filled the air. Jess, being in the right place at the right time, cradled the newborn dragon, Norberta, in her arms. In that intimate connection, she unknowingly absorbed the dormant energy contained within the eggshell, an essence that would lay dormant within her until its true purpose was awakened.

It was during a fateful encounter in the Forbidden Forest that Jessie's path intersected with that of a wounded unicorn. The ethereal creature, a symbol of purity and magic, stood on the brink of darkness. Driven by compassion, Jess rushed to its aid, instinctively placing pressure on its bleeding wound. In a selfless act of gratitude, the unicorn willingly shared its precious blood and essence with her, knowing that Jessica's noble intent would protect its ancient legacy. The unicorn's gift became an intrinsic part of her, patiently awaiting the moment when it would be called upon.

In a daring venture to uncover the stone's secrets, Jess ventured into the forbidden chamber where Fluffy stood watch. The mighty creature, with its razor-sharp claws, fiercely guarded the stone from prying hands. In a desperate attempt to pass, Jess engaged in a harrowing battle of wits and agility with the beast. But during their struggle, she was not unscathed. Fluffy's claws lashed out, cutting her hand, and as their blood mingled, the essence of the fierce Cerberus was infused into her very being.

In an attempt to escape Fluffy, she ended up getting caught in the Devil's Snare. When Hermione cast the Light Spell, causing it to flee, some of it became lodged inside her.

With unwavering determination, Jess grasped the Philosopher's Stone, its power a beacon of hope. As she held it tightly, the Stone's fragments pierced his skin, mingling with her blood. It was a final act of defiance against the encroaching darkness, sealing within her a sliver of the Stone's ancient magic.

During her journey back to the train that would take her back home, she came across a slightly wounded thestral, who upon sensing that she meant no harm, allowed her to help heal it; during which bits of its magic and essence flowed into Jess.

Year 1 summer:

Summer arrived, and Jessica's magic detected the fragments of the Philosopher's Stone, utilizing them to aid in her healing. The Stone ingrained itself within her, allowing for continuous healing even when she was away from the Dursleys. Additionally, the dormant Cerberus, dragon, giant squid, phoenix, fey, basilisk, unicorn, troll, devil's snare, and thestral DNA and essence assimilated into Jess, becoming an integral part of her.

Due to the close proximity to Jess and her unique magical adaptations, as well as being back home, allowed for her magic to siphon more of the magic and essence from the cloak.

When Dobby, the house-elf, began casting spells at the Dursleys, Jessie's magic, being on its home turf, purified and absorbed the magic, transforming it into purified fey magic.

Year 2:

During an attack by the Whomping Willow on her return to Hogwarts, a small portion of the tree got splintered off and pierced her body.

During the chase to get away from the Acromantulas, one of them managed to bite her, allowing some of its venom to enter her body. In the process, pieces of its chitin and blood entered her body.

After being stabbed by the Basilisk's fang in the Chamber of Secrets, Jess retaliated by stabbing the creature in return with the sword of Gryffindor, allowing for the basilisk venom alongside its blood to make its way into her system.

Her body, recognizing that it was dying, did the only thing it had ever known to do in the case of nearly dying, and that was to absorb as much energy from the environment as possible. Hogwarts being built over a junction of ley lines and her being in its basement caused her to absorb unfiltered magic directly from the ley lines and form a connection to a powerful magical relic nearby - the Sword of Gryffindor.

The phoenix, Fawkes, shed tears containing powerful healing properties known as Phoenix Tears onto Jessie's wound, freely giving them to her in a bid to save her life, while also accidentally causing some of its own blood to come out from the wound it received during its fight with the Basilisk.

This event would cause a strain on both her magical cores/soul and her body.

Year 2 Summer:

Summer returned, and Jessica's magical abilities detected the essence and DNA of the phoenix and basilisk within her. However, the opposing energies caused them to remain dormant, countering each other. Nevertheless, sensing the dangers beyond its reach, Lily's protection completed its transfer onto the fragment of the Philosopher's Stone, forever remaining with Jess.

Back to the present, the part of Jessie's core containing the cerberus essence stirred within her, recognizing the attempt at the theft of her soul, it awakened the dormant DNA and essence of the giant squid, troll, dragon, unicorn, whomping willow, Devil's Snare, thestral, fey, basilisk, acromentula and phoenix. These powerful forces and magical essences, no longer recognizing their original donors, identified Jess as their host. Recognizing the crisis, they rallied to aid Jess against the Dementor.

Lily's protective magic seized this opportunity to rid Jess of the Horcrux. It cleverly fed the Horcrux to the Dementor, while stripping it of its magical properties and enhancements derived from Voldemort's rituals. These magical properties and powers were then transferred into Jess, becoming an integral part of her being.

However, the sudden surge of power destroyed the dementor that had consumed Voldemort's soul fragments, causing Jess to absorb its essence, under the shocked eyes of Dean, Hermione, and Lupin, who had awakened during the dementor's attack.

After the dark creature had disappeared, the compartment was once again warm, and they felt more reassured.

" Jess ? Are you alright ? " Hermione asked

" Yes, I'm okay. " Jess responded

" You sure ? You did absorb that thing into you. " Dean asked

" That's true, in all my life, I never saw anything like this. " Lupin added

" I swear, I'm alright. It felt... I don't know, natural. " Jess tried to explain, before turning towards Lupin. " What was that thing ? "

"That was a Dementor, a guardian of Azkaban. He was searching for Sirius Black." Lupin answered, before getting up. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go speak to the driver."

He then left the compartment, leaving the three to don their cloaks.

They soon arrived at the Hogwarts Express station, and all the students got off the train.

"First years, first years, come here!", shouted Hagrid.

He waved at the trio who waved back before entering a carriage that would bring them to the castle. As they got closer to their destination, however, Jessica felt her heart pounding in her chest and her face flushing from the inside.

As she disembarked with Dean and Hermione from the carriage, the feeling of heat became unbearable, and she fell to the ground, screaming in pain and clutching her head.

" Jess ! " Hermione and Dean yelled, trying to help her but not knowing how.

The two then felt the heat emanating from her was unbearable and took a step back as the other students looked on in shock at what was happening.

" What is happening here ? " McGonagall demanded

" It's Jess, she is burning ! " Seamus Finnigan explained

Minerva then approached the burning girl who tried to wave them all away.

" Aguamenti ! " Minerva cried

A burst of water shot out of her wand, only to evaporate as it neared Jess. Then a massive burst of light emanated from the girl, forcing everyone to shield their eyes.

What was happening had an explanation from inside Jessica : Her body and core were unable to handle the added immense energy she now possessed from all those years of absorbing magic, and her mind could no longer bear the instinctual and genetic knowledge it now possessed from the awakened creature essences. This led to her magic creating a new form to handle the strain being placed on her mind, body and soul.

When the light disappeared, everyone tentatively reopened their eyes, only to have their eyes widen and their jaws drop in shock, fear, and awe.

Gone was Jessica Potter, with her red hair, green eyes, lightning-shaped scar, and glasses. Her clothes laid in tatters on the floor.

In Jessica's place stood a huge creature - one unlike any other.

It had a sleek and serpentine scaled body, two sets of wings, one feathered, the other made of skin, a long tail ending with two sets of long spines, three dog heads with each having a unicorn horn, multiple eyes and whiskers-like tentacles. Four legs that looked like they were made of wood and vines helped the creature stand. Four sets of legs were folded near the wings. A tattoo shaped like a triangle with a circle and a sword inside and intersected by a sword was on the creature's chest. Multiple gem-like nodes were scattered across its body, connected by multiple lines.

The creature stood 70 feet long, with the heads alone being three times Hagrid's size.

Just then Albus Dumbledore, Filius Flitwick and Severus Snape arrived and saw Jessica's new form. Jess reopened her eyes and, without any warning, every person present was trembling as if they were cold and very afraid at the same time, all the while Jen was thinking...

" What the hell is wrong with me ? "

And done ! I hope this first gave you a good taste of what is to come.

next time : Jess unwillingly learns someone's secret and, well, react like a calm and reasonnable person... or not.
