Bethany raced towards the platform as Christina pushed her youngest and only son in his pram. He was only three months old. Francis was ecstatic to have a grandson.
Oliver had retired from Quidditch a few months after they got married to basically be a stay at home dad since Christina was a famous author now. Though, he still got recognized and signed autographs. He still guest coached some of the local little league Quidditch teams.
"Effie!" Oliver shouted after his daughter.
Christina looked over at their second oldest Millie, she may look like her father but she acted more like her while their younger daughter Alexa looked more like her paternal grandma despite being partially named after her maternal grandma.
Their youngest and only son had a tuft of blonde hair and blue eyes.
"Hey sweetheart!" Francis greeted his oldest.
"Hey daddy."
Francis bent down to greet his grandson who cooed in response as her mother walked over to greet her daughter.
"Effie's been up since 5am excited to go to Hogwarts," Christina complained.
Justin laughed. "I wasn't that bad, was I?"
"You woke me up at 6am so not that bad."
Justin and Eliza's oldest was a few months older than Alexa. They had another daughter who was a few months older than her son.
"Effie!" Teddy shouted running to greet his friend.
"Teddy!"
"I hope you're in Hufflepuff like me."
Effie said. "I probably will be like my Uncle Justin."
"I wish I was going to Hogwarts!" Victorie pouted.
"You'll join us next year, Vicky," Teddy assured their best friend as her parents and his grandmother and godparents walked over.
The families went through the barrier and Bethany stared at the train in awe. Sure, she had seen it in person last year but it wasn't actually the same as being able to ride it.
Christina already started to sniffle audibly and Oliver rushed to comfort her. The train's horn blared and Effie quickly said goodbye to her family and Christina didn't want to let her go.
"You can let her go now, love," Oliver laughed.
Christina let their oldest go, then started to weep openly and Oliver continued to comfort her.
"Do you think she'll be okay, Ollie?"
"Positive."
"I can't believe our first baby is off to Hogwarts," she said.
"We still have three other babies to send off to Hogwarts," Oliver said, smiling at their two daughters and son.
"I'm not letting them go and you can't make me," Christina teased.
Oliver laughed. "I've honestly thought of taking the position of flying coach and Quidditch referee but that old bat won't give the position up."
"That's good, I don't think I could bear being away from you for ten months out of the year. Let's see how well I do with Bethany."
"Understood, love. I love being a stay at home dad while you're off promoting your books and I wouldn't have it any other way. You gave me your support while I played Quidditch it's my turn to give your my full support."
"I know you like to be active."
"Have you been around our kids?" he laughed.
She shared his laugh as he kissed her deeply. Bethany was sorted into Hufflepuff as expected.
