Chapter 1,age 737

Age 737, timeline 575…

Bardock faces frieza in a desperate fight for the sake of the had pushed himself to the brink of death and was sure he wouldn't survive the encounter, yet just when all seemed lost, he closed his eyes and summoned a power he had never before thought possible. A wave of energy rushed through him and changed his body. His skin glowed with a brilliant aura of golden yellow and his eyes shone with a burning fire of determination and rage. The power of a Super Saiyan was upon him.

Bardock had no time to marvel at the new power. With a mighty roar he flew towards Frieza to lay down the judgment of justice. Frieza mockingly laughed at his challenger, sure of his own invincibility. The fight was on.

The intense heat of the ki blasts filled the air as Frieza pressed his power into its fullest extent. Ki blasts flew in the air like a wave of heat, explosions shaking the ground with a deafening roar. Bardock could feel the force of each punch hitting him like a sledgehammer, ripping through the armor that adorns his body and striking his flesh with the power of a giant wave. Blood was spilling from his mouth and limbs as he fought on, never letting up and pushing forward with an intense determination to deliver a sense of justice no matter the cost.

"You fool," Frieza jeered as he shot laser beams at Bardock one after another, never letting up on the offensive, "Though it looks like you won't give up no matter what I do to you, even if it costs you your life." With each hit the heat of the heat beams wafted through the air and sizzled against Bardock's skin, yet he kept pushing forward, fueled by a roaring anger deep down inside– an anger that radiated outward from his core to keep him standing and fighting in spite of the odds.

"You think you can stop me?" Bardock called out through gritted teeth, as he caught each laser with his ki blasts, his own power beginning to surge in response to Frieza's increasing intensity. "You think I won't give in?! No matter what you dish out, I'm still standing!"

"That's because you're a fool," Frieza shouted back, never letting up on the assault. His immense power was shaking the ground and the air around him, radiating through Bardock's body and pushing it past its limits. The force of each blow caused ripples of pain to reverberate throughout his body, yet still he kept fighting on despite the odds.

The power of ki blasts began to swell in the air as both combatants fought against each other. They used all the power at their disposal to prove their strength and demonstrate why they were the true masters of the battlefield. Time seemed to stand still as each fighter fought for their cause in a way that could only be described as intense and majestic.

Bardock's strength began to waver, but still he kept fighting– his heart burning with a desire for justice and an indestructible spirit dwelling inside him. He was weakened by Frieza's power, yet in the depths of his heart he knew this was the only way to prove his strength and pursue his dream of a just world.

Frieza's lasers began to overwhelm Bardock's ki blasts as they flew towards him, their force pushing him backwards with each hit. He was getting tired, and Frieza's onslaught of ki blasts was becoming harder to defend. In desperation, Bardock shot out a blast that was different from the rest, a blast that turned the tables on Frieza and stunned him with its sheer power.

"You're still standing?" Frieza called out, surprised at the strength of the attack.

"Even if it costs me my life, I will still fight for justice until the end," Bardock called back, his voice filled with determination. He had the will to push through any obstacle in order to fulfill his dream of a better world and he was willing to sacrifice his life in the process.

The waves of energy raced towards Frieza, Bardock stood tall and proud. He was through with the tyrannical emperor, through the years of oppression and suffering endured by the Saiyan race. A glint of resolve filled his eyes, and a smirk formed on his lips as he uttered his last words.

'No one will take away the freedom which was taken from us so long ago.'

Frieza roared in defiance as Bardock's attack closed in, and set off a shimmering explosion. A thick smoke filled the air, assailed with the smell of charred magic. When the wind had cleared, Bardock was the last man standing. He stared at what remained of Frieza with revulsion, before turning his attention to Dodoria and the remaining members of the Frieza Force.

'You wanted a war? Well, you got one!' he shouted out, his voice filled with raw emotion and anger.

Dodoria was the first to act - charging towards Bardock with a neon-blue flame in his hands. Bardock readied himself to take the blow, only to find that his opponent had lost his nerve and decided to retreat.

He huffed in exasperation, before his gaze turned to Frieza's elite team.

'You're all cowards,' he spat, shaking his head in disappointment. 'You would let all these innocent people suffer, and not even try to put up a fight?'

'You don't understand, Bardock!' one of the members tried to reason with him. 'Frieza's power is too strong! He'll show no mercy - it's suicide to stand against him!'

Bardock laughed and sent a burst of energy towards the soldiers. They scattered in a panic, and he chuckled as he surveyed their disarray.

'He's gone now,' he declared, his voice filled with a newfound conviction. 'And you will never take away the freedom that was so brutally stolen from us so long ago.'

The remaining troops ran for the hills in fear of his energy blasts, with loud cries of 'Don't come near us! Run away!' echoing in the air behind them.

Bardock sighed in relief, and released a wave of energy to reduce the crater which once held a formidable foe. Then he fell to the ground in exhaustion, his mind filled only with the thought of his beloved race being closed his eyes and let the warmth of the sun's rays bathe his face and he thought back to all the moments of oppression he had endured, and now as he lay there in the aftermath of the battle, he knew that the battle wasn't over as he quickly flew to his home and got his wife Gine and the two Saiyans left to go get a ship to escape since Bardock knew the Frieza force would try to find him and his family somehow.
