Chapter 15

Gas Station

Kazuichi was panicking as he scrambled to create weapons and tools. Right now, the group was just having a peaceful time after a fruitless adventure into Ryuko's old basement. Then things got tricky when the van's engine had issues and Ryuko's scooter ran out of gasoline. Next came Gamagori, but luckily he was showing his more civilized side and helped out the group by helping carry the scooter with his car and giving the van a jump start. Unfortunately, trouble still came when two clubs had combined and decided to surround the group.

It didn't matter if Gamagori of Satsuki's Divas is here. They combined clubs were hoping to defeat Hinata and Ryuko to take their kamui since their basic understanding is that those uniforms are more unique than that of a Club President. It also didn't help that Mako, who had no fighting experience, looked like she was able to push Ryuko to her limits with a Two Star uniform.

So it was just good motivation for every student who wanted to get lucky.

"Hey Soda! You think you can help us murder these losers?" Fuyuhiko asked as he took cover.

"Murder? Absolutely not. Combat and defense? More likely." Kazuichi answered as he presented a classic Tommy Gun. "I think this might fit you. Unless you find this style to be offensive." he said.

Fuyuhiko accepted the gun, "Meh, western gangsters aren't the same as when Capone and those other fellows died." he said before walking outside.

As Peko and some of the others were deflecting projectiles. Fuyuhiko activated his Goku Uniform and it turned into a stereotypical western gangster outfit. Peko saw this and signaled for everyone to duck down as Fuyuhiko pulled out a giant drum magazine from his jacket pocket and loaded it into his Thompson machine gun.

"You think this is the first time chumps like you have jumped me?" Fuyuhiko asked before unloading hundreds of bullets made from Life Fibers from the Thompson.

"Might as well given him a freaking minigun." Ryuko muttered.

"A minigun is quite strong, but not efficient in this case." Sonia said, thinking the cars would move too quickly and just be a waste of ammunition.

*BOOM*

Before the drum magazine had run out, Fuyuhiko obliterated more than half of the cars and armed club members. Leaving only the Club President and some of his personal guards who tried to stand their ground.

"Damn, Lady Satsuki's special batch, I forgot about them." Ryosuke said as he gritted his teeth.

He didn't pay any attention at all and assumed Mako and the others were generic students. Ryosuke forgot about Mako's classmates since they were a special bunch that were accepted this year. It made him angry as he never prepared for nearly ten elite individuals and he knew it was a risk to deal with Gamagori alone.

"Just keep shooting! They'll go down eventually!" Ryosuke ordered his remaining subordinates.

That's when Gamagori revealed his power, "I think you have it the wrong way, Todoroke. Keep shooting and you will be the ones going down!" he shouts as his uniform changes form. The battle suit form of Shackle Regalia released several whips from his body, "I said I would do this myself, but clearly I need to learn to be more efficient. So think of this as a punishment for us both!" he yelled as he destroyed the remaining cars with his whips.

"AHHHH!" Ryosuke screamed as his car shaped body was destroyed.

Leaving him and his subordinates naked as their uniforms were destroyed without mercy. When it was over, Gamagori turned around and saw the heavy damage that the gas station and vehicles had taken.

"Seeing as how that fool has been dealt with. I'll be on my way." Gamagori said.

"You want me to fix your car? Maybe a little buffing out?" Kazuichi asked, offering his help as a sign of appreciation.

"Thank you for the offer, but I must decline. Your own van will need the repairs. I already have a trusted mechanic who will take a look at this." Gamagori said as he got into his car. "For now, consider this partnership to be a one time thing. Things will return to normal once the week is over." he said before driving off.

"At least this gives us a clear of his power." Hinata said.

"Yeah, he needs to have his ass kicked like a masochist for power." Ryuko said, noticing how Gamagori builds up his power.

"Gamagori-san is very strong, are you sure you want to duel him, Ryuko-san?" Peko asked.

"I gotta do it at some point. So it's more than likely I'm going to do that next week." Ryuko answered with a smirk.

"Very well." Peko said.

"I have my doubts that is all Gamagori's power. He doesn't seem to be someone with only one technique." Sonia said.

"I have to agree with Sonia, I don't think Gamagori is going to lose if you stand there and do nothing to him." Hinata said as his detective talent made him analyze Gamagori's style.

Ryuko didn't take him too seriously, "I'll be ready for anything. Maybe train up since I'll have to fight the blind bastard too." she said.

"And I'll cheer you on!" Mako said.

Chiaki looked nervous as she was wearing her visor, "His stats are high, but he has lots of mysteries around his skills." she said.

"Do you mean he's got more abilities?" Kazuichi nervously asked.

Chiaki nodded, "Yes, but I can't read them. Though perhaps Ryuko is right, maybe all of these skills are unrelated to Gamagori's desire to be hit." she said. "I was never a fan of the tank types that absorb damage rather than resist damage." she said.

"Eh?" Ryuko asked.

"Tanks type characters are super slow, but crazy strong. Sometimes they build up strength by taking more hits but it's a risk because they can die from too many hits rather than being able to block the attacks with thick armor." Hinata explained.

"Oh yeah, I think I get that." Ryuko said.

"Can we go already? I don't wanna stick around for more fixers to show up." Fuyuhiko said.

"What's a fixer?" Mako asked.

"A hitman, assassin, lots of names for someone paid to kill." Hinata answered as everyone went back to their respective rides.

Mako scoffed at Hinata's words, "Ryuko, your brother is a liar. If it were true, my dad would get paid when he fails." she said.

Ryuko snickered at her friend's low intelligence, "Your dad isn't the best doctor, but that doesn't make him a fixer." she said as she drives off.

A day before the election

Hinata was cooking in the kitchen one night when he heard the door open. He looked over his shoulder and saw Aikuro waltzing right in as if he owned the place. Right behind him is his other teacher, Chisa, who didn't approve of Aikuro's actions.

"Hey Hajime, surprise visit from your favorite teachers." Aikuro said.

"Couldn't you have knocked first?" Hinata asked.

"That's what Yukizome sensei wanted to do. I can see why she's the favorite." Aikuro quipped as he sat on the recliner. "Is Ryuko here today?" he asked.

"That depends are you going to keep your shirt buttoned on?" Hinata asked.

"He better or else I'm stapling the flaps to his skin." Chisa said as she glared daggers at Aikuro. "Anyways, sorry for the surprise visit Hajime. I didn't want to intrude as you can see." she said while gesturing to Aikuro.

"You're forgiven." Hinata said as he turned off the stove.

"Great to hear!" Aikuro said.

"I'm only forgiving Yukizome sensei." Hinata interrupted.

Aikuro frowned, "Really? Why am I not appreciated?" he asked before taking off his glasses and slicking his hair back. "But seriously, we need to talk to Ryuko. It's about Satsuki's new election system." he said.

"Don't tell me you want Ryuko to be one of Satsuki's little minions. I have respect for what Satsuki did for Chiaki and the class, but I'm not a fan of all of her methods." Hinata said, having already realized she was being soft on class 77 when Hopes Peak was still around.

Maybe it was because of those moments with Satsuki holding back. She distanced herself further from Class 77 and went back to be her cold and honest self. It's hard to know if Satsuki was like this before, if she got worse or if the entire class is just sugar coating her one time charity.

"No, no, no. That's not it at all. We're not making Ryuko turn to the dark side, even if it mean trying to destroy the Kiryuin's oppression from the inside." Aikuro said.

"Wasn't that what Ryuko tried by becoming a club president?" Chisa asked.

"Yes, now you can see why that would be an irrelevant topic." Aikuro said before hearing Ryuko come in.

"Hey Hajime, you should close your door if you don't want to be robbed." Ryuko said as she arrived. She stopped and noticed her teachers were here too, "Are we having one of those parent teacher meetings?" she asked.

"Not quite Ryuko, have a seat. Hajime is having dinner prepared." Aikuro said as Hinata sighed in the background.

After dinner was set up on dinner table. Aikuro went down to business with his reason to visit. Ryuko instantly didn't like what her perverted teacher had to say.

"You should avoid participating in the election tomorrow." Aikuro said.

"Hell no!" Ryuko yelled.

"Look, there's no doubt that among the spots. The four divas are gonna be participating and unless Satsuki turns nice and ends her election process with a peaceful task. You're going to end up fighting them." Aikuro explained.

"So? I can handle them and then Satsuki too!" Ryuko replied.

Chisa sighed, "I have to agree with him too." she said.

"What?" Ryuko asked with wide eyes.

"Ryuko, you are strong and have a great will. However, with Uzu-san second fight, it proves that you might not be ready." Chisa explained.

"Ryuko did match Satsuki despite a bad intro in their fight." Hinata interjected. "Satsuki practically admitted that Ryuko could defeat her without that white kamui." he added.

"Because Satsuki let her confidence get the best of her and she only had power to back her up that one time. Not experience and physical training needed for her body to handle that much power." Aikuro explained.

"She seemed to have a good handle over it. I wish I could say the same." Hinata said as he looked down at his uniform.

"Go *BLEEP* yourself, stupid." Fenrir told him.

"I'm starting to think I'm the only civilized one." Senketsu said.

"Go *BLEEP* yourself too, you ball of yarn." Fenrir snapped.

Aikuro didn't look convinced, "I'm just looking out for you kid. We both are." he said while gesturing to Chisa.

"Why do you two sound like you're my parents?" Ryuko asked.

"Probably to get a free dinner." Hinata said.

"Look, that's beside the point. I'm just saying is that you might be biting off more than you can chew." Aikuro said.

"Well you can watch out for me by watching me kick their asses." Ryuko said with confidence.

"Ryuko, I don't think you are taking this seriously." Chisa said with her concern rising.

"Yukizome sensei, with all due respect, the two of you are underestimating Ryuko. She's bound to fight Satsuki again someday and the Four Divas are just going to get in the way of that." Hinata explained.

"Hinata, surely you don't agree with Ryuko's plans." Chisa said.

"Sensei, I understand your concern but while Ryuko isn't a genius or a strategist. She already knows what she's gotten herself into. Holding her back is just going to do more damage." Hinata countered.

Chisa sighed as Aikuro could see that the more sensible sibling wouldn't budge either. Ryuko ruffled Hinata's hair as she was happy to hear that someone agreed with her risky plan.

"That's a good little brother!" Ryuko said.

"I'm older." Hinata countered.

"Sure, keep telling yourself that." Ryuko said.

"Well then, there's only one thing left to do and that is having seconds." Aikuro said. "Can I have some more?" he asked as he showed his empty plate.

Chisa sighed, "You are such a cheapskate." she said.

Their conversation ended once they heard multiple explosions going on outside the house. Everyone but Hinata himself looked a bit unnerved by what they assumed was a war. They knew the one star students were likely picking fights with the captains for their two star uniforms but they didn't expect the conflict to be right outside.

"Should I do something about that?" Ryuko asked.

"Don't worry, that's just my security system. I gave one to Mako's family just in case." Hinata said.

Outside of Hinata's house were a series of gatling gun turrets that were designed for one star uniforms. After the incident with Tsumugu and how quickly he was able to defeat multiple clubs and their presidents with great efficiency. Hinata managed to find some of Tsumugu's nails from his nail gun and managed to recreate some of his weapons. With help from Kazuichi, Hinata was able to set up a security system built for a small army to invade his street.

"I still have an extra protocol in case they make it to the front yard." Hinata said.

"Okay then, I guess we'll have to wait for the students to get tired before we can go home." Aikuro said as he sat down on the couch.

Hinata sighed as he could see that his guests would stay for a while longer.

Elsewhere, with Makoto Naegi

With the streets being a literal war zone with the one star students fighting to the death. There was some background noise to deal with and that's where certain members of Class 78 would take their place. While other students fought students with Goku Uniforms, Naegi and the others were dealing with more of those government agents who sided with Future Foundation. Naegi was not too happy to be fighting the government, but he was more afraid of dealing with Satsuki.

"Naegi, help me take a look at this." Kiyoko Kirigiri said as she stood in front of a metal door.

"You want be to break it open or something?" Naegi asked as he was wearing his customized Goku Uniform.

"Whether or not there are people inside. I think the silent approach is best." Kiyoko said.

Naegi nodded, "Okay let's go." he said.

A few minutes later, Naegi was able to break through the door. Only by puncturing through the lock with a set of tools attached to his uniform. The Goku Uniform was tricky to have made since Luck isn't something that can be manipulated or adjusted. So Shiro from the sewing club had to use his imagination along with the data that Inumuta had granted him. So far, Naegi is just a skilled brawler with various tools to combat potential situations.

"Do you think anyone else made it inside?" Naegi asked.

At that moment, Aoi Asahina came out from a grate on the floor. The swimmer shivered as she wiped away some mystery liquid off of her body.

"I hope those pipes were connected to a sink and not a toilet." Aoi said as she wiped herself off.

"The drainage pipes were big enough for you to fit through?" Naegi asked.

"Not exactly, I won't explain my experience. It's a bet too messy to think about." Aoi said as she shivered again.

"Did you see anyone in here?" Kiyoko asked.

"So far, this building has looked empty. Maybe they're in a meeting room or something." Aoi said. "Maybe they're like some special forces or army unit with their big rooms with projectors showing their mission." she said.

"I doubt action movies are that accurate." Naegi said.

"But you may have a point. So far these government agents have worked in either assassination or raids." Kiyoko said as Class 77 wasn't never directly assaulted according to the dossier she was given.

"Yeah, I remember they mixed me up with someone else. Even then, they just grabbed us and left." Aoi said, remembering when she was kidnapped a while back.

"Then we might be dealing with a strong group soldiers. Perhaps a special military grade unit." Kiyoko said. "We'll have to see what we can find." she said.

"You want to call Yasuhiro for his advice?" Naegi asked.

By the time Yasuhiro obtained his own Goku Uniform, he was granted an improved level of clairvoyance. The uniform itself wasn't somehow able to see the future, but managed to help Yasuhiro focus as to somehow better see potential future events.

"You can do as you wish." Kiyoko said, showing sign of her doubts.

A few minutes later

After contacting Yasuhiro for his insight on clairvoyance. Naegi was given assurance that there were no threats to be worried about. That the mission will be complete without any conflict on their part during the investigation.

"So there's nobody here. We might be getting off easy." Naegi said.

"That's good to hear." Aoi said before opening the next door in the building.

Where they found several individuals in military uniforms and suits lying all over the room. As Aoi herself predicted, there was a projector and it showed some photographs of Honnoji Academy and the upcoming event that Satsuki announced.

"I think Yasuhiro was right, but a tad inaccurate." Aoi said.

"At least our fortune teller was able to predict the outcome. There will be no conflict." Kiyoko said as she started investigating the room. "Now, we might as well learned who came here first." she said.

Aoi looked like she was ready to vomit, "First, can we get an air freshness or something?" she asked.

"That would contaminate the crime scene." Kiyoko said before finding strands of red fabric on a body.

"Then I'll step out. Maybe I'll find clues out there." Aoi said, wanting to avoid the stench of the corpses.

"Be careful." Naegi said as he also started looking around. "There's more of this red fabric. Do you think these are Life Fibers?" he asked.

Kiyoko brought out a magnifying glass from the sleeve of her uniform, "Most likely, but I will have to confirm this." she said as she studied the fabric.

After a few more minutes of investigation. Naegi could see that the agents and soldiers were killed quickly and efficiently. While he was no coroner or had any expertise in a crime lab. Naegi could see that everyone was killed in a manner of not wanting to waste any time. With the many red fabrics, Naegi deduced that someone with a Goku uniform had killed these soldiers. However, he would need to wait for Kiyoko to confirm that the fabrics are Life Fibers.

For now, Naegi could only think about who could have done this and what their motivation is. For sure, he knew this wouldn't be Satsuki since she wouldn't waste her time on any more tests. Especially since she sent this team to clean out this place and gain any potential intel on future attacks against Class 77. Finally, the Four Divas were minding their own business until the elections began and Satsuki was hiding out in her cocoon in the tower on top of the academy building.

So the only potential reasoning behind these deaths is a club president or someone with the uniform equal to a club president was here. The reasoning behind this is that one star uniforms aren't built to carry weapons. They just make ordinary people have super human physique that could make the greatest olympians in their prime be put to shame.

"These are indeed Life Fibers. Though the killer must have been sloppy since these soldiers were unable to fight back." Kiyoko said.

"So I was right." Naegi said, catching her attention. "I theorized that someone with a Goku Uniform of at least two stars did this. Since they're the only ones with unique weapons and abilities. There's also the fact that Satsuki's Four Divas wouldn't waste their time here unless it was necessary and there's a war going on outside. So it can't be a student." he explained.

"Indeed, Gamagori-san and the rest would only be here if called upon or by chance. However, who's to say that this wasn't someone claiming a bounty?" Kiyoko asked. "There are bounties for catching these agents. So perhaps a One Star with a stolen weapon or a club president arrived to raid this building." she explained.

Neagi thought it over before remembering a key factor and it was related to the bodies. They were relatively clean and they didn't appear looted. While there is no confirmation on how many people are meant to be here or if bodies were moved. Naegi still had one thought to backup his theory.

"No that's wrong." Naegi said.

"Care to explain?" Kiyoko asked.

"These bodies aren't tampered with outside of obvious wounds to confirm their demise. Satsuki can only grant a reward when given some form of identification or to bring the body itself." Naegi explained. "Therfore, Satsuki would keep records of the individuals. It would also reduce the hassle of a lazy person cashing in on someone else's work. So nothing has been taken in order to confirm the deaths for a reward." He finished.

Kiyoko smiled, "I'm impressed. You are improving at this Naegi." She said.

"It's what I do." Naegi said with a sheepish smile before tripping.

As he fell, Naegi tried to hold on only to grab Kiyoko's arm. Which resulted in her falling on top of him with their faces inches apart. Suddenly, a set of nails flew right where Kiyoko was standing and hit the wall. The two students looked to see a handmade drone looking at them with it's lenses before flying through the door and escaping into the hallways.

"I think we found our killer or at least someone related to them." Kiyoko said.

"Maybe we can go after him after we break away?" Naegi asked, reminding Kiyoko of how close they are.

"Yes, let's do that first." Kiyoko said as she got off of him.

For having the Ultimate Luck, Naegi often finds himself in silly situations.

"Did you guys need more time?" Aoi asked, revealing that she saw them. "I don't want to violate your privacy, but wouldn't a date be more nice when there aren't any dead bodies?" she asked.

"This is not a date." Kiyoko said bluntly.

"Right." Naegi said with a cough. "Let's just go and tell Satsuki what we found and what found us." he said.

While there was no threat aimed for Class 77 or Honnoji from the government. It looks like a third party is working against them as well. With the owner of the drone likely being involved and the third party is likely preparing now that Satsuki's faction will be aware of them.

Day of the election

Everyone returned to Honnoji Academy to hear Satsuki's announcement for how the election will go. Regardless, it's likely going to involve a lot of people getting into fights and hurting each other. With Satsuki giving some speech with metaphors about what kinds of actions define a person and why she's the only capable candidate to lead everyone else.

"How many times do I need to hear a similar speech?" Ryuko asked as Satsuki walked up to her favorite spot.

Once again, the speech can never begin until everyone hears Satsuki's heel click.

"Students of Honnoji Academy, for the past week you have fought long and hard. However, your fight has just begun. Welcome to the sudden death runoff!" Satsuki announced. "Every battle over the past week has been recorded and we know who the survivors are. Today, I will decide who has earned three star status!" she said as the one star students roared with delight.

The sounds of delight were so powerful, that the entire academy began to shake. However, everyone soon realized that it wasn't their sounds of excitement that was causing this feeling of an earthquake. Rather, several pillars covered in spikes have sprouted from the ground and lifted several students into the air.

"The five pillars are your next challenge. Fight your way to the top of one and become a front runner in the election." Satsuki instructed.

Ryuko gritted her teeth, "She's just making things up as she goes!" she angrily said.

Once again, Ryuko is annoyed by Satsuki's crazy decisions on how to test people as she always brings up spontaneous exams at the last minute. Ryuko chose to brush pass this unfair amount of stupidity as she rushed through the crowd of one star students. Where she then ran up to the top of the pillar and took her spot. At the same time, she saw the Four Divas take their spots on each pillar.

"Lady Satsuki if I may, we would like to add one more rule to the election." Gamagori said, obtaining Satsuki's interest.

"We would all like to fight Matoi." Sanageyama said.

"We're gonna fight her anyways. Why put it off any longer?" Jakuzure asked.

"It would be an exhilarating finale for the election. Don't you agree Lady Satsuki?" Inumuta asked.

Satsuki smiled as she liked the idea, "Yes it would." She said, agreeing to the idea.

That's when a massive arena with television monitors had risen from the ground. There, Ryuko would face each of the Divas in one on one battles.

"A king of the hill final battle! Matoi, you will battle my Four Divas. If you win, I will tell you the details of your father's death." Satsuki said only further motivating Ryuko's desire to win.

Then Gamagori jumped to the center of the arena, "Ryuko Matoi! I challenge you first!" he yelled.

"Good luck!" Ryuko said before transforming. "Life Fiber Synchronize: Senketsu!" she exclaimed.

"I wanted to fight Matoi first." Sanageyama said with disappointment in his voice.

"We all do. It's no fun that Gamagori gets to go first." Jakuzure.

"I can take all of you on right now!" Ryuko yelled.

"You are such a fool." Inumuta said, angering Ryuko. "We meant, we would fight you individually." he said.

"She meant it as a sign of confidence." Sanageyama pointed out.

"I have already decided the order." Satsuki said. "You may notice that each pillar is a different size. They display the amount of students defeated by each one of you." she said.

Ryuko frowned, "Then aren't these randomized? You literally told us to climb these stupid things." She said.

Satsuki chose to ignore Ryuko's clever point. While there probably is an easy numbering system she could use to see who obtained the most victories. Satsuki just settled with the random sizes as she didn't want anyone to question her authority no matter how much of the logic is missing.

"Do not question Lady Satsuki!" Gamagori yelled.

"Simp." Ryuko whispered.

"What was that!?" Gamagori asked.

"You heard me." Ryuko said, annoying Gamagori as a result.

"Enough." Satsuki said. "The order will be as followed: Gamagori, Inumuta, Jakuzure, and finally Sanageyama." she said.

Ryuko raised her scissor blades now that she knows who she will face, "Okay then, let's go." she said.

"What's the hurry? Why so impatient? The fight doesn't begin until 1 PM." Gamagori said.

Ryuko looked under the tower where Gamagori was pointing. There she saw a giant digital clock on all sides that read 8:55 AM.

"Why can't we fight now? I can't wait!" Ryuko said.

"We will not! We will wait until 1 PM as per the rules!" Gamagori responded.

"Then why did you jump onto the arena right away? Better yet, why not bring up the time first?" Ryuko asked.

For a delinquent, Ryuko was asking a lot of questions that pointed out weird stuff that deserved an explanation. At least she hasn't asked Gamagori about his weird ability to suddenly become the size of King Kong whenever he feels like it. Because that's also something that has been occurring quite often but no one says anything due to his normally intense behavior towards others.

"It's written in the instructions!" Gamagori announced.

"The instructions for what?" Ryuko asked.

Gamagori silently gave Ryuko his mean stare before sublty bringing out multiple books covering the most recently updated rules and regulations. Even the random stuff that Satsuki planned for was in there so he felt confident that he would find something and slam Ryuko with the facts. Howveer, this became long and akward.

"You wanna use four hours to lecture me?" Ryuko asked as Gamagori silently ready through his books.

Even Inumuta tried looking up the information much to ire of Sanageyama who could somehow see his actions.

"Are you seriously looking it up?" Sanageyama asked.

"I don't want Matoi to find a loophole. She already formed a club a few days ago despite how badly it backfired on her." Inumuta answered.

"Oh yeah, that girl with the bowl cut quit because a fat doppelgänger guilt tripped her." Jakuzure said.

In the stands

Mako nodded in approval, "That's right, chubby Mako brought me back to reality!" she exclaimed. "I wonder where she is." she said as she looked around.

The Ultimate Impostor awkwardly hid himself in the crowd as he didn't want to risk any chance of Mako somehow recognizing him. Ryota helped by placing a bucket of chicken to obstruct the view of his friend. At the same time, the impostor grabbed a chicken leg from the bucket and ate in silence.

"Oh well, I know who to count on when even I lose hope." Mako said, feeling optimistic that the impostor will come back to motivate her again someday.

"That was some really good quick thinking that day." Ryota whispered to Hinata.

Hinata nodded, "The tricky part was getting the costume and musical equipment ready for a half time show." he said.

"Hey, we should like get a theme song going for Ryuko. You know, to cheer her on." Ibuki suggested.

"I don't think this is a good time or the right place." Hinata said hesitantly.

"Come on! We rocked hard last time!" Ibuki said. "Besides, it took 10 minutes last time. We can make another song within four hours." She said.

"I can get the get the music kits ready." Kazuichi said.

"And Teruteru can set up catering!" Akane said, feeling hungry already.

"A fight tournament, political election and music festival in one place? This is going to be the biggest venue I've ever served!" Teruteru said.

"Hell yeah it is!" Ibuki said.

At the same time, Satsuki just stared at the group and decided to ignore them. As long as they do nothing to tamper with the fights or distract anyone. She will allow them to do as they wish as it will be a good distraction.

Speaking of distractions, Satsuki had yet to notice the cheap looking drone that spied on the entire arena.

With the Warriors of Hope

Monica groaned, "Monica wanted to see the fights. Dumb Satsuki makes Monica impatient." She said.

Kotoko nodded, "Yeah, that big muscle head made things super anti-climactic with his challenge. Now we have to wait four hours for the fights." she said with a sigh.

Then the entire room was surrounded by a blinding light.

"Aunt Ragyo is back!" Monica said delightfully.

"Yes, but I'm disappointed as well. My poor daughter is still lacking in.. how do I put it?" Ragyo asked herself.

"I believe you mean presentation, ma'am." Rei said.

"Yes, that is correct Rei. Satsuki had all of this planned and yet she's placing a meaningless timer as if she were broadcasting this. If that were the case, I feel pity for my daughter's lack of preparation." Ragyo continued to say.

"I think they're setting up food trucks and a concert stage." Kotoko said.

Ragyo suddenly looked curious, "Are they having a party? What sort of nonsense is going on?" she asked.

Monica looked over her shoulder, "Aunt Ragyo wants Nagisa to adjust the drone camera." she said.

"Very well." Nagisa said as he adjusted the drone's position.

Ragyo and the children then watched as Class 77 setting things up. Now instead of an election or some kind of fight, they were setting up a music festival. As Hinata could be seen writing some lyrics with Ibuki who was already on her guitar. Then there was Teruteru who was already getting to work on food. Kazuichi could also be seen trying to set up electronics before Gamagori started marching towards him and started demanding that they tear down their music festival.

Then Ryuko appeared beside him and rebuked his claim.

"What's wrong Gamagori? Do you hate school spirit? They're just celebrating the elections." Ryuko said in a mocking voice.

"Setting up all of this without a permit on an important event is against the regulations!" Gamagori yelled.

"Aw, but what are we going to do for four hours?" Ryuko asked, feigning sadness.

"I cannot dictate your private matters, but I can dictate your actions on this academy grounds!" Gamagori answered.

Ryuko then looked at Hinata who presented a document, "Here's our permit." he said.

Gamagori looked awestruck as he confirmed the document's legitimacy, "As much as I want to question how you've obtained this document, I will have to comply with the regulations." He said, not very happy that the festival will continue.

By this point, Satsuki also started to see that she should have pushed the time to be more early. However, while she is free to make up her rules. Satsuki didn't want to ruin her own plans by further tampering with her detailed schedule.

"Who's ready to order?" Teruteru asked, having prepared the many foods within the truck he was in.

"Me first!" Mako yelled as she ran to the truck before the crowd formed up.

Ragyo could only sigh at her daughter's odd style of planning. At the same time, she was impressed with how quickly her son was at preparing resources. She could only imagine how much of a headache Hinata was going to be for Satsuki.

"Wow, all that food looks delicious. Lady Ragyo, can I go there?" Nui asked as she peered over Ragyo's shoulder.

"Very well Nui, go enjoy yourself." Ragyo answered without looking away.

"Thank you! Love you! Bye!" Nui rapidly said as Nui ran out the door.

Ragyo smiled, "I love you too." She said.

As everyone continued to watch Satsuki's election and everything else in the background. Nagisa was looking back and forth between his drone controller and Rei who was focused on her tablet while waiting on Ragyo's next command. So the blue haired boy attempted to start communicating with Rei.

"So, how would you say your experience with aunt Ragyo is?" Nagisa asked.

"Quite fulfilling." Rei answered.

"I see, any aspirations?" Nagisa asked.

"My current position is optimal." Rei answered.

Monica couldn't see it but even she could see how pathetic Nagisa is being, 'Nagisa is a terrible flirt. Monica thinks Nagisa is a shame to bachelors.' she thought.

Back at the elections , 12:55 PM

After eating a good meal, Ryuko started stretching and making sure she wouldn't have a random body cramp during any of her fights. Meanwhile Hinata was still going over the proper rifts needed for the song he made with Ibuki.

"We had four hours and we came up with this?" Hinata asked.

"It's catchy, sometimes you just need that much. Besides, it's a song about Ryuko. We're not rewriting Homer Simpson's Oddysey." Ibuki said.

"You mean, Homer's The Odyssey." Hinata said, correcting Ibuki.

"Same thing, besides I think Ryuko likes it. Right Ryuko?" Ibuki asked.

Ryuko took the lyrics and read it, "Yeah, it lists everything I like from naps to macaroni." she said with a shrug.

Then Nekomaru appeared, "Let's get you one quick massage before you go in there." He said as he threw Ryuko onto a bench.

"I don't want a massage!" Ryuko yelled before Nekomaru got to work.

"My other title is the Ultimate High School Level Masseur! My technique is so special, it makes famous athletes work difficult tasks for impossibly long periods!" Nekomaru said as he started massaging Ryuko.

"I said I don't want… oh! AH! AHHH! Oh.. this isn't so bad." Ryuko said as it calmed her down and actually started waking her up.

"Hurry Nekomaru! The first round is about to begin!" Sonia yelled.

"Right! Akane, go long!" Nekomaru yelled as he threw Ryuko.

"Hey, I'm not a football!" Ryuko yelled before Akane kicked her onto the platform.

"Good luck! Kick Gamagori's ass! His rules give me a headache!" Akane yelled as Ryuko crashed onto her platform.

Ryuko cursed under her breath as she stood up and dusted herself off. At that moment, the clock struck 1 PM and a staircase similar to Satsuki's had magically appeared in front of the platforms. As Ryuko walked down, she whispered to Senketsu to watch her back as she already knew that Gamagori was pretty strong as she still remembered the destruction he displayed after Ryosuke attempted to ambush them a few days ago.

"Just try to avoid directly attacking him. I'm not sure what all of his abilities are, but most of them require being hit. Perhaps the Goku Uniform absorbs the kinetic energy of his foes and turns it into power." Senketsu said.

"Yeah, I know that much. Hopefully he just stands there and we can just kick him off of the arena." Ryuko said as she arrived at the arena.

Without exchanging anymore formailities, Gamagori activated his Goku Uniform's power.

"Three Star Goku Uniform: Shackle Regalia!" Gamagori announced as he transformed into some hybrid of a mummy and straightjacket.

Ryuko already transformed and stared up at Gamagori with serious eyes. Gamagori stared right back down at Ryuko as he waited for the first move as it would activate his uniform's power. Then about a whole minute past and the chairman of the Disciplinary began to feel confused and uncomfortable.

"Well?" Gamagori asked.

"Well what?" Ryuko asked.

"Aren't you going to attack?" Gamagori asked.

Ryuko smirked, "Why the rush? There's no time limit. In fact, how do I know the tournament doesn't start now but the physical fight doesn't start at 2 PM?" she asked.

"Why would it… I see what you are trying to do, Matoi." Gamagori said, catching onto Ryuko's irony.

"Also, I still remember your power. You destroyed the shit out of all of those cars. I'm not gonna hit you without activating your uniform's power." Ryuko said, feeling confident in an early victory.

Gamagori shook his head, "You are a fool, Matoi. You think I wouldn't predict something like that?" he asked as his uniform came to life and started attacking him. "I'll beat myself with my own techniques. I'll hurt myself until I climax!" He said.

"Ew!" Ryuko said, sounding disgusted.

"This is my Higi Jijo-Jibaku!" Gamagori said as he started growing before exploding. Further transforming into a battle suit with whips covered in thorns, "Three Star Goku Uniform: Scourge Regalia!" he exclaimed.

Ryuko was then sent flying into the air as Gamagori's whips repeatedly hit Ryuko all over her body. Including some areas that were inappropriate and sensitive. Had Satsuki not been the dictator of this city, there's a good chance Gamagori would have likely been arrested. Also he's turning 20 years old soon so he would likely be registered sex offender with the live footage being used as evidence.

Ryuko started to slip off of the arena as the whips slapped her with great force. Ryuko had to use all of her grip strength to stay in the arena.

"Watch yourself Matoi, if you fall off of the ring. You are disqualified." Gamagori said as Ryuko struggled to hold on.

"No one told me that!" Ryuko angrily yelled.

"Well I'm telling you now!" Gamagori said as he continued to attack.

Ryuko growled as she dragged herself back to the ring, "Stupid rules, just trying to add more bullshit." she said.

"Why was it that you fight again Matoi? To avenge your father? Some petty vendetta?" Gamagori asked, further angering Ryuko. "It is no wonder that Lady Satsuki refused your challenge! Such stupidity is unworthy of her presence!" he yelled as he continued whipping her.

"Like I should care for the opinion of a sex offender!" Ryuko yelled.

"This vulgarity and the original form of that uniform only proves your delinquency!" Gamagori yelled as he whipped harder.

"Hey, it's not my choice that the uniform is perverted but at least I had it adjusted to cover everything up! Unlike your perverted master!" Ryuko replied as Satsuki's kamui covered less than Senketsu.

"How dare you!? Lady Satsuki is not a pervert! She is the embodiment of perfection and order!" Gamagori yelled.

"You hypocritical simp, that is the most bullshit I ever heard!" Ryuko barked just as Scourge Regalia timed out. "Now you're open for an ass beating!" she yelled as she rapidly cut Gamagori.

Only for the Shackle Regalia to look unharmed as it started to blow like a balloon. Ryuko was confused as to why she wasn't able to cut any of the Life Fibers as Gamagori regained his strength.

"Ryuko, I don't think there are any Life Fibers on the exterior for me to devour." Senketsu said.

"Are you telling me that he prepared that much for me?" Ryuko asked.

"I prepared for all delinquents!" Gamagori roared as he unleashed his whips again. "You will have to cut real deep through my uniform before you can ever think about hurting me!" he exclaimed.

Ryuko continued to cut through the incoming whips as they retreated and regenerated. Leaving Ryuko on the defensive as she tried thinking of some way to pierce through Gamagori's armor. There was also the fact that she couldn't reach Scourge Regalia as there were too many whips and they were far too fast for her to move past. However, Gamagori knew this and revealed more of his arsenal as he pulled out these clamps with the outlines of girls in sailor uniforms.

"These whips are my motivation to keep delinquents in line! My desire to bring order to Lady Satsuki's dream! Your pain will only strengthen me!" Gamagori yelled as the whips wrapped around Ryuko. "Now you will be turned into a proper student!" he yelled as the clamps started to squeeze Ryuko.

"Senketsu… need help!" Ryuko called out.

"Hang on, I think you can free yourself if you power down." Senketsu said.

Gamagori lost his grip on Ryuko as she retreated into her base form and squeezed out of the whips. Despite failing to turn Ryuko into a "Proper student" as he desired. She was now exposed and just before he reverted to Shackle Regalia, Gamagori grabbed Ryuko with the whips again. Where he pulled her close to his body and trapped her within the bindings of Shackle Regalia once it appeared again.

"Matoi, if I can't turn you into a proper model student! Then I'll have to crush you!" Gamagori said as he tightened Shackle Regalia's binds. "You made a mistake by deactivating your uniform's power! Even now, you don't have your sword to free you!" he said as Ryuko continued to struggle.

As Gamagori gloated, he was suddenly harmed by an excruciatingly painful noise coming from the ground.

On the ground

Kazuichi connected the last of the plugs as he finished setting up the sound system, "You guys are good! Let him have it!" he said as he gave Hinata and Ibuki a thumbs up.

"You heard him Hajime. Time to rock on for Ryuko!" Ibuki said.

Hinata took a deep breath before strumming a few rifts, "I could have written better lyrics, but whatever." he said.

After a few good chords followed by Mako hitting the drums behind them. The makeshift band started performing a song to motivate Ryuko.

Awww, snap! Awww, snap!

Come to our macaroni party

Then we'll take a nap!

Awww, snap! Awww, snap!

Kazuichi sweat dropped, "It took four hours to make this?" he said.

"Art is art, not always good art but art." Nekomaru said. "Still, the other song sounded more catchy." He said.

Ibuki and Hinata continued to sing the same lyrics several times for a couple of minutes. This eventually started to sound boring and it didn't help that the same beats were being played the whole time in an endless loop.

"I say again, four hours!" Kazuichi said.

"I like it." Chiaki said.

"Really?" Kazuichi asked.

Back on the arena

Gamagori felt very annoyed and confused, "What is this terrible song?" he asked.

"It's not terrible! It's my anthem! It describes some of the things I like!" Ryuko yelled as she turned the switch on the Seki Tekko.

Suddenly, Ryuko's uniform had changed appearance as the suspenders on her kamui suddenly transformed into red spikes. What was more surprising is the fact that they started to spin rapidly like the blades of a chainsaw. Unlike the exterior armor of the Goku Uniform, the interior's life fibers were exposed and unprotected. Allowing for Ryuko to saw through Gamagori's uniform.

"What!?" Gamagori asked as his uniform broke apart.

"Sen-i-Soshetsu!" Ryuko yelled as she cut through the rest of Gamagori's uniform.

The fight ended in Ryuko's favor as Gamagori flew into the air and came crashing right back down. Making the entire ring shake as he released a massive dust cloud. While Ryuko gloated in her victory, Gamagori could only sit up and pulled out a small bladed weapon that he kept hidden somewhere as tears fell down his cheeks.

"I've failed Lady Satsuki. I can't live and continue to bring shame to her name." Gamagori said as he unsheathed the blade. "The only way to restore the little honor I have left, is through death." he said, preparing to commit seppuku.

However, as Gamagori attempted to end his life in the name of honor. The blade in his hands was suddenly sent flying away. Gamagori looked through the crowd and saw a familiar pair of glowing eyes. One being a vibrant red and the other being dark green.

Gamagori stiffened as the sight of the eyes along with the imposing figure where they originated. Before he could say anything, he could feel those eyes staring deep into his soul.

"You mocked a girl's grief and desire for closure and yet your bravado failed you." the voice owner of the eyes said. "Your conviction was strong, but your pride was stronger. So strong, that it became your weakness and now you're running away from the consequences? The clearly, your shame started once you declared the challenge." he said.

Gamagori was now angry, but not at the person who mocked him. It less hearing it from someone else, but Gamagori was angry at himself. He didn't like Ryuko and the reasons is as big as a stack of paperwork, but now he sees shame in himself. He let his arrogance come before his desire to win. He tried to break Ryuko, not defeat her.

"If you want to die, then I already wasted my time and your leader's time." The voice said before disappearing once the dust cloud cleared up.

"I would not choose those words, but I can understand some of it." Satsuki said, suddenly appearing behind Gamagori.

"Lady Satsuki!" Gamagori said with surprise.

"Stand up Gamagori, take this experience as a learning lesson. Consider it a punishment and a blessing, because I still need you alive." Satsuki said.

Gamagori bowed his head, "Lady Satsuki, I'm not worthy of your kindness." he said.

"Pick yourself up, do not demean yourself anymore." Satsuki said.

Gamagori nodded and made his way back down to the ground. Giving everyone the displeasure of watching Gamagori retreat in the nude. Which is more disturbing because he recently admitted that he sleeps in the nude as well. Clearly there's no shame for Gamagori in anything other than failing Satsuki.

At the same time, Hinata walked up to Ryuko, "Congratulations on the win, I brought snacks to help refuel you." he said.

"Thanks Hajime, also how did you get here so quickly?" Ryuko asked as she accepted the food.

"You want to question the guy who was modified to handle an assortment of random skills and abilities of which are all beyond normal human levels?" Hinata asked, making Ryuko sweat drop.

"Good point, I guess Fenrir also had a hand in it." Ryuko said as a kamui is too overpowered compared to a modified human.

"I did most of the world, then Kamakura came in." Fenrir said.

"Who?" Ryuko asked.

"Never mind him, I'll go before I get yelled at." Hinata said as he jumped off of the arena. "Ultimate Daredevil powers, go!" he yelled as he suddenly floated around in a wing suit.

Ryuko just stared at her brother flew around as if he were in a movie, "Some of those talents are cool, but it makes me curious." She said.

"About where such abilities come from in normal humans?" Senketsu asked.

"No, how is an Ultimate Talent determined? Seriously, Hajime told me that he almost got beat up by an Ultimate Boxer, but how do I know that guy isn't a wimp compared to someone like Mike Tyson?" Ryuko asked.

"I have no idea who Mike Tyson is or how such skills are measured." Senketsu replied.

Then Satsuki spoke up, "The first round is over! Round two will now begin!" she announced as Jakuzure jumped down.

"I had the perfect symphony written just for your defeat Ryuko. I'll personally write you another one if you don't survive." Jakuzure said arrogantly.

"I think I'll take your symphony and donate it to the men's washrooms." Ryuko said as she picked up her scissor blade.

Omake #1 - Technical Difficulties

Once Shiro had given Satsuki the update that everyone had arrived. She made her way to her magic staircase that she used to make her way to the top of the academy roof. Only for it to short circuit and smoke, causing Satsuki to fall to the ground.

"What is this?" Satsuki asked as she saw her stairs fall apart.

"Sorry ma'am, I guess a wire shorted out. You can still take the elevator." a technician said.

"Very well." Satsuki said as she went into the elevator.

A few seconds later, the elevator suddenly shifted to a halt. Satsuki's eye began to twitch as she pried the doors open with her monstrous strength. There, she was forced to climb up the emergency latter where she made it to the roof.

"The day has yet to begin." Satsuki said, feeling optimistic.

Then she took her next step and everyone who's been in Honnoji for more than one day knew where this would lead. With her next step, Satsuki's heel would click loudly and catch the attention of the entire class. Unfortunately, Satsuki's abuse of her heel caused it to shatter and nearly fell has she not used the Bakuzan sword as a crutch. The Kiryuin heiress gritted her teeth as she stood up and now looked like she had a limp because she was missing a heel.

"No matter, I still have one more heel. I will also be standing the whole time so no one will notice." Satsuki said before taking another step with her good boot.

Then she fell onto her face as the other heel shattered. Satsuki began to feel more annoyed by the second as she struggled to stand.

"Shiro, have another pair of heeled boots sent to me." Satsuki said.

"Lady Satsuki, I regret to inform you that you have broken all of your heels due to your trademark way of beginning your speech." Shiro said making Satsuki feel irate. "Worry not, I will send boots with large wedges." he said.

"Those will not do!" Satsuki said.

"I apologize again ma'am, but it will take three days to obtain a new pair of heeled boots. That is unless you wish for me to contact your mother to prepare a new set within the hour." Shiro replied.

Satsuki took a deep breath and relaxed, "Very well, make haste with the new boots." she said.

A few minutes later, Satsuki made her way to the top. Where she stomped on the wedge of her boot. Sadly, this did nothing to obtain everyone's attention and she began her speech anyways.

"Students of Honnoji Academy!" Satsuki called out.

Meanwhile, everyone at the bottom were too busy looking amongst each other. Wondering when the speech will begin, seemingly unaware of Satsuki's presence as they needed her heel click to hear her. Ryuko impatiently tapped her foot on the ground as she stood around aimlessly.

"When is that prissy bitch coming?" Ryuko asked angrily.

A few minutes past and Satsuki had realized that no one heard her. Worse, no one even noticed her at all.

"Very well, I will not repeat myself." Satsuki said before signaling for the pillars to rise.

Technical issues became worse as the pillars made the whole stadium shake, but they did not pop out. They stayed midway through the process and everyone mistook the shaking for a real earthquake. As the shaking continued and Satsuki had still gone unnoticed, Gamagori had to cancel the event.

"Everyone, file a single and straight line! The Elections will unfortunately be postponed for the day!" Gamagori announced.

Sanageyama shook his head, "What a waste of time, what happened to Satsuki?" he asked.

"Maybe she predicted the earthquake and prepped for it." Jakuzure said.

"How odd, my connection to the internet is down and none of my devices are functional." Inumuta said, noticing the technological issues.

Then Ryuko kicked a wall, "Stupid Satsuki, bailing on us because of an earthquake." she said.

"But hey, we got the free day off!" Mako said as she followed her friend out the door.

Satsuki's eyes twitched in irritation as the day was cancelled. Hopefully tomorrow will go better once she gets a new pair of heeled boots.

Omake #2 - Ring Out!

A few days ago

Ryuko was playing video games with Chiaki in the living room of Hinata's house. As she played a random fighting game with Chiaki, she immediately learned why Chiaki is the Ultimate Gamer.

"What the hell?" Ryuko asked as Chiaki sent her falling off of the ring and into a river.

"You fell out of the ring. Therefore you lose." Chiaki explained.

"That is crap! I could totally climb out of that river!" Ryuko argued.

Chiaki shrugged, "Not everyone is as fit as you Ryuko." she said. "That's just part of the rules of the game." she said.

Ryuko grumbled, "Whatever, this game sucks anyways." she said as Hinata came by with food.

"Rules are rules, even if we don't like them." Hinata said.

Today

Gamagori stared right back down at Ryuko as he waited for the first move as it would activate his uniform's power. Then about a whole minute past and the chairman of the Disciplinary began to feel confused and uncomfortable.

"Well?" Gamagori asked.

"Well what?" Ryuko asked.

"Aren't you going to attack?" Gamagori asked.

Ryuko smirked as she ignored the question, "So since you're the strict guy that knows all the rules and enforces them. Is there a rule for ring out?" she asked.

"Ring out?" Gamagori asked.

"In video games, a ring out is when your opponent falls out of the ring and instantly loses." Ryuko explained.

"Video games are the pleasures of degenerates!" Gamagori roared at her face. "But yes, there is a "ring out" rule. If you fall off of the ring, it's instant disqualification." he answered.

"Good to know." Ryuko said.

"And if you were so inclined to know the rules! We wouldn't have to be here in the first place!" Gamagori shouted before Ryuko lifted his entire body up. "What are you doing now?" he asked.

"Ring out!" Ryuko yelled as she tossed him into the air and kicked him like a soccer ball.

Gamagori realized what Ryuko was doing, but the kick she delivered still didn't have enough force to activate Scourge Regalia. Gamagori did have a backup plan to inflict damage onto himself and activate the second part of his Goku Uniform but that would take too long. By the time he was remotely close to activating Scourge Regalia, he already hit the ground.

"I win." Ryuko said much to the shock of the crowd.

Satsuki sighed as this was true and a part of the rules. This is the second time Ryuko exploited her own rules but this time it worked to harm her.

At the same time, Chiaki smiled, "Ryuko did a good job." she said.

"I learned that from my future sister-in-law!" Ryuko shouted.

"EH!?" Chiaki asked as she blushed.

"You have earned my blessing, Chiaki Nanami! You're free to get hitched with Hajime!" Ryuko added.

Chiaki suddenly hid her face in Hinata's chest while Hinata himself sighed while comforting his gilrfriend. All the while, he cursed his sister for saying something so scandalous in public and on live television.
