The wynaut was seen wandering through the village, some of the pokemon were still cautious of him.
"Wynaut" a voice said from behind him as he freezes with wide eyes before turning around to notice the treecko, snivy and psyduck were standing there.
"H-hey, nice to see you again..." the wynaut said nervously.
"We like to ask some questions, regarding about the gengar" the treecko said.
"R-really, what would you like to know" the wynaut asked nervously.
"We need to know exactly where you encountered him before he brainwashed you" the treecko replied as the wynaut sweatdropped.
"N-no, you shouldn't make me remember!" the wynaut said in fear as the snivy walked up to him before kneeling down in front of him.
"Wynaut, the whole island is counting on us to save them from the gengar, if you just tell us where you encountered him" the snivy said as the wynaut sighed.
"Alright, it's the woods just outside of town, that's where I encountered him" the wynaut said while pointing at the woods outside of town.
"That's Wild Woods" the psyduck said.
"Well the name fits that well, come on" the snivy said before walking off towards the woods with the treecko and the psyduck following.
The wynaut, treecko, snivy and wynaut walked through the woods as the wynaut stopped at a fork in the path.
"Okay, was it this way, or was it that way..." the wynaut said while he was looking at both directions while pointing at those directions.
"You sure it was this way?" the snivy asked the wynaut.
"Look, my memory's a bit fuzzy okay, you try being brainwashed by a pokemon bent on ruling the world" the wynaut said.
"Well we don't want that to happen okay, does he have a lair or a base of some kind?" the snivy asked.
"I remember he had a cave, at a mountain, a high mountain" the wynaut said before looking up to notice a high mountain.
"Like that one" the wynaut said before pointing at the mountain as everyone looked up at it.
"Dark Mountain" the snivy said.
"Sounds fitting for the guy who lives there, let's go" the treecko said while walking up to the mountain.
"Wait are you seriously suggesting we go in there" the wynaut said to the treecko, who stopped and turned to face the wynaut.
"Yeah, we got to get to the bottom of this" the treecko said.
"The gengar is smart and dangerous, you can't go in there unless you're prepared to face what dangers in that mountain" the wynaut said while the treecko walked up to the mountain wall before looking around for a way in, the ground suddenly starts shaking as the wall as a mountain wall opens up to reveal a cave as the sableye was seen standing in the cave holding a lantern.
"Come on in, the boss is expecting you" the sableye said before walking into the cave as the group look at each other before entering the cave.
The gengar was seen sitting on a chair facing the fireplace in a living room as he hears footsteps as the camera panned to the group entering with the sableye.
"Boss, I have the treecko and the others here to see you" the sableye said.
"Splendid, now get out of my sight" the gengar ordered as the sableye nodded before quickly walking out of the room, closing the door behind him as the gengar got up while slowly walking towards the group before stopping in front of the treecko to have a close look at him.
"So you're the treecko who's been dealing with my army, how can someone just deal with my army just like that, who are you anyway?" the gengar asked.
"He's my frie..." the psyduck said before getting interrupted by the gengar using shadow punch on him as the psyduck went flying into a wall, falling down it with a thud.
"I was asking him..." the gengar said before turning back to face the treecko.
"Now then, who are you?" the gengar asked as the treecko did not say anything but just glared at the gengar.
"Not much of a talker are you, I can make you talk" the gengar said before shadow punching the treecko who went flying into a wall and then grabbed him by the face before holding him in the air while holding his fist up ready to strike again.
"Now then..., who are you..." the gengar said as the treecko grunted but continued glaring at the gengar who then was about to shadow punch the treecko again but was suddenly hit by leaf tornado as he went flying and dropped the treecko who looked right to notice the snivy was there in a fighting position.
"Let's get out of here, we know where he's hiding now" the snivy said as the treecko, psyduck and wynaut nod before running to the exit as the sableye went up to check on the gengar.
"You okay boss" the sableye asked.
"Yeah fine, perhaps it's time to call the pack out" the gengar replied before pulling out a whistle and blows into it as wild pokemon run in.
"Bring them back alive!" the gengar ordered while pointing at the group running off as the wild pokemon run after them.
The group would run out of the cave to come up to the edge of a cliff as they look down at the forest at the bottom of the mountain before looking back to notice the wild pokemon running towards them.
"Okay, we're trapped" the psyduck said.
"We're not trapped, there's always a way out of situations like this" the snivy said.
"We are high up on a cliff with no way down!" the psyduck said as the treecko looked down to notice a river below them.
"There is a way down, but it's very risky, we have to jump down in that river below!" the treecko said.
"Down there, are you insane!" the psyduck said.
"You got a better idea?" the treecko said as the group looked back to notice the wild pokemon getting closer before they look down at the water as the treecko then jumped off the cliff while screaming and landing in the water below.
"He's really brave I'll tell you that" the wynaut said before they get pushed off the cliff by the snivy as they scream with the snivy jumping after them as the trio landed in the water below with the wild pokemon running up to the cliff side and stop with the gengar running up and looking down at the wild pokemon.
"Get after them!" the gengar ordered as the wild pokemon jump down before they land in a tree, falling through it as they all land on the ground with a thud with the tree stump collapsing, landing on the group with the gengar's eye twitched in anger as the sableye walked up to the gengar.
"B-boss..." the sableye said nervously as the gengar grabbed the sableye by the throat before pulling him up to his face.
"I have been planning this attack for a while, I'm not a small group of pokemon ruin it for me, you are going out there to find their camp with the wild pokemon, and you're going to capture them all" the gengar said.
"But I can't command them, you can" the sableye said as the gengar gave the sableye a whistle who puts it around his neck.
"You know what to do with that" the gengar said as the sableye blew into the whistle and then walked off with the wild pokemon following as the gengar grinned.
