Dart is Bentley and Penelope's son. He's a pink turtle with short cropped blonde hair, brown eyes, and has to wear glasses like his father because he too is near sighted.
Dart can be surprisingly brash at times. He has been told more than once he had "gotten devious over the years" by both his siblings and friends, since his plans have are more violent and painful for the enemy than his siblings. At various times, Dart confronted several villains and was quite verbally offensive, such as when he insults Nefarious by calling him "Dr. No-fair-ious" when the robot reveals he had called on a large number blarg to help him fight the gang. Despite this, Dart never insults or makes jokes at the expense of his friends or family. All he really wants to do is make them laugh. He can be shown to helpful and kind to those he cares about.
Dart is a specialist in firearms as he has made a mechanical hand attached to his shell that holds a small gun.
