Pachy is Murray and Miss Decibal's son. He is a green hippo with brown eyes.
He is a bit scatterbrained, and sometimes forgets things mid-conversation. It doesn't take much for him to get quite temperamental and emotional, and he is easily moved by touching moments. He is noted to be extremely authoritative, trustworthy, and reliable in the sense that he doesn't make things up and knows that he can count on the other members of the Allstar Rangers. Pachy is the conversational and understanding animal in the Gang. He is very laid back, as it takes a lot to upset him. However, he is also quite sensitive to having his feelings hurt. Pachy is also very sympathetic and demonstrative towards the fears, worries, or troubles of others.
Pachy instantly liked Raiden and her friends when they first came to the Cooper Gang hideout. He even tries to share his M&Ms with the strangers.
Pachy is very strong and has a super charge.
