Tumbleweed is the son of Toothpick and foster son of Sly and Carmelita. Tum has black skin and his eyes are red.
Tum is fun-loving, hyperactive, and loud kid who has a taste for sweets.
Tumbleweed was born to Toothpick and his wife after escaping prison. Tum states that his father was deaf. Therefore, he couldn't hear his son cry for the first time. When Toothpick is recaptured, he is ran over by a train. Despite knowing of his father's demise, Tumbleweed seems to be unaffected by this. His mother was also arrested by INTERCOM forces due to hiding her criminal husband. Frightened, Tum ran away from the police into the city alongside his 3 friends, Toro, Lupa, and Hops. The Cooper Gang found the 4 frightened children and took them in.
Tumbleweed has all of his father's abilities such as gunslinging, rolling up into a ball, and growing to a large size when enraged.
