A dark era has reached the Pride Lands, with Scar as its king. With his chaotic mind, the mad king has his eyes drawn to Nala. While Scar is preoccupied with his future and haunted by (the ghosts of) his past, he remains oblivious to the imminent threat. Does Scar have anyone left on his side or has he, with his actions of the past, created his own Lion Graveyard?

A/N, September, 2023:

"Where have all the chapters gone?" Don't worry, if that's on your mind, you've not gone crazy… I wrote this story years ago and since then my writing style has changed. I've found so many errors while editing that I decided I no longer want my old writings spread over the internet... This story's renewal is due... Slowly, I'm getting there.

- The first few chapters are rather short! I see them more as a 'work towards' the chapter called The Madness of King Scar ;).
