Ch. 8: Jailbreak!

So, I'm actually done with writing this... I finished sooner than I thought. So I'm just gonna post the last few chapters this week so we can call it a story.

Anyways, time to see what these kids are made of!... again

The kids headed on their way downtown to save the second dimension group and got more familiar with each other along the way; not that they had much familiarizing to do since they are friends already in a twisted, inter-dimensional sort of way. One of the first differences they found was that in Buford 2's dimension, Isabella doesn't have a chihuahua named Pinky; she has a poodle named Pinky. That wasn't the only difference but it was one of the first that the group found.

Buford 2-Alright everybody, we're here

The gang looked up and saw the ledge 200 feet above them that led to the room their friends were in.

Buford 1-Let's go kick some robot ass!

Phineas-If we don't have to, don't go looking for trouble. If we can get in and get out without alarming the robots, please do so.

Buford 2-I make no promises

Buford 2 faced his baseball blaster forwards and led the group through the lobby and the stairwell. After an exhausting 20+ story climb the kids reach Doof's floor and neared themselves to the door.

Phineas-On three, ready?

Phineas-One, two, three!

Buford 2 opened the door to see robots surrounding the cage. Four robots, standing at each corner of the cell. He quickly backed into the hallway to regroup with his team.

Buford 1-Oh god, this is gonna get messy.

Phineas-Alright everybody when we go in, we need to spread around the room. If we all bunch up, they can take us down quickly, if we spread out, it will be much harder for them to get all of us.

Baljeet-All of us?

Phineas-It is possible that some of us will get caught by the robots, but if we take them down quickly, no real damage should get done.

Gretchen-Phineas, do you still want us to run for ammo?

Phineas-If you have to, but I don't want you guys getting too close to the robots

Isabella-Phineas, they can do it. If these girls are like our Fireside girls, they'll be fine.

Holly-Yeah, we're good.

Phineas-If you guys think so. Buford 2, you ready?

Buford 2-Born ready, now let's go.

Buford 2 runs into the room and immediately shoots three balls at the robot closest to the door.

Candace-Buford?!

Phineas-Everybody scatter!

The kids ran around the room and blasted their baseballs into the robot guards. Both Buford's focused the bot closest to the door and blasted it's arm off! The guard was unarmed.

Buford-Go man!

Buford 2 ran over to the cage where his friends were and started unlocking the crate.

Candace-Buford, what is going on?

Buford 2-I'm busting you guys out of here!

Candace thought to herself that busting was her thing but she was grateful her friend had come back for her.

Phineas-Buford, why are there us?

Buford 2-These guys came from another dimension. I'm sure dinner bell over there will tell you how; but for now, let's get the hell out of here!

Buford 2 unlocked the padlock as Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella took the robot closest to the balcony, while the fireside girls took one down closer to the door.

Buford 2-I got them! Let's get out of here!

Phineas-Everybody fall back!

The kids ran over to the door until

-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Everybody turned around to see Katie get lasso'd up by the fourth robot!

Isabella 2-No!

Phineas 2-Come on guys shoot him!

Buford 1-I'm out of balls!

Phineas 1-Me too

Isabella 1-Me three

Baljeet 1-I'm not!

Baljeet ran out from the group and shot his first ball at the wall, his second shot was much closer as it bounced before hitting the robot's armored chest, and his third shot smacked the robot in the face! Knocking his head off!

Isabella 2 ran over to see her friend still caught in the robot's rope.

Isabella 2-Katie! Are you ok!

Katie-I'm ok, just get me out of here!

Meanwhile, the boys raided Doof's lab looking for something to get her out.

Baljeet 2-I've got something!

He pulled a pair of wire-cutters out of a drawer and handed them to Ferb 1.

Phineas 1-Easy Ferb, easy.

Ferb slowly lined the cutters up with the rope and sliced the rope right off.

Katie let out a sigh of relief as she was released from the rope. She ran up to Baljeet 1 before giving him a hug.

Katie-Thank you Baljeet

The Indian boy blushed-You are welcome

Phineas 1-Is everybody ok?

After some collective nods from the group were passed around the gang got moving.

Phineas 2-Let's get out of here.

Adyson-Katie! Look at your shirt! You're bleeding!

Katie looked down to see a hole in her shirt where Ferb had cut the rope. She was indeed bleeding from the cut.

Katie-Guys I'm ok

Phineas 2-We can take care of that when we get back home.

Ferb 1-Oh Katie, I'm sorry.

Katie-Ferb, it's ok. It's just a little cut.

She ran over to him to give him a hug.

Katie-Thank you

Ferb felt relieved that she was ok despite the cut he had unintentionally given her.

Katie-Besides, I can't imagine it's easy to cut the rope that tightly.

Ferb-What about your shirt?

Katie-Oh this old thing?

Katie looked down at her Paisley Sideburn Brothers shirt.

Katie-It's really no big deal.

And with that the kids headed back to the second-dimension Flynn-Fletcher household to try to make a game plan to take down Doofenshmirtz.

Yay! They did it!

Shorter chapter today, sorry. It evens out with the last chapter I guess.

I plan on posting these last few chapters probably on Monday and Wednesday, but we'll see.

Next chapter we see Doof's reaction top the missing kids, as well as how the kids plan to defeat Doofenshmirtz!

I am working on a new project which will be much better than this one, I can already tell; so any criticism or comments would be much appreciated.
