After the yiga was all wiped out. The Gerudo highlands became a new clan of people to live there on the snowy MTN. Now these people were the descendants of a great kingdom before Hyrule was founded. They were the descendants of the dragon's clans. However when the Yiga came to the land the dragon's hid inside the mountains and the underworld of Hyrule, but now they return to the surface.
From hiding for so long that only the children of dragon's clans survived the poisonous war and it was they were coming back to the surface to the land of their ancestors. On top the mountains of Klofalækjaftur of when their land used to time travel jump though history and it was powered by an magnificent artifact made of the findest purple and blue Jade aurora. It was the magic of the jade and of the heart of the dragon's to power it, but with all that had died in the war it was up to the kids to rebuild their lives in a new way.
Now the Klofalækjaftur mountain was called the Gerudo highlands and they didn't want to change it, but at the same time they still wanted to honor the dragon's that came before them. So they honored their fellow dragon's by building a new village and they named it Klofalækjaftur aurora. They called it that because they are starting a new era.
The name aurora means the northern lights that come at night. Also, during the building of the village they decided who would lead them and the people. They settled for Karitas for she was the one that helped them finished the poisonous war and helped their last leaders with keeping the people happy. Though their last leaders Verdandi and Vince were murdered in cold blood and while in front of Karitas trap on an ice wall with unbreakable chains of magic.
When Karitas got out she declared war on the person who did that and that's how the dragon's went into battle and yes all the adult dragon's died, but one Karitas. The last dragon adult is protective of the dragon's children. They travel from the depths and make it to the surface, along the way the dragon's meet a white angel running away and throw some type of crown away. Now this angel was tired of constantly following orders from the goddess he served when he had to go in to clean up her mess. He found the dragon's children and thought they were going to fight him so he started to fight back. Karitas stopped him by holding up her Crest of the royal dragon family and then she invited him to come with them and that he never has to go back to that goddess.
He also helped build the village and Karitas allowed him to stay within the chief house if he wanted. That's how the dragons invented the angel to stay with them. With building the village it took up to three months with the weather, snowstorm and rain, but they were all able to get it done and function properly. Now they would have to meet their fellow neighbors, the Gerudo and the Rito, plus the rest of Hyrule leaders.
