This is inspired by Legacy a great Naruto story that is OP as hell and so kitchy but it made me smile...a lot.

Just a fun idea!

Three months til graduation

"Where am I?" Naruto asked, looking around as he appeared quite randomly in what he realized looked like a mix between a sewer and a basement. There was a layer of water everywhere, but no smell. Turning he saw three things that startled him to his core. A Massive cage, a stunning red headed woman smiling with tears in her eyes, and a giant orange fox looking at him with malice. "What the hell? Where am I, who are you people?"

The lady sighed, and the Fox chuckled. "Naruto, that was rude... but given the circumstances I will ignore that. My name is Kushina Uzumaki, and I am your mother and this is the Nine Tailed Fox...as for where we are, we are in your body."

Naruto froze, eyes wide. " What?"

She strode towards him, on the water and not through it. "I know it's a lot but-" She reached out towards him, to grab him he guessed, but that didn't matter as he threw himself into her arms with horribly soul aching sobs. "I am so sorry, Baby, I know you... you suffered so much because of us. Your father, Kyuubi and I...I cannot fix your past, but I can help your future."

He pulled away. "I can't, I never... I never imagined how pretty you'd be, especially your red hair!."

She chuckled. "Why thank you, that would make you the second person to compliment my hair. Your father was the first... but that has to wait, normally I could only stay here for a short moment. When your father sealed the Fox into your body, to stop it's rampage, we placed pieces of our chakra into your seal to ensure that we could visit you and help you... but your awesome mother foresaw this. I knew I would die regardless, you see Kyuubi was once my burden, I had him in my body. He was torn our by a masked man, and that meant that you would lose me regardless. The chances of your father's death and the village abusing you was too high, they were unkind to me as well.

So, I placed a seal on you, ensuring that my soul would flow into it the moment I died. The seal was damaged by the seal your father used to put Kyuubi in you, the Death reaper Seal, but the piece of my chakra, a clone of me, managed to heal the seal so I could pop out. I also placed my sword in your body, so you could train with it and have a piece of me with you always.

You are in danger Naruto, not only from the man who attacked and tore out the Fox from me, forcing him to attack ther village, but also from the village itself. You have been neglected, abused and hated for something so far beyond your control. The greatest threat is that neglect, which makes you unprepared for everything. In secret, I will be training you to get you to the level you need to be. I will make you the strongest I can, so that when you fight that masked man, you are prepared and you are able to overcome all obstacles to your life. I will offer you the power of choice... can you accept that?"

Naruto nodded, happily but also determinedly. "I accept!"

"Good... We will spend not only every available moment training but also in your sleep here. Naturally you will learn stories about my life, your father's and so on...I have already talked to Kyuubi here. " She gestured to the fox, who nodded. "He will allow you to use his powers in emergencies. All tools must be used to overcome this evil and the evils of those around you... oh and if you still want to become Hokage, I can help you with that, your father was Hokage after all."

Naruto froze. "Dad... was Hokage... and I have the Fox in my body... why ... why ME! I-" She stopped his rant with a hand.

"Naruto, I know... I literally have seen your entire life, I know. I hate the village for what they did to you, but I also know you cannot overcome anything without training to get enough power to force them to pay if that is your desire. From here on out, you are making your own path. For better or worse, you are getting the power of choice."

He nodded. "I understand... and I am not sure what I am going to do... but whatever it is, at least it was my choice."
