The Masquerade Festival

Cinderella au. Hiccup is a servant to the Bludfist's, with no memory of the first eight years of his life. But when there's a festival at the castle, Hiccup has to go to help a friend. But Drago made it clear that Hiccup was not to attend. With the help of said friend, Hiccup goes to the festival and meets a mysterious, blue-eyed girl. Will Hiccup be able to tell her how he feels?

1. prologue

Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Berk there lived a king and queen named Stoick and Valka. The queen and king tried for years to have a child but didn't have any luck. But by some miracle the queen managed to conceive a son. The boy was born two months early , dury a harsh winter, but still managed to survive. He was named Hinrik Horrendous Haddock the third.

They were all one big happy family, but then all the happiness ended. When Hinrik was eight years old , his mother took him on a trip to a cabin near the woods. But bandits attacked them and every guard, servant, and horse were killed and the cabin was burned down. Queen Valka somehow made it back to the castle , badly injured and without Hinrik.

The king sent out search parties looking for the lost prince, but they never found a trace of prince Hinrik. The queen died a week later , the healer said it was due to her wounds, but others believe it was due to a broken heart. The prince was never found and eventually the king lost hope, but to the fellow Berkians the question still remains, whatever happened to prince Hinrik?
