48. Chapter 48

Hello everyone, sorry this took a while, the last side chapter took forever to write, and things have been busy in my life. Anyway, I'll be adding more Pokemon to the story, and to save time I'm not going to describe the new Pokemon (because there's a lot of them). So here's part 1

Book Change Part 1

Getting New Pokemon After All These Years

Republic City Skies

It has been 3 years since Arceus' judgment has been cast upon the Red Lotus, and the world has changed in that time. Now let us rejoin the world and see how things have changed. Let's start with the sky.

In the sky above the clouds over Republic City, Lily was flying and a now fully grown Bree threw the air, with Lily now wearing a new outfit. Her new outfit was a red jumpsuit, with grey arms and boots, a yellow fabric wrapped around her neck, and a yellow zipper and buttons, her pokeballs where attached to the back of her wrists, with three Pokeballs on each wrist, with each pokeball in a capsule that were sewn into the back of her wrists, she even had a few small bags full of leaves attached to her waist, her hair was about the same, but now she had Airbender tattoos. Riding on Bree's back was three kids.

One was a boy who was 12 yrs old, light skin, green eyes, black short hair, umber brown pants, red t-shirt, dark grey boots, light olive jacket, and black wrist band.

The second kid was a girl who was 11 yrs old, tan skin, hazel eyes, brown hair down, dark navy knee length loose skirt, green teal wrap shirt with a hunter green sash, dark green sandals.

The last kid was a boy 9 yrs old, brown skin, hazel eyes, dark brown short hair, pistachio green oversize t shirt, grey lounge short cotton and linen knee-length bermuda shorts summer beach capri short pants trousers, brown sandals, bandage wraps on each arms.

"Well, Axel." Lily said to the 12 year old boy. "Song." Lily said to the 11 year old girl. "And Gumu." Lily said to the 9 year old boy. "We're almost there. So be careful as you look over the side." Lily said to the kids, before diving down into the clouds.

Once they made it through the clouds, they saw a missive complex, with Lucas' building being the center of it with it being completely remodeled and now a very large school that even had a landing pad on top of it. They could see many dorm buildings scattered around the area, many buildings for eating and crafting, a few big buildings in a corner of the area, a handful of small special type arenas scattered around the place, a harbor, and a massive farm on the outskirts of the place, a hospital, a massive round building with a closed down dome on top of it, and a grand arena that looked like it could hold a 25,000 people with enough room to have Pokemon sit next to the people.

All the buildings had massive trees next to it, and cable cars going from tree to tree. The ground was mostly open areas with a few stone paths going from one building to another. And over 100,000 people and Pokemon walking around, talking, battling, or having fun.

"Whoa!" Song said, as the kids took in the sight. "Just wait until we get down there." Lily said to the kids, before making Bree move down to a landing pad of Lucas' building.

Lucas' Building

Once they landed, Lily helped the kids off Bree. While Lily was doing that, Lucas walked up to them.

Lucas was now wearing dark charcoal grey slim fit double breasted 6 button coat, under the coat was a white dress shirt, brown pick-pocket proof adventure travel pants, the shoulder toss hooker green scarf, brooklin 50 preto leather chelsea boots, a simple mini white rose boutonniere on the right of the jacket, his Pokeballs attached to the sides of his legs, and wrapped around his wrists and ankles where some vines.

"Hello Lily. I see you brought our new students." Lucas said to Lily. "Hello Lucas, let me introduce Axel, Song, and Gumu." Lily said to Lucas. "Hello, welcome to the Poke-Nation." Lucas said to the kids.

"Poke-Nation? I thought this was a giant school?" Axel asked Lucas. "It is, but as of a couple months, and a large number of people living here, the other world leaders made us a nation." Lucas said to Axel. "That's so cool." Song said to Lucas. "Does that mean we're going to become citizens of your nation?" Axel asked Lucas.

"Of course not. While many of the Earth Kingdom refugees became citizens, it is and always will be your choice. If you're here to learn and when you're done, you can leave. Or if you want to stay and be a citizen, that's fine as well. The choice is yours." Lucas said to Axel.

Lucas then noticed Gumu was looking away from everyone. "Is everything all right Gumu?" Lucas asked Gumu. Gumu just turned away from Lucas, and used his shirt to hide the lower part of his head. Lucas looked at Lily.

"He's another kid from the streets. He's really shy and cautious around strangers." Lily said to Lucas. "Well that's something we can work on. For now let me show you around." Lucas said to the kids, before leading them into the building. Once they were in, Lily got back on Bree and took off into the air.

Lucas led the kids into the building, which was now full of people, vine growing all over the place, a lot of lights all over the place, and the walls were covered with many different decorative paintings.

"Whoa! Look at this place!" Song said to everyone. "What's with all the art painted on the wall?" Axel asked Lucas. "This may be my building, but I wanted everyone to feel like it was their building as well. And I thought everyone working together to paint the place would help with that." Lucas said to everyone.

"Everyone around here must get along very well, if they could make all this art." Song said to Lucas. "I told you, I'm not going to build an extension to your classroom!" A male voice. "But I need more room!" another male voice said. "More or less." Lucas said to Song, as he and the kids turned their heads to see two guys arguing.

One of the men was a young man with a little muscular build, hazel eyes, white skin, short brown hair that's a mess. He wears brown shoes, with tan pants, a dark brown t-shirt under an orange jacket, and he has got a Dynamax band on his right wrist. With him was a Copperajah.

The other man was a man in his 40's with tan skin, an skinny build, and short black hair, wearing a deep purple apron, light brown shoes, a white oxford shirt with folded sleeves, smoky blue pants, charcoal grey fingerless gloves, black short hair, tan skin and blue eyes, and glasses. With him was a Smeargle.

"Ailmund Kaye!" Lucas said to the man with the Copperajah. "Peinto Kaku!" Lucas said to the man with the Smeargle. "What are you two doing!?" Lucas asked them both, getting their attention.

"Ailmund refuses to help me add a new addition to my class room." Peinto said to Lucas. "Only because your request is another crazy art project and not a building." Ailmund said to Lucas. "You're blocking me from making my dream reality." Peinto said to Ailmund. "Your dreams aren't structurally sound." Ailmund said to Kaku. Then two of them started to give each other a stare that would start a fire.

That's when Zoey walked up to them. Zoey looked the same as always, with a scar under her right eye, but she was wearing a new outfit. She was wearing a short sleeve dark red dress shirt, long black pants with a black belt, with her Pokeballs on her belt, a pair of police spl981 sunglasses on her head, and all over her body was bark almost like it was armor, a bark chest plate, some bark around her legs and arms.

Zoey then walked up to Ailmund and Kaku and hit the both of them in the back of their head. "Knock it off." Zoey said to them. "You two need to figure out how to work together, I don't want another mess." Zoey said to them. "Come on, we're not that bad." Peinto said to Zoey.

"You two destroyed an arena in Avatar Korra Park, with you Peinto trying to make it artsy, and you Ailmund, you had Copperajah smash everything Kaku did! If you two don't figure out a way to get along and stop breaking things, I'll have no choice but to put you two on Mudbray duty for a month! Do I make myself clear!?" Zoey asked them.

"Yes ma'am!" Peinto and Aimund said to Zoey. "Good. now get out of my sight and figure out how to work together, without breaking something." Zoey said to them. Peinto and Aimund nodded yes at a fast pace before leaving with their Pokemon.

"Mudbray duty?" Axel asked Lucas, as Zoey walked up to them. "It means they'll be pulling a cart full of stuff for a while. It's one of the biggest punishments we have here, before getting arrested. So behave or else you'll be the ones pulling the cart." Zoey said to Axel, with a scary tune in her voice, scaring the kids.

"Stop scaring them, Zoey." Lucas said to Zoey. "Sorry, can't help it." Zoey said to Lucas, "Axel, Gumu, Song. this is Zoey, she incharge of security around her and is Police Chief Lin's right hand, so she can arrest you if she wants." Lucas said to the kids, not making them feel any better. "Now who's scaring them." Zoey said to Lucas.

"Don't worry, I don't normally arrest people around here. But I am the one that approves of some advanced classes. So if you want any cool tricks from this school, behave and show me you can handle it." Zoey said to the kids, before leaving.

"What is she talking about?" Axel asked Lucas. "You see, our nation is incharge of passing out items for Z-Moves, Gigantamax, and Mega Evolution. And to make sure no one bad gets them, we have people take special classes to get them. But only after Zoey goes over the application and approves it." Lucas said to Axel.

"Are these things really that important?" Axel asked Lucas. "Of course they are, how have you never heard of them? A super powerful attack, the ability to make a Pokemon a giant, and to make a Pokemon even stronger. These are some of the most powerful things a trainer can have." Song said to Axel.

"It looks like someone has studied up on Pokemon before coming here. But I wonder how you'll take general classes?" Lucas asked Song. "General classes?" Gumu asked Lucas. "Follow me." Lucas said to Gumu, leading them deeper into the building.

A few minutes later Lucas led the kids to a bunch of rooms lined down a hallway. "These are our general classes. While teaching others about Pokemon, I learned that many people in the Earth Kingdom don't have a diverse education. So I started up an educational system, with the kids taking all the classes for a start. There are more advanced classes, but you will only be required to take them if your path requires them." Lucas said to everyone.

"But where is everyone?" Song asked Lucas. "I gave everyone the week off of classes. A lot of historic things will be happening this week and I figure classes would be the last thing on their mind. So I gave them the week off. But you can still meet the teachers." Lucas said to the kids, leading them to a room at the end of the hallway.

In the room was Luke, Greninja, and a handful of People and Pokemon were talking to each other, and making plans.

Near Luke was a woman in her forties, tan skin, slim and well fit, purple eyes, short curly dark brown hair, royal purple woman 3/4 Sleeve blazer open front cardigan jacket work office blazer, plum crew neck t-shirt, pepper grey women's straight-leg pants, regulat, long & short lengths, and black heels. With her was a Shuppet.

One was a young woman with light skin, a slim and well fit body, brown eyes, dark brown hair tied into a side bun hair, wearing a elbow sleeve crew neck T-shirt, black raw edge wide leg pants, pole dance removable skirt-fuchsia pink, white freedome modern shoes. And with her were all 4 versions of Oricorio.

Another was a man in his fifties, but had a well fit body, light skin, with spiky short silver hair and even had a goatee. Wearing a white oxford shirt folded sleeves and short teal tie, dark grey pants, black shoes, a smoky blue vest. And with him was a Poygon-Z.

Another person was a female who was in mid forties, but had a slim and well fit build, with tan skin, green eyes, black short hair with a bun on top, pale yellow crew neck t-shirt, a sand bonprix cotton jacket, clove green cotton jersey tights, brown short boots. And with her was a Sigilyph.

Lastly was a woman in her early thirties, but had a slim and well fit build, with brown skin, long dark brown curly hair, blue eyes, wearing a black raw edge wide leg pants, silk satin shirt, light teal, black heels, and silver earrings. And with her was a Solosis.

Then Luke noticed Lucas and the kids first. "Oh Lucas, good to see you. And I see you brought some new kids." Luke said to Lucas, getting everyone's attention. "Everyone, this is Axel, Song, and Gumu." Lucas said to the teacher.

"Axel, Song, Gumu, that's Dansu Suru, our dance teacher." Lucas said to everyone pointing to the woman with the Oricorios. "Hello young ones. I hope you decided to join our dance class." Dansu said to the kids. "I plan too." Song said to Dansu.

"That's Rita Chie, our counselor." Lucas said to the kids, pointing to the woman with the Shuppet. "I hope to be of service in your path of life." Rita said to the kids.

"That's Keisan Suji, our math teacher." Lucas said to the kids, pointing to the man with the Porygon-Z. "Hello, and welcome to our school." Keisan said to the kids.

"That's Toshi Sho, she's our history teacher." Lucas said to the kids, pointing to the woman with the Sigilyph. "Welcome, I can't wait to tell you all the amazing stories you haven't heard yet." Toshi said to the kids.

"Next is our science teacher, Atama Baio." Lucas said to the kids, pointing to the woman with the Solosis. "I hope you don't fall asleep in my classes." Atama said to the kids.

"Lastly, our battle teacher Luke Woodman." Lucas said to the kids, ponting at Luke. "Battle teacher?" Axel asked everyone. "My classes are teaching everyone how to battle with Pokemon, and helping everyone train their Pokemon." Luke said to Axel.

"What good is that class? I understand the other classes, except dancing and art. But Battle class doesn't sound that important." Axel said to everyone. "If you want to have a career in sports, it is. After all, many of the sports we have around here involve working with a Pokemon, and our biggest events are our Pokemon battles. My classes help you get a taste of that life." Luke said to Axel.

"Like anyone would want that kind of life." Axel said to Luke. "Okay, then when you start taking classes, I'll make sure you're in my battle class, and I'll teach you a few things, who knows you might change that attitude of yours." Luke said to Axel. "I'd like to see you try and prove me wrong about your stupid class." Axel said to Luke.

"Okay, that's enough. You two can finish this talk when classes start up." Lucas said to Axel and Luke. "For now let's go outside and see the rest of the nation, we'll start with the Marketplace." Lucas said to the kids, before leading them outside.

Poke-Nation Marketplace

Lucas then led the kids outside, and started to slow them all the buildings that were for eating and crafting. Lucas showed them all over the place, showing off a couple stands with a few items for sale.

They stopped at the bakery, and Lucas introduced the kids to Wilma, Dana, Yuna, and their Pokemon, and even let them try some of their fruit bread. Song and Axel liked it, but Gumu loved it, and even cried a little.

Their next stop was the new Pao family Tea shop, and like always, it was packed. The kids met Paonia, Ethan, Tori, and their Pokemon. But it was so busily, that Lucas and the kids had to leave before they could get some tea.

After that, Lucas took them to a perfume and jewel shop runned by Othella, Kenshin, and their Pokemon. They even meet Hanzo and Gabite who just came back to drop off some jewels they found. While Axel and Gumu found the place un-interested, Song loved the place, and Lucas had to make Orbeetle use his psychic powers to get Song out of the shop.

Their last shop they visited was the metal works shop, where Hiori and Hakamo-o were teaching many people and Pokemon the fine art of metalwork, and yelling at any one that tried to use metalbending to cheat. Seeing Hiori was in a bad mood, Lucas decided the kids will meet him another day.

Poke-Nation Harbor

After a bit of walking they reached the massive harbor, with many things coming on and off the massive ships docked. There they saw Pinto ordering things around, with Avalugg watching all of this. While Lucas and the kids were watching Pinto, Liang, Shen, and their Pokemon walked up to them.

Laing then told the kids about how he runs this place and they ever feel like having a water time adventure, he's their man. Axel liked that idea. Gumu and Song weren't exactly thrilled by the thought. Lucas then told Laing that they have to finish the tour. Laing understood and nodded goodbye, before he and Shen left them.

Lucas and the kids then started to leave the harbor, but while they were leaving, Asham Lyra, their Pokemon, and a handful of people and Pokemon ran past them. "What's up with them?" Axel asked Lucas.

"That's Asha and Lyra, they and their Pokemon lead our nation's rescue team. And by the looks of it, something must have happened." Lucas said to Axel, with a clam tune in his voice.

"How can you say that so calmly?" Gumu asked Lucas. "There's always something happening around here. After all, we live with creatures that can shoot out fire and cause earthquakes. All it takes is a thon in a foot and we have something falling apart." Lucas said to Gumu, making Gumu feel bad. "Don't worry, Asha is on top of it." Lucas said to Gumu, before leading the kids away.

While walking away, they ran into Akumi, who was loading stuff into Arcanine's saddle, with a Growlithe next to her. "Hey Akumi." Lucas said to Akumi. "Hello Lucas. Showing these new kids around?" Akumi said to Lucas.

"Akumi, this is Axel, Gumu, and Song." Lucas said to Akumi. "Kids, this is Akumi, she's our best treasure hunter." Lucas said to the kids. "Welcome young ones. You're going to like it here." Akumi said to the kids.

"Well I'm off." Akumi said to Lucas, as she got onto Arcanine's back, with Growlithe hopping on the spot behind her. "Let me know if you "find" anything "interesting"." Lucas said to Akumi. "I always do." Akumi said to Lucas, before riding off into the distance.

Poke-Nation Theater

Soon they reached the few big buildings in a corner of the area. When they got there, they noticed Viola, Banjo, and Quadan talking to each other with their Pokemon watching them from the side. But once Song saw Viola, her eyes lit up and she ran to her.

"Miss Viola Hopkins. I'm Song, and I'm a big fan of ours." Song said to Viola, surprising Viola. "Oh, well I'm honored to meet you." Viola said to Song, as Lucas, Axel, and Gumu walked up to everyone. "Qudan, Viola, and Banjo. You meet Song. this is Axel and Gumu, they're the newest members of our school." Lucas said to everyone.

"And I see you have a fan of my sisters with you." Banjo said to Lucas. "More than a fan. I was inspired by her work and want to become a musician like her." Song said to everyone. "Well I'll help you figure out your instrument." Quadan said to Song.

"But what if I'm not as good as Viola?" Song asked everyone. "Even if you're not, so long as you put the effort in learning music, we'll find something for you." A voice said to Song.

That's when everyone turned their heads to see Lok and Chatot walking up to them. This made Song gasp. "Lok Snyder! You're one of my favorite movie makers." Song said to Lok.

"Glad to hear. Now then, even if you don't become a musician like Viola, if you work hard enough, you can be a part of the musicians that make music for our movies." Lok said to Song, making Song very excited.

"I promise to work really hard." Song said to Lok. "Well then, after the tour, come to my studio, and I'll help you find your instrument." Qudan said to Song. "I can't wait." Song said to Qudan, before she left with Lucas, Axel, and Gumu.

Poke-Nation Farms

Their next stop was the massive farm, where a very large number of people and Pokemon were working the fields. The sight of all the people and Pokemon working as a team, made Gumu look at them with wonder in his eyes.

They were so lost in the sight of the people and Pokemon, they didn't noticed AJ, Saiya, and their Pokemon walking up to them, with AJ now having a Z-Ring on his wrist with a Fightinium Z in it, and Saiya now having a key stone her rabbit hair clip, and a Mega Stone in a bow around Lopunny neck.

"Hello Lucas. I see you brought some new kids." AJ said to Lucas. "Sung, Axel, Gumu. This is AJ and Saiya, they run our farms and herds." Lucas said to the kids. "Welcome everyone." AJ said to everyone. "I hope you enjoy your time here." Saiya said to everyone.

"Actually I was hoping you two would help out one of these kids." Lucas asked AJ and Saiya. "And that is?" AJ asked Lucas. "Gumu. he's been quiet the whole tour." Lucas said to AJ. That's when AJ and Aaiya looked at Gumu, making Gumu nervous and hid behind Lucas.

"I see." Sayia said to Lucas. "Hello Gumu. Have you ever heard an animal or Pokemon before, or planted any plants before?" Sayia asked Gumu. "No." Gumu said to Sayia with a quiet voice. "Well herding is an exciting and busy thing, or maybe you'll prefer the gentle pace of plant growing." Sayia said to Gumu.

"I don't know." Gumu said to Sayia. "Well why don't you come by the farm tomorrow, and we'll try to find something for you." Sayia said to Gumu. Gumu said nothing.

"Look, I don't know what life was like before coming here. But you're safe, and you'll be taken care of. Now is the time to heal and find out who you want to be." AJ said to Gumu, making Gumu look a little happier.

"Okay." Gumu said to AJ. "That's my boyfriend." Sayia said to everyone, looking at Aj with a happy smile on her face. "Now since you all reached us. That means you only got one spot left to visit. So get to going, you're going to like the last spot." AJ said to the kids. "And on that note, let's go." Lucas said to the kids, before leading the kids away.

Poke-Nation Sanctuary

Soon they reached the massive round building with a closed down dome on top of it. Once they reached the building, Lucas led them inside, and what they saw surprised the kids.

What they saw was all kinds of ecosystems scattered around, and Pokemon living in all of them. It wasn't long before they noticed Dakota, Sofu, Zawe, Zane and their Pokemon treating some little Pokemon. With Dakota wearing a new outfit like the others.

Dakota's new outfit was a white kimono japanese men shirt loose seven-quarter sleeve shirt with steel blue lines, dark navy blue baggy wide leg pants hanging crotch hip hop bloomers calf length mid rise pocket trousers, black mens casual dress shoe brands, and on his right hip was his water bag, as well as a few bags of seeds on his water bag, and his Pokeballs on his left hip.

"Gumu, Song, Axel, welcome to Sanctuary. This is a place of non violence, where you will find many Pokemon living. Some are partners of the people living here who need a special area to live, some are wild Pokemon brought here after being saved from poachers and bandits, but most are Pokemon we raised from eggs we found or layed right here by other Pokemon we saved." Lucas said to the kids.

That's when Dakota noticed everyone. "Lucas? What are you doing here? I thought you had a ceremony with Asami today?" Dakota asked Lucas, as he walked up to everyone. "Yeah, but that's not for a while." Lucas said to Dakota. "Look at your watch." Dakota said to Lucas, with a flat look on his face.

Lucas said nothing, and pulled out a pocket watch and looked at the time, and his eyes widened. "Oh man, I'm going to be late! Dakota, finished the tour, I have to go!" Lucas said to Dakota, as he let out Dragapult and they ran out the door.

"Always lost in his work he can't remember the world around him." Dakota said, before turning to the kids. "Hello everyone, I'm Dakota. And it's time for you all to get your Pokemon partners." Dakota said to the kids, making Song excited. "Really?! We get our Pokemon now!?" Song asked Dakota. "Yes but first." Dakota said to Song, before digging in his pockets.

Dakota then pulled out 3 wooden Pokeballs, with a metal ring around the middle, the top was painted white, and the bottom was painted red, and yellow lines were all over the Pokeballs.

"These are our Pokeballs, not as nice as me and my friends have. But they do their job." Dakota said to the kids, before passing out the Pokeballs. "This is so cool. We this, we'll become real trainers." Song said, as she, Axel, and Gumu looked at the Pokeballs.

"These Pokeball are made to be thief proof and can't be damaged by bending." Dakota said to the kids. "So incredible." Gumu said to Dakota. "But there is one catch to these Pokeballs." Dakota said to Gumu. "And that is?" Axel asked Dakota.

"Friendship. You see you have to form a bond with a Pokemon in order for these Pokeballs to work. It's how the protection abilities work. So as long as you're on good terms with your Pokemon the Pokeballs will work, if you're not, they won't work." Dakota said to Axel.

"And how do we start that bond?" Song asked Dakota. "I brought many young Pokemon, each of them low level, the perfect pokemon for young ones to start with. All you have to do is introduce yourself and tell them what you want to be, if they like you, they'll walk up to you." Dakota said to the kids.

"But what if they don't like us?" Gumu asked Dakota. "Then we'll try again. There's always at least one pokemon for everyone." Dakota said to Gumu. "Now who wants to go first?" Dakota asked the kids. "Oh me! Me! Me!" Song said to Dakota. "Then step forward." Dakota said to Song.

Song then moved up ahead of everyone. "Hello everyone. I'm Song. I want to be a musician when I grow up. I would love it if one of you helped me reach that dream." Song said to the Pokemon. And not even a couple seconds later a Popplio came running up to Song, and stopped right in front of Song.

"Awh, a Popplio the Sea Lion Pokemon. A Water Type. This Pokemon snorts body fluids from its nose, blowing balloons to smash into its foes. It's famous for being a hard worker. And in time she'll become a great singer. So work hard and in time you two will have a career in music." Dakota said to Song, as Song and Popplio started to play a little.

"All right. Who's next?" Dakota asked Axel and Gumu. Axel rolled his eyes and stepped forward first.

"Okay, I'm Axel. I'm here because my parents wanted me out of the Earth Kingdom. But I have no real interest in Pokemon. So let's see if any of you wants to be my Pokemon and prove me wrong about your kind." Axel said to the Pokemon. Unlike Song, not a single Pokemon moved, they even gave him a mean look.

But then a Larvitar walked up to Axel, and they gave each other a mean look, like they were trying to size each other up. "I see you found someone of a similar mind in that Larvitar, the Rock Skin Pokemon. A Rock and Ground Type. It is born deep underground. It can't emerge until it entirely consumes the soil around it. So like you he doesn't know what he wants, but he wants to prove you wrong." Dakota said to Axel.

"Gumu. your turn." Dakota said to Gumu. Gumu said nothing and took a few steps forward. "Um… I'm Gumu… And I don't know who I want to be… or what I want to do… So I'll welcome anyone's help." Gumu said to the Pokemon.

The Pokemon did not move as fast as it was for Song, but neither did they give him a mean look like they did Axel. And after a few seconds, a Turtwig walked up to Gumu, and started to nuzzle Gumu's right leg.

"I see that Turtwig likes you. Turtwig is the Tiny Leaf Pokemon. A Grass Type. It undertakes photosynthesis within its body, making oxygen. The leaf on its head wilts if the Pokemon is thirsty. So make sure to take care of each other." Dakota said to Gumu.

"Now that you all have your Pokemon. Let's start to get to know them." Dakota said to the kids, before they started to play with their Pokemon.

Republic City, Train Station

Meanwhile, Lucas had Dragapult go as fast as he could, and reached the train station. When he arrived, he was met with Asami. Asami had her hair in a ponytail with a long strain of her hair on the right of her head, Asami new outfit was a red dress shirt with a black pelerine over it, a black dress skirt with grey pants under it, black boots with a heel, around her waist was five Pokeballs, and she had a Z-Ring on their left wrist, and it had the Psychic Type Z-Crystal in the Z-Ring.

And around her were five Pokemon. Next to Asami was her Fennekin, who was now a Delphox. By her feet was a Heliolisk. Above her head was a Togekiss and Klefki, and behind her was a Lilligant.

"Hey Lucas. What kept you?" Asami asked Lucas. "Oh, some new kids showed up and I was giving them the tour." Lucas said to Asami. "Always busy. Lucky for you, President Raiko hasn't shown up yet. So let's get into position before he does." Asami said to Lucas. "Of course. He asked us to be here for the ribbon cutting and he is not even here." Lucas said to Asami, as they moved to the steps of the train station.

When Lucas, Asami, and their Pokemon moved to a ribbon and saw a handful of people, Pokemon, and reporters. And among the people was Mako, Lin, Tenzin and his family.

For Tenzin, Jinora, Ikki, and Meelo, they were wearing the same outfit Lily was wearing, with Meelo and Ikki having only one Pokeball on their right wrist while Tenzin and Jinora having three Pokeballs on their right wrist. But a difference was Jinora and Tenzin had Z-Ring on their left wrist, and they both had the Flying Type Z-Crystal in the Z-Rings.

Tenzin still had no hair, but his kids' hair and bodies had grown. Jinora's hair was not covering the side of her head with a small ponytail on the back top of her head. Ikki's hair was the same, but now only longer. And Meelo had messy short black hair.

Standing behind Tenzin was Noivern and two new Pokemon. One was a Male Unfezant, and the other was a Yanmega, and on Tenzin's shoulders was young Rohan who was wearing yellow robes, and had black short hair with a puff of black hair over his forehead.

With Jinora was her Tropius who was now fully grown, and with her was now a Drifblim, who was floating around Jinora, and a Jumpluff on her head. And on Ikki's head was a Pikipek, and on Meelo's head was a Pidove.

Pema was wearing the same outfit with two Pokeballs on her waist, and her hair had a ponytail in the back. Standing behind her was a female Indeedee and a Leavanny.

Next Lucas noticed Mako and Lin. Lin looked exactly the same as she always did, the only thing different was she had two Pokeball on her waist, her Mewoth was now a Perserker, and she had a Normal type Persian with her.

For Mako he was wearing a black dress jacket, pants, and dress shoes, around his waist was five Pokeballs, on his right wrist was a Dynamax Band, and his hair was all cleaned up and layed down. Standing around Mako were five Pokemon. One was his Scorbunny who was now a Cinderace. A Mightyena and Luxray standing on his side. A Hydreigon in the air above Mako. on and the Hydreigon's back was a Spidops.

Standing between Lin and Mako was a man with light brown skin, light green eyes, brown hair that was fluffed up a little before going a little down over his left eye. He was wearing a very fancy dark green suit, fancy black pants, white dress boots with black toes and heels, and one Pokeball on his right hip, with the Pokeball covered with gold paint. And on his shoulders was a Mime Jr.

A few seconds later, President Raiko showed up, without a Pokemon, and started to give a speech. It was so boring that most people turned him out until the end.

"And of course, my biggest thanks goes to Asami Sato and Lucas Weber and their companies. They brought our old central terminal into the modern era. Ladies and gentlemen the world is entering a new age of peace and prosperity. Soon, Prince Wu will take his rightful place on the Earth Kingdom Throne." President Raiko said to the reporters, as the reporters started to take pictures of the man standing between Lin and Mako, acting like he was a superstar.

"And thanks to our updated tail system, Republic city and the Earth Kingdom will be united like never before." President Raiko said to everyone. Then Asami and Lucas cut the ribbon, with the reporters taking pictures of them.

A few minutes later, Lucas and Asami were talking to each other when Wu walked up to them. "Hey there, Asami Right?" Wu asked Asami, getting Asami and Lucas' attention. "Great train house. Maybe you can give me a personal tour sometime, what do you say?" Wu asked Asami.

"I do like the idea of putting you on a train and sending you far, far away." Asami said to Wu, crossing her arms. "I would prefer a rocket to be honest." Lucas said to Asami, making Wu laugh. "That's that's funny. Always with the jokes Lucas." Wu said to Lucas. "I never joke with you Wu." Lucas said to Wu. "See there's those jokes." Wu said to Lucas.

"So Asami, maybe I should introduce myself, I'm Prince Wu, Future King." Wu said to Asami, bowing to her, and holding out a hand, with the Mime Jr copying Wu. "Yeah… I'm aware of who you are." Asami said to Wu.

"Don't let my reputation intimidate you. I'm still human just like everyone else, only more human, like extra-human, or, hmm, super-human." Wu said to Asami, annoying everyone.

"Super-human?" Asami asked Wu, gritting his teeth. "So, what do you say? Can I show you a low-key night out with a super-human soon to be king?" Wu asked Asami, cracking a big cocky smile, and wiggling his eyebrows. Asami didn't say anything, but all the Pokemon started to softly growl at Wu, and looked like they were about to pounce on Wu.

Lucky for Wu, Mako walked to them. "Prince Wu, President Reiko has some really important king stuff to talk to you about." Mako said to Wu.

"Now?" Wu asked before exhaling. "Fine." Wu said. "Think over the offer, I'll be back." Wu said to Asami, before walking away. "And I'll make sure that later is very later." Lucas said to Asami, before following Wu, with his Pokemon staying with them.

"He's a real charmer, huh?" Mako asked everyone. "He's… something." Asami said to Mako, with all of their Pokemon agreeing with them. "How can you stand being his bodyguard?" Asami asked Mako. "Well, I just remind myself that once he's on the throne, I'm back to being a detective with Zoey." Mako said to Asami.

"And that works?" Asami asked Mako, crossing her arms. "I also go home and smash my head into the wall for an hour. You know, just to get the stress out." Mako said to Asami. "That explains why Zoey complains about fixing the wall all every night before going to bed." Asami said to Mako, making them both laugh.

"But it is good to see you Mako. It's been too long. Zoey lets me know what's up when I see her at the Poke-Nation. But have you heard from Bolin Lately?" Asami asked Mako. "I haven't talked to him for a while, but he's coming in a few days for the coronation. And Bei Fong told me that Korra is getting in tonight." Mako said to Asami.

"I can't wait to see her. It's gonna be weird having the old team Avatar back in the city after all these years. Though I can't wait to see their reaction when you tell them you and Zoey are dating." Asami said to Mako. "We told you, we're not dating." Mako said to Asami, making Asami and all the Pokemon give him a flat look.

"Are you two still denying that fact? You two live together. You two have fun together. You two do everything together. Well almost everything. You two have your own beds and showers, but that's it, everything else you two do together." Asami said to Mako, making Mako embarrassed. "ASAMI!" Mako said to Asami. "Come one Mako, we're both adults here. No reason to be embarrassed." Asami said to Mako.

Back with Wu and Lucas, they were talking with Lin, Tenzin, and President Raiko. "After your coronation the united forces will escort you to Ba Sing Se." Tenzin said to Wu.

"Right, about that. Are we all positive that the Earth Kingdom is safe enough for me to return? I don't have to remind everyone what happened to my great aunt three years ago?" Wu asked everyone, before acting out the Earth Queen's death.

"May she rest in peace." Wu said, putting his hand together. "Prince Wu, I assure you Kuvira has the Earth Kingdom pretty much stabilized at this point." President Raiko said to Wu, making Wu recoil. "Define "pretty much"." Wu asked President Raiko.

"Well, the roving bandits have mostly been dispersed." Tenzin said to Wu. "Mostly?" Wu asked Tenzin. "Considering your land, Mostly is probably the best you're gonna get." Lucas said to Wu.

"Don't worry kid. The chances of you being assassinated are almost zero." Lin said to Wu. "Almost?" Wu asked, sweeting. "That's the same as everyone else in the world. But you're probably a little higher with you being you." Lucas said to Wu.

Earth Kingdom

Meanwhile in the Earth Kingdom, there was a small village, where thugs drove around and acted like they own the place. And three men and a Stunky walked into the many shops they trashed.

"Get out of here. We don't have anything left." the female shopkeeper said to the men. But one of the men earthbend the woman's counter away revealing a few bags of supplies. The men then took the supplies.

"Now, you don't have anything left. And to make sure you understand. Smelly, spray her." the man said to the woman and Stunky. The Stunky said nothing, and fired some stink from his tail, hitting the woman and making her smell super bad.

The man then started to loud up their car, but heard something. They looked up to see a Bison flying at them. On that Bison was Olivia, Kai, Opal, and all of their Pokemon. With all of them wearing the same outfit as the other airbenders, but with Kai having a Z-Ring and the Dark Type Z-Crystal on his left wrist as well, and Olivia having a Dynamax band on her right wrist. Kai had also grown quite a bit as well, and Olivia had short hair with airbending tattoos on her as well.

As for Pokemon and Pokeballs, Opal had just one Pokeball on her left wrist and Skarmory. Olivia had three Pokeballs on their left wrist, with Butterfree, Beautifly, and Mothim flying around her head. And with Kai having three Pokeballs on their left wrist, which was his Murkrow who was now a Honhkrow, a Gliscor, and a Staraptor standing next to him.

Then all of them jumped off the Bison, making the men gasp. Then Kai, Opal, and Olivia used their airbending to undo the buttons on their clothes, revealing glider wings, and letting them fly with their Pokemon.

The sight of them made the men hop into their car and drive off. But the Airbender and Pokemon went after them. Then Kai flew in front of the men, and kicked a burst of air into the car, making it crash and causing the man and Stunky to get thrown out of the car.

Then Skarmory, Honchkrow, Gliscor, Staraptor, grabbed the men and pinned them to the ground, with Mothim grabbing the Stunky and holding it in the air.

A few minutes later, the men were tied up together and the Stunky was put in a small cage. "It's safe to some out everyone, the airbenders are here." Kai said to everyone, with a deeper voice, and as Opal and Olvia up their glider wings away.

"You finally made it." An old man said to everyone, as he ran up to them. "So, where are the rest of you?" The man asked everyone, noticing only the three of them.

"Actually, it's just the three of us and our Pokemon, but we're going to do everything we can to help. I'm Opal, this is Kai, that's Olivia, my partner Skarmory, Kai's Pokemon Honchkrow, Gliscor, Staraptor, and Olivia's Pokemon Butterfree, Beautifly, and Mothim." Opal said to the man introducing everyone.

"It's nice to meet you." kai said to the man, holding out his hand. "What? I called Master Tenzin because my state has been under siege by bandits for months. They block all the roads, cut off our supply lines, and all he sent is you three kids and your beast?" The man asked everyone.

"Hey! This is all we could spare! We flew in numbers and scattered all over the place. If you're not happy with it just being us, then we can go and leave you to figure out your own problems." Olivia said to the man. "Yeah, we just took care of those three guys for you." Kai said to the man.

'There are hundreds more where they came from. My citizens are going hungry. Our entire state is on the brink of collapse." The man said to everyone. "Unfortunately, like Olivia said, the Air Nation is spread thin right now. We're all you have." Opal said to the man.

Meanwhile on a rail system, a train was moving at high speed. And inside that train was Bolin, Mason, Varrick, Zhu-Li, Baatar Jr, and Kuvira.

Bolin, Varrick, Zhu-Li, and Baatar Jr were wearing the same outfit, dark green military suit with a green square in the middle of it, green pants, a silver belt, back shoes, and metal shoulders.

The difference was Varrick had a Dynamax band on his right wrist, Zhu-Li had a tiny hat on her head, and Bolin had a keystone in a belt buckle attached to his belt.

For Pokemon and Pokeballs, Varrick, Zhu-Li, and Baatar Jr, they only had one Pokeball and still had the same Pokemon, with Varrick's Pikachu still a Pikachu, and Zhu-Li's Klink is now a Klinklang, all of whom were hanging around the room.

And for Kuvira, she was wearing the same uniform as Bolin, Varrick, Zhu-Li, and Baatar Jr, but had more armor on her back, upper arm, shoulders, neck, and lower legs.

She and Bolin both had five Pokeballs on their belts. With Bolin having his Numel who was a Camerupt now, a Magacrgo, a Torkoal, a Flygon, and a Donphan standing around him. With Camerupt having a Mega Stone attached to his right ear.

And staring at a map of the earth with Kuvira, was a Scyther who was now a Scizor, a Ceruledge, a Mudsdale, a Falinks, and an Obstagoon.

For Mason, he wasn't wearing a uniform, he was wearing a white lab coat over Dark grey long sleeve tri-blend wicking raglan, long pants for men casual solid fashion button zipper closure pencil pants trousers black, hiifeuer medieval faux leather thigh armor, retro double sides waist armor with silver platinum metal belt with his Pokeballs attached to it, mercenary & knight skirt armor and the wait part of his lab coat, platinum medieval iron steel arm guards, platinum plate armor half leg guard shoes, platinum gorget with spaulders is in the inside of his lab coat on the dark grey shirt, neck shoulder armor steel sd-100 in on the shoulder outside the coat. He also had all of his Pokemon out of their Pokeballs around him.

"We just got some good news. Two more Earth Kingdoms states have agreed to join us." Bolin said to everyone. "That's great. I'll start planning to send them supplies." Mason said to Bolin. "And with that, we're 90% there Kuvira." Baatar Jr, said to Kuvira, without Kuvira looking away from the map. Varrick then slapped his left knee.

"That's great!" Varrick said, laughing a bit. "Zhu-Li, dish out some of that special celebration tea." Varrick said to Zhu-Li. Kuvira then moved pieces of a map onto their part of the map, as Zhu-Li passed out cups to everyone.

"None for me. I won't celebrate until the Earth Kingdom is 100% reunited." Kuvira said to everyone. "I agree with her. You need to party all the time is putting a strain on our supplies." Mason said to Varrick, making everyone put down tier tea.

But then the train came to a sudden stop, causing everyone and their Pokemon, minus Kuvira and her Pokemon, to fumble a little and spill their tea onto themselves. "Now what?" Mason asked, as a man walked up to everyone. "Why have we stopped?" Kuvira asked the man.

"Apologies, there are rocks on the tracks. It's most likely bandits. We're sending troops to handle the situation." the man said to Kuvira. "Call them off. I will take care of the bandits myself." Kuvira said to the man. "And which Pokemon are you going to take?" Mason asked Kuvira.

"Scizor, care to take a walk with me?" Kuvira asked Scizor. "Scizor." Scizor said to Kuvira, bowing yes. "Just Scizor. Okay then. I'll keep track of the time." Mason said to Kuvira. "Except us to bet our record." Kuvira said to Mason, before she and Scizor left the train.

Once they got onto the roof, they noticed a handful of bandits and a couple Onix on both sides of the mountains around the train. The bandits then made some stone platforms and used them like snow boards as they went down, with the Onix following them.

The bandits fired rocks at Kuvira and Scizor, at the same time the Onix fired rocks from their mouths. But Kuvira and Scizor dodged the rocks with ease. "Scizor used Sword Dance." Kuvira said to Scizor. "Scizor." Scizor said, as she glowed red, and the sword danced around her for a couple seconds.

Kuvira then whipped metal straps out of the armor on her back, the straps hit the bandits in the head, wrapping around their eyes, and even wrapping a metal strap around their legs tripping them up. This took out most of the bandits.

Then some of the Onix reached them, and Scizor's head turned silver and rough. Scizor then headbutted the Onixs and sent them flying into the mountain around them like it was nothing.

Then a couple of the bandits tried to bend a massive boulder at Kuvira, at the same time the Onix made rocks fall from the sky. But Kuvira fired two metal straps in the boulder, and ripped the boulder apart into dust. At the same time Scizor's pincers glowed white, and he smashed the rocks falling from the sky, turning them to dust.

Kuvira then tossed metal onto the rest of the bandits, and made the bandits pile onto each other. While that was happening, Scizor flew around, grabbing the Onix by the tail, and without using an attack, slamming them into one another before making them into one large pile.

Kuvira when metalbend the roof open, with Mason under the opening. "Time?" Kuvira asked Mason. "You bet your record by 5 seconds." Mason said to Kuvira. "So 1 minute and 10 seconds then. We must work harder Scizor if we want the record to be an even 1 minute or less." Kuvira said to Scizor, before closing the opening in the roof.

A few minutes later, Kuvira Metalbend the bandits to the rail behind the train, as Scizor tossed the Onix into one of the train cars with pure strength. Kuvira then removed the metal being around the bandits head, letting them see Kuvira standing on the rail.

"You're… Kuvira and Scizor." A female bandit said to Kuvira, as Scizor walked up to Kuvira's side. "And you're the bandits who have been causing chaos where we are trying to establish order, aren't you?" Kuvira asked the bandits.

"We're sorry. We didn't know this was your train-." the female bandit said to Kuvira, but was interrupted by Kuvira waving her hand, making Scizor lunge at the Female bandit, used her right pincer to grab the female bandit's head, and slam it into the rail, shutting her up.

"Don't talk over me, or next time Scizor won't be so kind as to just slam your head into the rail." Kuvira said to the female bandit, before Scizor let the female bandit go and moved back to Kuvira. "Please, take mercy on us." A male bandit asked Kuvira.

"Stop groveling as if this is the worst day of your life. This is a good day. I'm gonna give you all the opportunity to rehabilitate yourselves and become productive members of your nation. Right now, you're lost, just like your Onixs, but pledge your loyalty to us, and we'll give you a new purpose in your lives. Of course, if you don't want to join, you can always stay right here. Hopefully someone or a Pokemon can save you before the next rain speeds through, but I wouldn't count on it." Kuvira said to the bandits, before she and Scizor turned away from the bandits.

"No, we'll join. Don't leave us here." The male bandit said to Kuvira. "We pledge our loyalty to you, Great Uniter and Crimson Alpha." The female bandit said to Kuvira and Scizor, making them smirk.

Republic City, Streets

Back in Republic City, Wu was inside his fancy hotel getting ready to go out for a haircut, with Mako right behind him. Mime Jr was out of his Pokeball and copying Wu's moment, and Mako only had Luxray out of her Pokeball, the rest were in their Pokeballs, avoiding Wu as best they could.

"I Don't know why we're leaving so early if you're just getting a haircut. The dinner at Air Temple island isn't until later tonight." Mako said to Wu, as they walked down a hallway. "because I'm not just getting a haircut. It's a spa day. We're talking minimum four hours." Wu said to Mako.

"Are you kidding me? What are you having done that takes four hours?" Mako asked Wu, as he called for the elevator. "A rejuvenating tea leaf skin wrap. Have you ever gotten one of those, Mako?" Wu asked Mako, as the elevator arrived.

"Yeah, I'm not interested." Mako said to Wu, as they got onto the elevator. "Oh, you will be." Wu said to Mako, before the elevator went down to the lobby, explaining a tea leaf skin wrap.

"So while your hands soak in a bubbling milk bath, your feet are in a tub full of these little suckerfish that literally eat your calluses away. Gobble them right up. Crazy huh?" Wu asked Mako, as the elevator reached the bottom, and they walked out of the elevator. "That's disgusting." Mako said to Wu. "Luxray." Luxray said, agreeing with Mako.

"Then they scrape your skin with blocks of sea salt, lube you up with seaweed infused aloe, wrap you in tea leaves, put you in a hot box for four hours and bam, you're done!" Wu said to Mako, as they walked through the hall.

But as they got closer to the exit, Luxray jumped in front of Mako and Wu, stopping them. That's when they heard a lot of booing and very little cheering.

"Mako, Do you hear all my fans? They must be in town for my coronation. Can you have Luxray move so I can meet them." Wu said Mako. "I don't think I can do that. Buy the sound of it and Luxray reaction, I don't think many of them are your fans." Mako said to Wu.

But Wu ignored Mako, and moved around Luxray to the exit. This made Mako and Luxray sigh, before following Wu.

Once they walked out the door, on both sides of the path to their car, were people booing Wu and holding signs of Kuvira forces. The only people cheering were a handful of people. Wu ignored the boo and moved up to a man in front of their limo with a camera, and posed for everything, thinking they all loved him.

Mako and Luxray looked at the crowd, and noticed a few people slithering around it, being quiet. Mako looked at them with a conscious look, while Luxray gave them a mean look using her x-ray vision.

Luxray then noticed they had pies behind their backs, and leapt to Wu's side with Mako following her.

"Wu, we have to get you out of here. Luxray sees something." Mako said to Wu, as he picked up Wu and rushed Wu into their limo. "What?" Wu asked, before the pies were sent flying. "Luxray." Luxray said, as she formed a green bubble around her, Mako, Wu, and the door to the limo, letting the pies hit the bubble, as Mako forced Wu into Limo.

And while they're was no real danger, Wu acted like he was under fire from a machine gun. "Go, go." Mako said to the driver. Before the diver floored it, Luxray dropped the protect and hopped into the limo, with Mako closing the door for her.

"What just happened out there?" Wu asked Mako. "I think those were Kuvira supporters in the crowd. Luxray must have noticed the pies with her x-ray vision and protected us just in case they're anything dangerous in those pies.

"But that was close. I don't know what would've happened if you and Luxray weren't there." Wu said to Mako and Luxray, putting a hand on Mako's shoulder. "You would've been hit by a strawberry pie. It's really not that big of a deal." Mako said to Wu, removing Wu's hand from his shoulder.

"Or I could've been killed. I don't know what I'd ever do without you. Wait a second, did you say strawberry pie? I'm allergic to strawberries." Wu said to Mako, on the verge of a panic attack. "You're allergic to bee stings." Mako said to Wu, making Wu calm down. "Oh, right. I always get those two mixed up." Wu said to Mako.

Earth Kingdom

Back in the Earth Kingdom, Olivia, Opal, and Kai were feeding their Pokemon and the bison with them, who was Gwenn, on a hill outside of town, when they heard a whistling sound.

"Look! A train made it through." Kai said to everyone, as they noticed Kuvira's train moving towards the city. "Maybe they brought food and supplies." Opal said to everyone. "Let's find out." Olivia said to everyone, before they started to move, with Butterfree, Skarmory, and Honchkrow following.

A few minutes later they reached the train, as the train stopped and let people and Pokemon off. One of the people and Pokemon who got off was Bolin, with all of his Pokemon, minus Camerupt, in their Pokeballs.

"Well, look who it is." Olivia said to everyone. "What's your boyfriend doing here?" Kai asked Opal. "If he's here, he must be with Kuvira, Mason, and my brother. This isn't going to be good." Opal said to everyone. "Like things are great already?" Olivia asked Opal.

"Bolin! Camerupt!" Kai said to them, calling out for them, and getting their attention. "Kai! Honchkrow!" Bolin said to them, as Kai and Honchkrow ran up to them. Bolin met Kai half way and they hugged while laughing and Bolin picked up Kai, as Honchkrow landed on Camerupt's head.

"Wow, you are a lot heavier than you used to be, You're really growing up." Bolin said to Kai. "What's up with your new hair? You look like a stiff." Kai said to Bolin. "Hey, Kuvira says it makes me look intelligent and professional." Bolin said to Kai, fidgeting with his hair.

"Don't believe everything she says." Opal said to Bolin, going behind Bolin and messing with his hair. That's when Bolin noticed Opal. "Opal I can't believe you're here too. I missed you so much." Bolin said to Opal, before hugging Opal. "I missed you, too." Opal said to Bolin.

"Not just them." Olivia said to Bolin, making Bolin notice her and the Pokemon. "Oh Olivia, good to see you. Sorry I didn't make it to your ceremony." Bolin said to Olivia, breaking his hug with Opal. "It's fine, we've all been busy these days." Olivia said to Bolin.

"Well, well, well, look what Meowth dragged in." A male voice said to everyone. That's when everyone noticed Kuvira, Mason, Baatar Jr, Scizor, Aggron, and Duraludon standing behind them. "It's good to see you again, little sister." Baatar Jr said to Opal, as he and those with him walked to them, and bolin fixed his hair.

"What a wonderful surprise. A happy reunion for my favorite couple." Kuvira said to Opal and Bolin. "How's mom doing?" Baatar Jr asked Opal. "Like you care. She still hasn't forgiven you." Opal said to Baatar Jr, with a mean look on her face. "You know, for someone who claims to be so enlightened, mom can really hold a grudge." Baatar Jr said to Opal.

"I guess when her son betrays her-" Opal said to Baatar Jr, but was interrupted by Mason. "I hardly call choosing to do something rather than hiding like a coward a betrayal." Mason said to Opal, earning a mean look from Opal.

"Alright everyone enough." Kuvira said to everyone. "Opal. We're not here to bicker with you about something that happened three years ago. We're here to help this town, just like you." Kuvira said to Opal.

"I've heard how you help towns- by conquering them." Opal said to Kuvira. "Are you still telling everyone those lies of ours? I know you're jealous of Kuvira for being a bigger success than you, but you need to stop taking it out on her." Mason said to Opal.

"I know the rumors about me can be pretty nasty, but I am giving everyone in this nation a better future, and with Bolin's help, and Mason resource management, and my fiance's ideas, we're laying the groundwork for the people to achieve their own greatness." Kuvira said to Opal.

"Your fiance?" Opal asked Kuvira. "You haven't heard? You brother and I are getting married." Kuvira said to Opal, making Bolin nervously laugh. "Isn't that a great sweetie?" Bolin asked Opal.

"I know things got heated with your family when Baatar, Mason, and I left Zaofu, but don't you think it's time to forgive and forget?" Kuvira asked Opal, putting a hand on her shoulder.

But before Opal could answer Kuvira, the old man walked up to them. "What are you doing here?" the old man asked Kuvira. "Hello, Governor. I was wondering if you and I could talk privately." Kuvira said to the old man.

The Governor said nothing, and followed Kuvira and Scizor into the train. "So, have you had time to rethink my generous offer?" Kuvira asked the Governor. "Generous? You want to take everything. How is that generous?" The Governor asked Kuvira.

"Governor, your state has been overrun by bandits. They have you outnumbered and question's not if they'll take over, it's when. Unless you sign our deal. Agree to our terms and you'll have the full force of my army backing you. You will remain in charge, just under my supervision. I will save your life, and the lives of your citizens. I think that's pretty generous." Kuvria said to the Governor, passing a paper to him.

The Governor then tossed the paper to the floor. "I know how you manipulate states and force them to join up under you. I know the only reason you want this region is because it's rich in ore. They might call you "The Great Uniter" and you beast the "Crimson Alpha", but you're destroying everything. I will never turn the great state of Yi over to you." The Governor said to Kuvira.

"You have a lot of pride, but it cannot protect your people. Your pride will not stop the hordes as your city crumbles to the ground, and your pride certainly will not feed your hungry when all that is left is rubble." Kuvira said to the Governor, getting in the Governor's personal space. "Leave! Get out of my state." The Governor said to Kuvira, not intimidated by her.

"You will perish, unless you take my generous offer. If not, one way or another, Yi will end." Kuvira said to the Governor, before escorting the Governor out of the train.

Once the Governor was out of the train, he walked past everyone in a rage. That's when Kuvira came out of the train, holding the paper. "It's time to go, we're not wanted here." Kuvira said to everyone.

"What happened?" Bolin asked Kuvira. "Let me guess, a stubborn Earth Kingdom governor?" Mason asked Kuvira. "Correct Mason. It appears we can't make a deal right now." Kuvira said to Mason.

"Why does he have to be difficult? All we ask is for him to join us and we'll help his people. Must be too prideful to bow to anyone." Mason said, thinking out loud. "Okay everyone back on the train. It's time to leave." Kuvira said to her forces.

"Wait, aren't you guys gonna stick around and help?" Kai asked Kuvira. "Kai, as much as I want to help these people, it's still his city. If he wants us gone and doesn't want our help. Then there is nothing else we can do." Mason said to Kai.

"Here's the contract, we'll wait at the border for one day. You get the Governor to sign it, and you'll have all the help you need." Kuvira said to Kai, handing Kai the paper, before all of her forces besides Bolin and Mason got onto the train.

"I guess I gotta go." Bolin said to Opal. "Don't, please! You can't turn your back on these people." Opal said to Bolin, placing her hands on his chest. "I'm not. I want to help, but if the governor wants us gone, there's- there's nothing I can do. I'm sorry-." Bolin said to Opal, trying to hug her, only to get pushed away. "Hey! Opal, please." Bolin said to Opal.

"Leave if that's what you're going to do." Opal said to Bolin, turning away from Bolin. "Bolin, get on the train with Camerupt." Mason said to Bolin. Bolin said nothing and got on the train, with Camerupt following Bolin, and Honchkrow getting off Camerupt.

"Look, we can't help at the moment. But if you guys want to help. There's a few villages nearby in a better state than his place. You can try asking them for supplies, and fly the supplies here. But be careful, I have been getting reports of bandits with planes around here." Mason said to the airbenders, before walking away with Aggron.

Then Mason and Aggron got on the train, and the doors closed, and the train started to move. "You know Mason's idea isn't a bad one." Kai said to Opal. "I hate using Mason's idea." Opal said to Kai. "It's not like we had a better idea. So let's go." Olivia said to Opal, before going to Gwenn.

Throughout the day, Olivia, Opal, and Kai flew around and gathered a bit of supplies. Their last stop was a farm, with all of their Pokemon in their Pokeballs. "Sorry we couldn't give you more, that's all we could spare." The farmer said to everyone.

"Every little bit helps. Because of you and the other farmers around here, we have more than enough food to feed the town until we can get some reinforcements." Opal said to the farmer, before they all bowed to the man.

"Thanks." Kai said to the farmer, before getting on Gwenn's back. "Stay safe." Olivia said to the farmer, before Gwenn took off into the air.

Earth Kingdom Sky

For a few minutes everyone sat in silence before Kai broke the silence. "So… You and Bolin doing okay?" Kai asked Opal. "I don't know. It's really tough having a long-distance relationship, and I can't stand that he's working with Kuvira and Mason." Opal said to Kai. "Tell us we don't know. Every time we bring up Kuvira or Mason, you get really mad and complain that Bolin is with them." Olivia said to Opal.

"But it does seem like he found his calling, doesn't it? He loves helping people." Kai said to everyone. "Maybe it's just- he's changed a lot since he's been around them." Opal said to everyone. "He's growing up." Kai said to Opal.

"I just hope we're not growing apart." Opal said to everyone. "That's up to you. Like today, if there's a wedge forming, it's because you rejected him after he told you he could help. Now I know it hurts seeing him turn his back on people, but you need to be more open minded and see things through his eyes." Olivia said to Opal. "Not even a master for that long, and you're already giving me lectures." Opal said to Olivia.

Then things went silent. "How about we start talking about your long-distance relationships, how are you two doing with Jinora and Lucas?" Opal asked everyone. "Actually, me and Jinora are doing fine." Kai said to Opal. "What about you Olivia?" Opal asked Olivia.

"Well, it's complicated. I think we want to take it to the next level and get married, but we're too busy with our lives to even ask each other." Olivia said to Opal. "Aren't you guys a little young for that?" Kai asked Olivia. "We're 21 and have been dating for 3 years. And unlike Opal and Bolin's long distance, ours is going strong." Olivia said to Kai.

"Maybe we should change topics." Opal asked everyone, getting annoyed by Olivia's comment. "Find, then what do you want to talk about?" Olivia asked Opal. "How about how your boyfriend keeps turning down my request for a Z-Ring." Opal said to Olivia.

"Not this again." Kai said, rolling his eyes. "What, I'm just as good as you two, and yet you got a Z-Ring." Opal said to Kai. "And if I had a Pokemon that could Gigantamx or Mega Evolve, then I could be just as good as You or Lily." Opal said to Olivia. "And again, it's Zoey who you have to complain to, not me or Lucas." Olivia said to Opal.

"I have. But Zoey keeps saying I'm too impulsive and reckless to get one, and that even if I had a Pokemon that could Gigantamx or Mega Evolve she still won't give me anything. She says I'm more likely to break things with a Z-Move instead of using it at the right time and location. I don't know where Zoey is getting this idea from." Opal said to Olivia.

Then they heard an engine roaring. "You hear that?" Kai asked everyone. That's when a plane came out of the cloud. "It's the bandits Mason warned us about." Kai said to everyone, before the bandits got closer and fired a grappling hook into the net holding the supplies.

"We're hooked." Kai said to everyone, as the bandit hooked himself to the rope. The bandits come down on the robe. "Skarmory/Beautifly come out and use Air Slash." Opal and Olivia said, as they let out their Pokemon, and all of them fired bursts of air at the bandits. "Skarmory/Beautifly." Skarmory and Beautifly said, as they whipped their wings at the bandit.

But the bandit dodged all the attacks, and got onto Gwenn. Then the bandit started to cut the ropes on the supplies. "Gliscor comes out and use Acrobatics." Kai said, as he let Gliscor out of his Pokeball. "Gliscor." Gliscor said as he and Kai tired to forced bandit off, but their attacks missed,

"Use Acrobatics again." Kai said to Gliscor, as he fired another airburst. "Gliscor said, as the airburst hit the bandit, sunting the bandit, and letting Gliscor jump around the bandit, and forced the bandit off the supplies. But the bandit recovered and moved to the other side of the supplies.

The Bandit tried to cut Kai and Gliscor, but Kai and Gliscor dodged the attacks, cutting some of the rope instead. "Gliscor, distract him with Double Team." Kai said to Gliscor. "Gliscor." Gliscor said, as he made copies of himself and scattered the copies around the bandit, getting the bandit's attention.

Kai then tried a sneak attack, but the bandit noticed Kai at the last second, and slashed Kai's right shoulder.

This caused Kai to fall back to the other, with the girls and Pokemon moving to his side. "Just what we need, a modern bandit. It'll be hard to take him down." Olivia said to everyone.

Opal then looked at Kai's Z-Ring, and had an idea. "Don't worry I've got this." Opal said to Olivia, as she took Kai's Z-Ring. "Opal wiat!" Olivia and Kai said to Opal, trying to stop her, but they were too late. Opal ignored them and turned the Dark Z-Crystal in Z-Ring.

"Shadow gather." Opal said, crossing her arms in an X shape over her chest. "Suck in everything around you." Opal said, as she dropped down. "And bring forth disaster." Opal said, as she rose up and held her arms out above her head, like she sacred someone. "Black Hole Eclipse!" Opal said, as black energy went out of the Z-crystal

Then the black energy entered Skarmory, and Skarmory fried a black ball into the air behind the bandits. The ball stopped mid air and expanded. Once it was done expanding, it started to suck everything into it, with the bandit on Gwenn getting pulled off Gwenn's back, but the plane and Gwenn tried their best to resist the pull of the black hole, with everyone holding on to whatever they could for dear life.

This went on for a few moments, with the plane almost getting sucked into it first. But then all the rope around the supplies snapped, and the supplies got sucked into the black hole first. This caused the move to stop and let out a big explosion.

Then out of the explosion debris from the supplies came shooting out all over the place. Part of the debris damages the bandits' plane and forces them to go down. At the same time, debris hits Kai, and knocked Kai off Gwenn's back, making everyone panic.

As Kai was falling, he opened his gilder suit, only to lose control. The reason, the bandit's attack cut part of his right wing. Olivia and Opal traded looks, and not saying a word, knew what the other was thinking. They then jumped off Gwenn with the Pokemon following them.

They then used their airbending to go fast as they fell down to Kai. Once they reached Kai, Opal got on Kai's right, and Olivia got on Kai's left, holding out an arm for him. Kai grabbed their arms, and with gilder suits working properly, they were able to stabilize Kai and glide with him.

The Pokemon then helped Gwenn angle herself in a position to catch Kai, Opal, and Olivia. "And that is why Zoey hasn't given you a Z-Ring." Olivia said to Opal, as they caught their breath.

The State Of Yi

Soon after that fiasco, they reached the town, where the people and the Governor were waiting for them. Once Gwenn landed, Olivia, Opal, and Kai got off her and walked to the Governor, with the Pokemon staying with Gwenn, and Kai having his Z-Ring back from Opal. "What happened? Where's all the food?" The Governor asked everyone.

"We were attacked in mid-air. We lost everything." Opal said to the Governor. "And what we lost was all the other farms and villages could spare. So there's nowhere else nearby we can get food for your people." Olivia said to the Governor. "It might be time to make a tough call." Kai said to the Governor, before handing him the paper Kuvira gave him.

The Governor looked at all his people for a few seconds, and realized he had no choice. The Governor took it, and signed the paper. "Here, Tell Kuvira to save my people." The Governor said to Kai, as he handed Kai the paper.

"For what it's worth, I think you made the right decision." Kai said to the Governor. "Did I ever really have a choice?" The Governor asked Kai, before walking away. "I hope you're happy with your work Zaheer." Olivia said in spit.

Republic City Air Temple Island

Back in Republic City, on Air Temple Island, as the sun started to set, everyone was getting ready for Korra's welcoming home dinner, with Wu, Mime Jr, President Raiko, and Raiko's wife talking in the corner of the dining hall.

Lin, Mako, Zoey, Perrserker, Cinderace, and Serperior standing by the door to the dinning hall, with the rest of their Pokemon in their Pokeballs.

And at the dinner table was Tenzin, Jinora, Ikki, Meelo, Pema, Rohan, Asami, Lucas, Dakota, Lily, Noivern, Tropius, Pikipek, Pidove, Indeedee, Delphox, Rillaboom, Decidueye, Altaria, Pabu, and making a appearance, for this party, Mewtwo, who was wearing a purple cloak over his shoulder covering the nasty burn scar on his back.

"When Korra gets here, I bet she's not even gonna know who I am." Meelo said to everyone. "Why is that?" Ikki asked Meelo. "Because Meelo the boy has turned into Meelo the man." Meelo said to Ikki, acting tough.

"I don't think even Arceus can make that happen, Meelo." Mewtwo said to Meelo, making Ikki and Jinora giggle a little.

"It is good to have you around Mewtwo." Tenzin said to Mewtwo. "It's good to be back. I missed having a meal with all of you." Mewtwo said to Tenzin. "How have you been?" Jinora asked Mewtwo. "Hard." Mewtwo said to Jinora.

"The poachers can't be giving you that much trouble. Or is your back acting up again?" Pema asked Mewtwo. "It's not the poachers or my back. It's Kuvria's forces. Since I refuse to work for her, she banned me from seeing the Pokemon she took from bandits and poachers. And as such her forces have orders to attack me if I get anywhere near one of her bases." Mewtwo said to everyone.

"But you're Mewtwo. Can't you just plow through everything?" Meelo asked Mewtwo. "When I first got here, sure. But over these last three years, people are more aware of my skills. I can still take on a good number of troops, but those new Mecha-Tanks, a good number of trained fighters, a bunch of willing Pokemon, and if my back acts up during the fight, sooner or later I'll be overwhelmed and lose. And if I'm captured, who knows what would happen to me. Best to avoid a fight and wait for the right moment to act." Mewtwo said to Meelo.

"To be honest that concerns me. Why would Kuvira hide anything with that much force?" Dakota asked everyone. "I wrote Mason some letters, asking him about some of the stuff my scouts had seen out there. But he never replies, hopefully I'll get some answers out of him when he's in town for the coronation." Lucas said to everyone.

"Mewtwo I have to ask, do you know how Arceus is doing these days?" Lily asked Mewtwo. "I wish I could tell you things have changed. But like it has been since we watched Arceus punish the Red Lotus for their crimes. None of us Legendary Pokemon have seen or heard from him. The other Legendary Pokemon have grown concerned about this behavior. Hopefully when Korra shows up, she can use her link with Arceus to talk to him, and get him to act like his normal self." Mewtwo said to Lily.

Back in the corner, Wu was telling President Raiko and his wife about his spy treatment. "You've never had the tea leaf wrap? You have no idea what you're missing. The face massage alone is to die for." Wu said to President Raiko and his wife, with President Raiko and his wife forcing themselves to listen to him talk.

"Ugh. This coronation cannot come soon enough. I can't wait to go back to being a detective." Mako said to Lin and Zoey. "I know what you mean. Patrolling the Poke-Nation is always interesting, but I miss working the bet with you." Zoey said to Mako, lightly punching Mako in the shoulder.

"Right. Um, yeah, about that." Lin said to Mako and Zoey, making Zoey turn and give a mean look. "Lin, what aren't you telling us?" Zoey asked Lin. "Yeah, what is it chief?" Mako asked Lin, as he gave her a mean look.

"I don't know how to tell you two this. But Mako is going to Ba Sing Se with the prince." Lin said to Mako and Zoey. "What?!" Zoey asked Lin. "No!" Mako said to Lin, grabbing her shoulders.

"I tried to get you out of it, but it's over my head." Lin said to Mako. "But Mako is a Temporarily bodyguard to Wu, the contract expires in a few days." Zoey said to Lin. "Wu personally asked Raiko to make the contract a permite thing. He said he doesn't know what he'd do without Mako." Lin said to Zoey.

"Of course he wouldn't, he's an idiot. Any random Komala is smarter than him, and they are all asleep." Zoey said to Lin. "This can't be happening. I'm not even an Earth Kingdom citizen. I work for the Republic City Police Department." Mako said to Lin.

"Not anymore. You're just in Raiko's diplomatic game." Lin said to Mako. "Diplomatic game." Zoey said before spitting on the floor. "You can try talking to him, but I don't think he's going to let you quit." Lin said to Mako, making Mako sigh.

That's when an air acolyte walked into the room. "There's a Southern Water Tribe ship pulling up to the dock." The acolyte said to everyone. "Korra!" Jinora, Ikki, and Meelo said, before they ran out of the room, with their Pokemon following them.

The State Of Yi

Back in Yi, Kuvira's forces marched into town all wearing heavy armor, and a variety of Pokemon with them, with all of the Pokemon having a crimson helmet on their heads. Even some newer Mecha-Tanks that were smaller and more man-like, but were still very heavily armored, walked out of the train.

While that was happening, Mason and Bolin were passing out food and surprise to everyone, with them and the people with them having smiles on their faces. "Don't worry everyone, we got plenty of food for everyone. Enjoy the first of many great meals from us." Mason said to everyone, as he passed out the food. It didn't take long for the hopelessness the town was feeling to be replaced by hope.

Kuvira then walked in front of all the people. "The state of Yi is now under the full protection of my army." Kuvira said to everyone, making them cheer. Kuvria turned to the Governor. "Proclaim your loyalty, if you wish to keep your post." Kuvira said to the Governor.

"I pledge my loyalty to you, great uniter." The Governor said to Kuvira, bowing to her, but not happy about it. That's when a banner of Kuvira's forces hung from the gate entrance of Yi.

Opal was in the crowd watching all this, and didn't like it. Opal then turned her head to Bolin, who was helping Mason unload some food to the people. Bolin noticed Opal, and smiled at her, blushing a little, thinking she would approve of this.

But she looked at Bolin with a disappointed look on her face, before leaving. This confused Bolin. Mason noticed all this. "Forget her Bolin. If she wants to be like her mother and let her stubborn belief she's right stop her from seeing things as they are. Then we don't need them. Now help me finish unloading this food, people need to eat." Mason said to Bolin, as he kept passing out food. "Yes, sir." Bolin said to Mason, as he got back to work, but not with the same joy.

Republic City Air Temple Island

Back in Republic City, on Air Temple Island, with the night sky over their heads, everyone was waiting on the docks for Korra to come out of the ship. But want came out of the ship was naga first, then Tonraq with two Pokeballs on his right waist, lastly a Beartic and Cryogonal came out of the ship following Tonraq.

Naga ran to everyone, tackling Dakota to the ground and licking him. "Hey Girl. It's good to see you too. Now get off. Dakota said to Naga, as he got Naga off him. Naga then got on her belly, and Dakota gave her some belly rubs with Meelo and Ikki helping him.

Tenzin and Tonraq then walked up to each other and shook hands. "Tonraq, it's good to have you back in the city, and everyone is excited to see the Avatar again." Teznin said to Tonraq, as they finished their handshake. But Tenzin's words surprised Tonraq.

"What do you mean? Isn't Korra already here?" Tonraq asked Tenzin, surprising everyone, and making them look at Tonraq. "No, we thought she was coming with you." Teznin said to Tonraq.

"Korra left the South Pole with Grovyle and Sealeo six months ago. She's written me letters. She said she was here in Republic City." Tonraq said to Tenzin. "I assure you, your daughter's not here." Tenzin said to Tonraq. "Then where is she and her Pokemon?" Tonraq asked everyone.

Earth Kingdom

To answer that question, her current location was a random warehouse in the Earth Kingdom with her hair cut to be short, wearing a green sleeveless shirt, dark green shorts, green flip flops, and 5 Pokeballs around her waist. And what she was doing in their warehouse, she and her Treecko, who was now a Grovyle, were taking part of an underground fight club.

Only problem was that her opponent and her Drednaw were mopping the floor with them. "Is that all You got? Grovyle use Leaf Blade!" Korra said to her opponent. "Grovyle." Grovyle said, as his wrist fans became long curve green energy blades.

"Drednaw use Rock Blast." the woman said to Drednaw, as she flung rocks at Korra. "Drednaw." Drednaw said, as he fired small rocks from his mouth. Korra moved to the side to dodge the rocks, as Grovyle used his energy blades to cut up the rocks before they hit him.

Korra then tried to throw a rock at her opponent, but Korra missed, and the woman made a rock wall and Korra had to roll to dodge it. "Grovyle use Energy ball." Korra said to Grovyle, as she made a rock way. "Grovyle." Grovyle said, as he fired a ball of green energy from his mouth.

"Drednaw use Protect." the woman said to Drednaw, as she took cover behind him. "Drednaw." Drednaw said, as he formed a green bubble around himself and his partner, protecting them from the rock wave and energy ball.

Then, when Drednaw lowered the bubble, the woman shot herself into the air, and in the air, flung a large rock into Korra, making her role into Grovyle, taking them out. "We have a winner." An announcer said, as the bell rang.

Some time later, Korra and Grovyle were alone in the arena, moping about the lost, with four other Pokemon around them trying to make them feel better. One was a Walrein, another Pokemon was a Midday Lycanrock, the third Pokemon was a Centiskorch, and the last Pokemon was a Dragonite.

But despite their best effort, Korra and Grovyle where feeling any better. That's when a man walked up to all of them.

"Here, for your lackluster participation." the man said to Korra, tossing her some money. "Thanks." Korra said to the man, with a lifeless voice, taking the money and grabbing a bag. "Everyone return." Korra said to the Pokemon. The Pokemon glowed yellow and turned into yellow energy before going into the Pokeballs. Then Korra got ready to leave.

"You know, you look very familiar. Yeah, you kind of look like that Avatar girl." the man said to Korra. "I get that a lot." Korra said to the man, walking away, looking mad, well as made as you can be with a black eye. "Whatever happened to her anyway?" the man asked Korra. "I wouldn't know." Korra said to the man, not looking at the man and leaving the building. And not that any one noticed, but a tiny ball of gold light was following Korra.

Now before you start asking, why I gave everyone the Pokemon they got, they're Pokemon I felt like giving them, no other reason. And if you're wondering why everyone in team Avatar only has 5 Pokemon and not a full 6, well there is a reason for that, but you'll have to wait and see.
