"Did I mention the part where you're a mindless idiot sometimes?"
Even as she said it, she positioned herself behind him, gently cleaning the wound near his shoulder.
"Like I didn't get that memo," he muttered. "You know, some people would be grateful to have their life saved."
Heaving a sigh, Natasha moved around in front of Bucky, took his face in her hands, kissed him firmly.
"Thank you. But seriously, the chivalry stuff? Don't need it. I just need you, as physically undamaged as possible. Okay, soldier?"
The smirk on her lips drew a smile from his own.
"Understood."
