While Lincoln, Penny, and Luigi are following Lana, saying that she saw where the other group members are, Mario, Lucy, and Ashley, have ended up at the steam tower.
"Girls.", Mario said, "Wake up.". "What is it, Penny?", Ashley said all annoyed, before realizing that it was Mario who woke her up. "Oh, it's you.", Ashley said, "But where's Penny?".
"I think we all got separated.", Mario said, to which Lucy said, "Separated, and in an unknown tower.". "This might be the Steam Tower that Penny was talking about before.", Ashley said, before noticing all the flowers in the field.
"A flower field?", Lucy said boredly, "This place is a giant greenhouse?". "Possibly.", Mario said, as the group kept on walking up the tower.
Meanwhile, Morag was hiding in the nooks and crannies of the tower. "There they are.", she said, before noticing a mechanism that looks like a giant flower. "Maybe I could show them that flowers are not so weak with that thing!", Morag said.
In the forest, Lana and her group were walking through the forest. "I somehow love this cat suit.", Lana said, who was still wearing it, "I'm never taking this thing off!".
"Well, if you touch a single Goomba or even a Hammer Bro's hammer,", Luigi said, "That suit is going to say bye-bye.". "What?!", Lana said, to which Lincoln said that the suit is a power up, and if Lana got hurt, she'll lose it.
"Well,", Penny said, "Behind these bushes is the heart of the Wooded Kingdom: The Steam Tower.". Penny unraveled the bushes, and she showed everyone the metallic tower surrounding by various flora.
"That must be where Mario, Ashley, and Lucy might be!", Lincoln said, until he noticed a bunch of Scuttlebugs in their path. "Spiders, you gotta be kidding me?!", Penny said, but Lana said, "I love spiders!", and unfortunately she hugged the Scuttlebug, causing her suit to be gone.
"What happened?", Lana said, to which Penny said, "You've lost your power, because you're touching a hostile creature.". "Hostile?!", Lana said, "But they're spiders.". The Scuttlebugs soon shoot their webs at Lana, causing her to get stuck to a nearby tree.
"Oh, it's so on!", Lincoln said, grabbing some Super Leaves from Penny's pack, and giving them to Luigi and Penny. Together, the trio defeated the army of Scuttlebugs. "Thanks bro,", Lana said, "Those spiders are not my type.".
After Lana got freed from the spider webbing, Lincoln said, "Let's go! Lucy and the others might be in great danger.".
Meanwhile, back in Bowser's castle, Bowser Jr was showing Lola the various activities they will do during their date. "And I assure to you, that this date will be fun!", he said, but Lola said, "If you say so.".
"And you'll especially love our wedding cake.", Junior said, as he and Lola looked in the kitchen to notice a giant cake that was in the shape of Bowser's castle, but was pink, and had edibles in the shape of jewelry. "Well, you weren't kidding about the sweets.", Lola said.
"Well, let's do the first thing on our pre-wedding agenda.", Junior said, "Which is taking a lovely stroll in the Dark Lands.". Meanwhile, Kamek and Bowser were having a conversation about Morag.
"I don't really trust that Morag lady...", Kamek said with fear, "She's seems a little bit crazy.". "Well, once we destroy the Mushroom Kingdom, we'll destroy her.", Bowser said, but Kamek said that it might be the opposite way around.
Meanwhile, back in the Wooded Kingdom, Mario and his group were trying to find a way up to the top of the tower, so they can see Lincoln and his group. "Nothing.", Mario said, "Ashley, fly up for a better look please.".
"Whatever.", Ashley said, and as she did, she noticed Lincoln, Penny, Luigi, and Lana in the forest. "I see them.", Ashley said, "And there seems to be another member in their group. You know anyone with overalls other than you or Luigi, Mario?".
"Lana!", Lucy said in shock, "What's she doing here?". "I don't know, but she's going in our direction.", Mario said, as Lana led her group all the way up to the top of the tower.
"Hey sis,", Lincoln said with an annoyed expression, "Look who managed to crash our party.". "I know.", Lucy said, "Didn't we tell you that you're supposed to stay at the castle?". "But,", Lana said, "I know Lola more than anyone, and I will be good on this trip, I promise.".
Suddenly, there was a huge whirring sound. "What's that?!", Lana said, and Lincoln soon noticed something flying towards them. "Uh, Penny?", Lincoln said, "Do flowers have eyes, and laser beams, and have someone riding on their backs?". "No,", Penny said, "Why?".
The flower robot soon got closer, and it was revealed that Morag was piloting it. "Morag?!", Lincoln said, "What're you doing here?!". "That's the person who captured Lola!", Lana said, "And she's very mean.".
"Silence!", Morag said, "I don't need any interruptions!". "Say hello, to Torkdrift!", she said, referring to the mechanical flower ship. "I thought I destroyed the Torkdrift on one of my last adventures!", Mario said. "Well, plumber piasano,", Morag said, "This baby is all fixed up by me, and a little something.".
She soon holds up a little Power Star, to which Mario and Luigi's jaws dropped. "The Power Star?!", Penny said, to which Morag said, "Yes, this little star holds the ultimate power!".
She soon powers up Torkdrift, and Mario and Lincoln got out their power ups. Lincoln was using the Spark Flower, while Mario used the Fire Flower. "What about me?", Lucy asked, to which Lincoln pulled out a random power up, and unfortunately it was the Super Garlic.
"Yuck, Garlic.", Lucy said, "You know I'm allergic to it!". But Lincoln was not taking any chances, "Come on sis,", he coaxed, "You have to eat this.".
"Oh, alright.", Lucy said, "But if I get hives, it's all your fault!". Lucy ate the garlic, and then she got transformed into a bat costume. "Do I have an allergic reaction?", Lucy asked.
"No, you're a bat! Like a real vampire, just what you wanted!", Lincoln said, as Lucy looked at a reflective piece of glass. "How ironic.", Lucy said, "I'll distract her up there, while you two deal with the Torkdrift thing.".
The Torkdrift started to fire lasers at Mario and Lincoln, but as it did, it caused an exhaust port to open, to which Mario and Lincoln threw their projectiles at it. "Get out of my face, you bat!", Morag said, loosing control of Torkdrift.
"One final blow!", Lincoln said, as he threw his electric projectile into the circuitry of Torkdrift, causing it to malfunction and explode. "How'd you like that?", Lucy said, to which Morag said, "Curses!".
"I may be defeated this time!", Morag said, "But you're no match for Bowser and his army!". "Kamek, let's notify Bowser about this.", Morag said, as Kamek appeared, and took her back to the Dark Lands.
"Bowser has an army!", Lana said, to which Lincoln said, "This is why we told you to stay at the castle, but now that we're far away from the castle, we have no choice but for you to tag along.".
"Guys, calm down.", Penny said, "The Snow Kingdom is just up ahead, and auguring isn't going to help us get there!". "You're right.", Lincoln said, "But we may need some warm clothing.".
"You mean like this?", Lana said, as she is now in the Penguin Suit. "Uh, maybe.", Lucy said, "I can't believe I'm saying this but... Let's a-go.".
