Rand has traveled and seen the world and had time to think upon the newfound power he had gained at the end of AMoL and all of its implications and what it could mean for his soon-to-be-born children. Rand Al'Thor may have ended his journey to enlightenment, but his life journey is far from over. The Lord of the Morning has only just begun.

A few stray threads didn't get woven into the greater tapestry at the end of MOL. After investing so many years into WOT, this "closure" left something to be desired. So... I decided to write a couple of the dangling thread stories. I started with a short one, Rand giving the Song to the Tinkers. If you want more, let me know. If you have ideas - I'd love to hear them!
