It had been a few days since Fluttershy had shown her secret to her friend Twilight. Twilight had been rather accepting of everything and had agreed not to tell anypony. The two ponies had enjoyed their time playing mother and foal, with Twilight as the mother, and Fluttershy as the very adorable foal.
In fact, Fluttershy had enjoyed it so much that she wanted to do it again. She was certain that Twilight wouldn't mind. So after making sure that everything in her nursery was set, Fluttershy trotted out the front door of her home, and set off to meet her friend Twilight. "I know she's going to say yes. After all, any mother in Equestria would be lucky to have a foal like me." she thought to herself.
Twilight was busy practicing a new spell, as per her mentor Princess Celestia's instructions. Just as she was about to begin there was a knock at the door. "Can you get that for me, Spike?" Twilight asked.
"Sure thing." Spike said. Upon opening the door he was greeted by the presence of Fluttershy.
"Oh, hi Spike." Fluttershy said "Is Twilight around by any chance?"
"She is, but I'm afraid she's going to very busy practicing a new magic spell. It's part of her advanced studies." Spike said.
"Oh." Fluttershy said "Are you sure she can't spare a few minutes at least?"
"Fluttershy, is that you?!" Twilight asked, trotting over to the doorway. "What are you doing here, Fluttershy?" she asked.
"Uh, well I just wondering if perhaps maybe you'd like to do our special thing again?" Fluttershy said.
"What special thing?" Spike asked.
"It's between Fluttershy and I, Spike." Twilight said. "Anyway, I'd love to, but I can't. Princess Celestia insisted that I learn this spell as quickly as possible."
"Oh, o.k., maybe some other time?" Fluttershy said.
"I'll see." Twilight said "But perhaps, maybe, if you really want you could ask one of our other friends."
"I hadn't really thought of that." Fluttershy said "But I'm not sure if they'll understand."
"They're our friends, Fluttershy, and friends at the very least respect each others secrets." Twilight said "I'm pretty sure they'll understand."
"Well. I'll think about it." Fluttershy said.
"If worse does come to worse. I might have some free time later on." Twilight said "But like I said I'm sure they'll understand."
"Well, I wouldn't want to keep you from your studies." Fluttershy said.
"See you around, Fluttershy." Twilight said.
Fluttershy became a little bit saddened. She was so sure that Twilight would say yes that she had forgotten about her advanced studies. Twilight had told her to ask one of her other friends. The only question is who should she ask, and more importantly would they understand?
Fluttershy's thoughts were interrupted when her friend Pinkie Pie bumped into her. "Oh I'm so so so super duper sorry Fluttershy I didn't see you there! You were all totally quiet and I was all being happy and not watching where I was going and I bumped into you." Pinkie Pie said in her usual energetic tone.
"Oh that's o.k., Pinkie Pie." Fluttershy said "I mean I wasn't really watching where I was going either."
"Nu uh, it was totally my fault." Pinkie Pie said "And I'm sorry."
"I already said it's o.k. Pinkie Pie." Fluttershy said "But thank you for apologizing anyway."
"Don't mention it." Pinkie Pie said "Say what's with that big old frowny face?"
"Oh it's nothing." Fluttershy said.
"You can tell me, Fluttershy." Pinkie Pie said "Your Auntie Pinkie Pie is here to help."
"I'm a year older then you." Fluttershy said. "And anyway I'd love to tell you, but I can't. You probably wouldn't understand."
"What is there to not understand?!" Pinkie Pie asked "I mean we're friends and friends never keep secrets. Well unless those secrets are secrets that the other pony shouldn't hear about but that's different. But I'm sure whatever your secret is it's something you can share with me."
"Maybe she actually would understand. After all she already looks after the Cake Twins." Fluttershy thought to herself.
"Well come on, tell me!" Pinkie Pie said.
"Um okay. But before I do, if I tell you what my secret is, do you promise you won't laugh?" Fluttershy asked.
"Of course." Pinkie Pie said "In fact I'll make it a Pinkie Promise. Cross my heart and hope to fly. Stick a cupcake in my eye. So then, what's your secret Fluttershy?"
"Follow me." Fluttershy said. She led Pinkie Pie back to her cottage. "What I'm about to show you is something that you can't tell anypony about except for Twilight, but that's because she already knows."
With that, Fluttershy opened the door to her nursery. Pinkie Pie was amazed, she could distinctly remember this room not being here the last time she had been over. Then again that had been several weeks, and a lot could change in that time.
"Well, what do you think?" Fluttershy asked.
Pinkie Pie was speechless. Her friend Fluttershy was an adult foal. This was not something that she had ever seen before. "It's um intresting, but what does this have to do with me?" she asked.
"I was wondering if you might like to look after me. You know be my mommy." Fluttershy said.
"I'm not sure." Pinkie Pie said "This is just so unexpected."
"It'd be like looking after Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake only with a fully grown pony." Fluttershy said. "If you don't want to that's fine though."
Pinkie Pie was unsure of how to respond. Part of her always did like looking after the Cake Twins even if there some parts that were less enjoyable than others. But part of her was also very strict and Pinkie Pie wasn't sure how Fluttershy would respond if she lost her temper and started shouting at her. Of course Fluttershy would likely be less trouble then the Cake Twins, but that didn't necessarily mean it was going to be easy.
"Exactly how far do you go with all of this?" Pinkie Pie asked "Do you actually wear diapers and well you know use them?"
"Yes." Fluttershy said "I know that you aren't exactly a big fan of changing diapers, but from what I hear you're surprisingly good at it. If you really don't want to you don't have to change me, I can just change myself."
"You don't have to do that, Fluttershy." Pinkie Pie said "If it's really something you like to do then I guess I won't mind changing you. And I take it you want me to do everything else. You know feed you, dress you up, play with you, and stuff like that."
"That's correct." Fluttershy said "So does this mean you'll do it?"
"I guess so." Pinkie Pie said.
"Oh thank you, Pinkie Pie." Fluttershy said hugging Pinkie Pie "I know this is probably a lot to take in but I'm glad you understand."
"Well, I guess we should get started." Pinkie Pie said "Don't you worry, Fluttershy, your Auntie Pinkie Pie is going to take good care of you."
This time Fluttershy didn't respond with "I'm a year older then you." Instead she merely flew over to the closet and slid the door open. "If you need help I'll whisper to you but otherwise I'll just make 'mm' sounds. I'm not really much of the type to make baby noises."
"O.k., Fluttershy." Pinkie Pie said giggling slighty "Allow your auntie Pinkie Pie to pick out a dress for you." Pinkie Pie began to sort through the various outfits in the closet. After scanning back and forth and analyzing each piece she finally settled on a foalish design dress that was creamy yellow, almost like Fluttershy herself, and had some bunnies stiched onto the sides.
"Ooh! This one looks really nice." Pinkie Pie said.
Fluttershy smiled at her "auntie Pinkie Pie's" choice and flew up to the top shelf to collect a diaper, the bottle of foal powder, and the large pink pacifier. She flew over to the nearby changing bench. After carefully flattening the diaper and sprinkling some powder she hopped up, positioning herself over the rear of the diaper. She then gave a signal to show that she was ready to have her new padding taped to her.
"Alright then." Pinkie Pie said taking a deep breath "Let's get you padded shall we?" And with that she prepared herself to complete the diapering job. Despite being a little nervous Pinkie Pie managed to tape up the diaper without any trouble. Fluttershy wiggled around a little bit to make sure that she was comfortable, and that the diaper was properly fastened. Once she confirmed that it was nice and snug she smiled at Pinkie Pie.
"Reach for the sky." Pinkie Pie said, already she was starting to feel a sense of happiness. Fluttershy lifted her forelegs up and slowly but surely Pinkie Pie dressed her. Once that was done Pinkie Pie inserted the pacifier into Fluttershy's mouth. "There we go, you're all set." she said.
Fluttershy sat up and slid off the bench. Pinkie Pie couldn't resist letting out an 'aw' as she watched Fluttershy slowly crawl around the nursery. "You're just so cute." Pinkie Pie said.
Fluttershy smiply smiled and sat down with a tell tale crinkle from her diaper. She began playing with some blocks.
"Do you want me to join in?" Pinkie Pie asked. Fluttershy nodded. "Then let's play." Pinkie Pie said. She and Fluttershy spent the next hour and a half playing together, until Fluttershy's stomach started rumbling.
"Aw, all that playing made you hungry." Pinkie Pie said "Guess it's dinner time."
Fluttershy led Pinkie Pie out of the nursery and into the kitchen. Pinkie Pie was surprised to see a highchair modified for an adult pony. She was almost tempeted to ask Fluttershy how she made such a chair, before she remembered that the pegasus wasn't talking. After unlatching the platform, and helping Fluttershy onto the seat itself, she fastened the bib around Fluttershy's neck. Now she could get set up for dinner. But first she made sure to relatch the high chair's platform, and remove the pacifier from Fluttershy's mouth.
"Alright let's see what's on the menu for today." Pinkie Pie as she unscrewed a nearby jar and pured its contents into a bowl. She then went over and fetched a spoon. When she came back she got a good look at the label. "Hm what's this? 'DO NOT EAT'? Why would it say that?" she asked outloud.
Fluttershy grew worried. Should she tell Pinkie Pie what that would make her do? And how would Pinkie Pie react? She was silent for a moment, then she gulped and plucked up courage. "Well it's because it has something in that umm makes you mess yourself." she said.
"So you're going to need a change later?" Pinkie Pie asked nervously.
"Well, yes." Fluttershy said "That is if you don't mind."
"I'm not exactly looking forward to it... but like I said earlier, if it's something you really like to do then I won't mind. Although, if at all possible, perhaps you could give me a warning." Pinkie Pie said. "But for now it's dinner time, and I know a certain little filly who's hungry."
After sniffing the food Fluttershy pretended to make a face and stuck out her tongue. She hoped Pinkie Pie would pick up on it.
"Come on it's Pureed Banana your favorite." Pinkie Pie said diping the spoon into the bowl and brining it towards Fluttershy's face. "Open wide."
Fluttershy pretend to be reluctant and let some of the food enter her mouth. "Mmm." she said.
"See, you like it." Pinkie Pie said smiling as she dipped the spoon back into the bowl "And there's more where that came from."
Fluttershy opened her mouth again and let more of the puree enter. Pinkie Pie dipped the spoon into the bowl again, and started using some of the technqiues she'd used on Pound and Pumpkin Cake. She repeated the process over and over again until the bowl was empty. "Yum yum for your tum tum right?" she asked Fluttershy. Fluttershy smiled back at her.
"Oh my, look at what a mess you made." Pinkie Pie said. Small bits of creamy yellow were dripping from Fluttershy. "We'd better get you cleaned up." She grabbed a rag and wiped Fluttershy's mouth. Once that was done Pinkie Pie unlatched the platform so Fluttershy could get down.
Fluttershy, with Pinkie Pie's help, slowly came down from her highchair. Like with before once she was on the ground she started crawling and Pinkie Pie let out another 'aw'. "What do you want do next?" Pinkie Pie asked.
The fastly setting sun gast a glow on the nursery windows, as both Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy spent time playing with the various dolls from 'Lord High Rise's Dream Suite'. Pinkie Pie could distinctively remember wanting to get one when she was younger, but her parents had told her they could never afford it with money being so tight. Now thanks to Fluttershy she was able to see that such a toy was well worth the high price.
"Fluttershy is so lucky to be able to afford something like this." Pinkie Pie thought to herself "I just wish my childhood on the rock farm had been more like this." That wasn't to say that Pinkie Pie hadn't had a decent childhood, far from it in fact, but all the same it certainly wasn't anywhere close to being the best childhood anypony could've had.
Suddenly, while playing Pinkie Pie became aware of a very familiar smell. It it was one that she knew all too well from the many times she had foalsat. She looked over at Fluttershy and noticed that the yellow pegasus had stopped playing. Her diaper was noticeably bigger and bulgy. This was the one part she had not been keen on coming to. "Smells to me like somepony needs a changey whangey right now." she said doing her best to stay calm.
Fluttershy for her part was blushing. She had known such a thing would happen eventually but she had hopped that she'd have at least a little more time to play with Pinkie Pie before it came to this. Wasting no time, she trotted over to the changing bench and hosted her herself onto it while Pinkie Pie followed after her with wipes, powder, and a clean diaper.
"Okie dokie lokie, here we go." Pinkie Pie said, as she slowly undid the tapes around Fluttershy's diaper, and holding her breath set to work. The first thing she did was carefully place the used diaper into a nearby bag. She carefully cleaned Fluttershy's rear end with the wipes and sprinkled some foal powder onto it. Then she told Fluttershy to lift up her rump so she could slide the new diaper underneath it. Fluttershy had been right, although Pinkie Pie was not too thrilled to be changing a diaper, she had acted very fast in not only removing the old diaper, but in fastening the new one. Pinkie Pie then grabbed the bag with her hooves, carried it out to the back garden, and deposited it in the bin by the door.
Pinkie Pie sighed with relief and made her way back to the nursery where she found Fluttershy sobbing. "I'm so sorry about that, Pinkie Pie." she said.
"It's o.k., Fluttershy." Pinkie Pie said "I thought I already told you that I wouldn't mind it if it was something you really like doing."
"Well I know, but I did make you feed me something that brought this on." Fluttershy said "Are you sure you didn't mind that?"
"Of course I don't mind." Pinkie Pie said "After all it's all part of the experience, as long as you're happy I'm happy."
"Well, I'm happy now." Fluttershy said "So, shall we resume our play time?"
"Nah, it's getting kind of late." Pinkie Pie said "It's time for bath and bed."
"If that's what you want." Fluttershy said. She led to Pinkie Pie to the bathroom and sat on the floor while Pinkie Pie turned on the water. Fluttershy waited patiently as the tub slowly began to fill up and Pinkie Pie made sure that the water wasn't too hot or too cold.
"O.k. I think that's good enough." Pinkie Pie said turning off the tap. She then helped Fluttershy get undressed and lowered her into the tub. "Just sit back and let your auntie Pinkie Pie get you squeaky clean." she said. She squirted out some mane shampoo and slowly worked it into Fluttershy's pink mane.
Then Pinkie cupped water in her hooves and rinsed Fluttershy's mane a few times. Then grabbing the bottle of feather shampoo she squirted some of it out and worked it into Fluttershy's wings. Once that was done she instructed her filly to lift her tail so she could wash it. When that too was finished she said "You can relax for a little bit while I go get everything ready for bed time." Fluttershy smiled at her to show that she approved of such a decision.
While Pinkie Pie was gone Fluttershy took the time to reflect on how much enjoyment she and Pinkie Pie had gotten out of this experience. Moreso than Twilight Pinkie Pie had been reluctant to participate, but once she had gotten over that she had enjoyed herself immensely, she had even been willing to change Fluttershy, even if she wasn't too thrilled to be doing so. All in all the two of them had gotten just as much enjoyment out of their time together as had Twilight the last time Fluttershy had done this. "I'll have to do this again soon." she thought.
"I'm back." Pinkie Pie called out as she entered the bathroom. She had brought a diaper and some powder with her. "It's time for you to get out now."
"O.k. auntie Pinkie Pie." Fluttershy said "Can you help me out?"
"Of course, anything for my favorite filly." Pinkie Pie said. She reached over and pulled the plug, and then she grabbed Fluttershy's hooves, and slowly lifted her out of the tub. After wrapping a towl around her and drying her off, she set Fluttershy down on the diaper, which had already been sprinkled with powder. Pinkie Pie quickly taped it up. "There we go, now let's get you into bed." she said.
Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy went back to the nursery. Pinkie Pie had already put Fluttershy's bunny onesie near the crib and lowered the guard rail. "I know you're going to love being my special little bunny tonight." Pinkie Pie said as she helped Fluttershy into the onesie, and zipped up the back, letting out yet another 'aw' as she observed how cute Fluttershy looked.
"Alrighty, up we go." Pinkie Pie said as she helped Fluttershy into the crib. It took some effort considering that Fluttershy was an adult pony and not a little filly. Once Fluttershy was comfortable Pinkie Pie pulled the sheets over her and raised the guard rail.
Fluttershy yawned. "Mommy, will you sing me a lullaby, please?"
Pinkie Pie wasn't bothered even the slightest by the fact that Fluttershy had called her mommy instead of auntie Pinkie Pie. She mearly began to sing the one song she remembered from her childhood.

Pinkie Pie looked at the crib and saw that Fluttershy had fallen asleep. "Sweet dreams Fluttershy." Pinkie Pie said softly as she turned off the lights before trotting to the door.
"This was even better then I thought it would be." Pinkie Pie thought to herself "It's too bad I can't tell anypony about this aside from Twilight."
