"Nice to meet you, Dr Mannette." One of the doctors greeted her as Penny came into the surgery room. She found there was a patient, lying on the table. A middle aged woman with blond hair.

"The patient is named Morgan Michelle. She has been suffering from cardiopathy, so we must take care of them."

"M-make sure to give the right amount of medicine."

"Thanks for the advice, Dr Mannette. Ah! It seems the main surgeon has come."

Penny turned around and came face to face with a man. He was the same age as her. Black hair, red eyes, and a stoic expression on his face. He carried a medical kit around his neck. Their eyes met, causing Penny to blush. This person was so cool and mature...

If only Penny could be that way.

The man scoffed and walked past Penny.

"CRS01, prepare the operation."

"I know." The man spoke calmly as he walked to the patient. "First, we put the antibiotic gel. That should keep the incision spot from getting infected."

He put on the antibiotic gel onto the patient's chest. Penny examined the amount of gel he spread on the patient. It was the perfect dose. CRS01 must really know what he's doing.

"Now let's make the incision." He pulled out a scalpel and cut the chest with ease. "Now let's find those tumors." Another doctor advised.

CRS01 begin to slowly operate on the affected areas. He injected an antiviral drug and cut open the area with a scapel. He used a drain to drain the affected blood from the heart before closing the wound with forceps and suturing the incision.

The other affected areas were dealt with in the same manner, with precise control and coordination.

Penny oversaw the operation with a smile. CRSO1 knew what he was dealing with, and is now treating it as a main priority. Even as CRS01 went from the ultrasound to actually feeling for the affected areas didn't falter his work.

When the operation was nearly complete, CRS01 sutured the chest and spread antibiotic gel on the now stitched up wound. He finally bandaged up the incision, completing the procedure.

"Mission Complete. Let this disease pass from this world."

Penny was ecstatic. There had been no mistakes in the procedure, nor there was medicine overdose.

"Awesome!" Penny spoke, her eyes flashing a happy light. "You must be really really great!"

CRS01 didn't seem to be fazed by Penny's interruption. He didn't smile, nor laughed at her behavior. He just walked out of the room.

"Huh. What's up with him?"

"He's a former prisoner." A doctor said softly. "Former Prisoners mostly are like that."

"Prisoner? What do you mean?"

"He has no memory of what heinous crime he committed. He's a bad guy."

"Hey! You can't just assume that." Penny protested, angry. "Even villains have good in their heart."

"Maybe next time you'll see his true colors." The doctor spoke as Penny angrily walked out the room.

As Penny calmed down from the experience, she checked her notes. "I gotta vaccinate a patient. That should be easy. It's inside a room that's been quarantined." Penny took careful precautions, putting on a mask and gloves to protect herself. She came to a room to find a girl, a few years younger than her. She has pink hair and was very thin. Penny knew from the look of the girl that she probably had an eating disorder...

"Hey, are you Dr Mannette?"

"Yes, miss. And who are you?"

"I'm Hana Harada. I'm here to have a vaccination."

"Vaccination, you say. You came to the right place. Sit in the chair, mind you?"

Hana sat in the chair as Penny went over to check the computer. "Hey, Biscuit?"

The familiar desktop pet popped up on screen. "Dr Mannette! What may I do for you?"

"I need to check a patient's medical records. Need to find out how much medicine she needs. Her name is Hana Harada." Penny typed in Hana's full name onto the bubble Biscuit provided her with.

"Alrighty! Drag me to the Medical Record site!"

Penny used her mouse and used to mouse to hold Biscuit. Biscuit struggled a bit, but seemed pretty tamed and prepared for what is happening next. Penny let go of Biscuit when she dragged him to the Medical Record Site.

A medical record with Hana's picture and name appeared. "There it is." Penny looked through the record.

"Let's see...she has to be injected with millimeters of...Rosalia Virus Vaccine? What is the Rosalia Virus?"

Hana heard Penny's question and replied. "The Rosalia Virus is a deadly disease that's been spreading through America. I-I've been tested positive for it."

"What?" Penny was shocked. How could this very girl, this girl who's beautiful and slim, have been tested positive for a deadly disease?

"But it's okay...I'm lucky to be asymptomatic. The vaccine should help me recover from the disease so I can reunite with my father in a few days."

Penny went over to her cabinet and started to look for the bottle holding the vaccine.

"I got to ask you...how come you're so thin?"

Hana sighed, looking rather uncomfortable. "It's a long story. You see, I'm a teenage movie star in Japan."

"Whoa! But you're so young!"

"I've been through many Japanese movies. But I've always been afraid of vomiting."

"So...do you have anorexia?"

"I don't have an eating disorder! I'm just trying to make myself as beautiful for my career!"

"Look, I know exactly what you mean. But you can't just stop eating."

"Oh no. I've been eating. I'm just on an elimination diet."

"Okay. But how did you get your emetophobia?"

"Oh, there was a time in school where I vomited while doing the school announcements. Had to avoid going to school."

"I see what you mean. But I suggest you should eat more. You seem painfully thin."

"Alright. But I'm still sticking to my original diet."

Penny finally found the vaccine. "Alright. Are you afraid of shots?"

"Nope! I've had a tolerance for pain since I was born."

Penny grabbed the syringe and took 10 millimeters of the vaccine. She disinfected Hana's arm with antibiotic fluid.

"Are you ready?" Penny asked her new friend.

"I'm always ready."

Penny injected the vaccine into Hana's arm. Hana closed her eyes, but didn't flinch.

"There we go. That should be it. Does it hurt?" Penny placed a bandaid on Hana's arm.

"A little, but I'm okay."

"Alright. I'll visit you tomorrow."

"See you next time!"
