Nora Kudou was the first one to arrive in class. He questioned why he woke up so early in the first place. Seeing as no one was there, he simply kept waiting for everyone in his class to arrive sooner or later. A ding echoed in the classroom.
"Hm?" he picked up his phone and saw a message. It was from Kate.
[Are still bringing that guy after school?]
[I am.]
[You're not planning on dragging him into your revenge, right?]
"…" Nora felt his expression stiffen as he stared at his screen.
Suddenly the classroom door opened and in walked a spiky-haired student. He slumped over in his seat.
"!? Touma? You're surprisingly early."
"I know right? Aside from a few setbacks this Kamijou-san is finally about to get his school life on track!"
"Yeah…sure…"
"Hey, at least sound a little happy for me!"
Nora gave him a thumbs up.
"Hey, are you still free after school?"
Touma casually nodded. "Sure am."
A while later more students started entering the classroom and all looked to be in shock and awe. Nora turned to face what caught their attention.
They were all looking at Touma.
"Kamijou-san is early!?"
"An imposter!?"
"Who are you and what have you done with our classmate!?"
"It's me assholes!"
Index was bored.
She was playing with Sphynx while letting out a deep sigh.
"Listen sphynx I saw on TV a new buffet restaurant opened maybe I should go and visit?"
Sphynx purred in response.
"That's right I got some small change so I should be able to head there!" She leaped off the bed and marched toward the door when she opened it she was met with a girl that looked to be in middle school. She had light brunette hair, green eyes, and a petite body.
"Eh!? Did I come to the wrong place? But I thought Uncle said Onii-chan lived here!"
"Aren't you Touma's cousin?" Index gasped.
"Hang on…You're that girl that was with Onii-chan during summer!"
Touma's cousin also known as Tatsugami Otohime stepped back in utter shock. Her precious Onii-chan was living together with a beautiful silver-haired girl. Who knew what type of business was going on behind closed doors? As her mind began running wild Index broke her out of it.
"Do you want to come in?"
"Y-yes!"
The final school bell rang out loud.
Nora walked over to Touma.
"Shall we get going?" Nora asked but he didn't have his usual active demeanor. Touma nodded and left the school with Nora.
An hour later they had reached District 5.
This district was known for its universities and junior colleges.
Touma looked at Nora confused as to what they were doing in an area where colleges and universities were located.
"Don't worry it's just a little further ahead."
They suddenly stopped in front of a laboratory building. Nora walked toward the entrance where a key card scanner was. He reached into his pocket, pulled out a white card and scanned it causing the door to open.
The boys entered the building. Touma found himself even more confused as to how Nora had access to such a place.
"What is this place?"
"You could call it my base of operations," Nora answered with a smirk.
Before long they reached a metal door with another key card scanner.
"In here is a weapon I'm making to destroy the Church of Salvation."
"So, you live together with Onii-chan?"
"That's right we've been living together for a few months."
"That long!?"
Index smiled. "Touma said he was going to be late, so he left me some money for delivery."
"Do you know where he went?"
Index shook her head in response. "When I asked him he told me it was a secret."
"Is Onii-chan becoming a delinquent!?"
Ominous.
That was the only way to describe it.
It was a glowing golden dagger sealed inside a thick glass container.
"…What is this?"
"You could call it my trump card."
"Trump card?"
Touma noticed a girl on a computer in the corner of the room.
"Kate? Is that you?"
"Yo." She answered with a single wave.
Touma turned to the door suddenly opening and was met with a bigger surprise.
"Kami-yan? What in the world are doing here?" Motoharu said in surprise.
"I could ask the same thing!" Touma wanted to question him more but decided he would later, and it seemed that Motoharu had the same idea.
"Nora, what is that?" Touma questioned.
"Erosion."
"What!?" Motoharu was the first to react. Touma on the other hand looked confused.
"How did you get something like that!?" Motoharu asked.
"You could say I like to travel a lot?"
"That's an understatement." Kate retorted.
"Shut up!" Nora snarled. "Anyway, in case things turn to shit…this will be our trump card."
"Sigh…I'm home!" Touma sighed as he walked into his dorm. "Index? Are you home?"
Did she go out somewhere? Or was she attacked!?
As those thoughts surfaced in his head he started searching the room. With only the bathroom left he barged into it only to be met with two naked girls taking a bath together. It was Index and Otohime.
"Onii-chan!?"
"…Toooouuuumaaaa…" A black aura started to surround her.
"Such misfortune!"
20 minutes later Touma found himself treating another battle scar resembling a bite.
"Tatsugami I had no idea you were visiting?"
"That's because I wanted to surprise Onii-chan, but you weren't home!"
"Haha, my bad is there any way to make it up."
"It's okay you can make it up to me tomorrow!"
"How so?"
"Fufu, of course with a date!"
"….A date!?" Index and Touma exclaimed.
