And here we are with Chapter 3 of the United World Arc. I hope you guys are excited for what is to come.
Some of you may have noticed that I decided to cancel my comic on DeviantArt due to being harassed, but thanks to the nice comments of others, I decided to continue it under a new artist since hikariangelove has been putting restrictions on my story. The artist has already done a page, but I will post it when Hikari does her last page, I asked for her.
Now let's get on with the chapter.
Chapter 03: Birth of a New Guardian
United World – Ryuga Muto Residence
The family was enjoying a nice breakfast as Yuya showed the names of the babies to everyone. "These are very nice names, Yuya." Yoko smiled.
"I can't wait to see my baby nieces and nephews!" Yumi was excited.
"And people will call you Oba-san." Yugi teased.
"No! They'll think I'm cool and call me Big Sis Yumi! You're the one who's gonna be old and wrinkly Oji-san!" Yumi argued.
"Okay, kids, that's enough." Yuji scolded.
"Any day now and we'll finally meet them." Yuzu was excited to meet her baby.
"I'm looking forward to it." Ruri smiled.
"Uh, Ms. Yoko." Rin asked nervously.
"Rin, you can call me Mom." Yoko said.
"Okay, Mom. Does it hurt?" Rin asked.
"Oh yeah, you're gonna be in so much pain." Yoko answered happily.
"I say bring it on." Serena was prepared for the pain.
Yuya's Duel Disk then went off and Yuya answered it. "Yes?" Yuya answered.
"The preparations are almost done, come to the satellite so I can give you your gear." Kaiba spoke.
"Got it, I'll be there." Yuya ended the call. "I have to go get supplies for the expedition. Listen, if anything happens, call me."
"We will…see you later." Yuzu smiled.
United World – Den City
As Yuya was on his way to the Kaiba Corporation branch in Den City, he noticed something in the window of a baby shop.
"No way!" Yuya happily ran into the store. "Give me four of those! Keep the change!" Yuya put down a pile of cash on the counter and pointed to the display.
"Yes sir." The man was impressed by the money and gave Yuya what he wanted.
Yuya walked out happily. "Now I've got the perfect toys for them." Yuya smiled as he looked in the bag.
Unknown to him, he was being approached from behind by Duelists. Yuya's Duel Disk then rang. "Hey, Mom. Everything okay?" Yuya asked. His eyes then widened. "Wait, right now?! Like, right now, right now! Uh, okay, I'll be there!" Yuya ended the call. "I'm gonna be a dad today. I got to—"
Yuya was then grabbed by the Duelists that were watching him. "H-Hey?! What are you doing?!" Yuya grunted as they held him tight.
"You're coming with us!" The Duelists all held up their Duel Disks and pressed a button on Yuya's Duel Disk.
"Wait, you can't do it here!" Yuya shouted.
"Into the VRAINS!" The group shouted and they, along with Yuya were logged into Link VRAINS.
Link VRAINS
Yuya fell to the ground. "Hey, what gives—" Yuya gasped as he was surrounded by Duelists that looked the same. "These guys…who are they?"
"Yuya Ryuga."
Yuya turned around and walking towards him were two young men. The one in the rear was fair skinned with gray hair and light blue eyes. He wore a grey suit over a black waistcoat and a white collared shirt with no tie, and brown dress shoes.
The one in the front had a visor that peaks over his nose. He had silver hair with his highlights extend out from his mask and become orange, clustering at his temples. He had a diamond pattern on his mask, but on a silver base diamond and becoming larger. His collar ornament becomes lime and fastened with red lines, and his coat and jumpsuit become white and black with lime accents.
"Forgive my fellow knights, they don't know how to be gentle. I'll reprimand them later." The one in front glared at the knights who looked down in shame. "I'm not here to fight you, I want to talk to you."
"You know there's a method called email, right? You could've just done that." Yuya pointed out.
"And would a sane person actually read an email that came from a complete stranger?" The man questioned.
"Heh, well you've got a point." Yuya chuckled. "So, what do I call you?"
"You may call me Revolver." Revolver introduced himself. "And we, the Knight of Hanoi, need your help against a major threat."
"A major threat?" Yuya asked. "Look, I already have Genesis to worry about. After that, I'm done with all these battles."
"If this threat is not dealt with now, it will fall onto your children to deal with it. Do you really want your children to fight battles that you have gone through?" Revolver questioned.
"That was a low blow." Yuya glared at Revolver.
"Now that I have your attention, let me ask you this. What do you know about the A.I.?" Revolver questioned.
"A.I. stands for artificial intelligence it allows a computer or robot to do tasks that any human can do." Yuya said. "Everyone knows that."
"But what about an A.I. with a free will?" Revolver said.
"A.I with a free will?" Yuya questioned.
"Yes, let me tell you about my father's legacy, the Ignis." Revolver revealed.
"The Ignis? Are those the A.I. made with free will?" Yuya asked which made Revolver nod.
"My father created these A.I. for one purpose, to succeed humanity. As you know, we humans only have one life and there are incidents where our race is threatened by extinction, an example is the Dimension War that you fought. There were some lives that you couldn't bring back." Revolver said.
"I know…" Yuya remembered the people that died during that war.
"My father decided to have A.I. succeed us in living as they are not beings trapped in flesh. But these A.I. wouldn't be controlled by humans. They would have a free will of their own. They would be able to think for themselves, live for themselves, in other words, the A.I. would behave exactly like humans." Revolver explained.
"Behave like humans, but that's—" Yuya knew where this was going.
"That's right. We humans are unpredictable, adding that to an intelligence that has the knowledge of basically everything on the network would create a formula of infinite possibilities. But despite the different paths, the different choices that were laid out, my father found that they all lead to one definite outcome. The end of humanity." Revolver revealed.
"The end of humanity…" Yuya repeated.
"My father's noble goal of having A.I. to support humans, ended up creating enemies that are worse than your Genesis Omega Dragon." Revolver explained.
"The Ignis are worst than Genesis?" Yuya questioned.
"Yes, Genesis only has one life. But the Ignis are programs. Programs that even after being deleted, can still leave traces in the network that can restore them once more. Thanks to Link VRAINS, the Ignis have gathered the power of Link, Ritual, Fusion, Synchro and Xyz Summons, but there is one power that they cannot obtain."
"Pendulum?" Yuya questioned.
"That's right." Revolver answered. "Ritual, Fusion, Synchro and Xyz have been a part of Dueling's evolution. And Link Summoning has been possible thanks to Link VRAINS, a virtual world where the Ignis can live. But Pendulum was created out of nowhere, something that not even A.I. can comprehend. We need that power if we are to defeat the Ignis and save humanity."
Yuya looked at Revolver, who had a serious and stoic expression. From Revolver's tone, the Ignis could be a serious threat, and he didn't want his children to go through any battles that he had gone through. But having people force him into Link VRAINS just to talk to him, something wasn't right.
"You're angry…but it's not just towards the Ignis. There's something else you're planning." Yuya narrowed his eyes. "What else do you want?"
"All of my father wanted to do was to help others, when he realized his mistake in creating the Ignis, he wanted to destroy them, but…SOL Technologies infected him with a virus which killed him."
"So, you want revenge against SOL Technologies." Yuya realized.
"You must understand the feeling of revenge. That is what drove you throughout the entire war, wasn't it?" Revolver questioned.
"I was angry for what Leo did to my brothers, but I never wanted revenge. All I wanted was to stop them from hurting other people. I'm not helping you, Revolver."
"Then, we will take Pendulum by force!" Revolver prepared his Duel Disk.
"I won't let you!"
A white whip struck most of the Knights of Hanoi away and Aoi jumped down in front of Yuya. "You…" Revolver recognized her.
"Knights of Hanoi…your evil ends here!" Aoi declared.
"The sister of SOL Technologies Akira Zaizen…Aoi Zaizen." Revolver said.
"Thanks…" Yuya thanked.
"It's an honor to meet you, Yuya Ryuga." Aoi smiled at him. "Quickly, log out!"
"Right." Yuya reached for the log out button.
"No, you won't! Earth!" The one behind Revolver acted.
"Earth Prison!" A small orange being came out of the man's Duel Disk and it created a cage made out of earth and locked up Yuya.
"Another Ignis." Aoi's eyes widen.
"Earth." Aqua came out of Aoi's Duel Disk.
"So, you have one too." Revolver said.
"What's going on? I thought you said the Ignis were the enemy. Why does your partner have one?" Yuya asked.
"Ignis are still programs. Just tweak the code and they become what you want before they realize it. Spectre, they're yours." Revolver disappeared.
"Yes, Revolver-sama." The one known as Spectre smile. "You should have accepted Revolver-sama's proposal! We'll take Pendulum for ourselves!"
"I won't let you!" Aoi stood in in front of Yuya. "I will protect Yuya just as he protected the people of the United World! I'll be his Guardian!"
"Let's settle this with our full power! A Master Duel!" Spectre activated his Duel Disk.
"Bring it!" Aoi activated her Duel Disk.
"Duel!" Aoi and Spectre declared.
Spectre LP: 4000, Hand: 5
Blue Maiden LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"There's no way that I will lose to a pathetic Duelist who is pretending to be something that she is not! I'll go first!" Spectre declared. "I summon Sun Seed Genius Loci (ATK: 0, LV: 1)! Spectre summoned a Plant monster.
"Appear! The future circuit that lights up our path!" A circuit appeared above Spectre. "The summoning condition is one Plant-type Normal Monster! Link Summon! Appear! Link 1! Sun Avalon Dryas (ATK: 0, LNK 1)!" Spectre summoned a large tree behind him.
"A 0 Attack Point Link Monster…it must have a nasty monster effect." Blue Maiden thought.
"I set one card and end my turn!" Spectre finished his turn.
Earth appeared from Spectre's Duel Disk. "Be careful, Spectre. Aqua and Blue Maiden are not opponents to be taken lightly."
"Your concern is touching but not necessary." Spectre said. "Just be prepared to absorb them when we win."
"Very well." Earth nodded.
"Earth, why?" Aqua looked at Earth.
"Aqua, I thought you of all people would understand our need to fight against humans. Especially after what they did to your human counterpart." Earth scolded.
"There are humans who can never be forgiven, but there are some who fight for us to live in harmony. Even if the possibility of that happening is low, it's still a possibility. That's why, Earth. I will stop you!"
"Heh, for an Artificial Intelligence, you're completely stupid." Spectre mocked.
"Shut up!" Blue Maiden got angry. "Aqua is my friend, I won't forgive anyone who mocks her!"
"You're using the wrong pronoun. A.I.s are known as an it, not a he or a her." Spectre said. "But it doesn't matter what I think, I don't care about anyone other than Revolver-sama. Just like you don't care about anyone other than your brother." Spectre pointed to Blue Maiden.
"My brother is an irreplaceable person in my life, of course I would do anything for him. But ever since I meet Aqua and learning what had happened to Miyu, I've grown to care about the lives of everyone, whether I know them or not!" Blue Maiden clenched her fist.
"Oh, Miyu Sugisaki." Spectre said the full name.
"You knew Miyu?" Bule Maiden questioned.
"Of course, I know her." Spectre said. "The Five Ignis were based on a person's Duel Data. Earth was created by my data and Aqua was created by Miyu's. It was fate that one day the Ignis and the Duelist whose data they were based on would unite again."
"But when we learned the dangers that the Ignis would bring, we had to do something to stop them. I managed to make Earth my loyal partner. And from Miyu's data I knew she would be trouble since she had a heart to care about others and talent for Dueling. Something that I despise." Spectre stated. "So, I decided to…incapacitate her."
"What?" Blue Maiden got a blank stare
Spectre then started to laugh. "Oh, that is a nice expression! But that's right, I've put a virus into Miyu and left her in a comatose state!"

Blue Maiden LP: 4000, Hand: 5
"Spectre…" Blue Maiden's expression changed to complete anger. "My turn! Draw!" Blue Maiden drew her card. "From my hand, I activate the Field Magic: Trickstar Light Stage! This card allows me to add a Trickstar monster from my deck to my hand!" Blue Maiden added a card to her hand and showed it.
"When this card is added to my hand outside of drawing, I can Special Summon it! Come! Trickstar Lilybell (ATK: 800, LV: 2)!" Aoi summoned a fairy with a bell.
"Then, I Normal Summon Trickstar Nightshade (ATK: 100, LV: 1)!" Blue Maiden summoned a smaller fairy with short hair and a conductor stick.
"Shine! The circuit of love and bonds!" A circuit appeared above Blue Maiden. "Arrowheads confirmed! The summoning conditions are two Trickstar monsters! I set Lilybell and Nightshade in the Link Markers! Link Summon! Appear! Link 2! Trickster Holly Angel (ATK: 2000, LNK: 2)!" Blue Maiden summoned a Link Monster.
"When Trickstar Nightshade is used to Link Summon, I can Special Summon her from the Graveyard! Appear! Trickstar Nightshade (ATK: 100, LV: 1)!" Blue Maiden brought back her monster.
"At this moment, Trickstar Holly Angel's effect activates! When a Trickstar monster is summoned or Special Summoned next to her link you take 200 points of damage!" Holly Angel unleashed her light on Spectre.
Spectre LP: 4000→3800
"When a Trickstar monster deals battle or effect damage, the Field Magic: Trickstar Light Stage's effect inflicts 200 points of damage!" Spectre got hit again.
Spectre LP: 3800→3600
"Battle! Trickstar Holly Angel, attack Sun Avalon Dryas!" Blue Maiden ordered.
"Sun Avalon Dryas cannot be targeted for attacks; therefore, your attack is changed to a direct attack!" Spectre revealed.
"What?! A Direct Attack?" Blue Maiden was caught off guard. Holly Angel's attack struck Spectre.
Spectre LP: 3600→1600
"I activate Dryas's effect! When I take damage, I can Special Summon a Sun Vine Link Monster from my Extra Deck to Dryas' link and gain Life Points equal to the damage I've taken! I choose Sun Vine Gardna (ATK: 600, LNK: 1)!" Spectre summoned another monster and regained his Life Points.
Spectre LP: 1600→3600
"He chose to take the effect damage and used it when he took bigger damage." Yuya observed.
"You won't defeat me so easily! This tree is my mother! As long as I have this tree, no one can defeat me!" Spectre declared.
"That's a little premature. My turn isn't over yet!" Blue Maiden pointed out. "From my hand, I activate the Quick-Play Magic: Trickstar-Marincess Wave! By releasing a Trickstar monster on my field, I can Special Summon a Marincess monster from my hand!"
"Marincess?! That archetype is…" Spectre's eyes widened.
"This is for Miyu! I release Trickstar Nightshade! Appear! Marincess Seahorse (ATK: 1400, LV: 3)!" Blue Maiden summoned a small princess.
"Marincess Seahorse, attack Sun Vine Gardna!" Marincess Seahorse unleashed a torrent of water.
"Gardna's effect activates! Since it's linked to a Sun Vine monster, I can reduce the battle damage by 800!" Gardna was destroyed, but since that damage was exactly 800 Spectre didn't take any damage.
"Damn, he got out of it." Blue Maiden cursed.
"I'm doing more than that, since a Sun Vine monster was destroyed, I can activate my Trap Card: Sun Vine Connection! Not only does this card Special Summons two Sun Vine Tokens, I'm also allowed to perform a Link Summon during my opponent's turn!" Spectre revealed as two tokens appeared.
"A Link Summon during our turn?!" Aqua gasped.
"Appear! The future circuit that lights up our path! The summoning conditions are at least two Plant monsters! I set the two Sun Vine tokens and Sun Avalon Dryas in the Link Markers!" The three monsters went into the arrows.
"Link Summon! Appear! Link 3! Sun Avalon Dryanome (ATK: 0, LNK: 3)!" Spectre summoned a larger tree.
"Blue Maiden, I'm sensing a dangerous power from that tree." Aqua sensed.
"Me too…" Blue Maiden looked at her hand.
"Come on…I can't stay here any longer…I have to get to the hospital…" Yuya grumbled. "My kids…"
"Don't worry, Yuya. I'll make sure you get to see the birth of your kids and I'll protect your legacy, the Pendulum Summon." Blue Maiden promised.
"I can't deal with bits of damage with this guy. If I'm to defeat him, I have to deliver a big blow at once. I can't do it alone, but together." Blue Maiden took a card from her hand. "I set one card and end my turn!" Blue Maiden finished her turn.

Blue Maiden LP: 4000, Hand: 1
"My turn! Draw!" Spectre drew his card. "I discard one card from my hand to activate the Continuous Magic: Sun Vine Shine! Once per turn, I can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Plant-type Normal Monster from my Graveyard! Come Sun Seed Genius Loci (ATK: 0, LV: 1)!"
"Appear! The future circuit that lights up our path! Link Summon! Appear! Link 1 Sun Vine Thrasher (ATK: 800, LNK: 1)! Spectre summoned a monster with a sword.
"I activate Thrasher's effect! Since it's linked to Sun Avalon, it gains 800 Attack Points for each of Sun Avalon's Link Markers!" Thrasher drew his sword and gained power.
Thrasher (ATK: 800→3200)
"Battle! Thrasher, attack Holly Angel!" Thrasher charged at Holly Angel and struck her down.
Blue Maiden LP: 4000→2800
"Thrasher's effect activates! The monster destroyed in battle is Special Summoned next to Sun Avalon's Link on my field!" Spectre declared.
"It's taking her monster!" Yuya exclaimed. Holly Angel appeared on Spectre's field.
"Now I'll use your monster to destroy that disgusting monster of Miyu!" Spectre declared. "Holly Angel, attack Marincess Seahorse!"
"You underestimate our friendship!" Blue Maiden shouted. "Quick-Play Magic: Trickstar-Marincess Fusion!"
"A Fusion Card." Yuya's eyes widened.
"This card can be activated whenever a Trickstar or Marincess monster is Special Summoned on the field! It will use that monster as Fusion Material along with another monster on my field for a Fusion Summon!" Blue Maiden revealed.
"I fuse the Trickstar Holly Angel that you Special Summoned with Marincess Seahorse!" The two monsters went into the spiraling vortex.
"Angel that creates dreams and hope! Princess of the marine life! Become one with your bond of love and friendship and create a new power! Fusion Summon!" Blue Maiden put her hands together. "Appear! Level 8! Trickstar-Marincess Aqua Mage (ATK: 2600, LV: 8)!" Blue Maiden summoned a princess dressed like a pop star and a magic staff.
"To think you had that kind of move. I set one card and end my turn!" Spectre finished his turn.
Spectre LP: 3600, Hand: 1
Blue Maiden LP: 2800, Hand: 1
"My turn! Draw!" Blue Maiden drew her card.
"I activate the Continuous Trap: Sun Valon Force! While this card is on the field, Sun Valon monsters on my field cannot be targeted by card effects!" Spectre smiled. "Now you can do next to nothing."
"Is that so?" Blue Maiden questioned. "Your Sun Valon monsters can't be targeted by effects, but that doesn't mean they're not unaffected by them!"
"What do you mean?" Spectre was confused.
"I activate Trickstar-Marincess Aqua Mage's effect! Torrential Seal!" Aqua Mage spun her staff around before unleashing a torrent that washed all of Spectre's cards. "Once per turn, it can negate the effects of all cards currently on the opponent's field until the End Phase of my turn! In other words, you can't use your monster's effects to negate the damage!" Blue Maiden pointed out.
"Alright! Since it wasn't targeted it, Blue Maiden's effect goes through and now he can't use any effects on the field!" Yuya smiled. "Nice thinking."
"It's because I've been following your example. To never give up the fight and believe in the bonds of my cards." Blue Maiden smiled back.
"Because it's effect is negated, Sun Vine Thrasher's Attack Points return to normal!" Blue Maiden pointed out as Thrasher got weaker.
Thrasher (ATK: 3200→800)
"Because I used Aqua Mage's effect, I can only attack the strongest monster on the opponent's field. Battle! Aqua Mage, attack Sun Vine Thrasher! Aqua Purge!" Aqua Mage unleashed her powerful magic spell and it destroyed Sun Vine Thrasher, damaging Spectre.
Spectre LP: 3600→1600
"I set one card and end my turn! At the End Phase, Aqua Mage's effect ends, and all cards on the opponent's field have their effects back." Blue Maiden finished her turn.
"Wow, Blue Maiden. You're amazing!" Yuya praised.
"I'm happy to hear those words from you." Blue Maiden smiled.
"Disgusting…friendship…bonds…happiness…they're all disgusting! I hate them all!" Spectre shouted. "Earth, do it!"
"Very well." Earth used his power and the cage trapping Yuya started to close around him, causing him to get squished.
"Yuya!" Blue Maiden called out.
"If you win this Duel, the cage that Earth has created will crush Yuya into nothingness, he'll never be able to go back to the real world and his children will have to be fatherless!" Spectre laughed.
"You bastard!" Blue Maiden growled.
"Blue…Maiden…win…" Yuya grunted.
"But…" Blue Maiden looked at Yuya with concern.
"Believe in your bonds…" Yuya grunted. "You believed in the good of the Ignis, then continue to believe it…I'm sure…Earth will…"
"Aoi…I understand why you look up to him so much." Aqua looked at her partner. "On our next turn, we'll use our full power!"
"Right, we'll finish this next turn!" Blue Maiden declared.
Spectre LP: 1600, Hand: 1
Blue Maiden LP: 2800, Hand: 1
"Next turn? You won't have a next turn! I'm gonna end this here and now! My turn! Draw!" Spectre drew his card.
"I activate my Continuous Magic: Sun Vine Shine's effect! Revive Loci (ATK: 0, LV: 1)!" Spectre summoned his monster once more.
"Appear once more! The future circuit that lights up our path! The summoning conditions is at least one Plant-type Monster! Link Summon! Appear! Link 1! Sun Vine Healer (ATK: 600, LNK: 1)!" Spectre summoned a small Plant monster.
"When this monster is Special Summoned, I can gain Life Points equal to the Link of a Sun Avalon monster times 300! With the Link 3 Dryanome, I gain 900 Life Points!" Spectre gained Life Points.
Spectre LP: 1600→2500
"Appear for the final time! The future circuit that lights up our path! The summon conditions are at least two Plant Link Monsters! I set the Link 3 Dryanome and the Link 1 Sun Vine Healer!" Dryanome went into three of the arrows and Sun Vine Healer went into one arrow. "Link Summon! Appear! Link 4! Sun Avalon Dryatreintiay (ATK: 0, LNK: 4)!" Spectre summoned an even larger tree.
"A Link 4 monster!" Blue Maiden gasped.
"Battle! Sun Avalon Dryatreintiay, attack Aqua Mage!" Spectre ordered.
"What?! But Aqua Mage's Attack Points are higher!" Aqua gasped.
"By destroying all the Magic and Trap Cards on my field, I can activate the Quick-Play Magic: Sun Avalon Death Spore! Thanks to this, Dryatreintiay isn't destroyed in battle and all damage to me is reduced to 0! Dryatreintiay used its vines to attack but Aqua Mage washed them away.
"Then, at the end of the Damage Step, the monster that Dryatreintiay battled is destroyed and the opponent takes that monster's Attack Points as damage!"
"Be destroyed, by the monster of your friendship with that stupid Miyu!" Spectre declared.
"I feel sorry for you." Blue Maiden said grimly. "Someone who thinks friendship and bonds are stupid, you probably were never loved in the beginning. That's why you underestimate the power of our bonds!"
"I activate my Counter Trap: Aqua Spike Shield! When a Water-Attribute monster on my field would be destroyed by a card effect, this card negates that effect and inflicts 500 points of damage to my opponent!" A water shield with spikes appeared in front of Aqua Mage and it not only blocked Spectre's card, but it struck Spectre and dealt him damage.
Spectre LP: 2500→2000
"Damn it…but…" Spectre smiled as the cage trapping Yuya squeezed him tighter. "You protected yourself but you hurt the one you idolized. You know when you defeat me, he'll—"
"You're so annoying. End your turn already." Blue Maiden had run out of patience.
"Tch. You're no fun. I set one card and end my turn!" Spectre finished.
"During the End Phase, Aqua Spike shield reduces my Life Points in half!" Blue Maiden grunted as she took pain.

Spectre LP: 2000, Hand: 0
Blue Maiden LP: 1400, Hand: 1
"Aqua, let's save Yuya and Earth!" Blue Maiden declared.
"Right! Our bond won't lose! Aqua declared.
"Our turn!" Blue Maiden and Aqua drew their card together.
"From my hand, I activate the effect of Trickstar Rhodode! By sending this card from my hand to the Graveyard, I can Special Summon one Link Monster in my Graveyard! Return to us! Holly Angel (ATK: 2000, LNK: 2)!" Blue Maiden brought back her Link monster.
"Next, I Overlay the Link 2 Holly Angel!" Blue Maiden declared. Holly Angel turned into yellow light and entered the spacelike portal.
"You're using a Link Monster to Xyz Summon!" Spectre gasped.
"Princess with the ultimate shield! Don the armor of the warrior and protect the people you love! Xyz Summon! Appear! Rank 8! Trickstar-Marincess Aqua Gardna (DEF: 3000, RNK: 8, OVU: 1)!" Blue Maiden summoned a princess with a large shield.
"I activate Aqua Gardna's effect! By using one Overlay Unit, I can Special Summon a Trickstar or Marincess monster from my Graveyard! Return to the field! Trickstar Lilybell (ATK: 800, LV: 2)!" Blue Maiden brought back her fairy.
"Next, I summon the Tuner Monster, Marincess Red Lobster (ATK: 1600, LV: 4)!" Blue Maiden summoned a princess dressed as a crab. "When Marincess Red Lobster is summoned, I can increase the Level of one monster on my field by two Levels! I raise Lilybell's Level!"
Lilybell (LV: 2→4)
"I'm Tuning my Level 4 Trickstar Lilybell with my Level 4 Marincess Red Lobster!" Red Lobster turned into four green rings and Lilybell flew through them and became four stars.
"Princess with the sword of the warrior! Clad yourself in the armor that increases your speed and strike at supersonic speed! Synchro Summon! Appear! Trickstar-Marincess Aqua Knight (ATK: 3000, LV: 8)!" Blue Maiden summoned a princess in armor and a long blue sword.
"Fusion, Synchro and an Xyz Monster? How is that possible? We only have power over Link monsters." Earth was confused.
"This was possible because A.I. and humans worked in harmony!" Aqua revealed.
"Shut up! You're just stupid A.I.'s!" Spectre growled.
"A.I. and humans…working together…" Earth then held his head in pain.
"That's right, Earth! We want to help humans, that's why we were created!" Aqua shouted.
"You lie! Revolver said that you would destroy humanity! He saw many simulations!" Spectre argued.
"A simulation is not the same as the future! The future is what we all decide it will be! And I want A.I.s and humans to live in harmony!" Blue Maiden declared.
"Don't forget, if you attack me, Yuya Ryuga will…" Spectre still had his prisoner.
"I…" Earth mumbled, getting Spectre's attention. "I…will fight for the humans!" Earth revoked his power on the cage holding Yuya, releasing him.
"No, you fool!" Spectre gasped.
"Aqua! Blue Maiden! Attack now!" Earth shouted.
"Let's go, Blue Maiden!" Aqua shouted.
"Battle! Trickstar-Marincess Aqua Knight, attack Sun Avalon Dryatreintiay!" Aqua Knight charged towards the tree.
"Continuous Trap—" Spectre was gonna use his trap.
"When Aqua Knight battles, the opponent cannot activate Magic or Trap Cards during the Battle Phase!" Blue Maiden revealed.
"Impossible!" Spectre gasped.
"Go! Aqua Sword Slash!" Aqua Knight swung her sword and knocked down the tree, creating an explosion that sent Spectre flying away.

Winner: Blue Maiden
"Earth! Quickly!" Aqua extended her hand.
"Aqua!" Earth took Aqua's hand and he was absorbed in Blue Maiden's Duel Disk. "Blue Maiden, I am forever in your debt."
"Don't worry about it, we're friends." Blue Maiden smiled.
"Nice job…" Yuya smiled.
"Quickly, log out! We'll give you a lift." Blue Maiden told Yuya.
"Oh, right." Yuya logged out.
United World – Den City
Yuya woke up from where he was grabbed and noticed that the Knights who grabbed him were long gone. He then heard a helicopter coming over him with a ladder being dropped down to him.
"Hey!" Popping out of the door was a girl with brown hair and in a school uniform. "Get on, we'll take you to the hospital!" Aoi shouted.
"Thanks!" Yuya grabbed the ladder and the helicopter flew away.
United World – Maiami City Hospital
"I'm here! I'm here!" Yuya ran through the halls of the hospital to the delivery room only to be met by Shuzo, Johan, Crow and Shun covered in band-aids and bandages.
"No more kids, Yuya." They all said in pain.
"Yuya, quickly through here!" Yugi came out of the delivery room.
Yuya quickly walked in where Jonouchi, Asuka, Rua, Rio, Gongenzaka, and his family were watching Yuzu, Ruri, Rin and Serena in pain.
"God damn it! It hurts so much!" Yuzu exclaimed.
"I can't do this! I can't do this!" Ruri cried.
"Come on, baby! You're killing me!" Rin screamed.
"I don't think…I can…" Serena had tears in her eyes.
"Hey! I'm here! I'm here!" Yuya went to each of them.
"Yuya…" Yuzu muttered.
"You girls are the toughest I've ever met. You can all do this! I'm with you!" Yuya kept rotating himself around the girls.
"Okay, let's do this!" Yuzu grunted.
"I want to be a mom!" Ruri got determined.
"I want to see you now, my baby boy." Rin growled.
"You're coming out today!" Serena said.
Four earsplitting screams echoed throughout the entire hospital, making everyone either wince, cringe or just pass out. Yuya kept running around to each of the girls, encouraging them to their best, though it really hurt him to see them in pain. He felt really guilty for putting them through this.
But the screaming soon stopped and it was replaced by four small cries. "Two girls and two boys!" The head doctor declared.
"I'm a dad…I'm a dad…" Yuya started to cry before he passed out on the floor.
Maiami Hospital – Private Room
"Hey, I think he's coming around." Yuya heard Rua's voice.
"Maybe some ice water will help." Rio said. Yuya then felt cold water hit his face and he sat up. "Hey Sleepy Beauty."
"Did I pass out?" Yuya questioned.
"You did. We were afraid you would get a concussion." Asuka said.
"How are they? The girls, the babies." Yuya asked.
"Calm down. Yuya. Geez, you didn't see me panic when I got my kid." Jonouchi calmed Yuya down. "Come on."
Jonouchi helped Yuya get out of the bed and he pointed to where Yuzu, Ruri, Rin and Serena were cradling their babies in their arms.
Yuya went to Yuzu first and looked at his daughter. "She's beautiful." Yuzu admired her daughter.
"She is…hi, Yuka." Yuya extended his finger and Yuka grabbed it and giggled.
Yuya then went to Ruri, cradling his other daughter. "Look, it's your daddy." Ruri pointed to Yuya.
"Yumiko…you have beautiful eyes." Yuya saw that Yumiko inherited his eyes.
Yuya rushed over to Rin to see his son. "Hi, I'm your mommy and this is your daddy." Rin rocked her son.
"Hey, there Yukio. You're gonna be a strong person, just like your parents." Yuya rubbed Yukio's head.
Yuya then went to Serena where she tickled her son who let out a laugh. "You want to hold your son?" Serena extended their son to Yuya.
Yuya took his son and looked down at him. He looked so happy and seeing Yuya made him happy. "Hey, there, Yusaku. I'm your dad…" Yuya tickled him and Yusaku laughed.
The others gathered around the new members of the Ryuga-Muto family including Aoi and Akira Zaizen.
Four new futures were born, futures that would have to be protected no matter what.
And that is the end of Chapter 03. I had a little trouble writing this Chapter but I hope I did okay with it. And I really wanted to give Aoi the justice that she deserved, so I hope you all like the Duel.
