Bonnie was cleaning one of the halls of the pizzeria when something caught his attention. He looked over his shoulder to see a shadowy figure watching him.

You sense it too, don't you.

"Yeah," Bonnie replied, "it's dark energy."

That's right, that dark energy belongs to the forms of the big three.

"The big three, are you sure?"

I'm sure they sense us as well. No doubt they're trying to decide if we're on their side or an enemy.

"What about them. Do we have to worry about them?"

Probably, they could proof to be a threat later on, but right now they have no evil intentions.

The shadow disappeared leaving him alone. Bonnie didn't know if he liked the idea of letting them be if they were a threat later on.

They're harmless don't worry about them.

"Fine, only because you haven't lied to me yet."

Why would I lie when we both share something precious that's worth protecting.

Bonnie knew that he was talking about Chi. They both had agreed that she was their reason to fight. As long as she lives they were on the same page.

"Bonnie," a voice called.

He turned to see Chi walking toward him. He could hear N.B. purr in his head. He couldn't help it as Chi always brought out his softer side.

"Hey Chi, are you ready to head home," he asked.

"Yeah," she replied, "are you finished here?"

"Almost, let me finish this section and then I'll be done."

"Okay, I'll go see if Chica needs help with the kids."

They kissed before she walked off to help her sister with the kids. Bonnie continued to finish cleaning when he felt something moving behind him. He spun around and created a barrier to protect himself.

Staring at him was a shadow of a rabbit titling its head to the side. He just stood there staring at the shadow. The shadow seemed to be confused for a moment before looking into his eyes.

"Son," it said.

He watched as it disappeared into the shadows. He realized that was the shadow version of his father. He lowered the barrier wondering what that could meant.

"Hey, do you think that one won't hurt us since it's technically our father?"

More than likely, it already realized that we're it's child. I'm sure if we end up fighting the others then it might fight alongside us.

"You mean unsure about that."

Shadows are unpredictable. It's hard to tell what goes through their heads.

"Figures."

Don't worry about that now. We have to finish up. We don't want to keep our mate waiting.

Bonnie agreed with him. He wasn't going to keep Chi waiting. He finished up his task and put the supplies before making his way to the stage room.

He found Chi playing with her nephews and niece. He smiled as he watched them. She was so good with them. He leaned against the wall watching her with a smile on his face.

"She's always has a way people," said a voice.

He looked over to see Freddy and Chica standing there watching their children with their aunt. Bonnie couldn't help but nod in response.

"My little sister, has always been able to draw everyone to her," said Chica, "it's a weird gift that she has."

Maybe that's why she was able to tame N.B.

I heard that!

Bonnie flinched at the echo in his head. Sometimes N.B. forgets that he was inside of Bonnie's head. Freddy looked over at him giving a confused look.

"Are you okay Bonnie," he asked.

"Yeah," Bonnie replied, "N.B. was yelling at me and he forgets that he's in my head and that causes me a headache."

You started it.

"We should head home," said Freddy.

"Right," said Chica, "kids it's time to say goodbye to your auntie."

"I'll see you guys later," said Chi as she hugged them goodbye.

They said goodbye as they headed to the car. Chi looked over at Bonnie as they walked.

"What," Bonnie asked as he noticed her staring.

"Were you talking to N.B. earlier," she asked, "I heard you talking when I came looking for you."

"Yeah, I was," he replied, "I probably should've done that in my head."

"You maybe should," she said with a laugh, "you don't want people to think that you're crazy."

"I guess you're right."

They both laughed as he opened the car door for her. She kissed him on the cheek before climbing into the car. He smiled at her as he closed the door behind her. He walked toward the driver side.

He stopped as he heard a scream on top of the roof. He looked up to see the three shadows looking down at them. Chi opened the car door to get a better look at them. Bonnie got in front of her as he watched the shadows. They let out more screams before disappearing into the night sky.

"What was that," she asked.

"I don't know," said Bonnie, "but, I think that it's something to watch out for in the future."

Chi gripped the car door. Ever since she learned about Bonnie's magic their life seemed to be pulled into the direction of the paranormal. Bonnie sighed as he turned to his girlfriend. He was beginning to wonder how he was going to protect her.

Am I going have to relay on my magic just to keep her safe?

"Bonnie," she said, "we should head home, right."

"Yeah," he replied, "let's go home."

He got into the car as she climbed back into the car. He started the engine and drove down the road heading back home.

They pulled up to their home. Bonnie turned into the driveway. They got out of their car and headed inside. Chi walked into the kitchen to prepare dinner.

"Would stew be okay for dinner tonight?"

"Sounds good," Bonnie replied with a smile.

"Okay, I actually just had it cooking during the day and I think that it's ready."

They helped themselves to some stew and sat down at the table to eat. Bonnie wiped his mouth when they heard a growl coming from the forest.

"What was that," Chi asked.

Bonnie jumped to his feet and peered out into their backyard. He could see a peer of yellow eyes staring back at him. Chi walked toward him but stopped when he held out his hand stopping her.

"Bonnie, what is it," she asked.

"I don't know," he replied, "but I think that there's something peering over the fierce."

"What?!"

She walked to his side to see the yellow eyes glaring back at them. She stepped back holding her beak. Bonnie knew that whatever it was could be a threat.

Hey you seeing this?

I am and I don't like the feeling that I'm getting from it.

Any idea what it come be?

No, but I know that it wants to get inside.

Crap, what now?

Calm down, right now it can't get in, but still we need to watch it carefully.

"Bonnie," said Chi grabbing his wrist, "didn't you say that the previous owner died here?"

"Are you thinking that could be what caused his death," Bonnie asked.

"Yeah."

He wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her toward him. She placed her hand onto his chest as he held her close. He knew that she was scared by this thing.

"Don't worry angel," he said, "it can't get inside and if it did: I'll protect you."

"I know," said Chi resting her head onto his shoulder, "but it still…"

Bonnie knew that this creature could be a threat sooner or later. The beast growled before it disappeared into the forest. She sighed in relief as she saw that it was gone. Bonnie knew that it was gone for now but what was going to stop it from coming back.

So much for a peaceful like with my girlfriend.
