Hi, this is the author of Infirmary. I got inspired to write a sequel due to one of the recent Wano episodes, especially the one where Nami calls out Kaido for his lie. Seemed like a perfect way to write a sequel to Infirmary. If you wish to read Infirmary before reading this, you can find it at my friends account under Lucius H. Skye. I'll be honest, at one point I got really emotional writing this. I love this ship so much!

*BU DUM

Nami's eyes opened. She was in a room. An old japanese style room. She was staring at the wall in front of her. Her heart beating quickly against her chest. She could hear it clearly. The room was mostly silent, which allowed her to hear her heart.

She was wearing a pink kimono, with flower patterns, that was held together by a yellow obi. She liked wearing Kimonos. They felt really comfortable and gave her a sense of nobility. She felt honored to wear a dress that was considered the national dress of the country of Wano.

Her orange hair flowed down the back of her kimono as she sat on a soft pillow on her knees. She only meant to close her eyes for a few seconds, but somehow drifted a bit and fell asleep. With the way she was feeling, she must have not been asleep for more than a couple of minutes. She did surprise herself that she was able to fall asleep in this sitting position, but she couldn't help it.

The silence. Her heart beat.

The soft breathing of the person lying in front of her. All of it made it difficult for her to stay awake for too long. She finally looked down at the other person in the room. She took a look at his chest and saw it moving. She felt so relieved. He wasn't dead.

She closed her eyes again, but it wasn't to fall asleep. Her mind were doing things to her that she hated sometimes. She thought she had stopped having nightmares, but they always seem to creep back. Granted, this wasn't much of a nightmare, just a recent memory.

Kaido. The strongest beast in the world. He told everyone he won. That he killed Luffy. Nami knew in her heart that wasn't true. She refused to believe him. She knew Luffy better than anyone. Probably way more than most people realized. She knew he wasn't dead. The moment Kaido said those words, she knew they were a lie. Luffy was not going to die to some lying snake. She was right.

She opened her eyes narrowly and looked down at the sleeping body of Luffy. She gave him a warm smile. A smile that she realized she only gave him. It was weird. She never thought much about it, but she did tend to have a bigger smile on her face whenever it was around Luffy. He just made her so happy. Sure, he did things that gave her high blood pressure, but she wouldn't want him to change. She'd just make sure he understands why doing that wasn't right and hope he didn't do it again. Of course, she knew that wasn't going to be the case, but...that was part of him that she loved.

She reached down and took his hand into hers, holding it in between hers. She was so glad that he was alive. He didn't break his promise. He defeated Kaido. He saved Wano. He came back. She did though wonder what was up with that new appearance of his, but she was just glad that he was alive in the end.

Her mind drifted off to that night they had after rescuing Sanji from Whole Cake Island. That was one of the happiest moments of her life. To be able to confess to him and show him how much he meant to her. To tell him that she loved him. When she heard him say the same, her heart fluttered into her chest. Her entire world was filled with so much light and warmth from his smile. It really made her happier than she had ever been.

That being said, she still had her worries. Similar worries she had that night. The deeper they go into the New World, the more dangerous foes Luffy would have to face. They already had plans to go up and confront Kaido so she knew that it would come to Luffy having to fight him. He did and he won. However, it wasn't without worry. She didn't know what was happening up there on the roof of the floating island. She had no way of truly knowing if Luffy was alright. Deep down, she did have faith in him. It was that faith that gave her the courage to tell Kaido he was a liar. That Luffy wouldn't die. That he was going to win and beat him.

And he did. She was so happy to hear that he won. He was pretty banged up and Chopper had to put bandages on him, but all that mattered was that he was alive. Now, he was resting while she watched over him.

She could have left him sleeping along with the others, but she wanted this alone time with him. So, she asked for a secluded room, much to the shock of almost everyone. The matter of fact is, they never told the others about their relationship. Were they boyfriend and girlfriend? Nami giggled at the titles. She never really thought of Luffy as a 'boyfriend'...at least not in the traditional sense. It really never was normal with Luffy anyway. However, she knew she loved him. She knew he loved her, so they didn't need to have those titles attached to them. They knew what they were and that's all that mattered. They didn't really need any labels.

Though, she didn't mind being called a Queen to the future Pirate Queen. However, thinking about that at the moment was pointless. She had all the confidence in the world that he was going to be the Pirate King. She was going to make sure she led him to that goal, no matter what. She knew together and alongside the rest of the crew they will make Luffy the Pirate King. So thinking about something like 'Queen' was too early. Who knows how long it would take. She hoped not too long.

She tightened her hands around his, giving it a squeeze. Luffy will become the Pirate King, but that would also mean he had to go through an even tougher challenge. There were still other pirates he would have to face. Many were still dangerous and she had hoped Kaido would have been the worst of the worst. However, she knew that wasn't the case. Not to mention the Marines and the Admirals. There were still many strong enemies Luffy would have to go through. She knew he would prevail, but that didn't mean she would stop worrying.

She loved Luffy, more than anyone in the world. Of course she would be constantly worried about his health and well being. She wanted nothing more than help him in anyway she could. She wasn't as strong as him or Zoro or Sanji. She could hold her own, but would that be enough to lessen the burden. She wasn't a fighter, but she wanted to help him more than just navigate him towards Laugh Tale. She wanted to be stronger. She wanted to be able to stay by his side so that she never had to hear another liar tell her that Luffy was dead.

It did make her wonder. Did Luffy think she was weak? While she did defeat that weird bro-con member of the Beast Pirates, she knew it was close call. If it wasn't for Zeus, who knows how it would have went. In the end, was it enough for Luffy. She truly didn't know. She had confidence in herself, but when it came to doing anything to help Luffy, she wondered if she could do more. She gave his hand another squeeze as she contemplated deeply in her thoughts.

"Nami?" She opened her eyes widely at the voice and looked over to see Luffy with his eyes half open, looking back at her.

"Luffy!" She exclaimed in excitement as he finally woke up. "Thank goodness you're okay!"

He gave her a weak smile. "Of course! I knew I would win!"

She smiled warmly at him and rubbed her thumb over the top of his hand. "Yeah." She couldn't help herself. He was still the same Luffy no matter what. Always finding a way to put a smile on her face.

"Where am I?" He asked looking around the room.

"In Momo-chan's Castle." Luffy examined the room with his mouth slightly opened.

"I see. Where are the others? Are they okay?" The concern he had for everyone else was another reason she fell in love with him.

"They're in another room. They're fine, Chopper is looking after them." She explained.

"I see...why aren't we there?" He asked.

Nami blushed a bit before responding. "I asked if we could get a separate room...I just wanted it to be us two...sorry..."

"Huh? Why are you apologizing?" He asked.

"I-It's nothing...I just thought maybe I shouldn't have...I just...wanted to be a little selfish...it's been a while since we were alone like this...not since..." Nami blushed as she remembered the night they spent in the infirmary. Luffy blinked before realizing what she meant.

"Ah, when we had-"

"Don't just say it out loud, baka!" Nami shouted, slightly hitting him on the head. She had the state of mind to remember that Luffy was injured and healing, so she only tapped him lightly on the head to make him stop blurting something embarrassing out.

"Hm? Why?" Luffy asked. She wanted to him knock some sense into him, but refrained as she didn't want to hurt him any more than he already was.

"Because...it's kind of embarrassing to talk about and the others don't know about us and...what happened..." She hated how flustered she was getting. She knew Luffy didn't care about how embarrassing it was or how the others might react, but she was different. It wasn't that she wouldn't want to tell the others and proclaim to the world her feelings, but she wasn't ready. At least not yet.

"Hmm...I don't quite get it, but if you don't want me to say anything to anyone, then I won't." He finally was able to muster the strength to give her one of trademarked grins. She sighed, but smiled. She knew Luffy keeping a secret was very difficult. Honestly, she was surprised he didn't blurt out what happened that night to the others already. He was such a terrible lair, but she guessed he was too focused on what was happening with Momo and Wano that it must have slipped his mind. Which is why, she wanted to have this alone time with him.

"Thanks and sorry that I hit you..." She apologized.

"Shishishi, no worries." Luffy smiled before noticing she had his hands in hers and holding it tightly. "Nami? Is something wrong?"

"Huh?" She looked at him surprised. She wasn't sure why he would asked that. Did she looked worried? "What do you mean? There's nothing wrong." Luffy stared into her eyes, as if he was trying to figure out if she was lying or not. "W-What?"

"Nami...did something happen? Did you have another nightmare?" Nami was taken back by his question. He thought she had another nightmare. The thing was, she didn't necessarily have a nightmare, just a recollection. A recollection of Kaido telling her and everyone else that Luffy had died. She relived that experience in her mind when she drifted off to sleep for a few minutes. Kaido's voice rang in her head and that caused Nami to give Luffy's hand a slight squeeze. This did not go unnoticed by Luffy. "Nami?"

"Sorry...I..." She paused for a bit, trying to find her words. She suddenly felt Luffy's hand give her hand a gentle squeeze. She looked down at his hand and then at him. She looked into his eyes, and they told her to take her time. She knew Luffy can get impatient, so it made her feel warm inside that he was willing to wait for her. That was something she welcomed and loved. "Kaido...he...he said that you died..." Luffy's eyes widened. "It wasn't a nightmare...he came down from where you two fought and told us all that you died."

"Nami..." She once again squeezed his hand.

"I didn't believe him...I called him a lair...a snake...told him that he looked like you beat him up badly...hahaha..." She chuckled. Luffy's stayed quiet, but was surprised to hear Nami did all this for him. "I just refused to believe that you died..you know...Kaido may act all tough, but I knew you wouldn't die against him...after all you made a promise to Momo-chan...to everyone...to me..." She continued as Luffy stayed quiet. "So, I just flat out told him the truth. That I didn't believe him. That I knew you weren't dead. That you would kick his ass."

She felt proud of herself. She stood up against Kaido. She was glad to have been proven right. Luffy didn't die. He was laying right in front of her, alive and listening to her. She knew it right from the start. "Nami...I..."

"Hm?" She looked at him and saw that he was no longer looking at her, but at the ceiling. His eyes were hidden behind his bangs. "Luffy?"

"I...I'm sorry." He apologized, surprising her.

"Huh? Why?" Nami felt her chest tighten a bit. This was something very rare from Luffy. She rarely ever seen him like this.

"I'm sorry that I made you worried." He told her. She smiled at him.

"You always make me worry. However, that's not something I know you do on purpose. It's just you. While I hate getting used to it, I understand and-"

"Nami...I think I did die..." Nami stopped talking and her eyes widened as she looked at Luffy.

"Huh?" She couldn't believe what she heard. "W-What do you mean you-"

"I don't know. I...I can't explain it, but...something happened." Nami hands were shaking slightly. Luffy noticed and squeezed her hand to try and calm them. "I was fighting Kaido...then someone else attacked me, kept me from moving and then Kaido hit me...hard..." Nami simply listened. "I don't remember anything after that...I think...I did die..."

"Luffy...that doesn't necessarily mean you died, you probably just lost consciousness and..."

"No...it was different...I can't explain...I don't get it either...but it really did feel like I died..." Nami couldn't believe what she was hearing. Was Kaido right? Did he actually kill Luffy? Then, who was the person in front of her? No, she refused to believe any of that. This was Luffy. This definitely was Luffy. She would know. "I then heard something..." Luffy continued.

"Heard what?" Nami asked.

"I definitely heard these drums...but...I also heard a voice...it sounded familiar...it sounded like yours..." Luffy confessed.

"Huh?"

"I heard the voice...it said to keep my promise...then I heard drums and next thing I knew...I just started laughing...I was happy..." Nami's eyes widened. That sounded just like the words she said. Did Luffy hear her and then came back to life?

'No...it couldn't be...Luffy didn't die...I refuse to believe that...' Nami felt conflicted. She was glad her words reached him and her words got him back up to continue the fight. However she refused to believe that he actually did briefly die. It just couldn't be the truth.

"Nami...I...I'm sorry...I di-"

"DON'T SAY THAT!" She screamed, causing Luffy to jump slightly. He looked over to her as she raised his hand to her chest. She tightly squeezed her hands around his. She pressed his hand so close to her chest that he could feel her heart beat against it. "Please...don't say that word..." Her lips quivered as she had her head lowered. Luffy heard a whimper and a soft sniffle, which made him frown and made him worried.

"Nami...I...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to make you sad...please don't be sad..." Nami lowered her head so that it rested on his hand. Luffy could feel something wet and realized quickly that Nami was crying. He felt his heart shatter into a million pieces. If there was one thing he hated the most, it was seeing Nami cry. He hated it back in her hometown. He hated it back in Water 7. He truly hated them when he saw her tears as he tried saving her from that bear guy. He hated it so much.

Luffy finally sat up, ignoring the pain from his sor emuscles all over his body and moved towards her, pulling her to him gently. Nami felt his warmth immediately as her head was now resting on his chest. She still held his hand in hers as she softly cried. His musky scent along with his soft touch was something she missed very much. It's been so long since she was this close to him and like magic, it helped her calm down a bit.

'Luffy...' She didn't want to think about the idea that Luffy might have actually died up there on the rooftop. She just refused to believe it, even if it came from Luffy himself. She just didn't want to believe it.

"Nami...do you hear it...?" Luffy whispered to her ear.

"Huh?" Nami responded back.

"Do you hear it?" Nami wasn't sure what Luffy was referring to.

She heard nothing except the sound of his beating hea- 'Oh...' His heart. It was beating. It was beating against his chest and she could hear it. Luffy was alive. Luffy was alive. 'I can hear it...' Tears welled up in her eyes again, but these were more tears of relief. "Your heart...I can hear it..."

"Shishishi. See, Nami? I'm still alive. I'm okay." He reassured her in the best way he knew. "I'm sorry that I said I died...I thought I did, but I don't know for sure...but you can still hear it, right? As long as you can hear it, then I'm alive...I'm okay..." He continued and gave her hands a squeeze. "Anytime you want to make sure, just tell me. I'll always let you hear it. So, please...don't cry Nami."

Nami never felt so safe, so much warmth in her heart. Luffy was not an ordinary person. He knew how to connect with people no one else did. This was his way of connecting with her. To reassure her. It might have been simple, but it was effective. She truly loved this person. "Luffy...thank you..." She whispered softly as she continued to listen to his heart. The longer she heard it, the more she realized they did sound like drum beats. She chuckled softly.

Luffy hearing her softly laugh made him glad. Luffy wasn't always the best at these things, but he just did what he believed to always be right. He was happy that this worked. Happy to hear Nami feeling better. Though, he did feel slightly guilty. "Nami...?"

"Hm?"

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"For making you cry."

"Baka...you don't need to apologize for that...but thank you..."

"I know...but I didn't want to break another promise..."

"Huh?" Nami's eyes widened and she lifted her head to look at Luffy. She still had some tears on her face and her eyes were puffy, but she had stopped crying. She now looked at Luffy in bewilderment. "Another promise...?"

Luffy looked back at her and soon realized what he said. "Oh...umm...it's nothing..." He tried lying, but Luffy being Luffy, his face contorted to the worst poker face Nami had ever seen. Nami narrowed her eyes at him and then took one of his hands, grabbed his cheek and pulled it to the side, stretching it. "Talk Luffy. What other promise?"

"I-I dwon't knwow what ywou're talking abwout..." His words muffled bit as Nami continued to pull his cheeks.

"Luffy..." She said sternly. She really didn't like it when people kept secrets from her, especiaslly when they involved her. Nami knew Luffy wouldn't lie to her if it wasn't important, but this 'other promise' made her curious. Almost to the point she almost forgot the whole Luffy dying thing. "Tell me now." Luffy sweated as he tried avoiding looking at her. Nami then took her other hand and placed it on the other side of his face to turn him towards her. She wanted him to look straight in her face. "Don't make me angry Luffy...what other promise...?"

Luffy gulped, knowing a angry Nami wasn't his favorite Nami. "Okway...okway..." Nami let go of Luffy's face and allowed him to talk.

"Go on." She crossed her arms, waiting for him to answer.

"It was a promise I made to that pinwheel-ossan." Luffy told her, rubbing the swollen cheek he had.

"Huh? Pinwheel-ossan? You mean Genzo?" She was surprised to hear him be mentioned in some sort of promise with Luffy. "When did the two of you talked?" She had no idea that they even once spoke to each other.

"It was during the party...I went to go find this melon meat when I got lost..." Nami suppressed a chuckle as that was the most Luffy thing she ever heard. However, she held back and let him continue. "...I then met him at someones grave..." Nami's eyes widened. Luffy was at Bellemere's grave. However, it seemed he had no idea of the importance of that grave was to her. "...we talked and he asked me to promise him something..."

"What was the promise?" Nami felt her heart race. What in the world could this promise be?

"...he told me to make sure...that I never do anything to make you lose your smile..." Nami's heart skipped a beat and her chest tightened. "...I told him I would never do that, but he wanted me to promise...so I did...I never would do something like that...but I made you cry so I thought I had broken that pro-" Luffy was cut off when Nami suddenly leaned forward and kissed him. Her lips pressed against his as she put all the bottled up emotions she had in that kiss.

Luffy was caught by surprise. He expected Nami to be angry that he kept that promise a secret, but didn't think she would react with a kiss. Luffy felt her soft lips against his and forgot how good kissing Nami was. He closed his eyes and kissed her back. Nami moaned in glee as she placed her hands on his cheeks and leaned closer to him, wanting to feel his warmth.

She had no idea Luffy made a promise to someone who she considered to be the closest father figure she ever had. She knew Luffy would never do anything to take her smile away, but to hear that he made a promise to someone close to her, it felt like cupid just shot an arrow to her heart. She knew already that she was in love with Luffy, but now she was beyond that, if it was even possible. Luffy was the only person she could ever love. No one would ever compare to how she felt about this man. No one. She was madly in love with him and wanted to do nothing, but show him how much she did.

Luffy wrapped his arms around her waist, and pulled her closer to him. She moaned against his lips and they decided to include tongue as they wrestled each other. How she missed kissing Luffy. They were never able to get enough alone time to spend it with each other with everything that was going on. Now, she had the time and she was not going to waste it. After all, who knows when the next time might be.

The two pulled away from each other begrudgingly, but they need air as they panted while their faces were so close to each other. "Luffy..." She whispered his name, her breath tingling Luffy's lip.

"Nami...you're not mad...?" Nami was surprised he asked her that.

"What? Why would I be mad?" She asked him.

"Because I didn't tell you about that promise..." He answered honestly.

Nami smiled. "You know...you're right...I am mad..." Luffy frowned. "...I'm mad that you didn't tell me sooner...because then I would have realized sooner that I was in love with you..."

"Nami..." Luffy was not expecting that response.

"Luffy...thank you...for always making sure my smile was never taken away...and thank you...for not dying..." Luffy grinned.

"You're welcome, Nami." That toothy grin was just too much for Nami. She truly loved everything about this man.

"I love you, Luffy...I love you so much..."

"Nami..." He knew Nami loved him, but there was something in her voice and the way she said them that made them hit harder than ever before. He wasn't entirely sure what they meant, but he did know one thing, he loved her as well. He didn't want to do anything like this with anyone else. Only her. "I love you too..."

Nami smiled before kissing him again. They moaned as she lowered him down to the futon that he was sleeping in only a few minutes ago. She saddled him while continuing to express her love to him. Her hands roamed across his body, feeling the mix of his warm skin and the bandages that wrapped around his torso. Luffy's hands roamed across the fabric of her kimono until they were planted by her waist. The kiss became more passionate as their tongues danced and their hands continued to move across their bodies. Both never realized how good it was to touch one another.

They finally broke the kiss and stared back at each other. Both panted and Nami felt her chest rising quicker and her heart beating faster and faster with every second she had her eyes on the face of the man she was madly in love with. There was nothing more that she wanted to do then express how much she loved him. Express how much he meant to her. She was going to do just that. She didn't care anymore about hiding their relationship or hiding the truth of what felt for him. To think, she would fall in love with a pirate, an occupancy she despised only two years ago.

She giggled at the concept of her falling in love with someone who was one of the people she hated. The world was a large, but funny place. "It really is..."

"Huh? What is?" She brushed a hand over his cheek and into his raven hair.

"That I fell in love with a pirate..."

"Oh...shishishi...that's right, you hated pirates and then became one..." He chuckled alongside her.

"Yeah...all thanks to you...baka..." She giggled and then kissed him again, but only briefly.

She sat up and straddled Luffy's body. She slowly began removing the sash around her kimono. Luffy's eyes widened as he watched patiently. Nami had a bit of a rough time, but eventually she got rid of the sash and her kimono opened at the center. Luffy noticed she wasn't wearing anything under the kimono and looked up at her. He was able to get a close look at her large breasts that were hidden by the sides of the kimono. However, he didn't have to wait long for her to remove the kimono, letting it hang on the side of her elbows. Luffy's eyes widened as he saw Nami's naked body again.

He may have only seen her naked once before, but she looked as amazing as she did back then. However, with the light source from above and the strong emotions she was feeling, it made her look more radiant than ever. "Wow..."

Nami blushed at his comment. She was extremely happy to hear him say that. She knew he probably wouldn't say words like pretty or beautiful, at least she never heard him say those words ever, but that didn't matter. His just saying that simple word was more than enough for her to know that he was amazed by her body. That made her proud. She was always cared about how she looked. That's why she took care of her body, ate properly and wore outfits that she found cute. She honestly never did any of that to impress anyone. However, that changed. Nami only wanted to impress one person now. She didn't care what anyone else said about her looks, clothing or appearance. The only person's opinion she cared for was Luffys. He had no idea how a simple word like that made her feel. She really couldn't help being so happy.

"Thank you Luffy." Luffy wasn't sure exactly why she was thanking him, but he smiled.

"Un!" Nami smiled warmly at him. She looked down at his body and had to remind herself that he was probably really sore from his fight with Kaido. She roamed her hand against his torso. She stared at them with somber eyes.

"Does it hurt, Luffy?" Luffy tilted his head down to his torso and at her hand.

"A little, but I'm fine." He told her. Nami knew Luffy was telling the truth, but last thing she wanted was to have him feel anything other than her feelings for him.

"I see...Luffy...don't move okay? I'll take care of everything." Luffy wanted to question her, but he stopped himself when she reached down to his short jeans and began to unzip him. She dug inside and he groaned softly when her felt her soft hands. Nami forgot how it felt to hold his manhood in her hand. It was hard, but the rubbery skin made it soft. She managed to take it out of his jeans and blushed at the sight of it. 'Wow...I didn't realize it was...' Nami never really took a good look at it last time, so she was shocked by the size.

"Nami..." Luffy groaned again. Nami looked at him and thought she might have hurt him, but noticed his cheeks were slightly red. Here was a man who had a just defeated a Yonko and she had him in her grasp. She smiled at him and began moving her hand slowly. Luffy groaned and tilted his head back against the futon. He gripped the sheets a bit and slowly succumb to Nami's handiwork.

Nami loved his reaction. She wanted to make him forget the pain his body was in from his fight. So, she raised herself up and aligned the tip at her entrance before slowly lowering herself down. Her walls tightened around him, earning a groan from the man who stole her heart. The two of them stayed still as they were once again united. They both missed this feeling of warmth with their connected bodies. It was so long ago that they almost forgot the experience, but now were finally able to do it again.

"Ahh...Luffy...you're inside me..." Nami moaned and nudged her body in small circles. She lowered herself and took his hands into hers. Her breasts felt fell onto his chest and she kissed him passionately. During the kiss she began to move. Raising her hips and then coming down. She repeated the same motion and earned a groan from Luffy against her lips. She broke the kiss and whispered softly to him. "Luffy...don't move okay...let me do it..."

"Okay..." She smiled at him and raised herself, their hands clenched together before she started moving. She didn't go too hard, in fear of causing his sore muscles to hurt and continued with a slow pace.

"Ahhh...Luffy..." She moaned whenever she went completely down on him, feeling him reach the deepest part of her. Instantly, her body was receiving wave after wave of pleasure. She didn't dare go too fast, thinking about Luffy's current condition and just kept a nice rhythm. It was neither too fast or too slow, but it allowed both of them to feel the bliss that came from their love making.

"Nami...urgh...ahhh..." Luffy responded alongside her own voice as the Captain and Navigator of the Straw Hat crew engorged in their passionate dance. Her body felt amazing, but also weak from the pleasure. She didn't want to collapse onto the injured man so she was grateful for his hands to keep her balanced. She squeezed them and continued to ride that man she loved.

"Ahh...Luffy...ahh..." She followed suite with her own moans.

Luffy looked up at Nami and never saw her look as amazing as she did now. The sweat from her body made her skin glisten in the warm light that hung above them. Her voice was like music to his ears. Her insides felt amazing to the point that he almost never wanted to leave their confines. This may have only been the second time he ever experienced this type of pleasure, but he started to really enjoy it. The first time, he was worried about Nami as the experience was painful for her, but he never saw that once here. All he saw was a woman he promised to never make her lose her smile. While she may not have been smiling at this moment, he knew deep down that she was indeed happy. If Nami was happy, then he was too.

"Nami...I love you..." Luffy suddenly said, causing Nami's eyes to widen and look down at him. She stopped for a moment as tears welled up in her eyes and she gave him that same warm smile she had only gave to him. She truly was the happiest person in the world right now.

"Luffy..." She felt her energy return from his words and rode him again. This time with more speed as his words brought a powerful feeling inside her. She only wished it didn't make the strong sensation in her stomach increase in intensity. She was close, but she didn't want it to end. She wanted to be with Luffy for much longer. She didn't know when they would ever be able to spend alone like this together again in the future, so she wanted to savor this for as along as she could.

Nami's faster movements made the tension in his body approach faster as well. He clenched her hand gently and closed his eyes. He was doing everything in his power to hold on, to make this last longer like she tried to. It was as if both of them were in sync and thinking the same thing. They both knew they wouldn't be able to spend time like this on the ship with everyone else on board or the risk of being attacked. They wanted to cherish this time they had together.

Both held on as long as they could, but in the end, they both reached their climaxes. Squeezing their hands and letting their voices be heard.

"Urghhhh!"

"Ahhhhhhh!"

Nami felt the heat from Luffy's orgasm reach inside her, sending a bolt of pleasure down her spin. She arched her back and constricted around him, trying to receive everything Luffy had been holding back. Luffy gave small thrusts upward to share extraordinary feeling with his navigator.

Nami tried to stay on top as long as she could, but her body felt weak from finish and she fell forward. Luffy managed to catch her so that she didn't land hard on him as her warm breaths tickled his shoulder. Both panted as they stayed connected, not wanting to leave each other's warm embrace.

"Nami...are you okay...?" Luffy asked her with some concern.

"Never better..." She told him. "Really...I have never been so happy..." She whispered to him. She turned her head to look at him and they both smiled at each other. They kissed passionately as Luffy wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her closer to him. Her soft breasts squeezed against him as the two shared this intimate moment with each other.

They didn't know how long they had to themselves, but they wanted to stay together as long as they could. Nami knew at some point Chopper would want to check up on Luffy, but she did also tell him to knock before entering.

"I see..." He responded to her telling him so. Nami then felt Luffy grab her body and flipped them over so that he hovered above her.

"Huh? Luffy? Wait...what about...?" Luffy initiated the kiss this time, surprising her. He pulled away and looked at her with a warm smile.

"You worry too much, shishishi." Nami pouted.

"Only because you're too reckless..." She replied her cheeks flushed.

"Shishishi." He chuckled before initiating another kiss and taking one of her breasts in his hand. She moaned at how sensitive they felt in his strong hands. He caressed her soft mounds before he trailed his kiss down to her neck and shoulder before taking her other breast in her mouth.

"Ahhh...Luffy..." She curled her toes in delight as Luffy gently took charge. He licked her harden nipple with his tongue, while also pinching the other in between his fingers. Nami gripped the sheet below her with one hand and the other grabbed his black hair, letting Luffy know that he was making her feel incredible.

Luffy raised his head to catch his breath and looked at Nami's face. She was panting and drops of sweat rolled down her temple. Her hair was a bit messy, but Luffy never saw Nami look more beautiful than she did now. "Nami..."

"Huh?"

"...you look really pretty right now..." He said so casually with a wide grin. Nami's eyes widened and her face became so red she almost looked like a tomato. Never did she expect Luffy to call her that. Heck, she literally thought only a few minutes prior about how he never used words like that to describe someone else. She was both shocked and embarrassed. She used her hands to hide her reddened face from his gaze. "Huh? Nami? Why are you hiding your face? Are you okay?"

"Baka...I'm fine...just embarrassed..." She told him, her voice quivering a bit.

"Huh? Why?" She sometimes hated how clueless he was with some of the things. Yet, it was also a part of him she loved. Luffy always spoke his mind, so the fact he called her pretty, she knew he meant it and it made her heart flutter.

"...because...you called me pretty..." She told him.

"Huh? But you are..." Nami really couldn't believe she was hearing this from him. He continued to surprise her. Continued to make her fall even deeper in love with him.

"B-Baka..." She whispered again, placing her face into her hands. Luffy frowned a bit as he didn't exactly know what he did wrong. "Thank you..." He heard and Luffy looked at her as she had a hand over her forehead and looked away with a deep blush on her face.

Luffy was still a little confused, but let it go when she thanked him. "Shishishi." He chuckled.

"Luffy...I need you...inside me again...please..." Luffy stared at her before smiling with a nod. He lifted himself up as he towered above her. He positioned himself in between her legs. Nami noticed he was sturggling a bit. After all, Nami was the one who led him where he needed to be the first two times, just like she always had as his navigator. Nami sensed this and helped him.

Soon enough, two were once again connected. Nami moaned and clenched the pillow under her. Luffy grabbed the cover of the futon so both could go under it, adding to the heat between their bodies and of the act. He began to move. They kissed and she wrapped her arms around him, feeling him thrust into her and hit all her sensitive spots.

The two continued for as long as they could. Their skins rubbing against one another. Their body heats fusing together to amplify the incredible sensation welling up inside them. Their moans and froans filling the room, creating somewhat a symphony that tickled their ears. The intensity increasing with every moment they spent connected until the finish, ending with Luffy emptying himself inside her again. Nami held onto Luffy tightly as she took in the warm embrace. She even bit his shoulder as she went through the incredible feeling of her second climax.

Luffy revelled in his own finish, shutting his eyes and trying to take in the emotions of both himself and the woman he loved. When it ended, he pushed himself up slightly to look at Nami's face as she tried to catch her breath. He leaned down to kiss her and she returned it with all the love she could muster. He eventually rolled off her and laid down next to her. They held each other's hand and stared up at the ceiling.

Nami knew Chopper would probably get angry at them as Luffy needed his rest, but for the moment, she just wanted to lay there with him. She squeezed his hand causing him to turn to her. "Nami?"

"Thank you, Luffy...for everything. Thank you for keeping your promises." Luffy grinned.

"No problem, Nami." She turned to him and laid on her side to face him as she gave him another warm smile. Luffy loved that smile.

"You should probably get some rest. You're still injured." Her voice carried a hint of sadness, which Luffy did not miss.

"Shishishi, nah. I'm not tired yet." He told her. She smiled and scooted closer to him, resting her head on his chest. She closed her eyes as she listened to his heart beat.

"I see..." She responded, taking her arm and wrapping it around his torso. The two enjoyed each others company for a bit before Luffy's heart beat calmly made her doze off. Luffy smiled and pulled her closer to him. He stared up at the ceiling and motioned small circles on her back with his hand as the soft breathing of his navigator blessed his ears.

"I'm glad I kept my promise, Nami. I'm glad you're still smiling."

"...thank you... Luffy..."

"Shishishishi."

The End
