Edwin VanCleef was a proud Papa, for the latest addition to his family was added.

Vanessa looked at her new baby brother, truly a beautiful baby for his hair was gold, his eyes were a blazing sapphire. But what truly marvels everyone was the delightful pair of wings upon the back of the child. One of white, the other of black. It was truly something to be held as the child seemed like a complete blessing. He desired to keep the baby's wings a surprise upon the completion of Stormwind, the icing on the cake for the great metropolis of Order.

"My sweet little boy… you are truly something to be held. Not ever has there been a boy born with such a wonderful gift as yours. Truly you are a Demigod, my beloved Vanitas. You are truly a blessing to this world." He declared to the world.

Yes, the infant was me, reborn into a physical body from a world unknown and confined to human flesh. My human father, Edwin, believed me a blessing in his home. He desired to give me a home to be proud of and labored among the others to create it. It became a labor of love. But then it turned to a labor of fools when his entire world was enveloped in total chaos.

The builders were betrayed without a penny to their name.

The chaos devolved the capital which led to the death of the beloved queen while holding the newborn babe, my sworn enemy was still in her hands. It led to our self-banishment and the kingdom that should have been mine. We soon found our lair and our new purpose. Within this lair, my human father gave me a mission.

"You were brought here to undo an injustice. I see that within you my Vanitas, you will bring the ruin of Stormwind, and the destruction of the royal who deceived. Go with hate for the ones who took your home from you and soon, you will be the one on the throne, not the brat. You are the Angel of Vengeance my Vanitas."

That is what I became as the brotherhood soon took possession of me, unlike my sister. For within me, hold the power to bring discord and ruin to all. Even after Edwin's death, I grew in power and grew and grew and soon I made my first contact with my foe.

I met the prince.

Anduin was all alone as he was walking around a single path.

He didn't know how he came here, where anyone was, where his father was. This place there was no other like his wanderings in Azeroth or in any books. This place was something terrifying and grim. Just a winding road like it was the road to a graveyard. The night was foreboding and grim as the sky became warped and bazaar. The more he walked down the winding path, the fewer things around him were real to him. Soon, he wasn't even where he originally was, he was in a long hallway of mirrors. As Anduin was walking, he only took a small sideways glance. But it was enough to stop himself completely in shock.

His reflection was not his.

The boy had his face, his eyes, and his hair, but it wasn't-it wasn't him.

This boy was covered in blood, had more ugliness in his eyes for violence and hate, he even wore the clothing of a dangerous rogue.

Anduin took a step back then the reflection looked back at him with a sinister smile. Every hair on his being stood up in terror with chills going up and down his spine.

"We finally meet… He said I could find you this way… I let him go to find you." He told the boy, as the reflection touched the hand of the mirror.

He then came out looking more horrible and monstrous, gigantic with every step.

"Who-who are you? What are you?" Anduin gasped in fear as the young prince fell on his backside, scooting away.

"You should know. Everything will come back to you soon. We'll meet in the real world soon enough and I can enjoy tearing you and your mortal family apart." He warned as the other angel become a giant monster!

Wings becoming a giant eagle wing and batwing, dark skin, robes of grey, black, and red with black prison-like straps connecting to his arms, sleeves covering the hands, all four, and a mask hiding the eyes and upper forehead a face so the similar mixture of a dragon's, Terrorguard's, Lightspawn's, Syth Shadow Elemental's, and Anubisath's faces into one face, then there was the hair as silver and cold as winter.

Anduin tried to get away but there was nowhere to run.

"Don't be afraid. Your time will not come now. But it will come and by my hand!"

He then raised his fist, revealed by the movement of the long sleeve and ready to pound it at Anduin!

Anduin screamed and covered himself, hoping to escape a gruesome demise by the creature who once had his face!

I loved the taste of his fear of me and throughout the years, I continued to torture him in his dreams. But the brothers wished for me to focus control over my powers. They would soon come to regret that decision. For when I got powerful enough, I took over and soon uncovered my sister's location.

With someone as loyal towards me but twice as vengeful, I knew I found my second in command. Together, we turned some group of washed-up builders into warriors. Thus, a plan was in place.

"So, my brother is learning more and more about what we are. Okay, looks like our union will be drawing closer. Prepare for our… alliance with the Horde and Garrosh." I declared from the shadows.

"But how will you know he will accept what you can offer?"

"Mortals are so easy to manipulate once you know their wants and weaknesses. I know both Garrosh's and… Garrosh's men." I cruelly declared.

For so long I have plotted. For so long I have waited. The one who I seek to destroy, to bring pain. His human family brought ruin to mine and thus I plan to do the same. Chaos will reign supreme.

At Orgrimmar…

Garrosh sat upon the throne handed to him by his mentor as he knew he needed to lead his people to the next era for their world.

His rule… has not started out one of honor for another caused his duel with the previous ruler of the Tauren before Baine was slain in a dishonorable way. Rigged for someone in favor of Garrosh's rule and the destruction of Cairne Bloodhooof, doubts seeped into the orc's mind. If his duel was truly something dishonorable, did he really deserve to rule?

"Second-guessing yourself, Warchief?" A familiar voice wondered with a dark chuckle.

The orc looked up to see whose voice it was, only to see one of his subordinates leading a group of humans!

"What is the meaning of this!? Why have you brought the Alliance to my throne room!?" Garrosh sneered only to hear laughter.

"Oh no, no, no. We are not of the Alliance. In fact, I hate those pompous pigs more than you do." The hooded boy laughed cruelly and then revealed his face.

"Prince Wrynn?"

No, this wasn't Anduin Wrynn. The boy did have his face and wings, though the color of feathers was swapped, this kid had a pressure that Anduin didn't have. Garrosh felt like he was going to be crushed by him.

"Warchief Hellscream, introducing the leader of the Defias Brotherhood, Vanitas VanCleef." Overlord Krom'gar introduced humbly.

"Quite the honor it is to meet the high and mighty Garrosh Hellscream, son of legendary Gromosh Hellscream, student to Thrall, and leader of the Horde." Vanitas bowed gracefully.

"You're like that brat Anduin… but there's something you have that he doesn't."

Vanitas smiled.

"How perceptive you are? Yes, I do have a little something extra with my power for what that twerp adores order and peace, I revel in chaos and discord." Vanitas answered, "But let's just skip to the part about why I am here and what I can do for you. You see, I think it's a little bit unfair that they have a Demigod at their disposal and yet… your group is lacking."

"We don't need the petty strength of a Demigod."

"You say that now but you've seen the signs. That one Demigod managed to completely repel and attack by the Forsaken then sent them packing with their tails between their legs." Vanitas reminded the orc, "What I offer is equal footing, heck maybe even overwhelm that puny little Alliance and put you right on top."

"And what would you get for your generous service?"

"To join you as a faction of course."
