Kirishima had just gotten back from a particularly hardcore training session with Denki and Sero. The scrapes on his skin still stung from the dirt that was smudged over them, and his cracked and dry skin was covered in sweat. He walked through the door of the dorm complex to find Bakugou and Momo sitting on the couch talking to eachother.
"I'm sorry Bakugou, I'm sure he tried his hardest." Momo said, trying to console Bakugou about something.
Bakugou heard Kirishima's footsteps and leaned his head over the back of the couch he was sitting on.
"OI! Where have you been?!" Bakugou yelled, catching Kirishima off guard.
"Oh! Hi! Sorry 'bout that Katsuki, I was training with Denki and Sero." Kirishima explained, walking over to Bakugou.
Bakugou looked up at Kirishima. "Looks more like you got in an actual fight, and don't call me Katsuki."
Kirishima and Bakugou talked about how the training went, and then Kirishima went to go take a shower.
Bakugou and Momo resumed their conversation.
"Damn, he sure is reckless." Bakugou said, thinking about the scars that riddled Kirishima's muscular body. He shook his head, trying to get the image of Kirishima's hero costume out of his mind. Pretty much every day of the week Kirishima purposefully didn't wear a shirt because of his hero costume. Bakugou had tried his best, but he couldn't take it anymore.
"Bakugou, are you alright? Your face is red." Momo asked. Bakugou snapped out of the trance he was in.
"I'm fine!" Bakugou snapped, his palms smoking.
Dammit. She's gonna know if I keep doing this. Bakugou thought, standing up. He walked upstairs and slammed his door behind him. Fuck. Shitty hair needs to stop being so damn attractive.
Bakugou stayed in his room for hours. He avoided every text, call, or knock at the door he got. Then, his door opened.
"Bakubro? You alright?" Kirishima asked, poking his head through the doorway. Bakugou looked at him, falling harder than he had before. Kirishima's hair was pulled back into a bun, but there was still a little hair loose at the base of his skull. Bakugou adored Kirishima's freckles. The scar that went over Kirishima's eye was a lighter shade than his tanned skin and it pulled Bakugou further down into the rabbit hole that was everything he loved about Kirishima. The worried look on Kirishima's face was adorable, and Bakugou could see that there was a slight affection in the way Kirishima was looking at him. But, Bakugou couldn't bring himself to say anything remotely nice.
"You should be asking that to yourself shitty hair, did you get in another fight?" Bakugou grumbled, glaring at Kirishima.
"Yeah, I did actually. But it was for a good cause!"
"Who did you fight shitty hair."
"Monoma. He said that your quirk was stupid so I decided to fight back cause-"
Bakugo suddenly found himself kissing Kirishima. The guts that it takes to fight Monoma are ones that Kirishima had apparently. When he let go of Kirishima, he saw a stuttering mess in front of him.
"Cause- Well, umm.. You- Er... I- Nevermind." Kirishima stammered, not making eye contact with Bakugou. His face was red and his ears burned, but the smirk on Bakugou's face was priceless.
"Good job, shitty hair. Now I'm gay."
The goofy smile that Kirishima was giving Bakugou was one he couldn't resist, and he kissed Kirishima on the cheek.
"You're welcome? I guess?"
